Performance Creative Designer

À distance ✓EN
R

Recraft is a graphic design research lab building state-of-the-art image generation models and tools for designers, illustrators, marketers, and developers. Founded in 2022 and based in London, we build for commercial design standards: full creative control, style consistency, and native vector outputs, an API for teams who want to integrate that capability directly into their workflows, plus mobile app for those who prefer not to be distracted from the process without a computer. Over 3 million creators across 190+ countries use Recraft. Our mission is to help everyone who works with visuals get the job done, without lowering the bar on design. If you want to help set that standard, we'd like to hear from you. PERFORMANCE CREATIVE DESIGNER, STATIC + MOTION (MID-LEVEL+ TO SENIOR) Growth at Recraft runs on creative that's tested, not guessed at. We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer who works across static and motion and moves between them depending on what the week needs: reading what's working, turning that into the next round of ads, and shipping creative that holds up on Meta, Google, and TikTok. For the right person, this is a chance to build the performance creative function at Recraft from the ground up, with Recraft Studio itself as your day-to-day production tool. TEST WEEKS AND SCALE WEEKS The role alternates between two modes, and you need to be good at both. • Test weeks. Speed and volume. Many statics and rough video cuts, each built around a clear hypothesis and shipped fast, to find the idea that sells. • Scale weeks. Craft. Once an idea wins, you turn it into high-quality video ads that can carry real budget: tighter edits, stronger motion, cutdowns, every format and placement, and localised versions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Produce paid ad creative for Meta, Google, and TikTok in both modes: fast statics and rough video cuts for testing, finished video ads for scaling. • Make video ads that show a concrete result: product demos built from screen recordings and motion graphics, before-and-after transformations, short cinematic spots made with AI video models, and edits of creator and UGC footage. • Own the creative testing pipeline end to end: form a hypothesis, ship it, read the results, and iterate on winners. • Take a winning idea across formats: a static into motion, a 20-second spot into 6- and 15-second cutdowns, 9x16 into 4x5, 1x1 and 16x9, and English into other markets. • Translate performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, cost per payer) into the next round of creative yourself, rather than waiting for a brief. • Use Recraft Studio as your primary production tool for image and video generation, and feed what you learn back to the product team building it. • Keep the ad creative brandbook consistent while adapting tone by placement and audience. WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You'll join the Marketing team and work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, UA Manager, and Creative and product teams. This is a role built around bringing your own ideas to the table, not just executing against a detailed brief. REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years creating performance and paid-acquisition creative, with video ads as a regular part of that work. • A portfolio of static and video ads that actually ran, with context on what won and why. • Strong motion design and editing: After Effects (or similar) for type, UI, and product animation; Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut for editing; Figma or Photoshop for static. • Strong understanding of video ad anatomy: hooks, the first three seconds, pacing, sound-off captions, safe zones, platform specs, and policy limits. • Hands-on experience using AI image and video tools (such as Runway, Kling, Veo, or Seedance) in a real production workflow, including knowing where they fall short. • Able to work at two speeds: rough and fast when testing, polished and precise when scaling. • Based in the EU, Georgia, Armenia, or Serbia, with the right to work as a contractor there. NICE TO HAVE • Experience with design tools, creative SaaS, or dev tools (Canva, Picsart, Photoroom, Figma-adjacent products). • Vector animation or 3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D), a real differentiator given Recraft's vector and brand-style capabilities. • Ad copywriting and scripting: able to write your own hooks, on-screen text, and voiceover scripts. • Experience briefing creators and editing UGC or creator partnership ads. • Sound design and music selection for short-form video. • In-house experience at a product company, ideally with a subscription product, rather than purely agency-side work. • Experience growing your own audience as a creator or influencer on Instagram or TikTok. • You're already a Recraft user. WHAT WE OFFER • A full-time contractor engagement, fully remote, with compensation that matches the seniority and ownership this role carries. • Real ownership of the testing pipeline, …

Senior Product Manager - Data Product (API & MCP)

À distance ✓EN
S

SE Ranking, an all-in-one SEO and digital marketing platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale our Data Product - our API and MCP offering - from early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue line. We've already gone from 0 to 1: we have paying API customers, a fast-growing MCP that recently overtook our classic API in daily unique users, and partners building agentic workflows on top of our data. Now we need someone to own the entire revenue funnel and turn that momentum into further growth of MCP usage and Data MRR. If you get excited about turning a data & developer product into a growth engine - and about making SE Ranking the marketing intelligence infrastructure for AI agents - then this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: You will report directly to Mike Korenugin , VP of Product, and own the entire funnel for the Data Product (API + MCP) : from acquisition and activation, to sales enablement, to onboarding, retention, and expansion. You'll drive two connected revenue engines - net-new MRR from API and Data customers, and net dollar retention (NDR) by embedding MCP and agentic workflows into the core SEO jobs our customers do every day. You'll lead a focused squad with Aleksander Germatsky as your Engineering Manager and Senior Engineers Dominik Stypula and Mikhail Liubushkin shipping the endpoints, infrastructure, and developer experience that make the product sell and stick. On go-to-market, you'll partner daily with Valentyna Havryliuk , our PMM driving API & MCP adoption, and with Alexey Trusevich , the dedicated Account Executive for the Data Product. Beyond your squad, you'll work closely with Demand Gen, SEO, Growth, and PR on getting the product discovered and promoted; with Sales & Success and Support on closing and retaining customers; and with the Data team on coverage, accuracy, and the endpoints customers ask for. Your job is to connect all of these into one growth motion. Initial Focus Areas: • Craft a strategy for Data Product with two goals in mind • Grow Data revenue : understand our current packaging and pricing gaps across plans & products, the PAYG funnel, and credit packs; define a clear, repeatable motion for upmarket deals. Define the inputs (acquisition, activation, expansion) that move the number and hold the product to them. • Drive MCP usage and capabilities: own the MCP adoption track as a strong NDR lever. Scale the adoption flows and lifecycle upsells, close capability gaps customers hit, and make the Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n connector experiences feel amazing. • Ramp up solution engineering for Sales & Success: we’ve got a new person starting as solution engineer and strong L3 technical support, but they would often need your help and insight to unblock AEs and CSMs on credit provisioning, key generation, quota changes, connector troubleshooting; and translating prospect requirements into solutions that win deals. • Learn how Demand Gen & Outbound is connected to Product: partner with PMM and Demand Gen to scale what's working - workshops and MCP bootcamps, ABM, spokespeople and influencer content, PR, and SEO - and to sharpen the website. Help us find exciting API/MCP use cases from top clients and influencers and turn them into content and sales enablement assets. Long-Term Responsibilities: • Make the Data Product a repeatable, scalable revenue line: evolve packaging, pricing, and the self-serve funnel so growth doesn't depend on heroics. Use signals from won and lost deals, usage, and feedback to generate strong hypotheses and continuously improve win rates, activation, and expansion. • Grow MCP into the default "agentic SEO" workflow: keep MCP workflows healthy and lead the move from data to action, so customers believe SE Ranking is the way to automate SEO with AI agents - defending NDR and opening natural paths to expansion and win-back. • Build a real solution-engineering function: grow from firefighting into a system - documentation, tooling, and onboarding that let customers discover and integrate our API and MCP, and let Sales & Success move fast without engineering in the loop. • Expand endpoint & data coverage from the voice of the customer: translate prospect and customer feedback into a prioritized roadmap for new endpoints and data (e.g. URL-level GSC, prompt generation, Local Marketing and AIRT coverage), and partner with the Data team on accuracy and the questions buyers ask about how the data is sourced and validated. • Be a strategic GTM partner across teams: surface trade-offs, unblock cross-team dependencies, and keep Product, Demand Gen, Sales, Success, and Data aligned as priorities and timelines shift. We are destined to be if you have: • Launched new B2B products and taken them from 0 to 1 , leading Sales Enablement and deeply engaging with Demand Gen to achieve GTM success. • Owned a revenue funnel end to end - acquisition, activation, sales enablement, onboarding, retention, and expansion - …

Staff Security Engineer

À distanceEN
S

Build security platforms, not security processes We are looking for a Staff Security Engineer to strengthen the security of our products, data and engineering platform. This is a highly technical and hands-on role. You will work closely with Engineering teams to continuously harden our systems while helping design the next generation of our security architecture. You will operate across two horizons: Strengthen security today: continuously harden our applications, access controls and data-protection mechanisms against evolving threats. Build the privacy architecture of tomorrow: move beyond traditional perimeter and access-control security by designing systems where sensitive data is cryptographically isolated, minimally exposed, and increasingly usable without being directly revealed. The ultimate objective is not simply to make Swile harder to breach. It is to make a breach increasingly uninteresting, because there is less usable data available to steal. What you will do We want Security Engineering to create capabilities that scale across hundreds of engineers. You will: • Identify and reduce high-impact security risks across our applications, APIs and internal tools. • Strengthen authentication, authorization and access controls. • Improve the protection of sensitive and personal data. • Design controls that limit the blast radius of compromised accounts, services or infrastructure. • Improve security monitoring, auditability and detection of suspicious access patterns. • Perform threat modelling and targeted security reviews. • Build reusable security capabilities directly into our engineering platform and development lifecycle. • Contribute to long-term architectures around data isolation, encryption, tokenisation and privacy-preserving systems. • Partner with engineering teams to address systemic security risks rather than individual findings. Where possible, a security requirement should become code rather than documentation. What we are looking for You are first and foremost a strong engineer. You have significant experience building or securing production software and distributed systems. You are comfortable reading and writing production code, designing systems and working directly with Engineering teams. You have deep security engineering expertise and strong experience in several of the following areas: • Application and Product Security • API Security • IAM, authentication and authorization • OAuth2 / OIDC, WebAuthn / FIDO2 • RBAC / ABAC and privilege management • Cloud security • Cryptography, KMS / HSM and envelope encryption • Tokenisation and secrets management • Data Security and Privacy Engineering • Threat modelling and secure software architecture • Security monitoring and detection Stronger attacker mindset You naturally ask: • What happens if this employee becomes malicious? • What happens if this backend is compromised? • What happens if someone dumps this database? • Can this endpoint be called directly? • How much data can one account access before we notice? • Where else does this information get replicated? • Why do we have this data at all? You think in terms of attack paths, blast radius and least privilege, not just compliance requirements. Pragmatism You know that security engineering is a prioritisation problem. You can distinguish between: • something that needs to be fixed this week; • something that requires an architectural redesign; • something cryptographically elegant but operationally unnecessary. You are comfortable deploying simple, high-impact controls quickly while designing stronger long-term foundations. What would make you stand out Experience with: • large-scale SaaS or fintech platforms; • highly sensitive or regulated data; • multi-tenant architectures; • insider risk or data-loss prevention; • advanced cryptographic or privacy-enhancing technologies. What success looks like • Sensitive data is exposed to fewer systems and people. • Access to sensitive resources is increasingly scoped, attributable and auditable. • Compromising a single account or service has a limited blast radius. • Security controls are increasingly enforced by the platform rather than by process. • Product teams can build secure systems faster and with less friction. What this role is not This is not primarily a GRC, SOC, compliance, policy-writing or penetration-testing role. Those disciplines are important, but this role exists to change how our products and systems are engineered. We expect this person to design systems, write code, influence architecture and ship security capabilities into production. Localization of this position This position can be based at our offices in Paris, Toulouse, or Montpellier on a flex-remote basis.
