Mid-Market Account Executive

À distanceEN
H

About HeyGen At HeyGen, our mission is to make visual storytelling accessible to all. Over the last decade, visual content has become the preferred method of information creation, consumption, and retention. But the ability to create such content, in particular videos, continues to be costly and challenging to scale. Our ambition is to build technology that equips more people with the power to reach, captivate, and inspire audiences. Learn more at www.heygen.com . Visit our Mission and Culture doc here . The Role We are hiring Mid-Market Account Executives to help accelerate adoption of HeyGen across growing mid-sized companies. This is a full-cycle closing role with a heavy emphasis on self-sourced pipeline. You will identify high-potential accounts, run creative outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities, lead discovery, demo the product, build consensus across buying groups, manage deal cycles, and close new business. Mid-market sits between high-velocity commercial selling and traditional enterprise. Deals are larger and involve more stakeholders than a commercial sale, but they still need to move fast. We are looking for closers who can run a structured, multi-stakeholder sales process while keeping the pace, urgency, and creativity of a hunter. You will sell both the HeyGen web app and HeyGen API, helping customers understand how AI video can transform marketing, sales enablement, customer education, training, localization, product onboarding, and developer-powered video workflows. What You'll Do Build your own pipeline - You will run high-volume, high-quality outbound into target mid-market accounts. This includes cold email, phone, LinkedIn, personalized video, account research, trigger-based outreach, and creative campaign ideas. You should be excited by the idea of finding your own opportunities, not waiting for perfect inbound leads. Own the full sales cycle - You will manage opportunities from first touch to close. That includes prospecting, qualification, discovery, product demos, business-case development, security reviews, negotiation, legal/procurement coordination, and handoff to Customer Success. Run multi-stakeholder deals - Most deals will involve several people: a business champion, an economic buyer, a technical evaluator, and often security or procurement. You will map the buying group early, build consensus, and keep every stakeholder moving toward a decision. Sell business outcomes, not just AI features - You will help customers understand how HeyGen can reduce video production costs, speed up content creation, improve localization, personalize customer communication, and unlock new video workflows that were not possible before. You will build business cases with a clear return that a budget holder can sign off on. Sell across web app and API use cases - Some customers will want to use HeyGen directly through the web app. Others may want to integrate HeyGen into their own product, platform, workflow, or internal system using APIs. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be technically curious and comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple business language. Move fast and create urgency - Mid-market cycles are longer than a commercial deal, but they should never drift. You will keep deals moving, create momentum with busy buyers, ask direct questions, uncover pain, tie pain to business impact, and drive clear next steps. Partner with PLG, growth, product, and customer teams - You will work with product-led growth signals, self-serve users, product usage data, customer requests, and inbound interest to identify expansion and conversion opportunities. Maintain strong pipeline discipline - You will keep CRM data clean, forecast accurately, manage next steps, and understand the difference between real pipeline and hopeful pipeline. What We're Looking For Must-Haves • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 4 years in a closing role. • A track record of meeting or exceeding quota selling into mid-market companies. • Experience generating a meaningful portion of your own pipeline through outbound prospecting. • Experience running multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including business cases, security reviews, and procurement. • Strong discovery skills and the ability to connect product capabilities to business pain. • Comfort selling to marketing, sales, customer success, L&D, product, operations, IT, finance, or technical stakeholders. • A high-agency, builder mindset. You do not wait for perfect playbooks. You test, learn, and iterate. • Strong written communication skills. Your outbound emails, follow-ups, proposals, and deal recaps should be clear, sharp, and persuasive. • Curiosity about AI, video, creative workflows, and API-driven products. Nice-to-Haves • Experience selling PLG, usage-based, API, developer platform, creative software, marketing technology, sales technology, or AI products. • Experience selling into marketing, …

Quality Assurance Engineer (m/w/d) - remote DE

À distance ✓DE
P

Was PROLOGIANER ausmacht? Teamgeist, Gestaltungsspielraum und …

Staff Full Stack Engineer - Sell Side Engine

À distance ✓EN
T

Who We Are: We are rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair. Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers and to take on one of the most critical problems of our century, access to low cost electricity. tem exists to fix a broken global energy market that’s long favoured legacy operators, intermediaries, and opaque pricing. Today’s electricity system was not designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency or fair access for the actual users - businesses and generators. We’ve built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. Our technology is designed to cut out the inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and bring transparency and fairness to energy transactions at scale. In late 2025, after extraordinary growth, we closed a $75 million Series B - led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Albion, Atomico, Allianz, Hitachi Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, Schroders Capital and others - positioning us for global expansion, deeper product innovation and category leadership. We’re scaling internationally and building toward a future where AI-driven infrastructure is foundational to electricity markets worldwide. Since launch, our modern utility product, known as RED, has already facilitated thousands of business customers and billions in energy transaction value, proving that modern software and AI can transform an industry built on legacy systems. At tem, we’re not just building another energy company, we’re rearchitecting market infrastructure so that transparency, efficiency and sustainability become the default, not the exception. THE ROLE: We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer to join Origination & New Products, a new three-person squad inside Sell Side Growth. Sell Side Growth originates, contracts, and retains the renewable generators whose volume powers our platform - without generators, there's no product. The engine is scaling fast, and much of the manual process underneath today's pipeline - tendering, contracting, onboarding - needs to be rebuilt to handle that growth rather than buckle under it. This is a deep, hands-on IC role, not a squad-lead one - that's owned by the Staff/Senior Staff engineer leading the initiative. You're free to go all-in on the hardest technical problems: integration with Rosso (our pricing and settlement engine), Control Room (our core tendering and pipeline platform), and the deal-gating risk tooling that lets us take on genuinely new categories of commercial risk safely. We're not hiring for leadership polish here. We're hiring a ridiculously good engineer. In your first 12 months, you might: • Own architecture-level decisions on the integration-heavy systems connecting Origination & New Products to Rosso, Data, and Billing. • Help ship the first new product category live and generating qualified pipeline within 6 months. • Help solve the tendering automation problem that currently limits how much volume the team can quote on - one of the highest-leverage levers for supporting our growth. • Contribute to productising a currently manual, error-prone pricing process that's already turning away large, complex deals. • Design deal-gating risk tooling for commercial risk categories that don't exist yet at tem, within our React/TypeScript and Python/AWS serverless stack. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Go deep on hard systems: Own architecture-level decisions on integration-heavy systems, reasoning clearly about boundaries, contracts, and failure modes. • Build for ambiguity: Take a piece of an undefined, commercially-driven problem and turn it into a shippable plan, within the direction your squad lead sets. • Work across boundaries: Deliver on dependencies that sit with teams you have no authority over, such as Rosso, Data, and Billing, getting integrations right without needing to own the relationship. • Build with impact: Design, build, and ship the hardest parts of the new-product build sequence yourself, backend-first but comfortable moving into the React/TypeScript front end when it matters. • Maintain high standards: Write clean, well-tested code, contribute to code reviews, and help improve team practices and documentation. REQUIREMENTS: Must-Haves: • Deep technical depth in backend and systems design, with a track record of owning architecture-level decisions on complex, integration-heavy systems. • Comfortable in our core stack: Python, AWS serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EventBridge), and event-driven architectures. React/TypeScript exposure is a plus but not the bar. • Comfort operating without a full spec: able to take a defined slice of an ambiguous problem and turn it into a shippable plan. • Experience delivering work where a critical dependency sits with a team you have no authority over. • Proven product delivery experience: experience as a Full …

À distanceEN
S

Your mission Hello and welcome to Sungrow Europe! We are looking for a Data Engineer who can turn complex EMS, SCADA and contract data into reliable operational insight across our ESS fleet. • Configure, commission and optimise EMS settings, control strategies, setpoints and dispatch logic across the ESS fleet. • Diagnose EMS faults, validate software and firmware updates, and support reliable system performance. • Serve as the EMS technical contact for Operations and Maintenance teams, the Remote Service Center and HQ. • Connect and maintain data feeds from customer EMS platforms, the Insight Portal, SCADA telemetry and ticketing systems. • Build robust data pipelines that bring operational sources into a consistent, traceable dataset and resolve data gaps quickly. • Develop fleet monitoring dashboards and automate LTSA compliance, availability and ad hoc performance reporting. Your profile Sounds like an exciting challenge? To thrive in this role and enjoy a long-term impact, your background could look like this: • You hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable technical field. • You bring experience with SCADA, EMS or industrial telemetry, ideally in ESS, BESS, renewables or a similarly technical environment. • You understand BESS control strategies, dispatch logic and PLC behaviour, including hands-on EMS configuration or troubleshooting. • You work confidently with SQL and Python or similar languages, time-series data and REST APIs. • You have experience building dashboards in tools such as Power BI or Grafana and are familiar with Azure or AWS. • You are structured, detail-oriented and able to translate contract requirements into transparent data logic. • Knowledge of availability calculations and SLA, LTSA or liquidated damages frameworks is a strong advantage. • You communicate confidently in English at C1 level; other European languages are a plus. Why us? Join Sungrow Europe's Energy Storage Service team and help shape how we monitor, operate and improve a growing ESS fleet. You will work at the intersection of engineering, operations and data, where your insights directly support system availability, customer commitments and continuous improvement. Expect an international environment, close collaboration with technical experts across Europe and HQ, and meaningful work that advances the transition to clean energy.
