Senior Ecommerce Manager, Emerging Brands

G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role We're looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Emerging Brands at Grüns! In this role, you'll own conversion rate optimization and the website for our emerging brands: Nütrops, Müves, Immün, and Jüced, and more to come! You'll build new landing pages and optimize existing ones from idea and brief to launch using AI-powered workflows and a partnership with design and engineering team members. You will design a testing program that works for brands with far less traffic than Grüns, where speed to learning still decides growth. You'll partner closely with our marketing and growth leads to turn paid traffic into customers within our CAC targets, and work with designers and developers to keep every test moving. This is an opportunity to build a repeatable, scalable testing function for our newest brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment, and we also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. In this role, you will: • Build and run a testing program in partnership with growth leads designed for low-traffic brands: fewer, bolder tests, smart sequencing, and sound read-outs on small samples, borrowing proven learnings from Grüns where they apply. • Create new landing pages and optimize existing ones for Nütrops, Müves, Immün, and Jüced from brief to launch using AI-powered workflows, increasing our speed to learning. • Track daily performance by brand and surface insights with our paid marketing team to align on actions to improve conversion and find where to scale. • Analyze user behavior (scrollmaps, heatmaps, recordings, sales data) and early customer signals (reviews, support, post-purchase surveys) to uncover friction and generate new test hypotheses. • Research customer needs to identify how customers differ between emerging brands and what's most important to address with those customers. • Build and maintain a clear testing roadmap for each emerging brand, planned together with marketing and growth leads. • Establish repeatable CRO processes (performance monitoring, landing page creation, post-test recaps) that scale as the brands grow. • Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing/growth leads to keep testing on track, ensuring cross-functional alignment and reducing delays in the CRO pipeline. We're looking for someone who: • Has 5-7 years of experience doing CRO or Ecom work at a DTC company. Experience at an early-stage or multi-brand DTC business, or running tests on limited traffic, is a plus. • Is proficient with Claude Code and Claude Design (or similar AI-assisted workflows) for landing page creation end to end, from ideation to design to copy to build. • Has vast experience with Shopify and/or other order management and sales platforms. • Is experienced managing a wide arrangement of 3rd party applications to enhance the sales process, and with integrating post-purchase and lifecycle management tools to work with growth team members on improving experiences. • Has deep experience with an analytics platform (e.g. GA4, Heap, or Adobe Analytics). • Has deep experience with a testing platform (e.g. Intelligems, FigPii, Amplitude, Kameleoon, or Statsig). Approach to the role: • Curious and analytical: Constantly digs into data (scrollmaps, recordings, test results, user testing) to understand user behavior and identify new opportunities for improvement. • Action-biased: Doesn't wait for perfect information. Moves fast, iterates often, and learns from what's live. • Collaborative communicator: Keeps designers, developers, and marketers aligned through clear, proactive updates, including planning and building the testing roadmap together with marketers. Knows how to work cross-functionally to keep projects moving. • Process-minded: Brings structure to the testing process. Knows how to brief clearly, QA effectively, and document learnings post-launch. • User-obsessed: Approaches every test and build from the lens of the user: "Where might they get stuck?" "What would motivate them more?" • Growth-oriented: Seeks feedback, asks questions, and builds skills across tools. • Decisive prioritizer: Synthesizes a broad set of data to make informed bets, picking the path expected to drive the most impact even without complete information. • Builder across brands: Comfortable running several small brands at different stages at once, and knows when a result is real and when the sample is too small to trust. • AI-driven: Obsessed with automating work and creating new workflows using AI. Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. About the role We’re looking for a Founding European SDR to help launch and scale Tremendous’ outbound motion internationally. As our first international SDR hire, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with high-potential prospects, while helping define how we sell into new European markets. What you'll do • Work primarily to bring in new deals through outbound prospecting • Own your pipeline through cold calling first. Treasury Manager

Remote or hybrid | Europe (CET/EET time zone) | Crypto & Payments | Treasury & Payment Operations | Employment or B2B Our client is an established, profitable fintech operating at the intersection of crypto and traditional payments. It runs a consumer on/off-ramp platform and a fast-growing B2B infrastructure business: APIs and white-label solutions that let exchanges, neobanks, PSPs, wallets and other platforms embed regulated crypto and fiat services. The company is authorised under MiCA and PSD2 in the EU and is expanding its licence footprint, including new e-money authorisations. The culture is owner-led, high-ownership and low-bureaucracy: decisions are made quickly and close to the founders. About the role This is a hands-on Treasury Manager role in the Finance & Treasury team, reporting to the Head of Treasury. Money moves every day across dozens of bank accounts, payment providers, acquirers, exchange venues and wallets, in several currencies and jurisdictions. Your job is to make sure it is in the right place, in the right amount, at the right time, and that the company can prove it to an auditor or a regulator. You will take full ownership of operational payments, build regular cash and crypto reporting for Finance leadership, and get safeguarding reconciliation ready for the company’s upcoming e-money licences. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership: you will not just run existing processes, you will help redesign them. What you will own • Operational payments: the end-to-end invoice and salary payment cycle, including validation, approval routing, FX and release across banks and EMIs, as well as beneficiary verification, dual authorisation, returns and stuck payments. • Payment process redesign: working with Finance leadership to build a faster, well-controlled payment process: higher payment frequency, invoice checks with accounting before payment, backup approvers and the four-eyes principle kept at all times. • Cash and crypto reporting: collecting balances across banks, acquirers, PSPs, exchanges and custody accounts, and producing a signed-off cash flow report with analytics on changes in cash and crypto positions. • Safeguarding and segregation: daily safeguarding reconciliation for e-money entities once operational, and client-asset segregation and reconciliation under MiCA and PSD2, with records that stand up to review. • Regulatory and audit support: recurring returns for licensed entities and the treasury evidence pack for audit and regulator requests. • Liquidity: short-term forecasting, pre-funding of settlement and trading accounts, sweeps, and stablecoin and hot/cold float management in line with policy. • Controls and improvement: treasury policies, authority matrices and SOPs, and moving reporting and reconciliation off spreadsheets together with Finance Systems and Engineering. What we are looking for • 3–5 years in treasury or payment operations, ideally at a crypto or fintech company. • Hands-on payment execution in a company role: approval workflows, banking portals, payment file formats and segregation of duties. • Real crypto operations experience: exchange and custody accounts, stablecoin settlement, hot/cold wallet operations, on-chain verification, and network specifics such as fees, finality, memo/tag and stuck transactions. • Ownership of regular balance reporting and reconciliation in a multi-currency, multi-account environment, including resolving breaks. • Experience in a regulated environment: regulatory reporting, safeguarding or client-money rules, and audit or regulator requests. • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. • Exceptional attention to detail, precision under cut-off pressure and full discretion with sensitive financial information. • Fluent English. • Based in a time zone close to CET/EET. Nice to have • Hands-on PSD2 or EMI safeguarding reconciliation, including UK safeguarding. • MiCA/CASP crypto-asset segregation and reporting. • Experience redesigning a payment or approval process together with accounting. • Building cash flow reports and dashboards; SQL beyond the basics. • Fireblocks or a similar custody/MPC platform. • A treasury certification such as ACT or CTP. What’s on offer • Full ownership of treasury operations in a regulated crypto and payments business. • A role where you shape processes and controls, not just follow them. • A remote setup, or hybrid at the company’s European HQ, with a flat structure and fast decisions. • A full-time contract with a performance bonus. • Paid leave, health insurance and a certification budget. • A clear hiring process: HR interview, a joint interview with Treasury and Finance leadership, and a reference check. Because the role involves access to company accounts, a pre-employment background check follows the offer.

Superside is reinventing how its people learn, and we're looking for someone to help bring that vision to life in practical, AI-powered ways. As an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist, you'll join the Learning Enablement and Transformation team. You'll work closely with the person leading our learning strategy, turning goals and ideas into working solutions: Claude-supported resources, automated workflows, and well-organized knowledge that people can actually find and use. You'll also keep the systems and knowledge behind our learning programs in good order, so everything runs smoothly with little manual effort. This isn't a traditional L&D role. If you love working with information, enjoy building with AI and automation tools, and care about how people learn, you'll feel at home here. You'll work independently, from ideas and open problems rather than step-by-step briefs, in a fully remote, ambitious, async-first team. What you'll do • Research practical, AI-powered ways to deliver on our learning goals, and recommend what's worth implementing. • Prototype Claude-supported learning resources and automations, and turn the best ones into working solutions. • Build and launch new learning initiatives, from first idea to something people use. • Run and improve async onboarding, so new joiners get a smooth, mostly automated experience. • Organize and maintain our learning knowledge, so it's easy to find, trust and keep up to date. • Automate enrolments, reminders, tracking and reporting across our learning systems. • Look after our learning systems and tools such as Sana LMS, Notion, Claude so they stay reliable and easy to use. • Create learning content when needed, such as short modules, guides and resources. • Work with stakeholders across the company to understand their learning needs and turn them into practical solutions. What you'll need to succeed • Strong experience organizing and managing knowledge: structuring information, keeping it current, and making it easy to use. • Hands-on experience building with AI, and a real curiosity about what's possible next. • Experience with workflow automation tools and a comfort with the technical side of things. • A systems mindset: you see how the pieces connect, and you follow through until it works. • Comfort solving problems from ambiguity, turning an idea or a rough goal into a clear plan. • A people-first approach: you think about the learner and their experience, not just the tool. • Experience in learning and development, HR, enablement, or a related field is a plus, though it's not the centre of the role. • Experience with learning platforms (such as an LMS) is a plus. • Ability to create clear, simple learning content and communications. • Proactive and independent: you don't wait for step-by-step instructions. • Great written communication in English, and comfort working async in a remote team. Compensation Additional Information Why Join us? Superside's vision is to create equal opportunities globally by accelerating the world’s transition to online work. An overview of this role As the Corporate Development Director, you'll help influence how GitLab invests to win: what we build, what we buy, where we partner, and what we should not pursue. This role sits within the Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships team, reporting to the VP, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships. This role straddles strategy and M&A engagements. You'll lead research that frames GitLab's options: mapping the markets in and around our AI-powered DevSecOps platform, testing where we have a right to win, and turning that into clear recommendations for the executive team. When the answer is to acquire, you'll drive the deal process end to end, from outreach through close and integration. Success here is not measured by deal count. It looks like sharper strategic choices: a well-reasoned point of view on our priority markets, investment theses that product and executive leaders rely on, acquisitions that speed up the roadmap when buying is the right answer, and an educated no when it isn't. You'll own the wider market perspective rather than individual product categories, and work with the team's Analyst on the research behind it. What you'll do Strategy and research • Own the wider market view. Research the broader market GitLab competes in, beyond specific product categories: competitive dynamics, AI-native entrants, technology shifts and where value is moving. Collaborate with the team's Analyst on the research and turn the findings into a clear point of view on where GitLab should play. • Build an investment thesis for each focus area. Work with Product and Engineering leaders to define the problems worth solving, the capabilities GitLab needs, and what it would cost in time and money to get there on our own. • Own the competitive and landscape view. Maintain market maps and a current read on GitLab's competitors: their strategy, product direction, positioning, pricing, and M&A and funding activity. Produce competitor analyses that show where we lead, where we're exposed and how rivals are likely to move. Flag shifts by competitors, hyperscalers and AI labs that change our options, and bring the implications to Product and the executive team. • Define where GitLab should not play. Identify adjacencies that dilute focus and markets where the economics or competition work against us. Make the case for a no with the same rigor as a yes. Build, buy or partner • Run the build, buy, partner analysis. For each strategic gap, compare the options side by side on speed, cost, risk, control and strategic fit, and bring a clear recommendation. • Deliver strategic clarity to executives and the Board. Produce short strategy memos/decks and business cases that set out the decision, the trade-offs and what we give up with each path. • Feed company strategy and planning. Bring an outside-in view of the market and the inorganic options available into annual and long-range planning. • Work hand in hand with Strategic Partnerships. When partnering is the right answer, frame the opportunity and hand it to the partnership owner with a clear thesis. When it isn't, explain why. Deal execution and integration • Own end-to-end deal process management. Validate target fit against GitLab's our target profile, product roadmap and other criteria, and build the acquisition rationale and business case. Drive our M&A process from intro call through the various steps through to closing and integration. • Evaluate the deal. Develop valuation, commercial integrity assessment, impact on GitLab's business and provide negotiations assistance to the VP and …

OUR TEAM We are an enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking team of ≈ 100 people. Our founding team has strong entrepreneurial experience building and scaling web products from 0 to IPO. Alexis Soulopoulos [CEO] • 10+ years in Tech Executive Leadership • Co-Founder Mad Paws Holdings (from 0 to IPO) • Forbes 30 under 30 + Deloitte TechFast50 ’22 & ‘23 Michael Monin [Co-founder & CTO] • 10+ years as CTO / COO (web2/web3), 3 years in AI/LLM • Serial-entrepreneur: MTK Digital (exited / 0->$20m revenue) and Zipchat (AI Chatbot for E-commerce brands) Thomas Lacroix [Co-founder & CMO] • 8+ years in Customer Acquisition & E-commerce Growth • Serial-entrepreneur: Curatible (sold to Blackstone) and MTK Digital (exited / 0->$20m revenue) Maruša Fasano [CFO/Legal] • 25+ years in Finance, Strategy, M&A • Ex-CFO/M&A @Curatible (exited to Blackstone) • Ex-President of the Board @SotremoSA (exited) • Co-founder/CFO @SoftOne (exited) YOUR ROLE Most LLM roles stop at experimentation. Here, the models you improve power experiences for 50M+ users. Most of our traffic runs on self-hosted, fine-tuned open-weight models. On our internal roleplay evals, our smaller fine-tuned models can outperform much larger off-the-shelf models. Your job is to make them better. You’ll join a small AI team led by Marco, our LLM Tech Lead, working closely with our CTO, Product, Web and DevOps teams. You’ll work across data, post-training, evals, and model behavior, taking ideas from failure analysis to production. The problems are real: personalization, character consistency, long conversations, better evals, multilingual behavior, and faster training cycles. If you want to shape model behavior at consumer scale, this is the role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Fine-tune open-weight LLMs using SFT, LoRA/QLoRA and post-training methods such as DPO and GRPO • Diagnose model failures and turn them into experiments. Decide whether the answer is better data, post-training, prompting or classifiers • Build training data and evals that directly shape what gets trained next • Improve model behavior across personalization, consistency, tone, multilingual and group interactions • Ship to production and use real user behavior to guide the next iteration • Speed up the training loop so experiments are faster, easier to compare, and more reproducible YOUR QUALIFICATIONS • You’ve personally post-trained open-weight LLMs for a user-facing product and shipped them to production • You’ve worked where AI was core to the product or business, not an experimental side feature • Fine-tuning is core to your experience • Strong Python, PyTorch and Hugging Face, with hands-on GPU training and debugging • You build data and evals yourself and make decisions from evidence • You can take work beyond notebooks into production • You use AI tools daily in your own engineering work • You are fully comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit NSFW content, including harmful material when developing and evaluating moderation system BONUS POINTS • Experience with conversational AI, roleplay products, or highly personalized consumer AI • Multilingual LLMs • Moderation, safety, or adversarial testing • Multimodal models • Open-source LLM / post-training contributions WHY EVERAI? Exponential Growth: From 50M users in 2 years, to 100M next — and 500M beyond Track Record of Category-Creating Innovation: We consistently launch world-first AI applications — setting the pace, not following it Global Impact: Top-tier user growth, real-world adoption, and cultural relevance Proven Leadership: A senior team that’s launched, scaled, and exited & IPO’d multiple scale ups — now fully focused on reshaping AI companionship Elite Remote Team: 100% remote and built to win — world-class talent from Tier 1 tech companies, with a culture of ownership, velocity, and radical creativity Ethical Core: Our AI ecosystem is governed by EverGuard, our proprietary AI moderation technology, ensuring responsible development at scale WHAT WE OFFER Contract Type: We prefer B2B, but we’re flexible, what matters is long-term commitment and impact Work From Anywhere: Fully remote.
