Responsibilities • Proactively identify, target, and acquire high-growth mid-market and enterprise prospects across the Nordic region to aggressively expand Stripe’s market footprint. • Build and execute creative, hyper-targeted outbound strategies to open doors with executive decision-makers • Lead complex sales processes from initial prospect contact and discovery through technical qualification, business case delivery, commercial negotiation, and contract execution. • Perform strategic account mapping across target organizations to build deep, multi-threaded relationships with business and technical leaders. • Collaborate with sales engineering, product, and leadership to refine outbound playbooks and elevate Stripe’s net-new acquisition strategy in the Nordics. • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process and help shape the Stripe sales culture. Minimum requirements • 6+ years of enterprise/mid-market SaaS or fintech sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding net-new ARR and new logo quotas • Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products • Proactive experience sourcing pipeline independently through cold outreach, executive networking, and strategic prospecting. • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements. • A knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally • Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English Preferred requirements • Proven domain knowledge in payments (e.g, acquiring, payment orchestration, or embedded finance). • A track record of closing complex, seven figure+ Enterprise deals • Professional working proficiency in one of the Nordic languages • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment

• Leads SAP implementation projects, strategic initiatives, and consulting engagements with a strong focus on SAP Cloud solutions. • Responsible for project delivery, governance, resource coordination, and client satisfaction. • Provides leadership across multidisciplinary teams and serves as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Drives project planning, risk management, quality assurance, and budget control. • Supports business development, pre-sales activities, and the expansion of SAP Cloud capabilities in the Nordic market. • Acts as a role model within the organization and contributes to the development of delivery methodologies and consulting capabilities. • Facilitates workshops, project governance, stakeholder management, and decision-making processes. • Manages project risks, dependencies, issues, and resource planning throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Coordinates functional, technical, and global delivery teams to achieve project objectives. • Ensures alignment between business requirements and SAP solution design. • Advises clients on SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, and process standardization. • Leverages deep logistics and supply chain expertise to guide solution design and business transformation initiatives. • Supports organizational change, business process optimization, and adoption of SAP best practices. • Accountable for successful project delivery and financial performance of assigned engagements. • Supports account development, business growth initiatives, and client relationship management. • Contributes to proposals, estimations, statements of work, and pre-sales activities. • Supports SAP Cloud business development by helping clients understand the value of SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions. • Coaches and mentors consultants and project team members. • Promotes Nagarro values, quality standards, and delivery excellence. • Project Manager for SAP implementation and cloud transformation projects. • Senior functional advisor within SAP Logistics and Supply Chain Management. • Trusted advisor to client stakeholders on SAP Cloud adoption, process harmonization, and business transformation. • Lead consultant for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud initiatives, particularly within logistics and supply chain domains. • Contributor to the development and growth of Nagarro's SAP Cloud practice in Sweden and the Nordics. • Support sales and pre-sales efforts by shaping SAP Cloud opportunities, project approaches, and solution roadmaps. • Typically 10-15+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience. • University degree or equivalent professional qualification. • Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects and business transformation initiatives. • Extensive hands-on experience within SAP Logistics, including several of the following areas: SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, SCM, PP, TM, or related supply chain and logistics processes. • Strong functional understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, warehouse, and supply chain processes. • Extensive experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA across multiple industries. • Experience with SAP ERP Cloud, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments, is considered a strong advantage. • Strong understanding of SAP Activate, SAP best practices, and modern SAP delivery methodologies. • Leads end-to-end SAP projects with responsibility for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud implementations is highly valued. • Strong leadership and collaboration skills. • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities. • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value. • Strong planning, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership and functional consulting. • Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments.
