Head of Product, AI Enablement (f/m/d)

À distanceEN
A

Purpose of Position Own the product agenda for how AI creates real, measurable value across Awin — translating AI capability into shipped product outcomes, not experiments. Context Thousands of advertisers and publishers who stay on Awin platform because of the people and product behind the service. The next chapter of Awin's product strategy is defined by how deliberately we put AI to work — not as a slogan, but as a set of practical capabilities embedded into what we build and how the business runs. Most companies treat AI as a layer bolted onto existing product thinking. We want the opposite: a Head of Product who treats AI as core to the product strategy itself — where it belongs, what it should never touch, and how it compounds value over time rather than producing one-off wins. What you'll own • Product strategy for AI-driven value. Define where AI genuinely changes the economics or experience of our product — and where it doesn't. Prioritise like a product leader: value creation and value capture, not novelty. • Translate capability into roadmap. Convert what AI can practically do today into a prioritised, sequenced product agenda with clear outcomes — not a lab of disconnected pilots. • Own outcomes, not outputs. Every initiative under your remit is judged on measurable business impact — adoption, efficiency, revenue, or customer outcome — not on whether something "uses AI." • Partner at exec level. Work directly with leadership to align AI investment with company priorities, and defend that investment in commercial terms. • Lead a product team. Hire and develop the product talent needed to execute — with real ownership over people and budget. • Set the standard for build vs. buy. Make disciplined calls on when to adopt existing AI tooling versus build proprietary capability, with opportunity cost as the deciding factor. • Champion practical adoption over theatre. Internal and external users are your test of success — if a capability isn't used, it isn't done. Who you are • Product leader with technical fluency. You've run product organisations and you understand, in practical terms, where AI creates leverage versus where it's a distraction. • Outcome-obsessed. You think in business impact first, technology second. • Commercially sharp. You can defend a roadmap in P&L terms as comfortably as in a product review. • Credible with engineering. You can go deep enough on data, APIs, and model capability to make good calls, without needing to be the one building it. • A builder of teams, not just plans — you know how to hire and develop product talent that ships. What success looks like • A clear, prioritised AI product agenda in place; first initiatives shipped with measurable adoption. • A functioning product team; multiple AI-enabled capabilities live and driving demonstrable business outcomes. • AI is a defining, differentiated part of Awin's product experience — not a side initiative, but core to how the product wins in market. What this role is not Not an automation function. Not a central bureaucracy that runs projects for other teams. Not a lab for AI experimentation without a business case. This is a product leadership role — where AI is the primary lens, not a side interest. Our Offer • Flexi-Week : We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing by offering you a four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance. • Flexi-office : We offer an international culture and flexibility through our hybrid/remote working scheme which is designed to foster a culture of mutual trust and working flexibility. • Work Expense Contribution & Remote Working Furniture : You will receive a monthly allowance to cover part of your running costs, as well as a furniture package to support you in setting up a comfortable workspace when working from home. • Health and Wellbeing : With our support and access to various initiatives and sports offers, you can focus on your mental and physical wellbeing. • Development : We’ve built our extensive training suite, Awin Academy, to cover a wide range of skills that support your professional and personal growth, with trainings conveniently packaged to help your overall development. • Appreciation : Thank and reward colleagues by sending them a voucher through our peer-to-peer recognition programme. We are hiring in multiple countries for this role. Additional benefits, including health and wellbeing offerings, will be discussed during the initial interview. Established in 2000, Awin is proud of our dynamic, social and inclusive culture. Like all businesses, we’ve had to adapt and nurture our culture in a virtual environment. Our virtual ‘Life @ Awin’ hub brings our colleagues from across the globe together for various social activities. Diversity & Inclusion are paramount to us, and we proudly pursue and hire diverse team members. We champion …

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work. Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together. About the Role: You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. As an Engineering Manager at Wrike, you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver high‑impact product and platform initiatives. You’ll combine strong technical acumen with people leadership, process excellence, and product thinking to drive timely and measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will own results end‑to‑end – from discovery and planning through execution, rollout, and continuous improvement – while helping your team grow and do the best work of their careers. Your Impact: • Go beyond formal execution by shaping and building product experiences that matter to customers, using metrics (e.g., customer value, adoption, reliability, and quality) to measure impact. • Own projects end‑to‑end: discovery and solutioning in partnership with product and design, planning and sequencing, execution, release preparation and launch, post-release follow-ups and maintenance. • Partner with product to define, communicate, and track team goals/OKRs aligned with product and company strategy. • Make thoughtful prioritization and trade‑off decisions between scope, quality, and speed. • Lead planning, estimation, and phased rollouts for large, cross‑functional projects and customer‑impacting changes. • Improve how the team works by evolving processes, tools, and collaboration patterns, including using AI/automation to increase efficiency and value. • Partner closely with Product Management and Design as part of an effective “triad” to deliver customer‑centric solutions. Your Qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant industry experience (engineering, technical leadership, and/or management). • 3+ years of management experience, including leading cross‑functional teams. • Proven track record of delivering measurable results (e.g., business impact, customer satisfaction, technical metrics (improved performance, reliability, quality, etc.), delivery metrics (team throughput, etc.). • Experience giving direct, timely feedback and handling difficult conversations with clarity and empathy. • Solid engineering background with the ability to “speak the language” of engineers, review designs, ask the right technical questions and challenge decisions and estimations. • Experience with planning, prioritization, and execution of complex customer-facing projects. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages to both technical and non‑technical audiences. • Experience in setting team goals and using metrics to manage and improve team performance. • Strong track record in coaching, career development, and performance management. • Proficiency with agile development practices and iterative delivery. • Strong business and product sense: ability to connect technical work to customer value and company strategy. Standout Qualities: • Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining high‑performing engineers. • Examples of effective communication: presentations, roadmap updates, etc. – targeting the entire team or stakeholders. • Established practice of using data and analytics to make informed decisions and measure outcomes. • Proven ability to introduce process improvements, challenge the status quo, and drive innovation within constraints. • Hands‑on use of AI/automation tools to streamline workflows and increase team productivity. • Ability to influence without authority and build trust across engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders. Team Dynamics: You will lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and work in close partnership with a dedicated Product Manager and Designer as an integrated “triad.” You’ll collaborate regularly with other product teams, platform/service owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders across the organization. You’ll report to a senior engineering leader and be part of a broader engineering management community that shares best practices, learns from each other, and supports your growth as a leader. Our Work Style: • Cross‑functional, collaborative environment with tight partnership between Engineering, Product, and Design. • Agile …

Senior Pre-sales Solution Architect - Enterprise AI infrastructure (remote in Europe)

À distance ✓EN
M

The Opportunity Mirantis helped define cloud native infrastructure for a generation of enterprises through our Container and OpenStack platforms — the systems that run mission-critical workloads inside the world's most regulated organizations. Now those same customers are facing a new set of challenges as agentic AI and inferencing workloads grow explosively, and we're building the next infrastructure chapter to meet them there. We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Solution Architect to help customers design and deploy next-generation AI infrastructure in the French speaking areas of Europe. We're looking for a Sales Engineer who wants to own that transition inside real accounts: banking, insurance, telecom, government, pharma. This is enterprise infrastructure, not experimental AI — the customer's platform and security teams will be in the room, and your technical credibility is what earns their trus In this role, you will work closely with our European enterprise customers, platform engineering teams, and AI practitioners to architect solutions that enable scalable AI workloads, modern developer platforms, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This is not a support role. You own the architecture conversation, the proof-of-concept, and the depth of the customer relationship. Account teams partner with you — the technical trust is yours to build. What You'll Actually Do • Own the technical relationship. Be the person CTOs, platform teams, and infrastructure leaders trust for a straight answer — not just the one who runs the demo. • Architect real solutions. Translate a customer's constraints — regulatory, operational, organizational — into deployable architecture across our Container, OpenStack, and Enterprise AI offerings. • Lead the proof. Run PoCs that prove fit under real conditions: deploy the platform, prototype AI workloads, debug live, and show what running it operationally actually looks like. • Tell the story. Turn infrastructure complexity into a narrative a CIO and a platform engineer can each act on — in a boardroom, a workshop, or on a whiteboard. • Build and protect the account. Carry technical continuity from discovery through PoC through expansion — especially in regulated environments where trust is earned slowly and lost fast. • Win net-new. Bring the same credibility to greenfield opportunities across regulated verticals, where the AI infrastructure conversation is often just starting. • Shape what we build. Feed field insight back into product and GTM as our Enterprise AI infrastructure evolves — your input carries real weight. Who You Are • You've lived the cloud native rise. Kubernetes, containers, OpenStack, platform engineering — you've built and operated this, likely as a platform engineer, DevOps engineer, or cloud architect, before moving toward the customer. • You're pulled toward AI infrastructure. GPU orchestration, inferencing, model serving — you're already leaning in, not waiting to be asked. • You think in platforms, not tools. Compute, networking, storage, and now inference and governance — one architecture, not a checklist. • You can deploy what you sell. You stand up clusters, run live demos, build PoCs, and debug them yourself when something breaks in front of the customer. • You own relationships, not tickets. You've managed accounts in regulated, high-scrutiny environments and know that technical trust is the actual sales cycle. • You're a natural technical evangelist. Conference talks, open-source contributions, technical writing, demo-building — this is already how you show up. What Actually Matters Most Driving demonstrable outcomes and results is what we care about most. We want someone with a proven track record of leading technical evaluations that turn into signed deals — and who can tell you exactly how they did it. Equally important: proven technical authority in regulated enterprise environments, where the sales cycle runs through platform and security review as much as procurement. This is relationship development and technical account management as much as it is architecture. Practical Requirements • 12 years combined experience across infrastructure engineering and solutions architecture / sales engineering. • 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in France or other French speaking countries in Europe. • Hands-on experience designing or operating Kubernetes and/or OpenStack-based systems in production. • Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles for infrastructure or cloud platforms. • Experience managing accounts in regulated industries (banking/FSI, telecom, government, pharma/manufacturing) strongly preferred. Why This Role • A ground-floor seat in Mirantis' Enterprise AI infrastructure business, backed by an installed base of 1,500 enterprise customers. • Technical ownership, not a …

We're building a new global Berlitz, and this is your opportunity to help shape it. Nearly 150 years of expertise, meeting the ambition and technology to power a new era of learning. If you are the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn’t afraid of a blank page, and is excited to help shape the future of a global company undergoing a significant transformation, you might belong at Berlitz! What You'll Own • The website, GEO, and the acquisition funnel, for the Career Professionals (individual, B2P) and Self Serve Employers (under 250 employees, under roughly $20,000 a year, no salesperson) segments specifically. • Self-serve conversion, from first visit through signup, upgrade, and, eventually, the point where an account outgrows self-serve and hands off to the Assisted tier. • The B2P and SMB messaging, in practice, not just in the shared Messaging Framework, this is the one seat that gets to see directly whether that messaging actually converts. What Success Looks Like • A defensible, evidence-backed answer to the LTV:CAC question this seat's own existence is gated on. • A written, documented Critical User Journey for the self-serve signup and upgrade path, which currently doesn't exist anywhere in the registry, despite being arguably the easiest journey in the company to document precisely, since nobody has to be interviewed to understand it. • Growth in self-serve revenue that either justifies this becoming a permanent Senior PM seat, or, just as validly, a clear, honest case that it shouldn't. What We're Looking For • Real self-serve growth experience.Funnel optimization, conversion, GEO, and a track record of moving a number without a sales team's help. • Comfort being precise about what the product actually does. The current messaging pillar "one system, individual to enterprise" is accurate for the core learner product but not for Command, since Self Serve Employers get no Command at all. You'll need to hold that distinction in your own funnel copy rather than overclaim it. • A bias toward writing things down. This seat starts with more open whitespace, no CUJ, no dedicated pod, than almost any other seat in the org, and the person who takes it will be building the paper trail as much as the funnel. At Berlitz, connecting people across languages and cultures is at the heart of what we do. Our global workplace reflects the diverse world we serve, bringing together different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. We create an inclusive environment where everyone has an equal opportunity to belong, contribute and grow. Ready to shape what’s next? Join us and help build the future with us.

We bring a wide mix of skills, from front-end, back-end, full-stack and mobile engineering to machine learning, data science and analytics, to build the experiences that guide our members through their health journey. We're proud of the diversity in our team: 39% female and 61% male, with colleagues from many backgrounds, cultures and lived experiences. We believe this makes us stronger, more creative and better able to serve our global community. Collaboration is core to how we work. Engineers at ZOE partner closely with data scientists, analysts, product managers and product designers to bring new ideas to life. Depending on the project, we also work with marketing, finance, legal and other teams, so the work is highly cross-functional and impactful. Above all, we value curiosity, openness and empowerment. We encourage everyone to share ideas, keep learning and shape how we work, whether that's experimenting with new technology, improving our ways of working or finding better ways to support our members. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a front-end focus to help us build world-class digital experiences. ZOE runs a full-stack environment, but this role is for someone who loves crafting seamless, performant, responsive and beautiful user interfaces. Your main focus will be zoe.com http://zoe.com, the place where people discover ZOE, learn about our science and join as members or buy our products. Your work will directly shape how millions of people first experience ZOE, and you'll see its impact in the data. You'll spend most of your time in TypeScript, React and Next.js. You'll also work in our backend services (Kotlin or Python) to make sure the data you need is available, well structured and delivered efficiently. You'll help shape and grow our web design system with design and engineering, and you'll launch A/B tests and work with analysts to understand the results. OUR STACK • Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, GraphQL • Backend: Kotlin / Spring Boot, Python / FastAPI and Django • Tools: Google Tag Manager, [CMS name, e.g. DatoCMS], Optimizely, Google Pub/Sub, Grafana, Firebase Auth • CI/CD: ArgoCD, GitHub Actions • Data: web data layer, dbt, BigQuery, Airflow • Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Vercel WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Building zoe.com http://zoe.com: developing a fast, accessible and beautiful website that is consistently on-brand. • Design partnership: working closely with UX designers to turn high-fidelity designs into fluid, accessible and performant components. • Design system: contributing to and helping grow our shared component library and web design system. • Experimentation: launching A/B tests and working with analysts to interpret results and improve the user journey. • Bridging the stack: collaborating on API design and implementing backend changes where new front-end features need them. • Engineering excellence: writing clean, testable, maintainable code and shipping to production regularly, ideally daily. • Growth: learning from and working alongside senior engineers, sharing knowledge with others, and growing into a technical owner of parts of our web platform. WE THINK YOU'D BE GREAT IF YOU… • Have 3–5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on front-end. • Have strong experience with TypeScript, React and Next.js, and understand state management, hooks and web performance optimisation. • Have working knowledge of a backend language (such as Python, Kotlin or Java) and feel comfortable navigating an API or database schema. • Are a pragmatic engineer who prefers simple, maintainable solutions to clever over-engineering. • Enjoy collaborative, cross-functional work and care about the "why" behind a feature as much as the "how." NICE TO HAVE • Experience building or contributing to a design system or shared component library • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools (e.g. Optimizely) • Good understanding of accessibility (WCAG) • Experience with GraphQL • Production experience with Kotlin or Python Don't tick every box? We'd …
