Senior Incident & Problem Manager

À distance ✓EN

Bloomreach is building the world’s premier agentic platform for personalization .We’re revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers, building and deploying AI agents to personalize the entire customer journey. • We're taking autonomous search mainstream, making product discovery more intuitive and conversational for customers, and more profitable for businesses. • We’re making conversational shopping a reality, connecting every shopper with tailored guidance and product expertise — available on demand, at every touchpoint in their journey. • We're designing the future of autonomous marketing , taking the work out of workflows, and reclaiming the creative, strategic, and customer-first work marketers were always meant to do. And we're building all of that on the intelligence of a single AI engine — Loomi — so that personalization isn't only autonomous…it's also consistent. From retail to financial services, hospitality to gaming, businesses use Bloomreach to drive higher growth and lasting loyalty. We power personalization for more than 1,400 global brands, including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora. About the role Location: Czech Republic or Slovakia. Fully remote. Working hours centered on Central European Time (CET/CEST) Reports to: Director, Global Support Incident and problem management today is fragmented and owned part-time by people whose primary role is technical. We are hiring a dedicated Senior Incident & Problem Manager to own the discipline end to end: define how we respond, lead live incidents personally, and embed a single standard across Loomi. This role pairs process ownership with hands-on incident management. You lead the war room / bridge, drive restoration, and set the bar for how incidents are run. This is not administrative coordination: you are expected to become proficient in Loomi at both a functional and a technical level, so you can lead incidents with real product judgment. • This is a hands-on operational role and includes participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Availability outside standard hours is a core requirement, not an occasional exception. • Current emphasis is roughly 80% Incident Management and 20% Problem Management. Incident management needs consolidation and communication now. Problem management does not exist yet and starts with the basics. Early priorities: unify the incident process across both Loomi products, align Engineering, Customer Success, and Product around it, and stand up Problem Management from scratch (root cause analysis, known error database, and a path from recurring incidents to permanent fixes). Over time, you will act as the functional leader for two additional Incident & Problem Managers (no direct people management): setting direction, coaching on the craft, and raising the quality bar for the function. Success in the first year Establish a unified Incident Management function across the product, where teams understand the value it brings and know how to navigate the process. What you'll do • Own incident management end to end for Loomi (Marketing and Search), and personally lead live incidents as Incident Manager, including war-room / bridge leadership through to restoration. • Design and implement a single, unified incident process across both products. • Own incident communications in clear customer language: status page updates, customer-facing messages, and concise briefings for executives and internal stakeholders during critical incidents. • Run post-incident close-out: facilitate the review after major incidents, document what happened and what we learned, assign corrective actions with owners and timelines, and follow those actions through to closure. • Establish Problem Management from the ground up: root cause analysis, a known error database, and a path to prevent recurring incidents. • Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product, and enable teams through clear training and materials so the process is understood, trusted, and used. • Build deep product proficiency in Loomi (Marketing and Search) at both a functional and a technical level: how the products work, how customers use them, and how the main components fit together. • Track and report on the metrics that matter (MTTR, repeat-incident rate, SLA compliance) and use them to drive continuous improvement. • Work day to day in Jira, Zendesk, and PagerDuty, and own the status page as the customer-facing source of truth during incidents. • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. What you'll need Must have • 5+ years of experience in incident management, major incident coordination, technical operations, or a closely related SaaS operations role. • Willingness and availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. This is a core condition of the role. • Proven ability to lead war rooms / incident bridges under pressure: calm, structured, and decisive when severity is high. • Excellent customer-facing …

Senior Outbound Product Manager (M/F/D)

Why VMRay At VMRay, you'll own problem discovery, positioning, messaging and sales readiness for our threat analysis products. This is a senior, high-visibility individual contributor role: you won't be buried writing specs or managing a build backlog, you'll be out front, translating market shifts and customer needs into crisp use cases, differentiated positioning, and narratives that scale across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success. You don't need to be deeply technical, but you do need to understand the buyer and user landscape in cybersecurity well enough to speak credibly with both security practitioners and the leaders who buy on their behalf. If you want a role where your thinking directly shapes how a cybersecurity product wins in market, and where the "build it" side of the house is already covered by a strong technical product team, this is built for you. Your Responsibilities • Problem discovery: research buyers, users and market trends to frame customer problems and priorities. • Use cases and ICP: define and validate target users, ideal customer profiles, and the use cases we support. • Positioning and messaging: create clear positioning, value propositions, proof points and product collateral. • Competitive and differentiation: maintain competitive strengths and battle cards, and enable go-to-market teams on how we win. • GTM narrative and enablement: produce launch narratives and train Sales on pitch, demo storyline, pricing and objection handling. • Roadmap prioritization: translate market insight, customer needs and commercial opportunity into clear product priorities. • External voice: present at webinars and events, and represent the product directly in customer-facing conversations. Our Requirements Essential: • Real experience in B2B cybersecurity product management, product marketing, or a similar go-to-market role. • Domain knowledge and practical exposure to one or more of the following areas: EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), SIEM/SOAR (Security Information and Event Management / Security Orchestration, Automation and Response), CTI/TIP (Cyber Threat Intelligence / Threat Intelligence Platforms), Email Security, Malware Analysis, or Security Operations. • Recent, hands-on experience at a specialized threat intelligence, EDR, or malware analysis vendor is essential. This role requires someone who already speaks the language of that buyer and competitive landscape from day one. • Enough understanding of cybersecurity concepts, products and buyer challenges to speak credibly to both hands-on practitioners and security leaders. • A track record of researching buyers and market dynamics, defining target personas, and identifying strong use cases. • Proven ability to turn customer insight, market shifts and competitive intelligence into positioning, roadmap input or go-to-market execution. • The strategic ability to create positioning, messaging and competitive narratives, even if someone else helps polish the final wording. • Strong stakeholder management across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Partnerships. • Confidence presenting externally, webinars, customer briefings, demos, conferences. Desirable: • Experience specifically within a high-growth or scale-up environment. Location Europe or Middle East, fully remote.

JOIN THE TEAM BUILDING AN AI-FIRST COMPANY Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next. AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas. If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you. Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles https://www.hostinger.com/principles. YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER As an Offensive Cyber Security Engineer, you will help safeguard Hostinger’s infrastructure, applications, and customer data against evolving cyber threats. You'll think like an attacker across our hosting platform, customer control panel, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and the AI products we're shipping. You'll break things on purpose, prove the impact, and work with engineers until the fix is in production. You'll chain findings, write the exploit, and help engineers understand why it matters. Curious to learn more? Meet your future Team Lead: Aurimas Rudinskis, Head of Cyber Security https://www.linkedin.com/in/aurimasrudinskis/ YOUR DAY-TO-DAY • Run penetration tests and targeted attack simulations against web apps, APIs, and Linux-based hosting infrastructure. • Hunt for multi-tenant risks: privilege escalations, isolation breakouts, and account takeover paths that could affect many customers at once. • Triage and reproduce external vulnerability reports (responsible disclosure/bug bounty) and turn them into clear, prioritized fixes. • Automate repetitive tasks with custom tooling, recon pipelines, and regression checks, so the same bug isn't found twice. • Test new features before launch, including AI-powered products (prompt injection, data leakage, agent abuse), so security ships with the product instead of after it. • Write reports that engineers actually want to read, and share attacker-mindset knowledge through walkthroughs, internal CTFs, and code reviews. WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED • Knowledge in penetration testing, application security, or red teaming. Demonstrable CTF, HackTheBox, TryHackMe, or bug bounty experience also counts. • A grasp of web and API vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10 and beyond). • Linux and networking fundamentals. • An ethical, curious mindset. You've broken something on your own time and learned from it. • Clear written English. A finding only counts if someone understands it and fixes it. MEET YOUR TEAM You'd join a team of thirteen and work closely with the engineers who cover product and infrastructure security. From your first months, you'll co-own a bug bounty pipeline: every report that researchers around the world send us about Hostinger passes through you. You'll reproduce it, decide whether it's real, rate its true severity, and get it to the right team. Day to day, you'd partner with product or infrastructure on fixing validated findings and testing new features before launch. We collaborate through clear findings, retests, and code reviews. The goal is to find weaknesses first, fix them fast, and verify so they stay fixed - security testing that engineers see as help, not a hurdle. BENEFITS YOU'LL LOVE 360° Growth: You'll never stop learning here. Get access to Reforge https://www.reforge.com/ and CoachHub, go to global conferences, and borrow from our physical and digital libraries. Depending on your location, you can mentor or be mentored through TesoXchange https://tesoxchange.com/. People give each other open feedback https://www.hostinger.com/blog/reaching-your-peak/, share what they know https://www.hostinger.com/blog/learning-culture/, and take on new projects as their skills grow. Freedom & responsibility: Work where you do your best work: our offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, Jakarta, or Luxembourg, your home, or anywhere in the world. You plan your own day and own your results, and good ideas go live fast. Wellness simplified: Your wellbeing comes first. You get time off to recharge, a Headspace https://www.headspace.com/ subscription, and events focused on wellbeing. Depending on your location, you also get health insurance from day one, a gym membership, regular health checks, and clubs for sports, arts, and hobbies. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business. As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools. Your Impact: • Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations. • Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools. • Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services. • Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders. • Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance. • Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear. Your Qualifications: Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security. Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in. Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them. • Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens. This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns. • Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity. • Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum. You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest. Standout Qualities: • Certified Salesforce Administrator credential. • Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification. • Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations • Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments. • You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own. You don't outsource thinking to a tool. • Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer. Team Dynamics: You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security. You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists. You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal. Our Work Style: • Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling. • Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams. • Hybrid mode. Benefits & Perks: • 28 calendar days of paid vacation • Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days) • Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity • 2 Volunteer Days • Health Insurance (Employees + Dependents) • Life Insurance Plan • Utility Allowance (30 EUR/month, subject to taxation) • Fitness Plan (800 EUR/year) • Full-remote & On-demand access to Co-working space What's Next? • Recruiter Screen (30 mins) • Department Interview / Technical Discussion (60 mins) • Cultural Interview with Hiring Manager, CISO, and HRBP Your recruitment buddy will be Aleksandar Chernev , Senior Technical Recruiter. You'll take ownership of security incidents from detection to post-mortem remediation, ensuring global hosting platform stays resilient under pressure. Curious to learn more? Meet your future Team Lead: Aurimas Rudinskis, Head of Cyber Security https://www.linkedin.com/in/aurimasrudinskis/ YOUR DAY-TO-DAY • Dig into suspicious activity (compromised accounts, malware, phishing, abuse of our platform) and document what happened, how, and what we do next. • Manage SIEM, SOAR, EDR tools, tune detection rules, reduce false positives, and automate repeat findings rather than manual work. • Use AI tools to speed up log analysis, triage, and reporting, and share what works with the team. • Conduct proactive threat hunting to catch zero-days and emerging web exploits. • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and lessons-learned reviews following security incidents to continuously harden our platform. • Partner with engineering teams to identify security gaps and convert them into automated, secure-by-design architectural controls. MEET YOUR TEAM You'd join a team of thirteen and work closely with the engineers covering detection and response, vulnerability management, and cloud security. An experienced security engineer will be your go-to mentor, and you'll own a real detection or automation project within your first months. Day to day, you'd partner with the infrastructure teams on what's happening across the fleet, with software engineers and product teams on fixing what we find, with IT Workspace on employee devices and accounts, and with Customer Support and abuse handling when an issue reaches our customers.
