Senior Talent Partner

WunderGraph is a fast-growing startup, our goal is to bring everybody together to build digital products end-to-end. From interface design to API implementation, we provide the platform to go from sketch to product in a category-defining collaborative experience. Our North Star is to take the friction out of bringing digital ideas to life, making room for your ideas and productivity. Developers from some of the biggest companies in the world are using WunderGraph to design and streamline their API environments. We raised our Series A ($7.5 million USD) in March 2025, being backed by eBay, Karma Ventures, and Aspenwood Ventures. The culture we are creating together is extremely important to us. Read here how we are Building the Company We Always Wanted to Work In https://wundergraph.com/blog/category/culture. We invite everyone that wants to join us to understand our Core Beliefs https://www.notion.so/wundergraph/Mission-and-Core-Beliefs-20fb19e0a0ec80c09646fa9101368bceand if you want to make an impact, have your voice heard, and work in a no-BS organization where you can get stuff done, look no further and apply today so we can chat. ABOUT THE ROLE Our Senior Talent Partner has moved into the Head of People and Talent role, so we're looking for someone to take over day-to-day hiring processes for the whole company. We're growing across every team, and you'll be the person who makes sure each of them gets great people when they need them. This is a full-cycle role first. You'll own searches end to end, from shaping the brief with a hiring manager to closing the offer. Roughly half your roles will be in engineering and half in other functions, so one week you're calibrating an engineering loop and the next you're hiring for sales or operations. A lot of the people we want aren't looking, so you'll find many of them yourself. The other part of the job is building a talent community around WunderGraph. We're an open-source company with a real developer community, and hiring should draw on that. Events, content, memes, a community experiment that might not work: you'll have room to try things, and we'd rather you tried. One thing this isn't - a sales role. We don't need someone to push candidates over the line. We need someone who tells our story honestly and specifically enough that the right people lean in and the wrong ones opt out early. That includes the less glamorous parts, like a small distributed team and meetings that stretch into your evening so we can work with the US. TEAM INTEGRATION • Reports to: Head of People and Talent • Collaborates closely with: every hiring manager across engineering and non-engineering teams, plus the CEO, COO, VP of Sales and our engineering principals on key hires • Acts as each hiring manager's partner on a search, not an order-taker: shaping the brief, setting the bar together, and holding the process to it ROLE OBJECTIVES You are succeeding if: • Hiring managers across engineering and non-engineering teams get strong shortlists when they need them, not a quarter later. • Regardless of source, the candidates are some of the best talent around, rather than people who happened to apply - and you can recognise the difference. • Every search you run has a clear brief, a consistent structured process, and no candidate waiting more than 3 days to hear from us. • The people you hire are still here and doing well a year on. We scaled sustainably, not just quickly. • A talent community exists around WunderGraph that didn't before: people who know us, follow what we do, and raise their hand when the right role opens. • Candidates keep telling us ours is the best hiring process they've been through, including the ones we don't hire. You keep it that way as we hire more. • Hiring managers trust your judgement enough to change their minds when you push back on a brief, and leadership trusts the plan because your hiring metrics are clear. • Our hiring processes are better because you changed them, not just because you ran them. ROLE TASKS The role focuses on, but is not limited to: Full-cycle recruiting • Running multiple searches at once across engineering and non-engineering teams, from intake to accepted offer, prioritised by urgency • Running role kickoffs with hiring managers to agree outcomes, competencies and the interview loop • Writing job profiles and adverts with the People team, tailored to each audience • Pre-screening candidates and sharing shortlists with a clear recommendation • Coordinating interviews and running debriefs, with blind scorecards in Ashby before any group discussion • Keeping every candidate updated, with no one waiting more than 3 days to hear from us • Managing offers and closing candidates honestly, without pressure, ensuring each conversation with the candidates is meaningful and insightful for both us and the candidate. Sourcing • Finding and engaging people who aren't looking, …

ABOUT ZIP Zip is the AI platform for enterprise procurement — built for humans and agents working together. By orchestrating procurement across teams, tools, and suppliers with the help of AI agents, companies can secure the resources they need to innovate faster than ever before. The world’s most influential enterprises trust Zip, including T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, Mars, Dollar Tree, and more. Together they’ve saved over $8 billion and processed over $500 billion in spend. Zip’s team includes product leaders from Apple, Airbnb, and Meta, as well as former procurement leaders from United Health, Sanofi, MGM Resorts, Discover, and NASA. Backed by Adams Street, Alkeon, BOND, CRV, DST, Tiger Global, and Y Combinator, Zip has raised $371 million, most recently at a $2.2 billion valuation and has been recognized by Forbes Fintech 50, Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies, Inc. Best in Business, and LinkedIn Top Startups. YOUR ROLE We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to help build the technical foundation that powers Zip’s ERP and integration ecosystem. This role focuses on internal technical enablement, navigating complex customer environments to architect the cleanest possible solutions, partnering closely with Product, and driving best-in-class standards across all of Zip’s integration workflows - with a specific focus on the SAP ecosystem. As Zip continues to scale rapidly across enterprise customers like Coinbase, Notion, Canva, Samsara, Snowflake, and Databricks, your impact will be foundational: creating reusable integration assets, defining standards of how the Zip product interacts with external systems. YOU WILL You’ll work closely with our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams while reporting to Engineering to design, maintain, and iterate on Zip-owned ERP and integration templates that power scalable, repeatable customer implementations. Your work will directly influence how hundreds of future implementations are delivered, raising the technical bar for both our EPD teams and our customer-facing technical consultant organization. • Architect & standardize SAP integrations: Design, build, maintain, and iterate on Zip’s core SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) and Ariba integration templates, ensuring they deliver scalable, repeatable, and robust customer implementations. • Bridge product & the field: Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) to ensure integration templates stay perfectly aligned with core product architecture, field insights, and emerging customer needs. • Turn nuance into scale: Analyze complex customer implementations to identify reusable data mapping patterns and system nuances, converting bespoke solutions into standardized internal assets. • Support pre-sales engineering: Partner with account teams during pre-sales to design and vet integration architectures, ensuring prospective customers are set up for smooth, best-practice deployments. • Drive technical implementation excellence: Define, document, and champion technical solution consulting best practices, raising the technical bar and driving consistency across all implementations. • Become a Multi-ERP expert: Leverage your existing SAP, P2P, and module expertise (MM/FI) to build deep fluency across additional ERP ecosystems, ultimately becoming the ultimate subject matter expert on integration architecture, data models, and Zip’s App Studio. • Build for permanent scale: Approach every technical challenge with an engineering mindset - designing and executing a solution thoroughly once so that future implementations happen effortlessly. You balance high-level architectural design with a willingness to dive directly into API configurations and template modifications to get the job done right. QUALIFICATIONS • 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with SAP ERP environments (ECC, S/4HANA) or procurement platforms (Ariba). • Strong foundational knowledge of core SAP business processes and data models within Materials Management (MM) and Financials (FI). • Familiarity with standard SAP integration methods, such as IDocs, BAPI/RFC, OData APIs, or SAP BTP/CPI. • Familiarity with iPaaS tools is preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong core integration logic who can learn new platform tools quickly. • Experience working with XML / REST based endpoints and standard authentication protocols. • Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration or administration experience is required. • Ability to translate highly technical information for audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge. • Comfortable working with API documentation. • Comfortable testing and troubleshooting integration errors. • Able to understand customer requirements and document that information quickly, with little oversight • A continual learner and open to learning new technologies that Zip may integrate with in the future. • Strong communication skills. • Extreme …

The Elasticsearch Inference API is the integration layer between Elasticsearch and external machine learning services including Elastic's own Elastic Inference Service (EIS), third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Cohere, Google), and self-hosted models. It powers features like semantic search, reranking, and generative AI across Elastic Cloud and in hosted environments. You'll maintain and develop the plugin framework and REST API with your work spanning protocol design, streaming, async execution, billing integration, and with a tight collaboration with the wider inference team and the Kibana team. What You Will Be Doing • Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and external inference providers, including schema negotiation, streaming (SSE), and error normalisation • Contribute to the inference plugin's internal architecture: task settings, chunking strategies, rate limiting, and provider-level configuration • Review open source contributions to the codebase and work with third party engineers to ensure their contributions meet our technology standards • Participate in on-call rotation for inference-related incidents • Write thorough tests: unit tests using ESTestCase, YAML-based REST integration tests, and rolling-upgrade tests What You Bring • 5+ years of production Java experience, with experience contributing to a large, established Java codebase. You know core Java and are conversant in the standard library of data structures and concurrency constructs, as well as newer language features. • Experience crafting ergonomic APIs and the ability to reason through tradeoffs. • Experience with low-level Java such as concurrency, parallelism, classloaders, etc. • You have a proven track record of using AI to accelerate development, debug complex systems, and optimize code, while still owning the final outcomes. • You possess the ability to collaborate across functions and teams and seamlessly transition between different projects, codebases, or teams based on business priorities • You can work autonomously, drive decisions and results in a distributed team by leveraging asynchronous, direct, and transparent communication. Bonus Points • Knowledge of JDK internals: modules, the Java memory model, garbage collection, database load, caching techniques, etc. • Experience with ML systems • Contributions to and ownership of open source projects • Knowledge of Java build tools (Gradle, Maven, etc), with a strong preference for Gradle experience. • Experience working in a platform team or developer productivity team Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. At Elastic, our compensation philosophy aims to provide fair, competitive and transparent remuneration. Salary ranges are established based on a combination of external market benchmarks, internal pay equity considerations, and the responsibilities and complexity associated with each role. This approach helps ensure consistency across comparable roles while remaining competitive within the relevant labour markets. The final compensation offered within the applicable range will be determined based on several objective factors, including relevant professional experience, level of skills and expertise, alignment with the role requirements, and the overall scope and complexity of the position. The typical starting salary range for this role is: €87.300 — €138.100 EUR Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity. Whether you’re looking to launch a new career or grow an existing one, Elastic is the type of company where you can balance great work with great life. Your age is only a number. It doesn’t matter if you’re just out of college or your children are; we need you for what you can do. We strive to have parity of benefits across regions and while regulations differ from place to place, we believe taking care of our people is the right thing to do. • Competitive pay based on the work you do here and not your previous salary • Health coverage for you and your family in many locations • Ability to craft your …

ABOUT US Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ ABOUT THE ROLE We are building a category-defining document management platform. We are way past the MVP stage, battle-tested in production, recently profitable, serving hundreds of thousands of customers globally. We are rapidly scaling with multiple products and new funnels. Currently, we are looking for a Senior CRO Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and building things that scale. Not a 9-5. Read on if you want challenge, autonomy, and fast growth. This isn't a hand-off role. You'll own the full optimization loop end-to-end: deep funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs, working directly with engineers, and the performance outcomes that follow. We are not just looking at landing page optimizations, in this role you'll be working across the entire user journey, from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. The pace is fast and iterative. We ship in days, learn, and keep the engine running. We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards people who exceed targets. Top performers see meaningful financial upside tied to their impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research hypothesis design test rollout, while keeping the cycles short. • Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation. This is core to how we work, not an afterthought. • Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey - acquisition, activation, retention, monetization - plus competitive benchmarking to surface high-impact opportunities. • Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs that clearly communicate your vision while protecting brand integrity. We're a code-first team - design is built in Next.js and TailwindCSS, not Figma. • Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment. • Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions. • Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap. • Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum. QUALIFICATIONS • Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts. • Funnel + product thinking: You don't just optimize landing pages. You think about the full user journey and how product decisions compound with funnel decisions. • AI-native workflow: You actively integrate AI into your daily process - prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting - and have opinions about what actually works. Almost a must. • Design taste: Strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to recognize and create ideas that convert. You can build compelling, detailed visual specs yourself. • Speed and iteration: Bias for shipping. You'd rather get two well-designed tests live today than one perfect test in a week, and you keep the cycle moving. • Analytical depth: Skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar. • Execution excellence: Remarkable attention to detail in fast-moving environments. • Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, fully accountable for outcomes. • Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication. NICE TO HAVE • Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. LOCATION Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours. BENEFITS Discover the perks of being part of our vibrant team! We offer: • Remote Work Environment: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere, anytime, promoting a healthy work-life balance. • Unlimited PTO: Enjoy unlimited paid time off to recharge and prioritize your well-being, without counting days. • Paid National Holidays: Celebrate and relax on national holidays with paid time off to unwind and recharge. • Company-provided MacBook: Experience seamless productivity with top-notch Apple MacBooks provided to all employees who need them. • Flexible Independent Contractor Agreement: Unlock the benefits of flexibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurial opportunities. Benefit from tax advantages, networking opportunities, reduced employment obligations, …
