Senior Regional Marketing Lead - DACH

À distance ✓EN
S

SoSafe is a leading human risk management platform designed to transform the "human factor" from a security vulnerability into a proactive layer of defense. We focus on driving measurable behavior change and quantifiable risk reduction for our global customers. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Lead to own pipeline and ARR growth across DACH. This is not a traditional field marketing role centred around an events calendar. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a regional growth owner — someone who can connect inbound and outbound campaigns into one engine, understand the full regional marketing mix, and make smart decisions about where to invest budget based on what actually drives pipeline and revenue. Location: Germany — hybrid or remote What you will own REGIONAL PIPELINE & GROWTH • Own the DACH marketing strategy with a clear focus on pipeline generation, revenue influence and ARR growth. • Build and run connected inbound and outbound campaigns rather than treating them as separate motions. • Own the regional outbound engine, partnering closely with SDR/BDR teams on targeting, messaging, sequences and campaign plays. • Build inbound programs across content, nurture, SEO and paid channels to generate and warm demand. • Partner with Sales to define and continuously refine target accounts based on ICP fit, intent, engagement and pipeline potential. • Use account, intent, firmographic and technographic data to prioritise where to focus. • Test new approaches such as multi-threading, trigger-based outreach and intent-led campaigns. • Continuously optimise messaging, channels and campaigns based on conversion and pipeline performance. DACH STRATEGY & BUDGET OWNERSHIP • Act as the regional marketing owner for DACH, bringing local market insight, buyer behaviour and competitive understanding into the wider marketing strategy. • Own the DACH marketing budget and decide where investment will have the greatest impact. • Move budget towards the channels and activities that are working, rather than defaulting to established ways of working. • Use events strategically — including industry events, executive roundtables and customer gatherings — as part of a broader growth strategy, rather than as the strategy itself. • Partner with Growth Marketing on paid programs across LinkedIn, retargeting, search and other relevant channels. • Work with Customer Marketing and Customer Success to turn DACH customers into references, advocates and case studies that support both new-logo and expansion opportunities. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP • Work closely with Sales and SDR/BDR leadership to align marketing activity with commercial priorities. • Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to localise global campaigns and messaging for DACH. • Work with RevOps to ensure campaign performance, pipeline and revenue data are visible and actionable. ANALYTICS & OPTIMISATION • Own reporting across regional pipeline generation, account engagement, conversion and marketing-sourced/influenced revenue. • Set regional targets and forecast performance against them. • Regularly review performance with Sales and Marketing leadership, clearly identifying where to double down, change direction or stop investing. • Take a test-and-learn approach: run structured experiments, measure the results and scale what works. WHAT YOU WILL BRING • 7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, growth marketing or a similar role, with proven experience across both inbound and outbound campaigns. • A strong track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact, not simply delivering marketing activity. • Experience owning a regional go-to-market strategy and turning market insight into a clear plan. • Confidence managing and allocating a marketing budget, including making decisions about where to increase or reduce investment based on performance. • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation and the relationship between Marketing, SDR/BDR and Sales. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to understand funnel performance and make commercial decisions. • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing and Demand Generation. • The confidence to present strategy, performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or another complex B2B sales environment is preferred. • A deep understanding of the DACH market, including local buyer behaviour and business culture. • Fluent German and English AI FLUENCY AI is part of how we work at SoSafe, and we expect everyone to be comfortable using AI to improve how they work. tools and confidence experimenting with them to make your work faster and better. As such, you will form strong partnerships with product management, design, QA, and sales, and work with your peers to not only deliver but directly influence the evolution of our platform to meet our customer’s needs. What You Will Do: • Own end-to-end delivery of reusable IAM components across the Camunda 8 stack—shaping authentication (multi‑protocol), authorization (RBAC), and federated organization management that work seamlessly for large, integration‑heavy enterprises. • Partner closely with multiple engineering teams, SREs, QA, and the Product Leadership Team to develop and drive a clear technical and product vision; transparently steward the roadmap and track commitments from support, incidents, and the product backlog. • Raise the bar on reliability and efficiency: keep build/release pipelines low‑effort and stable, ship security fixes within SLOs, and drive down support load, bug count, and incident rate. • Grow and coach a team of senior and developing engineers—setting clear expectations, giving actionable feedback, and creating a culture of autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement, especially in an asynchronous, remote environment aligned to the DRI model. • Help mature our SaaS offering for large scale enterprise customers, ensuring it can easily integrate with our customer’s own IAM solutions in a safe, reliable way. What You Will Bring to the Role: Must Haves: • Senior‑level technical depth in IAM and enterprise software: you can review designs, ask the right questions, and represent your team to technical and non‑technical stakeholders with clarity. • Proven track record leading medium‑to‑large delivery: you have owned 6‑month‑scale projects from inception to release, guiding 3–5+ engineers, writing solution designs and project plans, and delivering on time without micromanagement in a remote, asynchronous setting. • Hands-on experience either implementing or integrating IAM solutions; you understand protocols like OIDC and SAML and how they work in complex enterprise environments. • Strong communication and stakeholder management: you translate business requirements into actionable engineering plans, can speak with customers when needed, and drive decisive, low‑churn outcomes. • Background in product engineering for integration‑heavy B2B products (not primarily consulting), with a deep appreciation for enterprise needs around security, operability, and performance. • Ability and/or willingness to use our product …

Senior Software Engineer - Pricing

À distance ✓EN

Who We Are: We are rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair. Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers and to take on one of the most critical problems of our century, access to low cost electricity. tem exists to fix a broken global energy market that’s long favoured legacy operators, intermediaries, and opaque pricing. Today’s electricity system was not designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency or fair access for the actual users - businesses and generators. We’ve built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. Our technology is designed to cut out the inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and bring transparency and fairness to energy transactions at scale. In late 2025, after extraordinary growth, we closed a $75 million Series B - led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Albion, Atomico, Allianz, Hitachi Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, Schroders Capital and others - positioning us for global expansion, deeper product innovation and category leadership. We’re scaling internationally and building toward a future where AI-driven infrastructure is foundational to electricity markets worldwide. Since launch, our modern utility product, known as RED, has already facilitated thousands of business customers and billions in energy transaction value, proving that modern software and AI can transform an industry built on legacy systems. At tem, we’re not just building another energy company, we’re rearchitecting market infrastructure so that transparency, efficiency and sustainability become the default, not the exception. THE ROLE We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Pricing. You'll join the Pricing squad, the team behind the pricing engine at the heart of RED, tem's modern utility product. The systems you build price real energy contracts for businesses buying electricity and renewable generators selling it, so correctness shows up as money and speed shows up as trust. This is a backend, data-heavy engineering role with a quant-y flavour. You'll help build our new Pricing API, make prices fast, accurate and understandable, and make sure that when we can't price something, we can always explain why. In your first 12 months, you might: • Design and ship core slices of our new Pricing API, taking them from first design through to production. • Consolidate pricing logic into one service with a clean boundary, keeping pricing behaviour stable throughout the move. • Build the detection and alerting that catches bad or slow prices before they ever reach a customer. • Give our commercial team self-serve answers to "why can't we price this?". • Make pricing measurably faster for every customer quote. RESPONSIBILITIES • Build with impact: design and ship components of the Pricing API that price real energy contracts, owning work from design through to production. • Make it fast: help bring the time to a first customer price down dramatically, without sacrificing accuracy. • Own reliability: build the error handling, observability and alerting that make pricing fail loudly and explainably, never silently. • Sharpen the boundaries: extract and consolidate pricing logic so the pricing engine owns its own behaviour end-to-end. • Close the loop: take your turn handling live pricing questions and incidents, and turn what you learn into structural fixes. REQUIREMENTS Must-Haves • Production backend Python: you have shipped and run an API in production and been on the hook when it broke. • Comfortable with FastAPI and SQL, and with data- and analytics-heavy systems where the correctness of numbers matters. • Product engineering nous: you ask what the price is for and who reads it, not just how to compute it. • You build with agents: Claude or similar is part of your daily workflow for writing, testing and reviewing code. • You can own a project end to end - scoping, delivery, quality - with a tech lead as a sounding board rather than a supervisor. Desirable • Domain knowledge from fintech, energy pricing or neo-utilities, or ad-tech. • Experience working inside or alongside machine learning teams. • AWS and serverless patterns (Lambda, event-driven services, Postgres on RDS). • Polars, or a taste for making numerical code fast. BENEFITS & PERKS • Competitive salary - our current band for this role is [salary band] or equivalent in local currency. • Stock options so everyone has ownership in our mission. • 25 days holiday plus public holidays. Swap public holidays for the ones that matter most to you, and enjoy your birthday off. • Remote first and flexible working, with clear core hours and no internal meetings on Friday afternoons. • Up to GBP1,200 or EUR1,400 per year for your remote setup. • Up to GBP150 or EUR170 per month for wellbeing. INTERVIEW PROCESS • First call …
