Sales Operations Manager

Remote ✓EN
T

We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, we may help to find the right ones. Currently, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager for RNK Health. Type: Full-time Location: Remote About RNK Health RNK Health is a fast-growing telehealth brand. We help people get treatments like NAD+, sermorelin, tirzepatide, semaglutide, and B12 — prescribed by licensed providers and shipped to their door. We run our own ads, our own funnels, and our own sales and support team. What this job is You own the machine the sales team runs on — the systems, the data, and the deliverability. If a call gets flagged as spam, a text doesn't land, a lead routes to the wrong rep, or the dashboard lies, that's you. You make sure the team's tools work, their numbers are trustworthy, and their messages actually reach people. This is a hands-on, technical operations job. You'll configure dialers, register campaigns, chase down deliverability problems, build routing rules, and keep the reporting honest. You partner closely with the Sales Director, who owns the people and the words — you own the plumbing underneath. What you'll own • Phone and text deliverability. Our calls and texts have to land. You watch spam-flag rates, keep numbers healthy, rotate them when needed, manage local presence and branded calling, and A2P 10DLC registration. You own text delivery rates and fix blocking problems before they cost a week of revenue. You work directly with the vendors (Twilio, First Orion, and others). • Systems and tooling. Own our tools and how they connect. Configure them yourself — powerlists, dialer settings, integrations, link and UTM tracking. When the Sales Director needs a new capability, you build or source it. • Lead routing and distribution (build). The Director sets the strategy for who gets which leads; you build and maintain the routing that makes it happen — speed-to-lead rules, cadence automation, no-answer logic. • Tracking and attribution. Own how we attribute calls, links, and purchases: UTM and link structure, subscription metadata, call tracking, and pickup / connect / conversion measurement. If we can't trust the numbers, nothing else matters. • Reporting and dashboards. Own the data behind the sales dashboard — the pipeline, the definitions, the accuracy. The Director reads the numbers; you make sure they're right and available. • Testing infrastructure. The Director decides what to test; you run it cleanly — proper setup, one variable at a time, correct measurement, and a written record of results. You make sure a 'win' is really a win. • Compliance (technical). You implement the compliant opt-in flows, consent tracking, A2P registration, and subscription disclosures. You work with the Director and compliance to keep every channel legal at the systems level. Who we're looking for • Three or more years in sales ops, rev ops, or a technical operations role supporting an inside sales or call center team • You know phone systems, dialers, and CRMs well enough to configure them yourself, not just file a ticket • You've fixed a spam-flagging or text-blocking problem before and can explain exactly how • You live in spreadsheets and can build a report someone can actually trust • You understand A2P 10DLC, deliverability, and calling/texting compliance — or can get up to speed fast • You're the person who notices a number is wrong before anyone acts on it Nice to have • Experience in telehealth, supplements, weight loss, or another subscription health business • Experience with dialer tools (Kixie, Calltools, or similar), omnichannel marketing tools (Customer.io http://Customer.io, SalesMSG, or similar), CRM (Sales Force, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar), and other sales-related software (Twilio, First Orion, Plivo, etc.) • You've set up A2P 10DLC or branded calling from scratch • Light scripting / SQL, or comfort with APIs and integrations First 90 days • Days 1–30: Learn our stack end to end (Kixie, Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM, tracking), audit our number health and deliverability, and hand us a written list of the biggest systems and deliverability leaks. • Days 31–60: Fix the top deliverability issue, clean up lead routing, and get our tracking and attribution trustworthy end to end. • Days 61–90: Stand up a reporting layer the Director and leadership can trust, and deliver a clear roadmap for tooling and deliverability for the next quarter. How to apply Send your resume plus a short note answering two questions: • Our texts start getting blocked on a Monday morning. Walk us through your first four hours. • Describe a system or deliverability problem you fixed that saved or made real money. What was broken, what did you do, and how did you measure it?

Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Thousands of hotels, resorts, and casinos around the world depend on Duetto’s platform to run their revenue strategy — and you’ll be one of the people making sure it never lets them down. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll own the infrastructure that powers our global SaaS platform: designing for scale, building for reliability, and driving the kind of security-first culture that keeps us ahead of the curve. If you thrive in complex cloud environments, love solving hard problems, and want your work to have real, tangible impact — this is the role. What makes us different? Duetto is the hospitality industry’s leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world’s first Revenue & Profit Operating System — a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability. Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we’ve been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we’re accelerating our investment in AI — and we’re genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we’re proud of, for customers we care about. What you’ll be doing • Design and implement robust, scalable AWS infrastructure — supporting key system migrations, platform growth, and the reliability our customers depend on. • Own the reliability, performance, and security of our production environment: high uptime, rapid incident resolution, and proactive capacity planning. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Chef. • Monitor system health using enterprise observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog), defining metrics and response playbooks that get ahead of incidents before they happen. • Lead security-first practices across the infrastructure estate — proactively addressing vulnerabilities and driving SOC 2 compliance. • Partner with engineering teams to integrate operational requirements into the development lifecycle and align on architecture decisions. • Champion AI adoption within DevOps and SRE workflows, evaluating tooling that increases team velocity and reduces toil. • Respond to on-call incidents with urgency — troubleshoot complex issues, lead detailed root cause analyses, and implement fixes that prevent recurrence. What we’re looking for You may be a great fit if you have: • 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role. • Hands-on AWS experience across IAM, VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail — including multi-account management and SSO. • Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code, plus experience with configuration management tools like Chef or Ansible. • Experience with CI/CD tooling including GitHub, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory, and Jenkins, with familiarity with GitOps methodologies. • Experience with container and orchestration technologies — Docker, ECS, or EKS. • Strong working knowledge of enterprise monitoring platforms — Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog. • Solid troubleshooting skills and a track record of leading root cause analyses and implementing durable fixes. • Proficiency reading Java, Ruby, Bash/Zsh, HCL, Python, and JavaScript. • Experience with SOC 2 compliance and security-first infrastructure practices. • Comfort with a weekly on-call rotation. Strong candidates may also have: • Experience migrating workloads from on-prem or colocation environments to AWS. • Familiarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, and .NET environments. • Experience administering and synchronising MongoDB replica sets. • Knowledge of ISO 27001, Layer 7 load balancing, or Terragrunt. • Background in hospitality technology. • A degree in Computer Science or a related field — or equivalent experience. Why Duetto? • Infrastructure that matters — your work directly underpins a platform that hotel operators around the world rely on every day. The stakes are real, and so is the satisfaction. • AI is how we work — we’re not just talking about AI adoption; we’re actively investing in it across every function, including DevOps. You’ll have space to evaluate and implement tooling that makes a genuine difference. • A team that moves fast — you’ll report into the Senior DevOps Manager and work alongside engineers who are serious about craft, reliability, and continuous improvement. • Growth with purpose — backed by GrowthCurve Capital, we’re scaling our platform and our team. There’s a lot being built here, and senior engineers have real influence over how it’s done. • Come as you are — we’re a diverse, distributed team that …

Lead, Financial Systems & Strategy

Remote ✓EN

Lead, Financial Systems & Strategy Remote (Spain, United Kingdom, US) Lead, Financial Systems & Strategy This is a rare FP&A role — one where the work goes well beyond variance reporting and budget cycles. This role exists because financial systems architecture and reporting efficiency are both of the largest gaps and one of the highest-leverage investments the finance function could make. As the primary owner of Duetto's financial reporting platform and model, you'll own the infrastructure behind every number leadership and the board sees: the data model, the model architecture, and the AI-augmented workflows that make reporting fast and trustworthy. As with the rest of Duetto's finance team you'll be expected to bring AI into the workflow — using tools like Claude to automate reporting, accelerate close, and raise the analytical bar. What Makes Us Different? Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world's first Revenue & Profit Operating System — a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability. Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI — and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about. What You'll Be Doing • You'll own Duetto's FP&A systems architecture — driving the data centralization and infrastructure that consolidates data from NetSuite, Salesforce, and departmental sources into a single source of truth. • Own Duetto's core data model and platform governance in Abacum as it rolls out — architecting how department and consolidated views are structured, partnering with department analysts and the FP&A team on inputs and assumptions. • You'll architect and maintain the integrated financial model — P&L, cash flow, and the reforecast/budget engine — ensuring it scales across departments and initiatives. • Own the monthly and quarterly board/sponsor reporting package, translating department-level submissions into a single, defensible narrative for the CFO and board. • Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to support leadership decision-making around growth, investment, liquidity, and other strategic initiatives. • Partner with Accounting on accelerating the monthly close process. • You'll own cash flow forecasting and covenant compliance monitoring — building the visibility that flags risk before it becomes a surprise. • Define how modern FP&A is built — deploying AI-augmented workflows and agents, and setting the standard for what an AI-first finance operations function looks like. • Own consolidated P&L variance analysis, partnering with FP&A team members to understand performance and trends across departments, and synthesize key drivers into departmental and company wide leadership-ready explanations. • You'll partner with R&D and G&A leaders to provide data-based strategic recommendations for efficient productivity and growth. What We're Looking For You may be a good fit if you have: • 6–10 years in FP&A or Financial Systems, with meaningful focus on executive reporting, financial processes, systems architecture, or data infrastructure in a SaaS environment • A genuine orientation toward AI-augmented work — you've already thought about how LLMs, automation, and prompt-driven workflows change what finance can produce, and you're looking for a mandate to build that way. • Demonstrated mastery of financial modelling and reporting — models that are accurate, scalable, and navigable by cross-functional audiences. • Deep fluency in financial systems architecture: ERP platforms (NetSuite or equivalent), and FP&A platforms (Abacum, Adaptive Insights, OneStream, Pigment, or equivalent). • Hands-on experience owning forecasting, scenario modeling, and covenant compliance. • Experience partnering and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. • Proven ability to translate complex, multi-department data into a single, executive-level narrative Strong candidates may also have: • Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS B2B environment • Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, NetSuite, and Salesforce in a finance context • Familiarity with data visualisation or BI tools — Tableau, Looker, or equivalent • Experience supporting SOX compliance or audit-readiness processes • Hospitality technology industry experience Why Duetto? • Finance with genuine strategic influence. You'll own the infrastructure that determines whether …

Senior Automation Engineer (remote work)

CloudLinux builds Linux infrastructure and security products. You will join our Automation & Management Services cell, working closely with Technical Program Manager to solve problems across teams and services: cloud-cost data, infrastructure inventory, network policies and capacity workflows. Check out our website for more information https://cloudlinux.com/ We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join the Infrastructure team. You will independently own agreed outcomes—from clarifying the need with engineering teams, Finance or Security to delivering and operating a useful system. The work includes new development, improvements, repairs and maintenance. There is no traditional on-call rotation; you respond to alerts from your own systems during working hours. What you will do • Turn an incomplete brief into an agreed result and workable plan. Track cross-team dependencies, explain tradeoffs, raise blockers early and communicate changes to estimates. Confirm completion with the users. • Build maintainable software and cloud/infrastructure API integrations. Handle credentials, pagination, retries, partial failures and repeated execution so unattended workflows remain safe and reliable. • Transform billing, usage and inventory data into repeatable outputs. Reconcile totals and periods, apply agreed allocation rules and make missing or uncertain mappings visible. • Extend inventory, network-policy and capacity automation using existing systems. Retain necessary human decisions and verify the operational result. • Deliver changes through version-controlled code and CI. Understand live state, test recovery and release safely; diagnose failures across code, Linux, APIs, data and networking. • Own monitoring, actionable alerts, documentation and maintenance. Leave systems another engineer can operate, and use coding agents while remaining responsible for design, code, tests and outcomes. Requirements Must have • Senior-level experience, typically 5+ years in software, infrastructure, platform or automation engineering. You can explain your own design decisions, implementation and operational results. • Strong production Python, software design, testing, debugging and API integration skills. You can understand unfamiliar code and improve existing systems. • Hands-on AWS experience and solid Linux/networking fundamentals, including diagnosis across host, service, network and cloud boundaries. • Practical SQL and data validation: joins, units, periods, ownership mappings and reconciliation. You distinguish evidence from assumptions. • Safe infrastructure delivery through IaC and CI: state, drift, idempotency, dependencies and rollback, using tools such as Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible. • Demonstrated advanced coding-agent workflows for real engineering tasks. You plan and delegate substantial work, supply context, run agents without continuous supervision within defined permissions and stop conditions, and independently explain, debug, test and verify their output. • Autonomous delivery and clear collaboration: investigate problems, obtain decisions, challenge unsafe or unnecessarily complex approaches and follow through. English B2 or higher for technical discussions, written decisions and internal customer communication. Nice to have • Experience with cloud billing or FinOps tooling (e.g. AWS CUR/FOCUS, Athena), inventory or event-driven integrations (e.g. NetBox or similar), network policies, flow monitoring, identity and access management, capacity tooling, additional cloud platforms, OpenNebula, Kubernetes, Go, or self-service systems. • Our environment includes Python, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, Grafana, and related observability tools. Prior experience with every tool or domain is not required. We value the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, products, and internal business rules. Benefits What's in it for you? • A focus on professional development. • Interesting and challenging projects. • Fully remote work with flexible working hours, which allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide. • Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves. • Compensation for private medical insurance. • Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement. • Budget for education. • The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent. By applying for this position, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy ( https://cloudlinux.com/candidate-privacy-notice ), which provides detailed information on how we maintain and handle your data.
