Head of Marketing, Langfuse

Remote ✓EN
C

ABOUT LANGFUSE Langfuse is the open-source LLM engineering platform that helps teams build useful AI applications through tracing, evaluation, prompt management, datasets, and metrics. We are now part of ClickHouse. Like ClickHouse, Langfuse is open source, and we work in public: our product, docs, changelog, roadmap, and community discussions are visible to the developers and teams who use us. Langfuse is already one of the most widely adopted platforms in the category: trusted by 19 of the Fortune 50 and 63 of the Fortune 500, with 50M+ SDK installs per month, 6M+ Docker pulls, and 30k+ GitHub stars. We are hiring a Head of Marketing for Langfuse. This is a hands-on marketing leadership role for someone with deep experience in product marketing, developer marketing, and technical content. You will own how Langfuse shows up in the market, manage the Langfuse marketing team, and turn our current founder-led, product-led motion into a holistic marketing ecosystem. The core of the role is still product marketing and developer trust: positioning, launches, category narrative, developer content, website, customer proof, lifecycle, funnel, sales enablement, and the way we explain Langfuse to technical users and technical buyers. At the same time, Langfuse now has access to ClickHouse's global go-to-market engine. You will be the person who makes those resources work for Langfuse without diluting the Langfuse voice. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Own Langfuse marketing strategy and execution globally, with product marketing and developer content as the center of gravity. • Manage and develop the Langfuse marketing team, including Product Marketing Engineering, Developer Advocacy, and Product Marketing content and resources. • Define the operating model for Langfuse marketing: what sits in the Langfuse pod, what runs through ClickHouse shared teams, who owns what, and how we measure whether it is working. • Build the marketing plan across positioning, launches, website narrative including product pages and conversion paths, customer proof, onboarding, lifecycle, funnel, sales collateral, campaigns, and events. • Own the Langfuse category narrative: LLM observability, evals, prompt management, datasets, agent observability, self-hosting, and the broader LLM engineering workflow. • Keep the developer motion strong: useful technical content, examples, cookbooks, docs-adjacent education, changelog, town halls, open-source communication, and high-trust product launches. • Partner with ClickHouse demand generation and field marketing to make enterprise marketing systematic rather than ad hoc: webinars, workshops, regional events, conferences, paid campaigns, retargeting, and follow-up motions. • Create the canonical Langfuse sales narrative and enablement system so ClickHouse AEs, SAs, field teams, and leadership can confidently explain Langfuse. • Lead customer marketing and proof: case studies, technical stories, customer references, logo strategy, community stories, enterprise migration stories, and reusable sales narratives. • Use data to run the function: unique visitors, signups, activation, revenue, product usage signals, campaign performance, attribution, event ROI, pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, and qualitative user feedback. WHAT YOU BRING ALONG: • You have led product marketing, developer marketing, DevRel, growth, or demand gen marketing for a technical SaaS product. • You have marketed to developers, infrastructure teams, AI teams, data teams, security teams, observability teams, or another highly technical audience. • You are a strong product marketer at the core: positioning, narrative, launch strategy, competitive thinking, customer proof, sales enablement, and technical buyer messaging are natural territory for you. • You write exceptionally well. You can make complex technical ideas clear without making them shallow. • You are technical enough to use the product, understand the market, earn credibility with engineers, and spot vague or misleading marketing. • You understand product-led growth and open-source funnels: activation, onboarding, conversion, lifecycle, self-serve adoption, usage signals, and sales-assisted expansion. • You understand enterprise marketing enough to work with demand gen, field marketing, sales, solutions, and regional teams. You do not need to personally run every event or paid campaign, but you need to know what good looks like and how to make the system work. • You can manage a small, high-talent team while remaining hands-on where the work needs senior judgment. • You are comfortable building the function while the company is changing around you. Some work will be cleanly owned. Some work will require influence, coordination, and judgment across a larger organization. • You already create content: blog posts, talks, product explainers, social posts, newsletters, videos, docs, demos, or open-source examples. Senior People Partner, Technology & Product

RemoteEN
C

About the Role We’re not trying to “support R&D.” We’re trying to redefine how R&D works. Technology is moving fast. AI is reshaping how teams build, think, and deliver. Most companies are reacting. We want to be ahead of it. We’re looking for a Strategic People Partner who sees People as a system design problem, not a HR checklist. Someone who is deeply curious about AI, how work is evolving, and what high-performance looks like in modern engineering environments. You’ll operate where technology, behavior, and organizational design collide, helping us build R&D teams that are fast, adaptive, and genuinely great to work in. What You’ll Do • Design the next version of R&D: Work with engineering and product leaders to rethink org structures, team topology, and ways of working in an AI-accelerated world. • Cut through the AI noise: Translate “AI will change everything” into actual decisions: roles, skills, productivity, team composition. No fluff, just impact. • Rebuild People products for speed: Performance, hiring, onboarding, merit, talent… take what exists and make it work for builders. Less bureaucracy, more signal. If it slows teams down, it’s broken. • Bridge strategy and reality: Zoom out to define where we’re going. Zoom in to make sure it actually happens. No patience for strategies that live in slides. • B uild teams for what’s next: Identify future capabilities early and make sure we have the talent to match. Not when it’s obvious, but before. • Upgrade leadership: Help leaders operate in ambiguity, make better decisions faster, and build teams that don’t burn out or slow down. • Protect what makes us human: As AI scales, double down on judgment, creativity, trust, and collaboration. The stuff that actually differentiates teams. • Use data, but think: Bring strong insights into decisions, but don’t hide behind dashboards when judgment is required. What you'll bring to the role: • You’ve worked closely with R&D / engineering teams and get how things really happen • You’ve been part of meaningful transformation (not just polishing existing processes) • You’re comfortable tearing down and rebuilding core HR systems when they don’t fit • You’re genuinely curious about AI and the future of work (not just repeating headlines) • You’re proactive, sharp, and opinionated—you don’t wait to be asked • You’re comfortable in messy, fast-moving environments where clarity comes late • You believe People is a core driver of business performance, not a support layer LI-Remote Our Values Collaboration is our superpower • We uncover rich perspectives across the world • Success happens together • We deliver across borders. Innovation is in our blood • We’re pioneers in our industry • Our curiosity is insatiable • We bring the best ideas to life. We do what we say • We’re accountable for our work and actions • Excellence comes as standard • We’re open, honest and kind, always. We are caring • We learn from each other’s experiences • Stop and listen; every opinion matters • We embrace diversity, equity and inclusion. More About Cint We’re proud to be recognised in Newsweek’s 2025 Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces®, reflecting our commitment to a culture of trust, respect, and employee growth. We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do. You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. The Opportunity: The Field Engineering team works closely with our Presales Solution Engineering team, as well as Product and Marketing, to ensure the SE's have the tools, collateral, enablement and experts they need to close business. If you've ever served in a Technical Presales role for a software company, you know just how much knowledge you are expected to have, demos you need to show, workshops you need to execute on, etc. The Field Engineering team maintains the backend systems, content creation and deep subject matter expertise that enables the Solution Engineering team to scale and focus on direct customer selling, community building, learning, and other adoption and revenue-focused activities. As a Staff Field Engineer, you are viewed by Sales and FE leadership as being in the top 20% of the field team, operating with little to no supervision on the company's most strategic engagements and serving as a mentor to Senior Field Engineers and Solution Engineers. What You'll Be Doing: • Advise on and support some of Grafana's most strategic deals and customer engagements, collaborating with Solution Engineers and Observability Architects on the company's most complex technical challenges with no supervision. • Serve as a company-recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one area of the Grafana Platform, and deep knowledge across multiple Grafana technologies, building new reference architectures from scratch and overcoming competitive objections in the field • Proven ability to craft and deliver compelling value based stories to help the sales team technically close deals. • Own end-to-end creation and curation of technical training content (workshops, how-to guides, demo scripts) for one or more product areas, and establish a repeatable content review cadence in partnership with Enablement and Product Management to keep materials aligned with the product roadmap • Architect, engineer, and maintain a live production environment that supports demo, workshop, and POV infrastructure at scale, ensuring reliability, security, and uptime. • Act as a key influencer in product direction, helping key customers adopt newer technologies, and represent Field Engineering in Product planning cycles to surface enablement gaps and shape investment priorities • Serve as a presenter for Strategic Marketing events (presentations, panels, webinars, conferences, blogs) as an ambassador for Grafana • Provide technical guidance for a specific product area to Solution Engineers, Observability Architects and customers, and present best practices to customers • Help update and improve product documentation, and contribute back to the organization through white papers, blogs, and product direction input • Mentor Senior and Staff Solution Engineers and Field Engineers What Makes You a Great Fit: • Minimum of 8+ years of related technical experience, including 2+ years in a Senior Field Engineer role (or equivalent), serving as a SRE, Developer, Architect and/or successful presales Solution Architect. OSS development experience is a plus. • Excellent understanding of Grafana and associated technologies, with recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) depth in at least one area of the Grafana Platform; deep working knowledge across multiple technologies in the Observability space (e.g. Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo, Elastic, Splunk, Datadog, etc.) • Expert-level knowledge in at least one adjacent domain (e.g. IoT, AI/ML) beyond the core observability stack, and demonstrated domain knowledge across the broader Grafana Ecosystem • Has created and maintained at least one product …

Chainguard is the trusted source for open source. By delivering hardened, secure, and production-ready builds of all the open source software engineers and AI agents rely on, Chainguard helps organizations build faster, stay compliant, and eliminate risk. Our customers include Fortune 500 enterprises and global industry leaders, including Anduril, Canva, Fortinet, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, OpenAI, Snap Inc., and Snowflake. Chainguard is venture-backed by leading investors, including Amplify, IVP, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Mantis VC, Redpoint Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Spark Capital. The role in a nutshell: Our customers include some of the most regulated organizations in the world, and we have a strong and growing UK and European customer base. Europe is one of our highest-growth priorities. It is also where the rules for our category are actively being written — the Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2, the EU AI Act, and the standards work running underneath all of them. We are hiring our first dedicated European government affairs and public policy leader to own that ground. You will set Chainguard’s European policy strategy, establish us as a trusted technical voice with the officials and bodies shaping cyber regulation on the continent and in the UK, and translate fast-moving policy into what it means for our positioning, our product, and our customers. What you'll do • Set and own Chainguard’s European policy strategy — priorities, positions, target institutions and officials, and the narrative we take into the policy process. • Engage governments, regulators, and standards bodies across Europe and the UK, including the European Commission (notably DG CNECT and DG GROW), the European Parliament, ENISA, and the standards bodies — CEN-CENELEC and ETSI — doing the technical work underneath the CRA and NIS2. • Decide where Chainguard shows up through industry coalitions (e.g., DigitalEurope, CCIA Europe, BSA, techUK) versus direct advocacy, and represent Chainguard in those bodies where it adds leverage. • Forecast what’s coming, not just what’s happened, bringing political acumen and the ability to read where a debate is heading before it becomes public on developments relevant to Chainguard. • Develop policy positions, consultation responses, and written submissions, and speak authoritatively on Chainguard’s behalf in public and industry fora. • Translate technical concepts into policy language — and emerging requirements back into clear implications for our messaging and roadmap. • Support product, marketing, and revenue teams with policy credibility and positioning where it helps them, while staying firmly on the policy side of the line. • Build the function by establishing the processes, relationships, and intelligence flow that make European government affairs repeatable rather than a series of one-offs. • As the business grows in the region, help build the path toward leading a team. Who you are: • 8+ years of directly relevant experience in government affairs or public policy — within a public sector organization, a regulatory or standard-setting body, or a private company with a comparable government affairs function • A track record of building independently: standing up or growing a government affairs program or line of effort, or developing and shepherding specific regulations, standards, or policy strategy through to an outcome • Senior official engagement experience, with the judgment and presence to represent a company credibly at that level • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical subject matter for policy audiences — and to explain how you do it • Comfort operating in ambiguity with minimal guidance, and a scrappy, resourceful approach to reach and impact • Excellent written and verbal communication; credible with executives, engineers, and government stakeholders alike • A degree and/or equivalent years of experience in the field • Based in Europe and able to travel frequently across the region Preferred Experience: • A multi-country portfolio: policy work or government affairs relationships built across several European jurisdictions • Fluency in one or more European languages in addition to English • Experience across both public and private sector government affairs • Familiarity with ENISA, CEN-CENELEC, ETSI, and the major cybersecurity drivers regulatory and standardization bodies on the continent • Familiarity with the CRA's conformity assessment framework (risk classes, notified bodies) and with EU/UK lobbying transparency registers • Experience representing a company through industry coalitions or trade associations • Fluency in software supply chain security, cybersecurity, or AI subject matter • Experience at a high-growth company About Us We live and breathe our company values: • We are customer obsessed — We focus on delivering solutions to our customers that create value and make their lives better. • We …

Product Manager, Agent Platform

MEET SIENA Siena is the Agent of Record for CX, built for consumer brands like Spanx, FIGS, Brooklinen, and Grüns. It runs as a connected multi-agent stack on top of a shared intelligence layer: agents that sell, support, listen, handle social and voice across the entire customer journey, turning every conversation into signal you can act on. THE TEAM We are a small, fully distributed, global team. We have built leverage into how we work, which is what lets a team this size move at the speed we do. We hire athletes. Everyone here owns real outcomes, defaults to writing over meetings, communicates with directness, and acts the moment they see something worth acting on. Low ego, high standards, fast clock. If you want to set the bar rather than follow one, keep reading. THE ROLE Siena runs customer experience for consumer brands through a connected multi-agent stack. As Product Manager, Core Agent Platform, you'll own the platform those agents run on, from its current capabilities to where it goes next. You'll own how we measure, test and improve agent performance, and how customers see it. You'll work directly with engineering, deployment and customers, and you'll be expected to build as well as specify. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own the core agent platform end to end, including the roadmap and the day-to-day product decisions. • Build and ship the evaluation, testing and monitoring systems that make agent performance measurably better over time. • Design and run structured experiments and A/B tests across agent workflows. • Give customers clear visibility into how their agents are performing. • Prototype your own ideas with coding agents, and ship them where you can, rather than waiting on a hand-off. • Work with customers and our deployment team to understand what's working in the field and turn it into product. WHO YOU ARE The Bar: If you're missing any of these, this isn't the role for you. • 3+ years as a PM in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk or AI automation. • Technical fluency: you can explain how webhooks, OAuth and integrations work and have made product decisions around them. • AI-native builder: you use tools like Claude, Cursor or v0 daily and have prototyped your own product ideas with them. Strong Signal: Not dealbreakers, but what separates a good hire from a great one. • You've run structured experiments or A/B tests and can say what the data did and didn't tell you. • You've built dashboards or visibility features people actually relied on. • You're confident with customers: you've sat in on calls, run demos, and know what end users really complain about. • You act like the CEO of your product area: strong opinions, and a habit of building and talking to customers without being asked. Nice to Have: Bonus, not required. • Engineering background, or you've shipped production code yourself. NOT A FIT IF: • You wait to be told what to build. • You want a narrowly scoped PM seat with a fixed roadmap handed to you. • You're not comfortable being customer-facing or getting on a call to demo your own work. • You'd rather stay behind the product than own the messy, ambiguous parts. • You need a designer or engineer to turn your product vision into something people can click. WHY SIENA? Real ownership. You will own problems, not tasks, with the autonomy to solve them your way and the trust to do it without a manager in your inbox. Work that ships and matters. What you build reaches real consumer brands fast. A category we are creating. The Agent of Record is new ground, with unsolved problems and cutting-edge models, not a crowded field to compete in. A team that respects your judgment. Globally distributed, async-first, low bureaucracy. We hire adults and treat you like one. Great salary plus equity or stock grants. Own a piece of what you build. Learning budget. If you are growing, so are we. AI-fluency by default. Few places will push your work with production AI further or faster. OUR VALUES The people who thrive here are curious, customer-obsessed, and take ownership without being asked. They fix problems first and explain later. They're direct about feedback - both giving and receiving it - because they care more about getting things right than being polite. They maintain high standards while moving at startup speed, and they build real relationships with teammates because they know that's how great work gets done. When things get tough, they adapt and keep pushing forward. OUR APPROACH TO AI The people who thrive here treat AI like a natural extension of themselves. They've built their own ecosystem of agents - some for research, others for debugging, writing, analysis, or writing code. They know which AI works best for what problem. Everyone gets premium accounts (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity Pro, Cursor, Lovable) plus a quarterly budget for new tools. But the magic happens in how we share knowledge. Demo days where someone shows off a …
