At 1KOMMA5° , we pursue a clear vision: Living on wind and sunlight forever for free . To make this a reality, we are building the energy system of the future with Heartbeat AI. Want to be part of it? We bring together regional craftsmanship and scalable software: We don't think of solar, batteries, heat pumps, and e-mobility as isolated components, but control them as an intelligent, integrated overall system in our virtual power plant. Directly connected to the electricity market – in real time, fully automated. This way, energy is used when it is available from renewables and particularly cost-effective. By 2030, our goal is to transition 1.5 million households to renewable energies. Over 3,000 people are working towards this every day, at more than 80 locations worldwide, from Finland to Australia. Want to take responsibility and build solutions that truly matter? Apply now and help us shape the energy world of tomorrow. Learn more about our Product & Tech team! Deine Position As part of the Heartbeat Tech domain, you will own our partnerships with hardware manufacturers that connect to Heartbeat AI. You're the person who finds and excites new partners about Heartbeat AI, then negotiates the resulting agreements, and finally makes sure the integration actually gets delivered. But it doesn’t stop there: You will own the relationship long-term and ensure it turns in a true win-win situation. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Partnership Sales: Identify and pitch the Heartbeat AI vision to selected hardware manufacturers, get them onboard our vision and carry conversations from first contact through to signed partnership. • Contract Management: Lead commercial and legal negotiations for all contractual elements to ensure a solid partnership basis with terms that work for both sides. • Project Management: Coordinate the technical integration to delivery — sequencing work with our development teams, tracking milestones, and unblocking issues on both sides. • Relationship Management: Own the day-to-day relationship with each partner post go-live — be their primary point of contact, manage escalations, and keep the partnership healthy and growing. • Portfolio Ownership: Maintain an overview of all Heartbeat AI partnerships, their contractual status, technical maturity and roadmap, and report on the health of the partner portfolio to leadership. In addition identify gaps and pursue opportunites to build the strongest partnership portfolio in the market. Dein Profil The successful candidate will have: • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or B2B sales, ideally at the intersection of hardware and software products • Confidence and skill in pitching a technical/strategic vision to senior stakeholders at manufacturers, and in negotiating commercial and legal agreements • Experience coordinating complex projects across internal engineering teams and external partners • Excitement to build and maintain long-term relationships with hardware manufacturer partners while balancing multiple partnerships in parallel • An agile, structured mindset with strong contract- and project-management instincts, and you consider yourself a team player • Very strong written and spoken English and German skills Bonus points for: • Existing network of contacts in the solar, battery storage, EV charging or HVAC hardware markets • Experience with technical integration protocols (Modbus, EEBUS, OCPP) — enough to hold your own in a technical conversation, not necessarily to implement them • Experience negotiating API or data-sharing agreements We are an ambitious and dynamic company with a talented team. We require our engineers to be imaginative, enthusiastic, and willing to tackle new challenges as we strive to provide everyone with renewable energy technologies. Benefits • You are part of an international, dynamic, and highly motivated team of people who have proven to make things happen • With your work, you accelerate the "energy transition" and hence have a direct impact on our climate • Work with and learn from other super-smart colleagues • You will enjoy direct contact with core decision-makers • You will enjoy the best chances of entering full-time in one of Europe's most thriving scaleups • You work remotely (Germany-wide), with offices in Hamburg, Berlin or Munich • Create a healthy balance alongside your work and enjoy all the benefits of the EGYM Wellpass • Benefits and discounts are yours with Futurebens • Whether city bike or e-bike - be flexible with our job bike leasing and do something good for the environment at the same time

Want to take responsibility and build solutions that truly matter? Apply now and help us shape the energy world of tomorrow. Learn more about our Product & Tech team! Deine Position As Senior Product Manager for Heartbeat, you own our Energy Management System as a product. The energy core households depend on: solar, batteries, heat pumps, AC, and EV charging are controlled and optimized as one system, around the clock, and more value comes out of every kilowatt-hour. You decide where that system goes next. How those assets are controlled. How it creates more value over time. Which hardware worlds it must work in, in Germany and in the other markets we operate in. Energy, heating and cooling, and mobility products all run on it. You set the direction, stay close to engineering on reliability, and work closely with the Product Managers in those areas so they can build on one Energy Management System. Your main focus will be to: • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Heartbeat: where the Energy Management System goes, and how it evolves across markets • Set direction and work closely with other Product Managers: aligned roadmaps, guidance, unblocking • Make reliability a product outcome: households can depend on the system every day • Push the system to control and optimize all assets in the home, and create more value from every kilowatt-hour • Write specs, run discovery, prioritize, and ship Dein Profil You have: • 7+ years of Product Management on Energy Management Systems, IoT, embedded/edge, or similar control systems • A track record of owning a system that other product areas depend on, and of deciding where it goes next • Experience guiding other Product Managers in a domain. German is a plus. Based in Germany. Bonus points for: • HEMS, inverter/battery/EV control, Modbus, OTA, gateway security • Optimization, forecasting, or dispatch systems • Shipping an Energy Management System across more than one country • Line management of Product Managers Benefits • You are part of an international, dynamic, and highly motivated team of people who have proven to make things happen • With your work, you accelerate the "energy transition" and hence have a direct impact on our climate • Work with and learn from other super-smart colleagues • You will enjoy direct contact with core decision-makers • You will enjoy the best chances of entering full-time in one of Europe’s most thriving scaleups • You work remotely (Germany-wide), with offices in Hamburg, Berlin or Munich • Create a healthy balance alongside your work and enjoy all the benefits of the EGYM Wellpass • Benefits and discounts are yours with Futurebens • Whether city bike or e-bike - be flexible with our job bike leasing and do something good for the environment at the same time

At Hugging Face, we're on a journey to democratize good AI. We are building the fastest growing platform for AI builders with over 11 million users who collectively shared over 4 million models, 1 million datasets & 1.5 million Gradio apps. Our open-source libraries have more than 700,000 stars on Github. About the Role Roles at Hugging Face are very fluid and dynamic — we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking on different challenges that will evolve over time. You'll join the Applications team, whose goal is to build the tooling that helps developers create machine learning applications on top of the primitives we offer on the Hub: Gradio , Spaces , Inference Providers, Datasets, Xet, and more. Concretely, that means maintaining and growing libraries like Trackio , a local-first, agent-friendly experiment tracking platform, FastRTC , our library for real-time audio and video streaming in Python, and Gradio itself, used by more than 1 million developers each month. These tools have made machine learning accessible to a wide audience — for the first time in history, anyone with an internet connection can use cutting-edge models right from their browser. Several of these libraries are still early in their life, and new ones will start from scratch. A large part of this role is taking a project from its first users to widespread adoption: shaping the API, shipping fast, and getting it into developers' hands. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, and maintaining core features across the team's libraries, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of use for ML developers. • Architecting complex Python projects and frameworks that serve as foundational tools for the ML community. • Growing early-stage libraries: defining the API surface, writing the demos and documentation that make them click, and driving adoption in the developer community. • Working on real-time streaming and networking capabilities, a core priority for Gradio 7 and beyond. • Collaborating with open-source contributors and engaging with the broader community through code reviews, discussions, and support. • Integrating modern frontend technologies to create seamless and intuitive user experiences for Python-based web applications. • Adapting to evolving engineering challenges and contributing to the direction of our developer tools as the landscape changes. Requirements If you love open-source, are passionate about making machine learning more accessible, have experience building Python frameworks, and want to contribute to some of the fastest-growing libraries in the ML ecosystem, then we can't wait to see your application! What you'll need • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field • 5+ years of professional Python development experience • Experience architecting complex Python projects or frameworks • A track record of taking early-stage libraries or products from first users to broad adoption • Professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript • Professional experience with a modern frontend framework such as React or Svelte • Experience core-contributing to or maintaining open-source software projects Nice to have • Experience with real-time audio/video streaming or networking (WebRTC, WebSockets) • Contributions to libraries such as pipecat , LiveKit , FastAPI , or Starlette If you're interested in joining us, but don't tick every box above, we still encourage you to apply! We're building a diverse team whose skills, experiences, and backgrounds complement one another. We're happy to consider where you might be able to make the biggest impact. One more thing At Hugging Face we believe great AI shouldn't require a massive cluster, we build for everyone, especially the GPU-poor. And because we read every application, here's a small sign that you read this one too: start your answer to the first application question with the words “ GPU-poor and proud ”. No trick, no catch, it just tells us a real person is on the other side. Benefits More about Hugging Face We are actively working to build a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusivity . We are intentionally building a workplace where people feel respected and supported—regardless of who you are or where you come from. We believe this is foundational to building a great company and community. Hugging Face is an equal opportunity employer and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We value development. You will work with some of the smartest people in our industry. We are an organization that has a bias for impact and is always challenging ourselves to continuously grow. We provide all employees with reimbursement for relevant conferences, training, and education. We care about your well-being. We offer flexible working hours and remote options. We offer …

About Zyte Zyte is a leader in web data extraction. Our full-stack Zyte API and world-class data services help thousands of companies, from individual developers to global enterprises, turn the web into reliable, structured data. We're a remote-first, globally distributed team that ships fast and lets results speak. This is a transformative moment for web data, and AI is reshaping both sides of the market. The world needs web data more than ever: to train models, power agents and feed AI applications, so the audience for web data is exploding - creating new personas and new buying journeys almost overnight. At the same time AI is changing how that data is collected - from manual work by engineers to automation with AI. Zyte is unique in solving both challenges of web data - the software needed for reliable access to websites and the AI and skills needed to turn web content into structured data. We have an important mission in the AI revolution. The role We're hiring a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead our self-serve acquisition and growth journeys across the channels used by personas hungry for web data. Our users are engineers, data teams and the builders of AI agents, and your job is to understand what they seek, what they try first and what convinces them to stay. You'll lead conversion and growth across channels: our website, agents an the developer ecosystem. You'll be product owner for the website and application UI and will take a data driven approach to customer acquisition and growth, from traffic through trial, activation and subscription, right up to an account-managed relationship. Our goal is to engage 500,000 developers next year who need web data and this role is central to converting them. In this role you'll shape the rhythm of funnels and experiments, ideating and iterating with a talented team on how we can improve experiences, find truths in data and build on the insight of customers to figure out the next growth step. You'll be fascinated by how engineers evaluate tools, how AI is changing the way they build and what it takes to earn their trust. You'll work to explode an audience in a market that is itself exploding, and to be able to point at the growth curve and say "I did that". What you'll do Manage the self-serve funnel end-to-end. Define, measure and improve every stage: signup, trial, activation, conversion to paid and expansion. Be product owner for the website and product UI. Set the roadmap and priorities for our web presence and platform UX, working directly with the development lead, engineers and designers to ship improvements that capture demand and drive funnel activity. Optimise the funnel as a conversion mechanism - design and run experiments, work closely with our design and product marketing teams on formats, copy and narratives for conversion. Optimise PLG journeys that start in the developer ecosystem. Optimise the buying journeys that begin in open source and in the emerging ecosystems of agents, turning developer adoption and ecosystem presence into activation and growth. This means deeply understanding developer workflows: docs, SDKs, code examples and the first ten minutes of hands-on experience. Build intelligent customer data and nurture growth. Build customer data based on usage and firmographics, and use this to nurture customers for growth with tailored onboarding, relevant content and (with our RevOps function) identify when our sales professionals should reach out and make contact. . Run a rigorous experimentation practice. Develop hypotheses, ship A/B tests and funnel experiments, and report results honestly, doubling down on what works and killing what doesn't. Requirements • Proven results driving growth and managing funnels in a B2B SaaS or developer-focused business with a self-serve or PLG motion. • A deep curiosity about how engineers work and adopt tools. You've marketed or built for technical audiences and know that developers don't respond to marketing; they respond to products that respect their time. • Experience with developer tools, APIs, data products or technical audiences. • You prototype your own ideas: you use AI coding tools to vibe-code experiments, mockups and working demos rather than waiting for engineering capacity. • A track record of making websites effective engines for capturing demand and driving funnel activity; you've owned conversion, not just traffic. • Demonstrated success in customer growth and nurture: activation, free-to-paid conversion, expansion and churn reduction. • Intelligent, practical use of data: comfortable defining metrics, instrumenting funnels, segmenting customers and combining product signals with messaging and human outreach. • Experience working as a product owner or growth PM with engineering and design teams: writing clear requirements, prioritising ruthlessly and shipping iteratively. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you can align marketing, product, CS, …
