Point Wild helps customers monitor, manage, and protect against the risks associated with their identities and personal information in a digital world. Backed by WndrCo, Warburg Pincus and General Catalyst, Point Wild is dedicated to creating the world’s most comprehensive portfolio of industry-leading cybersecurity solutions. Our vision is to become THE go-to resource for every cyber protection need individuals may face - today and in the future. Join us for the ride! About the Role: As a Senior MLOps Engineer , you will play a critical role in architecting, building, and maintaining the infrastructure, pipelines, and tooling that enable complex AI models to be deployed, scaled, and monitored in production on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You’ll collaborate closely with AI Researchers, Data Engineers, and Backend teams to bridge the gap between experimentation and high-performance, enterprise-grade production systems. Your Day to Day: • GCP ML Infrastructure: Architect and manage scalable GCP-based ML infrastructure using Vertex AI, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Google Cloud Storage (GCS), Cloud Run, and GPU/TPU compute instances. • Model Deployment & Serving: Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for machine learning models. Build high-throughput, low-latency inference services using containerization and specialized serving frameworks (e.g., Triton Inference Server, vLLM, MLflow). • Continuous Integration & Training (CI/CD/CT): Build automated, reproducible pipelines for model training, testing, evaluation, and deployment using tools like Airflow, Vertex AI Pipelines, and GitHub Actions. • Production Observability & Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring systems for both system health (latency, throughput, uptime) and ML-specific metrics (feature drift, prediction accuracy, and data distribution shifts) to enable automated retraining triggers. • Supporting AI & Research Engineers: Provide scalable training environments, optimized runtime infrastructure, and standardized deployment templates that allow AI engineers to move fast without compromising reliability. • Data & Feature Engineering Support: Collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate model pipelines with feature stores, dataset versioning, and stream/batch data processing workflows. • Scaling PoCs to Production: Lead the technical transition of raw AI prototypes and notebooks into resilient, secure, and auto-scaling microservices. What You Bring to the Table: • Senior MLOps Experience : At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining production ML workloads in cloud environments. • GCP Ecosystem Mastery: Deep, practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, GKE, Cloud Run, and IAM/VPC configurations. • Model Serving & Tooling: Expertise with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/GKE) and specialized serving tools (Triton, vLLM, MLflow). • Orchestration & CI/CD: Proven track record with workflow orchestrators (Airflow, Vertex AI Pipelines) and modern CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD). • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Solid experience managing cloud resources using Terraform. • Software Development Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL for scripting, automation, API development, and data manipulation. • ML Observability: Hands-on experience with logging, telemetry, and drift detection tools (Grafana, Prometheus, GCP Cloud Monitoring, or specialized ML observability frameworks). Nice to Have: • Experience running large-scale LLM or Deep Learning inference/training workloads. • GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer or GCP Professional Cloud Architect certifications. • Familiarity with feature stores (e.g., Feast, Vertex AI Feature Store). Apply anyway. • On compensation: Pay is structured around a clear grade and level framework, with decisions based on objective criteria at AVOW: your experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and role-specific requirements. We're transparent about how we make these decisions and will be discussing the details from our very first engagement. Want to be part of it? Directly connected to the electricity market – in real time, fully automated. This way, energy is used when it is available from renewables and particularly cost-effective. By 2030, our goal is to transition 1.5 million households to renewable energies. Over 3,000 people are working towards this every day, at more than 80 locations worldwide, from Finland to Australia. In addition identify gaps and pursue opportunites to build the strongest partnership portfolio in the market. Dein Profil The successful candidate will have: • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or B2B sales, ideally at the intersection of hardware and software products • Confidence and skill in pitching a technical/strategic vision to senior stakeholders at manufacturers, and in negotiating commercial and legal agreements • Experience coordinating complex projects across internal engineering teams and external partners • Excitement to build and maintain long-term relationships with hardware manufacturer partners while balancing multiple partnerships in parallel • An agile, structured mindset with strong contract- and project-management instincts, and you consider yourself a team player • Very strong written and spoken English and German skills Bonus points for: • Existing network of contacts in the solar, battery storage, EV charging or HVAC hardware markets • Experience with technical integration protocols (Modbus, EEBUS, OCPP) — enough to hold your own in a technical conversation, not necessarily to implement them • Experience negotiating API or data-sharing agreements We are an ambitious and dynamic company with a talented team. Want to take responsibility and build solutions that truly matter? Apply now and help us shape the energy world of tomorrow. Learn more about our Product & Tech team! Deine Position As Senior Product Manager for Heartbeat, you own our Energy Management System as a product. The energy core households depend on: solar, batteries, heat pumps, AC, and EV charging are controlled and optimized as one system, around the clock, and more value comes out of every kilowatt-hour. You set the direction, stay close to engineering on reliability, and work closely with the Product Managers in those areas so they can build on one Energy Management System. Own every product run from production order to live for sale. $3,500–4,000/month | Full-time | Remote, US MT overlap HealthyGut is a supplements brand selling direct through its own Shopify store, Amazon (FBA) and distributor channels. Our product lines include Tributyrin-X, BeSerene IR & Daily, Magnesium-HP, HoloZyme, HCL Guard, HoloImmune and HistaHarmony. We work with contract manufacturers across Europe and the US, move freight through a mix of domestic and international carriers, and run fulfilment through Shipfusion, our 3PL. Operations are coordinated in Asana, with comms running across email and Slack. We're a small, focused team building a growing supplements business, and this role is the operational backbone that keeps every product moving from formulation through to live sale. We're looking for an Operations Manager who owns the end-to-end journey of every HealthyGut product — from the moment a production order is placed with a contract manufacturer, through freight, import and quality documentation, to finished goods checked into 3PL inventory and live for sale across every channel. This is a coordination-heavy operations role sitting at the intersection of manufacturing, logistics, regulatory/quality documentation and e-commerce catalog management. You'll keep many concurrent product runs moving on schedule, maintain the master records everyone else relies on, and act as the central communication hub between outside partners (manufacturers, freight forwarders, the 3PL) and internal leadership, marketing and inventory planning. Some overlap with US Mountain Time is needed, but exact working hours are negotiable. What you'll actually be doing Production & manufacturing coordination • Track purchase orders and production timelines with contract manufacturers for every SKU and run • Check in ahead of each reorder to confirm lead times, secure production slots and flag risks to stock coverage • Coordinate formula updates and reformulations — ingredient changes, capsule-size constraints, potency targets — including routing R&D contracts and bench testing • Source raw ingredients — identify and qualify suppliers, request samples and specifications, gather quotes, and compare options on both quality and cost so the Founder/Formulator can make the call • Track raw-ingredient sourcing and documentation, and decisions on existing vs. new material lots • Track production invoicing: down payments, proformas, credit notes and final invoices Freight, import & insurance • Solicit and compare freight quotes across carriers for domestic and international lanes, and book pickups • Coordinate international air freight and import logistics — customs clearance, customs bonds, TSCA documentation and FDA release • Arrange cargo insurance per shipment and confirm full shipment value is covered • Act as the logistics point of contact between manufacturers, forwarders and the 3PL 3PL intake & inventory (Shipfusion) • Create inbound shipments for every run and component order (bottles, pill cases, glass jars) • Create and configure new SKUs — cost, retail price, weight, country of origin, HS/tariff codes • Enter and update case sizes, unit counts, weights, dimensions and lot/expiration dates • Track check-in and resolve discrepancies — damaged, missing or rejected units Quality documentation (CoAs) • Request current CoAs from manufacturers for each new lot and locate historical ones when needed • Edit raw CoAs into public-ready versions, upload both to the shared drive • Maintain the master CoA spreadsheet and hand public-ready files to Marketing Labels, renders & creative assets • Coordinate new and updated label designs with manufacturers and the label printer — proofs, dies, estimates • Prepare and route label files, convert to web-ready formats, hand off to Marketing • Request updated 3D bottle renders for new sizes, formula changes and label corrections • Maintain the master label spreadsheet and share assets with distributors E-commerce catalog & channel updates • Update Shopify and Amazon with new ingredient info, labels and imagery when formulas change — timed to sell-through of old stock • Add and update product weights and dimensions in Shopify and the 3PL • Manage stock states: sold-out flags, backorders, product and instruction pages Amazon FBA restocking • Plan and send FBA replenishment shipments, coordinating quantities with the inventory/Amazon lead • Time restocks around Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and allocate stock between the 3PL and Amazon Cross-functional coordination & record-keeping • Serve as the central tracking hub from order to shelf, keeping leadership, marketing, inventory planning and distributors informed • Maintain master tracking spreadsheets (labels, CoAs, HG + Amazon case & lot info) as the single source of truth • Consolidate comms from email, Slack and Asana into one organised, auditable task system Where the role can grow …

Senior Open-Source Python Engineer, ML Developer Tools - EMEA Remote

At Hugging Face, we're on a journey to democratize good AI. We are building the fastest growing platform for AI builders with over 11 million users who collectively shared over 4 million models, 1 million datasets & 1.5 million Gradio apps. Our open-source libraries have more than 700,000 stars on Github. About the Role Roles at Hugging Face are very fluid and dynamic — we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking on different challenges that will evolve over time. You'll join the Applications team, whose goal is to build the tooling that helps developers create machine learning applications on top of the primitives we offer on the Hub: Gradio , Spaces , Inference Providers, Datasets, Xet, and more. Concretely, that means maintaining and growing libraries like Trackio , a local-first, agent-friendly experiment tracking platform, FastRTC , our library for real-time audio and video streaming in Python, and Gradio itself, used by more than 1 million developers each month. These tools have made machine learning accessible to a wide audience — for the first time in history, anyone with an internet connection can use cutting-edge models right from their browser. Several of these libraries are still early in their life, and new ones will start from scratch. A large part of this role is taking a project from its first users to widespread adoption: shaping the API, shipping fast, and getting it into developers' hands. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, and maintaining core features across the team's libraries, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of use for ML developers. • Architecting complex Python projects and frameworks that serve as foundational tools for the ML community. • Growing early-stage libraries: defining the API surface, writing the demos and documentation that make them click, and driving adoption in the developer community. • Working on real-time streaming and networking capabilities, a core priority for Gradio 7 and beyond. • Collaborating with open-source contributors and engaging with the broader community through code reviews, discussions, and support. • Integrating modern frontend technologies to create seamless and intuitive user experiences for Python-based web applications. • Adapting to evolving engineering challenges and contributing to the direction of our developer tools as the landscape changes. Requirements If you love open-source, are passionate about making machine learning more accessible, have experience building Python frameworks, and want to contribute to some of the fastest-growing libraries in the ML ecosystem, then we can't wait to see your application! What you'll need • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field • 5+ years of professional Python development experience • Experience architecting complex Python projects or frameworks • A track record of taking early-stage libraries or products from first users to broad adoption • Professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript • Professional experience with a modern frontend framework such as React or Svelte • Experience core-contributing to or maintaining open-source software projects Nice to have • Experience with real-time audio/video streaming or networking (WebRTC, WebSockets) • Contributions to libraries such as pipecat , LiveKit , FastAPI , or Starlette If you're interested in joining us, but don't tick every box above, we still encourage you to apply! We're building a diverse team whose skills, experiences, and backgrounds complement one another. We're happy to consider where you might be able to make the biggest impact. One more thing At Hugging Face we believe great AI shouldn't require a massive cluster, we build for everyone, especially the GPU-poor. And because we read every application, here's a small sign that you read this one too: start your answer to the first application question with the words “ GPU-poor and proud ”. No trick, no catch, it just tells us a real person is on the other side. Benefits More about Hugging Face We are actively working to build a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusivity . We are intentionally building a workplace where people feel respected and supported—regardless of who you are or where you come from. We believe this is foundational to building a great company and community. Hugging Face is an equal opportunity employer and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We value development. You will work with some of the smartest people in our industry. We are an organization that has a bias for impact and is always challenging ourselves to continuously grow. We provide all employees with reimbursement for relevant conferences, training, and education. We care about your well-being. We offer flexible working hours and remote options. We offer …
