Why Mozilla? Mozilla Corporation is the non-profit-backed technology company that has shaped the internet for the better over the last 25 years. We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we’re shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we’re doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people. The Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the non-profit 501(c) Mozilla Foundation. This means we aren’t beholden to any shareholders — only to our mission. Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms. About this team and role: Mozilla’s Customer Experience team helps users, organizations, and partners successfully adopt, use, and get sustained value from Mozilla products. Historically, much of Mozilla’s support work has focused on consumers. As Mozilla expands its business and organizational offerings, we are building a support operation designed for the needs of B2B customers, including dependable service delivery, clear customer commitments, global coverage, and close coordination with Product and Engineering. As Staff Technical Support Manager you will be Mozilla’s first dedicated B2B technical support leader. You will not inherit a mature operation; you will create one. You will define how Mozilla provides technical support to Enterprise customers, from frontline troubleshooting through complex Product and Engineering escalation, while building the processes, tooling, training, metrics, and operating model needed to deliver that support effectively at scale. Beyond creating the technical support capability, you will serve as the main bridge between Enterprise customers, CX, Product, and Engineering, ensuring insights from customers and support teams inform the broader Enterprise experience. This is an individual contributor role with broad end-to-end ownership. You will be the day-to-day owner of Mozilla’s B2B support workflow and the operational processes connecting customer issues with technical support provided by vendors as well as Mozilla Product and Engineering teams. You will use customer demand, service performance, and cost data to determine when and how the operation should expand across geographies, languages, coverage models, and support offerings. As the business grows, you will also help define the structure and capabilities of Mozilla’s future B2B support team. You will participate in a defined incident coverage model and periodically lead the operational response to major customer incidents. In those moments, you will ensure support personnel follow established procedures, coordinate escalation and handoffs to Mozilla engineers, drive cross-functional resolution, communicate clearly with customers and internal leaders, and oversee post-incident reviews and root cause analysis. This position requires a rare combination of Enterprise technical support expertise, support operations discipline, vendor management, cross-functional influence, and calm leadership under pressure. Our ideal candidate is a practical builder who can move between strategy and execution, create structure where none exists, and earn the trust of customers, engineers, senior leaders, and external partners. What you’ll do: • Build and launch Mozilla’s first B2B technical support capability, including its operating model, workflows, escalation paths, governance, and continuous-improvement processes. • Own external support vendor relationships end to end, including future vendor selection and contracting support, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, invoicing, renewals, and investment recommendations. • Elevate the technical capability of frontline Enterprise support by defining troubleshooting standards, technical training, support playbooks, quality frameworks, diagnostic guidance, escalation criteria, and reusable knowledge materials, and coordination with product teams for release-readiness plans. • Forecast customer demand and support capacity, balancing staffing, coverage, language needs, service quality, cost, and business growth; recommend when to expand into new geographies or service models. • Define service objectives, metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and operating reviews for quality, speed, customer experience, productivity, and cost. • Hold vendors accountable for performance, identify service gaps, and lead corrective-action and continuous-improvement plans. • Own Mozilla’s Enterprise technical escalation and operational framework, managing handoffs across support tiers so complex issues reach the right Engineering, …

Your mission deskbird is one of Europe's fastest-growing workplace-management platforms – a SaaS success story serving hundreds of enterprise customers and building the operating system for the workplace of the future, well past €10M ARR and scaling with an efficiency-driven playbook. In 2025 we closed a funding round led by Octopus Ventures, with co-investments from NEVA SGR (Intesa Sanpaolo Bank) and AVP, and participation from Alstin Capital, session, and Portfolion. We're hiring a Chief Financial Officer (all genders) to be a true co-pilot to the management team. This is not just a back-office finance role. You will sit in board meetings from day one, own the equity story, lead our future financing rounds and capital markets strategy, and run an AI-first operations function that becomes a case study in how lean a modern finance organization can be. You'll join a small, talented, highly ambitious executive team – and the equity package is designed so that when we win, you win meaningfully. If you are passionate about creating enterprise value, scaling finance organizations, and owning the story you used to analyze – this is that seat. In this role you will • The equity story and funding readiness. You will keep deskbird in the best possible shape for whatever comes next - future financing rounds, strategic options, and long-term value creation. Narrative, metrics, data room, diligence readiness: always current, always credible. When we choose to run a process, you will lead it, working directly with the founders and board. • The path to profitability. You’ll own the plan that takes us to sustainable positive cash flows profitability without sacrificing growth: driver-based planning, disciplined capital allocation, and a sharp view on where every franc and euro works hardest. • An AI-first finance & operations function. We want a hands-on operator on the edge of AI development who automates before hiring, works in the models and tools personally, and proves that a lean, AI-augmented team can outperform a traditional org several times its size. We don’t want a CFO who builds a 20-person department. • Commercial intelligence for GTM and Product. You’ll drive the insights that tell us where to invest: which segments, motions, and product bets deliver the strongest combined growth and efficiency profile. Finance at deskbird is a value driver in pricing, packaging, NRR economics, and unit-economics decisions - not just a scorekeeper. • International structure and tax efficiency. You’ll own our multi-entity group structure across Europe, introduce transfer pricing, and ensure we operate in a tax-efficient, fully compliant setup as we scale internationally. • The cap table and investor-grade financials. You’ll keep our cap table and VSOP clean, well-modeled, and always ready for the next financing round, and bring our accounting to the standard any institutional investor expects - SaaS revenue recognition (local GAAP) done right, smooth statutory audits, and, where a future process demands it, conversion to the relevant GAAP. • Board and investor relations. You’ll run the reporting rhythm, build trust with our existing investors, and represent deskbird credibly to future ones - from day one, alongside the founders. • Cash, risk, and the operational backbone. Treasury, FX, and runway discipline, scenario planning, audit readiness, and oversight of legal, procurement, and insurance. What you need to be successful Must-haves • A transaction-shaped career: ideally PE, M&A or investment banking, followed by operating experience in a scaling company - you’ve seen deals from the inside and know what investors actually sign up for. (Exceptional candidates from transaction advisory (e.g. Big4) or top-tier strategy consulting with strong deal exposure will also be considered.) • Deep fluency in finance processes and B2B SaaS mechanics: ARR/NRR, cohort economics, CAC payback, Rule of 40, the ARR-to-cash bridge. • Experience at our scale and complexity (>€10M ARR, ~100+ employees) - and ideally, you’ve already seen what comes next (>€25M ARR), so you know what to build now and what to deliberately skip. • Fundraising and/or liquidity event exposure , ideally where the story was efficient, profitable growth rather than growth at all costs. • A builder’s ego profile: you measure yourself by enterprise value created per person on your team, not by headcount or budget owned. You’re hands-on and want to stay that way. • Genuine excitement about AI-native ways of working - you’re already using these tools daily and want to push further. • Based in or willing to work from one of our hubs - Zurich, Berlin, Munich, or London (remote within Europe is possible for an outstanding candidate, but hub-based is our strong preference given the closeness to founders and board). Full working proficiency in English; German is strongly preferred. Nice to have • Experience owning or partnering closely with People & …
