Account Executive (Remote)

Who we are Process Street is an AI software and compliance operations platform startup from San Francisco. We help our customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Our platform automates the work, enforces the standards, and proves compliance so our global customers can run their businesses. We service over 3k customers around the world, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian. Our Mission To make work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere. Our Culture Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative, remote culture. We value flexibility because many of us are parents, travelers, or just creatives who aren't inspired by the construct of a mundane 9-to-5. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections make strong teams, so we regularly catch up over virtual coffee chats, play games, share stories, and more to build strong relationships. If you’re entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility we look forward to meeting you! The Opportunity We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our sales team. This is a full-cycle closing role for an early-career seller - someone with 2+ years SaaS sales experience who’s ready to own deals end-to-end, sharpen their craft, and sell a product that’s differentiating how AI is reshaping work. You'll own every inbound lead that lands in your pipeline - from first discovery through close - and you'll help build the playbook for how we convert them. Process Street is selling a new way of working, and this role is for someone who wants to help build a new way of selling it. You won't be handed a finished motion. You'll shape it. You'll carry two products: Process Street, our compliance operations platform, and Dash, our browser and Slack-native AI coworker. Dash is brand new — you'll be among the first people selling it, which means you won't inherit a pitch so much as build one. This seat is for someone who's entrepreneurial by default. You manage your own week, figure things out without waiting to be told, and are energized by ambiguity. This role is an opportunity for real ownership and a chance to compound your craft fast. This position will be based in Eastern, Central, or Pacific time. What You'll Do • Own your full sales cycle - from first discovery call to close • Run discovery calls to understand prospects' workflow pain points • Present and demo Process Street to prospective clients • Sell across our product line — the Process Street platform and Dash, our browser and Slack-native AI coworker — and confidently articulate how AI agents change the way teams operate • Leverage AI tools to optimize your own sales workflows, boosting personal productivity and shortening the feedback loop • Build and refine the inbound conversion playbook as you go - what works, what doesn't, what we should do more of • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene • Collaborate with Customer Success on handoffs and early expansion opportunities • Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics and quarterly pipeline targets About You • You have 2+ years experience selling AI tools, SaaS, or professional services with full-cycle closing exposure • You're comfortable selling something new — you can hold a confident conversation about an emerging product in a category that's still being defined • You are entrepreneurial and self-directed by nature • You are comfortable in ambiguity and would rather figure it out and ship than wait for a playbook to arrive • You are a 'Challenger' or Gap seller • You have a proven track record of sales target attainment and exceeding goals • You have a passion for start-ups and technology • You adapt well, and you're a fast learner • You are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn sales craft • You communicate clearly and confidently • You're enthusiastic about improving processes and systems Our Benefits • Unlimited PTO policy – Most take 3-4 weeks, plus their major holidays, AND a company-wide week off in December. • Social time – Regular coffee chats, games, story-telling, house tours (only if you're comfortable), and more to build connections. • Generous health insurance for US employees and their families. • Equity for all full-time roles. • A chance to shape how companies around the world run through the future of no-code automation. Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. At Process Street, we believe in growth. So, however you identify and whatever background you bring, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come to work every day. We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, …

About the Role: Camunda's Revenue Operations organization is looking for a Senior GTM Systems AI and Automation Engineer to design, build and operate the AI-powered infrastructure that connects our go-to-market systems and removes manual work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and Account Development. You will join the GTM Systems team – a small group of builders who own a Salesforce-centric revenue stack – and take ownership of its AI and automation layer: agents, LLM integrations, MCP servers, retrieval pipelines, backend services and workflow orchestration. What You Will Bring to the Role: Must Haves: • 5+ years of software engineering experience (backend development, systems integration, data or analytics engineering, or automation), including at least 2 years shipping LLM or AI capabilities into production business workflows or internal tools. • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), with mature Git-based development habits: code review, automated testing, CI/CD. • Hands-on command of LLM patterns – prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, structured outputs, model evaluation – and of their failure modes and mitigations (validation, fallback logic, confidence thresholds, human review, cost and latency control). • Experience integrating with Salesforce (REST/Bulk/Streaming APIs, data model, platform limits; Apex or Flow a plus) and other business systems via APIs and event-driven patterns, and with a cloud platform (GCP preferred: BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM). • Ability to own a problem end-to-end with minimal guidance – scope, design, deliver, operate – and to communicate clearly with engineering and business stakeholders in a remote, asynchronous environment. Senior Solutions Consultant (m/f/d) - Growth & Strategy

Remote ✓EN
A

The Role This is a senior role combining consulting, technology and commercial responsibility . You’ll work directly with customers to understand their processes and challenges, then turn those requirements into practical Smartsheet solutions. You’ll build and present proof of concepts, scope consulting projects, discuss pricing and ultimately help win the work. You’ll play an important role in AMX’s continued growth, with an initial focus on the DACH market. You’ll work with opportunities from Smartsheet, our partner network and existing customers, while also helping develop new relationships over time. The focus is on building trust, understanding where AMX can add value and turning strong customer relationships into sustainable growth. There’s also real scope for this role to grow. With proven success, you’ll take on broader responsibility for how AMX develops opportunities and goes to market , initially through greater ownership of customers, regions and commercial strategy. Over time, this can also develop into mentoring and guiding the team as it grows. What You’ll Be Doing • Manage customer opportunities end-to-end , from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, proof of concepts, scoping, pricing and commercial discussions, before handing over to the implementation team. • Build strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new use cases and opportunities to expand successful solutions across other teams, departments and markets. • Work closely with Smartsheet Account Executives and the wider Smartsheet team on joint account planning, developing opportunities and identifying growth accounts across DACH and AMX’s wider markets. • Help develop new opportunities through targeted account research, strategic outreach, events and collaboration with AMX’s marketing and partner network . • Contribute to and help shape AMX’s wider consulting and commercial approach , including how we develop opportunities, work with partners and take solutions to market. • As you progress, mentor other consultants and take on increasing responsibility across AMX’s commercial activities. Your profile • You have strong experience in technology consulting, solutions consulting, SaaS or digital transformation . • You’re commercially minded and comfortable taking a customer conversation from discovery through solution design, scoping, negotiation and close. • You’re equally technically hands-on and comfortable actually building and demonstrating what you propose. Smartsheet experience is a big advantage, but strong Excel skills or experience configuring SaaS, workflow, low-code or business applications can also be a great fit. • You’re good at asking the right questions and turning complex or unclear business problems into structured solutions . • You’re confident presenting to senior stakeholders and can explain technical solutions in terms of business value. • You enjoy building customer relationships and spotting new opportunities . • You’re comfortable working without a perfect playbook. You like bringing your own ideas, testing what works and helping shape the processes and approach that will make AMX successful as we grow . • You’re interested in growing beyond an individual contributor role, mentoring others and taking on broader responsibility over time . • You speak German at native/C2 level and English fluently. • You’re ideally based in Germany and comfortable travelling for customers, partner meetings and events , typically up to five days per month. • A relevant degree is welcome, but your experience and what you’ve actually delivered are much more important to us. Why us? • You’ll join an established and successful consultancy that is still small enough for you to have a real influence on how things are done. • You’ll have genuine flexibility around where you work , with a remote-first setup and only occasional travel for customers, partner meetings and team events. • The role comes with a strong fixed salary , with regular salary reviews as your responsibilities and seniority grow. • You’ll receive a €3,000 annual learning and development budget , home-office support, a flexible €50 monthly benefits allowance, wellness and technology allowances and regular team retreats. • You won’t simply be executing somebody else’s playbook. You’ll have the freedom to bring your own ideas, shape how we work and help define what successful growth looks like . • Most importantly, there’s room for this to become much more than a typical Senior Consultant position. If things go well, we want you to take on broader commercial responsibility, help develop the team and play an important role in AMX’s continued growth across DACH and beyond.

Camunda is the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex, end-to-end business processes. With built-in governance, auditability, and human oversight, Camunda gives enterprises the control they need to move AI from pilots to production — safely and at scale. Trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide, including 9 of top 10 US banks, Camunda helps enterprises boost operational efficiency, accelerate time-to-value, and deliver better customer experiences. Fully remote and global, we are in the middle of something bigger: transforming into an AI-first organisation, built on our own platform. We use Agentic AI to automate, orchestrate intelligent processes, and elevate human contribution across every team. Named GP Bullhound’s Top 100 Next Unicorn list, https://www.gpbullhound.com/articles/top-100-next-unicorns-the-uk-france-and-germany-lead-with-the-most-promising-technology-companies-in-europe/ 2025 Great Place to Work certified. Visionary in 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ https://page.camunda.com/wp-2025-gartner-magic-quadrant-for-boat for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies https://flexa.careers/companies/camunda, We’re growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. Why This Role Matters As Camunda grows past the $100M ARR mark, we are building the marketing infrastructure to define and lead the Business Process Orchestration and Automation (BOAT) category. Our ability to tell a clear, compelling, and consistent story — across products, solutions, and personas — is critical to that mission. This Director sits at the intersection of product and solutions marketing: one part platform storyteller, one part GTM architect. Reporting to the VP of Solutions Marketing & Strategic Communications, you will own the narrative for key areas of the business, lead cross-functional execution, and mentor a portion of the team. This is not a pure IC role, and it is not a pure people manager role. It is both — and the balance will shift as the business scales. We are looking for a strong player/coach mentality with the experience to coach through that daily participation. What You'll Be Doing Own the Narrative • Serve as an outcomes-first minded storyteller for your product and/or solutions areas. Translate complex platform capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions that land with C-suite buyers, LOB leaders, and technical practitioners alike. Lead the Solutions or Product Marketing function • Own positioning, messaging, use cases, competitive intelligence for defined areas. Drive Go-to-Market • Lead GTM strategy and execution launches in your area. Coordinate across sales, marketing, and product to ensure the message lands in the market — and sticks. Arm the Field • Feed the enablement engine so our sales, system engineering, partner and customer success counterparts win: pitch decks, battle cards, demos, technical papers, solution briefs. Content that works in the room, not just on a slide. Influence the Market • Support analyst relations strategy with Gartner and Forrester along with other social influencers. Ensure the firms that shape enterprise buying decisions understand what Camunda is, where we lead, and where we are headed. Develop the Team • Manage and mentor your team. Set the standard for output quality, coach toward it, and build a culture where high standards and deep collaboration are the baseline — not the aspiration. What You Bring • 10+ years in B2B enterprise software marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior individual contributor or people manager role spanning product marketing, solutions marketing, or both. • Global experience evidenced by knowledge of how culture, communication and buying behaviors vary by region, enabling local Field & Partner teams with the right approach for them • A demonstrated track record of creating and marketing solutions that solve complex business problems — not just positioning product features. • Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to simplify highly technical concepts without losing precision or credibility. • Experience in a technical domain: automation, AI/ML, developer tools, integration (iPaaS), middleware, or adjacent spaces. • Proven ability to lead GTM execution and orchestrate successful launches in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. • Exceptional cross-functional skills — history of partnering as an equal with Product, Engineering, and Sales without relying on authority. • Executive presence and communication skills. Comfortable engaging with C-level customers, analysts, and internal leadership. A compelling event speaker. • Experience managing or mentoring marketers — either directly or through project-based …
