The Role KIRA is building a AI Stockbroking Superapp for Southeast Asia across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. Â These products move real money. Â The Technical Product Manager owns a product vertical end-to-end , from strategy and outcomes through technical design, delivery, and launch. Â We are AI-native by default, but AI is a means, not the goal. The bar is knowing where AI genuinely improves an outcome, where deterministic systems must remain in control, and how to build products that are reliable, auditable, and trusted. Â What You'll Own • Owning a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities and delivery. • Shaping technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security and scalability. • Driving trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements and user experience. • Building regulatory requirements into the product across KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy and licensing. • Applying AI where it improves outcomes, with clear evaluation, safeguards, human oversight and failure handling. • Shipping products around external dependencies, including regulatory approvals, financial rails and third-party partners. • Aligning Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance around clear product decisions and launch requirements. Â What We're Looking For • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production. • Strong technical foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes and distributed systems. • Experience working closely with engineers and ability to review, challenge and contribute to technical designs. • Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or another regulated, high-consequence product domain. • Strong product judgment and ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory and operational constraints. • Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation, reliability and understanding when AI should not be used. Â Nice to have • Engineering or highly technical product background. • Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products. • Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products. Â Outcome • Clear vertical strategy and legible roadmap • Ships fast and clears the gates that actually block launch • Money is correct and users are never misled about the state of their funds • AI features are valuable, predictable and trusted • Trade-offs made deliberately under uncertainty and hold up when challenged • Engineering, design, compliance, and operations are aligned with minimal friction Location This is a remote role . We hire globally and work across multiple countries and time zones. Candidates should be comfortable working effectively in a distributed, fast-moving international team and collaborating with colleagues across different locations. Language English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required. JobRack - Recruitment Partner

For recruiters who want ownership, variety, impact and a great team. $3000-$3500 | Full-time | CET timezone Hey, I'm Noel, CEO and Owner at JobRack , and I'm on a mission to build the most amazing recruitment business with the most amazing team. Here's a short video by way of introduction. There's a lot of detail below. If you don't like details, that's completely fine. It just means this role isn't for you. About us JobRack helps small businesses and start-ups in the US and Europe hire remote team members from Eastern Europe and South Africa. We're a fully-remote team of 8 just now. What sets us apart is that we actually know each other, support each other, and share one goal: helping our clients hire amazing candidates. Clients work with us for three reasons: We find them people they couldn't find themselves We give them a lot of help and support to hire successfully We're confident enough in our service to offer a one-year guarantee We recruit across ecommerce and DTC marketing, creative and paid social, SEO and content, customer support, operations and project management, professional services, legal, executive assistance, finance, sales and tech. You can hear from our clients at https://jobrack.eu/testimonials Here’s some of the comments we get from candidates: I had a great experience with Jobrack. They helped me get a great job, and Chelsea was very helpful and professional from start to finish. The overall process was quite smooth. I had a phenomenal experience with JobRack! Thank you for helping me get my dream job. They were very thoughtful, communicative, provided regular feedback throughout the process. I felt supported all the way. Our core values: • We have clarity - we know where we're going and what's expected of us • We work with focused speed • We are positive and professional • We wow our clients • We constantly improve • Above all, we are helpful and friendly. Our culture is fun, rewarding, high-achieving and focused on getting things done. We're a small team doing great work and having a good laugh along the way! Why this role exists? Here's the honest version. Our clients are business owners. They're busy, they're often hiring for something they've never hired for before, and they're trusting us with a decision that really matters to them. What they need isn't someone who takes the brief and disappears. They need someone who sits with them, asks the questions they hadn't thought of, tells them when something won't work, and genuinely gets excited about the person they end up hiring. That's what a Recruitment Partner does. Partner is the important word. You're not taking orders and you're not just filling a vacancy. You're their equal in the conversation, and we have clients who come back again and again because of how it felt to work with us. You'll work on all kinds of roles. We hire a lot in ecommerce, DTC marketing, creative, SEO, content, customer support, ops and project management, executive assistants, and finance too. But you'll also work on roles involving software engineers, developers, data or product. Good solid tech roles, and we want someone who genuinely enjoys them rather than tolerates them. You'll join a small recruitment team and report to Chelsea, our Recruitment Lead. You’ll get short feedback loops, quick decisions, and a lot of trust. You'll also be working alongside our Sourcing Specialist, who does the heavy lifting on finding candidates. You'll still get stuck into sourcing when a role needs it, and you'll need to be good at it, but you won't be spending your days in a boolean search. Your time goes to clients, candidates and getting hires across the line. What you'll do Look after your clients really well. Run the onboarding call, understand their business, and stay close to them through the whole process. They should finish every call feeling clearer and more confident than when they started. Find brilliant people. Work with our Sourcing Specialist to build shortlists that make a client's decision easy. Take on the briefs. You'll work across a mix of technical and non-technical roles, and we expect you to know your stuff before you dive in. Thoroughly research the client, the role, the market and what good looks like so you're properly prepared before speaking to candidates or going back to the client. Interview like you mean it. Get past the CV to what actually makes someone right for this business, this founder, this team. Keep candidates in the loop. Scheduling, tasks, feedback, the lot. Nobody should ever be left wondering where they stand with us. Say the hard thing kindly. If a salary won't buy what a client wants, tell them. If a spec is unrealistic, say so early. Clients thank us for this. Own your roles. Drive the strategy, watch the numbers, and take real pride in the result. Requirements What you need to excel 5+ years as a recruiter in an agency environment, …

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. THE TEAM Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers. You'll be joining the Solutions Engineering function as a core contributor on our pre-sales team. Your focus is squarely pre-sales — partnering with sales and our Partner Solutions Lead to run discovery, design winning solutions, and build PoCs that close deals. You'll operate within the frameworks and playbooks our Solutions Architect has established, and bring the technical depth to execute them deal by deal. You'll partner directly with our Solutions Architect, sales team, and Implementation Manager. This is a high-impact execution role — you'll be running deals end-to-end and delivering the technical win alongside sales. THE OPPORTUNITY • Run technical discovery with prospective customers alongside sales and our Partner Solutions Lead — map their architecture, constraints, and compliance needs to our product suite (Embed, Ramp, Earn, xStocks, CF Benchmarks) • Surface recurring customer asks and product gaps from your deals and feed them to the Solutions Architect to inform the roadmap • Design tailored solutions spanning our existing offerings, customizations to those offerings, bespoke integrations built on top of our platform, or hands-on work directly in the customer's codebase • Scope and build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate technical feasibility and win the deal • Own a clean, structured handoff to our Implementation team — delivering PoCs, solution design docs, and knowledge transfer sessions that ensure what was promised gets built • Execute the pre-sales playbook — discovery frameworks, solution templates, PoC standards, and handoff runbooks — and contribute improvements back to the team as you learn what works WHAT YOU BRING • 4+ years in a technical pre-sales role (solutions engineering or solutions architecture) at a B2B API or infrastructure company • Proven track record executing the technical pre-sales motion — discovery, solution design, PoC delivery, and deal-winning • Fluency with REST/WebSocket APIs, auth patterns (OAuth, JWT), webhook architecture, and integration debugging • Experience designing and building complex integrations for technical buyers at fintechs, banks, or neobanks — including customizations and bespoke work • Strong knowledge transfer skills — you know how to package a solution design so an implementation team can execute it faithfully • Clear, structured communicator who can run a discovery call, a design review, and a handoff debrief back to back • Experience writing RFPs and documenting solution approaches that clearly communicate how our product and our customizations will solve a customer's problem NICE TO HAVE • Crypto domain knowledge — trading, custody, KYC, staking, fiat ramp mechanics • Experience with embedded finance or crypto-as-a-service products • Experience with Coast and building out proof of concept sales demos inside Coast • Hands-on with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) for rapid prototyping Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. OUR COMMITMENT Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. Director of Supply Chain

Remote ✓
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role Our supply chain team has built something solid. We're looking for a Director of Supply Chain to take it over and take it further: leveling up how we negotiate with suppliers, building out demand planning and a real S&OP cadence, taking ownership of our logistics network end to end, and growing a small team as the work scales. You'll inherit something that runs, and you'll have the room to make it even better. This role reports directly into our VP of Operations. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. In this role, you will: • Own the monthly supply plan across our network of contract manufacturers and pack-out partners, working from demand down to purchase orders • Take over supplier relationships directly and build a negotiation program on top of them: pricing tiers, capacity commitments, and quarterly business reviews backed by scorecards on delivery, yield, quality, and cost • Publish and own our fully burdened cost per unit, partner with Finance to track it, and find the levers to bring it down through smarter allocation and procurement • Build and run demand planning and a monthly S&OP cycle that gets Finance, Marketing, and Retail committed to one number • Design and de-risk our logistics and 3PL network, including routing and freight decisions that affect landed cost • Manage and develop your team, staying hands-on in the model while building the leadership the function needs as scope grows • Move our planning process off spreadsheets and onto a system built for it We're looking for someone who: • Has 8-12 years in CPG supply chain, with at least 3 years owning a function or a major end to end scope • Has run an asset-light contract manufacturing network: allocating volume across multiple co-manufacturers or co-packers, working within MOQs and capacity ceilings, and managing long lead times • Has a strong track record negotiating supplier agreements directly • Has owned a cost-per-unit or COGS number and can tell us the baseline, what they did, and the result • Has built a supply plan themselves in a model: net requirements, safety stock, on-hand, and open POs • Has run or stood up an S&OP process and gotten cross-functional teams to commit to a number, including an unpopular one Approach to the role: • You see a working system as a foundation, not a finish line, and you're excited to build on top of it rather than around it • You stay in the model yourself and bring recommendations, not just data • You're decisive with incomplete information. You make the call, name the assumption you're carrying, and say what would change your mind • You're commercially aggressive and relationally durable: you push hard on price and still get the call answered when you need a favor six months later • You communicate with brevity. Whether it's Finance, the CEO, or a cross-functional partner, they get what they need and nothing extra. • You move with urgency and low ego, and you don't need a lot of infrastructure to get going Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is $180,000-$200,000 plus incentive compensation depending on experience, paired with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team. A bit about us... At Grüns, we believe that foundational nutrition should be simple and convenient for everyone. We're dedicated to bringing comprehensive and real nutrition to you through our gummies, formulated from 60 nutrient-dense and whole-food ingredients. Simply enjoy a grab-and-go snack pack of gummies daily whenever fits best in your schedule and wherever life takes you. Like you, we were disappointed. There’s an infinite number of “nutrition” companies, all focused on what’s best for them — not what’s best for you. Hundreds of products to sell you on, low-quality ingredients, and small nutrient doses. We’ve seen it all. So we decided it was time to fix it. No more choking on and popping pills like a pharmacy. No more clean-up and disgust from gross powders. And no more cobbling together handfuls to dozens of supplements. Grüns is comprehensive nutrition, made convenient and delicious. What we care about... Be the Best: We hold ourselves, our teams, and our partners to an incredibly high standard - and we raise the bar constantly. "We've never done this before" isn't an excuse here. It's an invitation. Own It: We act like our name is on the door. That means taking complete ownership of outcomes, collaborating deeply, working through roadblocks - not around them - and never …

Commercial Counsel

Remote ✓EN
V

ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee. The team is small. The scope is not. THE SHORT VERSION You are Viktor's first dedicated legal hire. You own the legal work that helps Viktor do business: hands-on commercial contracts under US law, AI-specific contracting, practical data protection, and the external counsel who cover everything else. You review, draft and negotiate yourself and stay on a matter until it is signed or resolved. You report to our CFO. Warsaw is preferred; remote within Europe works. THE HARD PART AI contracting raises questions most templates do not answer: what happens to a customer's data, who owns the output, and where responsibility sits when the product acts for a customer. You take positions on these in live customer, supplier and partner negotiations, then turn them into templates and negotiation positions the team can reuse. The role combines that judgment with routine drafting, obligation tracking and administrative follow-through across a cross-border business with US, Polish and German entities. Vendor-contract volume is growing and legal reviews are getting harder to handle ad hoc. You make them handleable before they become urgent. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Review, draft and negotiate customer, supplier and partner agreements under US law: SaaS terms, order forms, NDAs and DPAs. Give clear recommendations and remain involved until signature or resolution. • Own AI-specific contracting issues: data use and training, output ownership, liability and warranties. • Lead legal readiness for enterprise deals and diligence. Maintain usable templates, negotiation positions and an organised contract archive. • Own practical data-protection work. Translate regulatory or specialist advice into actions with owners and deadlines. • Manage external counsel: briefs, budgets and advice, coordinating other jurisdictions and specialist matters through the right people. • Support fundraising and corporate transactions. Help Finance keep records, approvals, filing deadlines and authorities current across the US, Polish and German entities. Corporate affairs are a secondary support responsibility, not the core of the role. • Improve legal intake, drafting and tracking with approved AI tools and human review. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING • Active commercial matters are owned through signature or resolution, with status, material risks, decision-makers and next steps visible to the relevant teams. • A usable core set of contract templates and negotiation positions is in place, covering recurring commercial and AI/data issues. • A prioritised legal-readiness action list exists for enterprise reviews, data protection and relevant AI regulation, with clear owners and escalation needs. • A practical external-counsel workflow for briefs, budgets and advice is running, and outstanding corporate support items are identified with Finance. WHO YOU ARE • Strong hands-on experience drafting and negotiating US-law commercial contracts. You can name the agreements you personally handled. US admission is preferred, not required: without it, a strong relevant background still gets you considered. • Commercial judgment. You distinguish material business risk from a drafting preference and propose workable alternatives. • You own matters end to end: negotiation, resolution, obligation tracking, administrative follow-through and early escalation. You know what happened after signature. • You run the US-law core and coordinate other jurisdictions, especially the EU, knowing the limits of your own expertise and when to bring in local or specialist counsel. • Precise written and spoken English with customers, founders and advisers. Organised, discreet and proactive: you raise an issue together with a proposed next step. PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF This is a hands-on commercial counsel role. If you want a primarily corporate or governance remit, expect to delegate the drafting and negotiation, or treat every drafting preference as a blocker, this is not the right fit. EVEN BETTER IF • GDPR familiarity, B2B software or AI experience, AI/data contracting. • Venture-backed companies and financing rounds. • Multi-entity or cross-border corporate management. • Enterprise procurement and security reviews. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT • You build our first dedicated legal function and have a real part in the deals we sign. • You improve the templates, negotiation positions and workflows around them rather than inherit them. • Scope to shape how the legal function develops as enterprise and cross-border demands grow. We promise meaningful ownership and room to improve the function, not a specific future title or team size. HOW WE WORK Small team, high trust, …
