ABOUT VIRA HEALTH Vira Health is a women's healthcare technology company providing virtual clinical care, educational resources, and support across fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, parenting, perimenopause, menopause, and family health. We partner with employers and health plans to improve health outcomes and make evidence-based women's healthcare accessible worldwide. ROLE OVERVIEW Millions of women navigate complex health decisions with too little information and too little time with their providers. At Vira, you can change that. As a Clinical Educator in our Member Zone, you'll spend focused, meaningful time with members - helping them understand their health concerns, make sense of the science, and walk into their next medical appointment feeling informed and prepared. These are 15–30 minute virtual education sessions: no clinical evaluation, no prescribing, no ongoing management- just the kind of clear, unhurried conversation that's rare in today's healthcare system. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who is passionate about health literacy, disease prevention, and empowering people to make informed decisions - and who wants a flexible, part-time engagement with real growth potential as our global platform expands. Time Commitment Initial opportunities start at 4 hours per month, with the potential to increase involvement based on member demand, country expansion and performance. Hours are flexible with the expectation that there will be some availability for live member sessions in the geographies where there is demand for individual clinical education sessions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MEMBER EDUCATION & SUPPORT • Conduct virtual clinical education-only calls with members on health topics within your areas of familiarity including fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, menopause, family health, and men's health. Health claims lead (f/m/x)

Remote ✓EN
P

Intro As our Health Claims lead, you'll own claims decisions on Feather's health MGA books from day one: coverage, declines, settlement amounts, all within policy terms. You'll manage our insurance carrier relationships, decide how we work with service providers, and build the playbook, automations and systems that let the function scale as we grow MGA health claims fast across expat and international health. At Feather, we're building insurance that actually matters to our customers. It rests on three principles: a fully digital experience, modern and flexible plans, and reliable human support. And because we build it all for expats living abroad, we're a genuinely different kind of insurer. Why work at Feather? • We're small, lean, and we love what we do. The usual buzzwords here, except we actually mean them. Staying small helps us focus on what matters, and we want to keep it that way. • You'll work on a product that is loved by customers. Our excellent Trustpilot and Google reviews speak for themselves. • There's plenty of space to grow. We trust you to take ownership and make real decisions from day one, and you'll have all the support you need to succeed. • You'll have the freedom to build something from scratch. You're not inheriting a finished system. You're building the decision logic, reporting, and playbook that let health claims scale. • Flexible remote work policy. We offer a remote-first work environment, hiring across Europe via an Employer of Record . We host company retreats, team dinners, and meetups to spend in-person time together. What you bring to the table • You have hands-on experience handling health claims across borders or internationally. • You are familiar with medical coding and provider billing. • You have an instinct for automation and AI tooling, and you use it daily. • You take tough decisions daily, including saying no to customers, and you still enjoy the work. • You are pragmatic in an unfinished system: you improve it while running it. • You are a fluent English speaker. Nice to have: • German, Spanish, or French language skills. • Experience with moratorium underwriting. • A medical background. • Experience in an MGA or delegated authority setup. • Experience managing third-party administrators (TPAs). You'll be responsible for • You will make claims decisions • You will interpret coverage, decide declines, settlement amounts, and goodwill within policy terms, with real authority, not recommend-and-wait. • You will handle expat and international health claims: cross-border invoices across languages and billing conventions, currency and tax, and coordination with statutory and private cover in the country of residence. • You will manage our carrier relationships • You will own claims reporting and bordereaux, contentious cases, and coverage disputes with our insurance partners. • You will keep audit-ready records throughout, so nothing surprises the carrier. • You will decide how we work with service providers • You will decide where using third-party administrators (TPAs) makes sense, and manage instructions, quality, turnaround, and commercial performance where we use them. • You will build the operating model • You will close gaps with product and engineering across intake, documents, decision support, payout, and automation. • You will run audits and fraud checks, working toward semi-automated monitoring with the data team. • You will build capability • You will write the playbook so health claims stops depending on one person. • You will train whoever joins the team next. What will the interview process look like? • CV screening • Initial phone call with our People team. We'll have a chat and get to know each other (30m) • Hiring manager call. We'll cover the role, skills needed, and answer your questions (1 hour) • Case study. We'll give you a case study to work on, which will give you an idea of the type of projects you'd take on at Feather (3-4h) • Case study discussion. We'll go through your reasoning and approach together (90min) • Call with our Head of Ops. We'll talk through our async, remote-first way of working and how our team operates day to day (45min) • Final interview. You'll be speaking to one member of our leadership team (45min) Does this sound like a good fit for you? Apply now! At Feather, we actively foster inclusive representation within our teams and embrace a diverse mix of talent. We encourage applicants from all educational paths to apply: we believe that what you’ve built, worked on, and achieved is far more important than on-paper qualifications.

We’re Leaply — a fast-growing ecosystem of digital and physical products designed to help people build healthier habits and lead better lives. We launched in 2024 and have already seen explosive growth — 10x revenue in the past six months — with strong traction across the US, Europe, and beyond. At Leaply, we challenge traditional career paths — we value ownership over job titles, and impact over process. As we scale, we’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Analyst to refine our ops team, enhance team performance, and implement scalable systems. Role Overview: As an Analyst, you will be the strategic bridge between raw data and operational excellence. You will join our Operations team to drive efficiency across three key pillars: Monetization, Support, and Online reputation. Your role goes beyond just building reports; you will be expected to uncover hidden patterns, propose data-backed solutions, and actively participate in their implementation, including our upcoming AI-driven automation initiatives. Technical Stack, that you will work with: • Data Warehouse: Google BigQuery (Advanced SQL is a must). • Visualization: Tableau (Creating intuitive, actionable executive dashboards). • Product Analytics: Amplitude (Analyzing user behavior and funnel performance). • Innovation: Implementation and optimization of AI/LLM tools for operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Foundation Building & Data Architecture: As the first analyst in this direction, you will own the end-to-end data flow—from querying and structuring raw data in BigQuery to ensuring a "single source of truth" for the entire Ops department. • Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Move beyond basic reporting. You will develop antifraud models to mitigate risks and design complex behavioral segmentations to understand user lifetime value and churn triggers. • Performance Monitoring: Architecting the automated KPI ecosystem and health-check dashboards for Payments, Support, and FirstLook. • Strategic Insight Generation: Conducting high-level deep-dives into payment failure trends, transaction routing optimization, and operational bottlenecks. • AI & Automation Integration: Leading the charge in implementing AI/LLM solutions—from automated support ticket classification to predictive routing and fraud detection. • Actionable Implementation: Working as a strategic partner to Ops Leads to ensure your data models translate into direct business growth and process overhauls. Potential Candidate Profile: • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Data or Operations Analytics (preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups). • SQL Mastery: Proficiency in writing complex, optimized queries (CTEs, Window Functions, etc.). • Visualization Skills: Proven ability to tell a story with data in Tableau, making complex metrics easy for stakeholders to digest. • Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of product funnels (Amplitude) and business unit economics. • Adaptability: A keen interest in AI/Machine Learning and a willingness to experiment with new automation tools. • Communication: Fluent in translating data findings into clear business recommendations. Focus Areas (Your Impact) • Payments: Minimizing cancell rates, optimizing transaction flows, user segmentation etc. • Support: Analyzing CSAT, other metrics and identifying high-impact areas for AI chatbot implementation. • Online reputation: Integrating analytical tools for sentiment tracking across different platforms. Why This Role? • Build the Function from Scratch: You aren’t just joining a team; you are establishing the analytical culture in a team. You will have the autonomy to define the tools, the methodologies, and the standards for how Operations uses data. • Path to Data Science: This role is designed for growth. With our focus on AI, anti-fraud modeling, and complex segmentations, you will have the perfect sandbox to transition into Data Science or Advanced Machine Learning roles in case you want. • High Visibility & Ownership: As the pioneer analyst in this direction, your insights will directly influence executive-level decisions. You will see the immediate impact of every model you build. • AI-First Environment: You won't be stuck with legacy processes. You will be at the forefront of implementing AI-driven operations, giving you a massive competitive edge in the future market. What you’ll get: • Competitive compensation and a high-impact role. • Full Ownership: Freedom to optimize and evolve the support function as you see fit. • Support from the best: Access to internal professional communities (Marketing, Product, Operations) within the SKELAR network. • A meaningful mission: Help millions of people live healthier lives every day. Leaply is backed by SKELAR, a …
