As of 2025, Pacvue powers 12% of total retail media ad spend worldwide excluding China. Combined with Helium 10’s SMB solutions, Pacvue delivers the industry’s most comprehensive platform for businesses of all sizes. At Pacvue and Helium 10, great careers don’t just happen — they’re built. Here, you’ll rise as an industry leader, push the boundaries of innovation, own your journey, and thrive as part of an inclusive global community that’s redefining the future of commerce. About the Role: Pacvue is growing its Sales and Marketing organizations across EMEA. This role owns onboarding and continuous enablement delivery for new hires across the region, working independently within the enablement framework set by the wider Revenue Enablement function. It's a role with full ownership of execution, with room to grow into broader program ownership. Responsibilities: Onboarding (primary focus, in priority order): • Independently design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires in EMEA, focusing on customer-facing roles first. • Independently design role-specific onboarding paths for each function across EMEA, using judgment and precedent to resolve gaps, with EMEA leads and Product consulted rather than directing the work. • Own onboarding logistics, schedules end-to-end, and track new hire progress through their ramp period. • Gather feedback from new hires and managers to continuously improve onboarding content and pacing, and independently determine what changes to make. Continuous Enablement: • Own the EMEA enablement content library end-to-end — including build, maintenance, and evolution — operating independently and reviewed only at critical milestones. • Represent EMEA's needs directly to the US-based Product Enablement team, localizing and adapting US-led training for EMEA and ensuring consistency across regions. • Maintain and evolve a central library of enablement materials for EMEA. • Independently gather input from Sales and Customer-facing teams to identify knowledge gaps or recurring questions, and determine what future training is needed. Cross-functional Collaboration: • Act as the primary point of contact between EMEA Sales, Product, and Customer Success leads on enablement priorities, aligning enablement delivery with business needs. • Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects for the wider Revenue Enablement function as needed. Note: Product enablement ownership for EMEA may expand further into this role over time, depending on how the first two areas (onboarding and continuous enablement) are delivered. This will be reviewed with the person's manager after an initial period. Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or enablement/training, with demonstrated mastery of onboarding or instructional design in a SaaS environment. • Strong grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design; formal training experience preferred. • Comfortable delivering training virtually and in person. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding cohorts and timelines at once, independently. • Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in different time zones, representing EMEA's interests directly. • Proactive, with a track record of taking full ownership of programs and being reviewed only at key milestones LI-remote Pacvue is committed to employing a diverse workforce. Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, or disability.

bunch https://www.bunch.capital/ is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you. YOUR ROLE As a Staff Frontend Engineer at bunch, you will shape the architecture, quality, and developer experience of the product surfaces our customers and internal teams rely on every day. You will work across product teams to make our frontend systems scalable, reliable, accessible, and fast — while helping engineers ship with clarity and confidence. This is not only a delivery role. Your decisions will influence how frontend engineering at bunch evolves: the standards we adopt, the patterns we reuse, the quality bar we hold, and the way product, design, and engineering collaborate to build excellent user experiences. HOW THE ROLE CONTRIBUTES TO OUR VISION bunch is building the backbone of private markets, combining exceptional expertise, operational excellence, and frictionless technology. Our platform enables funds and private investors to seamlessly and securely set up and manage their investment entities. As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in turning complex workflows into intuitive, robust, and scalable product experiences. You will help ensure our frontend foundation enables rapid delivery across teams while maintaining high standards for usability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability. TOP PRIORITIES 1. Lead our migration from Svelte to React. Hold the architectural picture across both stacks, sequence the work against product delivery, and land it without stalling teams. 2. Maintain and evolve our design system, together with the frontend guild, so product teams ship consistent, accessible UI faster. 3. Support and guide frontend initiatives across teams, with the frontend guild — application architecture, performance, testing strategy, developer experience, and technical debt reduction — from diagnosis through measurable delivery. 4. Be the bar raiser for UX and UI quality, raising the standard through design reviews, reusable patterns, mentoring, and thoughtful technical writing. 5. Advance how we build with AI — find where agentic tooling genuinely improves engineering practice, and shape the codebase (module boundaries, API contracts, documentation) so it works well for people and agents alike. YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS • 30 days: map the frontend architecture, product domains, design system, team workflows, and the main bottlenecks affecting delivery and quality. • 60 days: publish a structured problem analysis and proposal for one cross-team frontend initiative with clear trade-offs, stakeholders, and success measures. • 90 days: lead a systemic improvement from kickoff to measurable progress across teams, while helping Senior Engineers grow through collaboration, reviews, and shared ownership. ABOUT YOU • Track record — You have already operated at Staff scope, with or without the title, and have shipped systemic frontend or product-engineering improvements across multiple teams. People listen to you because of what you have delivered, how clearly you think, and how effectively you collaborate. • Frontend craft — Deep expertise in modern frontend engineering, with strong command of TypeScript, component architecture, state management, design systems, accessibility, performance, testing, and maintainable application architecture. • AI-native practice — You use AI coding tools daily and have gone past autocomplete into agentic workflows. You have a considered view on where they genuinely help, where they don't, and what a codebase needs to be a good place to work in with agents. • Product judgment — You care about the user experience as much as the technical solution. You can translate ambiguous workflows and business constraints into pragmatic, elegant product experiences. • Systems thinking — You are comfortable reasoning across frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, observability, security, and compliance when the problem requires it. • Operating style — You think in quarters and years, not only sprints. You drive cross-team change through credibility, clear writing, architectural reasoning, and strong stakeholder alignment — not through authority. • Collaborative Leadership: A proactive relationship-builder who can set technical direction and influence without formal authority, manage diverse stakeholders and build alignment on difficult technical decisions, while mentoring engineers. • Language — Fluent English, written and spoken. You can make complex technical decisions legible to engineers, product partners, design partners, and leadership alike. OUR TECH STACK • Frontend: TypeScript, React, Svelte — we are …

Location Requirement: UK, Ireland, or Portugal. Candidates must have work authorization in one of these countries. Office access available in London, Dublin, and Lisbon. Here's how you'll make a difference: • Own product analytics across the different product lines: define, track success metrics and respective targets while ensuring alignment with overall Product and Company strategy. • Influence Decision-Making: Use a deep understanding of our product, users, and business to craft compelling data stories that guide product leaders in critical decisions. • Build reusable, scalable data products: collaborate with other engineers in developing data products that enable self-service analytics and democratize data access. • Build a governed self-service layer: define practices on event instrumentation & taxonomy for our event-driven architecture and self-service analytics tooling and enable Product and GTM peers on event instrumentation and insight generation. • Drive Data Literacy: Evangelize the use of data and empower teams to self-serve insights by increasing data literacy through enablement and close partnership. • Work AI-native: Continuously evaluate where LLMs and AI tooling can compress your workflow — from query generation to dashboard building to insight synthesis — and apply them deliberately to increase the speed and scope of what you and the team deliver. • Work cross-functionally with GTM: connect product usage to commercial outcomes (win/loss, expansion, renewal) and scale repeatable analyses/automations. What makes you a great fit: • 5+ years of experience in an data analytics/ analytics engineering/ data science role, with significant experience directly supporting product teams in B2B companies. • Expert in the fundamentals of product analytics including building metric trees, experimentation, user activity & retention analytics, funnels & customer segmentation. • Excellent SQL skills, and strong experience using DBT for data transformations. Experience coding in Python is also relevant. Strong experience with data modelling for scale and reusability. • Demonstrated experience using current LLM offering to meaningfully improve your own or your team's workflows or results — with concrete examples of what you automated, sped up, or offloaded, and the measurable impact it had. • Ability to combine curiosity and ambition with a strategic mindset — continuously seeking better ways to deliver impact, scale insights, and drive business outcomes. • Experience working with event-based tracking data for web or mobile, and hands-on experience with a behavioral analytics tool e.g. Amplitude, Heap, MixPanel etc. • Ability to communicate findings succinctly and clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders so that they can draw conclusions quickly and make rapid decisions. • Relevant experience in cross-functional projects with GTM: proven valuable projects with Customer Success, RevOps or Product Marketing (e.g., churn early-warning, renewal/expansion predictors, win-loss usage mapping). What we offer* • Work/Life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation days • Wellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discounts • Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet-ups • And the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, dog-friendly HQ *Perks and benefits listed above are for full-time employees and may vary slightly by office location.
