We’re working with well known companies like HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard and more across a range of industries. This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023! If you want to see what we’ve been up to, please check out these blog posts and Honeycomb.io press releases . Who We Are We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! This is not a role for a former mid-market rep trying to stretch—it’s built for enterprise closers who know the game and want to win it. What you’ll do in the role: • Own and drive complex, 6–12+ month sales cycles with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies • Build strategic, multi-threaded relationships across engineering, DevOps, observability, and procurement leadership • Sell consultatively, bringing deep understanding of the customer’s business, technical landscape, and buying process • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Success to shape high-value, tailored deals • Deliver predictable pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and exceed quota targets • Represent Honeycomb at key industry events, conferences, and executive briefings What you’ll bring to the role: • 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS selling experience, ideally in DevOps, observability, or cloud infrastructure • Proven ability to land $500K+ multi-year deals with complex buying committees • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders across technical and non-technical roles • Deep discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling expertise • A track record of building champions and navigating enterprise buying cycles with precision • Grit, ambition, and a bias for execution—someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments • Experience leveraging MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar enterprise sales frameworks On Target Earnings (OTE) based on level of experience (Base + Commission) €214.331 — €252.046 EUR What you'll get when you join the Hive: • A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program • It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience • Time to recharge with unlimited PTO • A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!) • Home office, co-working, and internet stipend • Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents • Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood • Annual development allowance • And much more... Your mission Ready to help us shape the future of hospitality? At Bookboost, we believe in pushing boundaries. We are not a hotel communication tool. We build the infrastructure that lets hotel groups own the guest relationship that OTAs currently monetise, by unifying guest data and orchestrating every interaction across the guest journey. We operate in more than 20 countries and we are redefining what is possible in hospitality technology. If you are ambitious, commercially sharp and comfortable working in an AI-native team, keep reading. Your profile As Partnerships Manager, you will build, strengthen and monetise our ecosystem of partners: hotel technology and PMS providers, distribution networks, hospitality consultants and resellers. Your job is to turn that ecosystem into revenue. That means forging alliances where the combined offering solves something neither party solves alone, equipping partners so they can position Bookboost credibly without us in the room, and running the co-marketing and enablement motion that keeps the network active. Done well, the partner network becomes one of our strongest sources of qualified pipeline. What you'll own and deliver • Partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue against a clear annual target • A cadence of new signed partnerships, balanced across consultants and integrations • Partner enablement: onboarding, certification and continuous capability building • Joint go-to-market with our Marketing team: content, campaigns, events • Negotiating and structuring agreements that deliver genuine mutual value • Performance analysis across the portfolio, doubling down on what works and retiring what does not What makes you a great fit? • Partnership experience: 5+ years in partnerships, business development or channel management, ideally in SaaS or hospitality technology • Revenue track record: you can point to pipeline and closed revenue your partnerships produced • Negotiation: confident structuring commercial terms and holding a position • Partnership design: you build frameworks and agreements, not one-off handshakes • AI fluency: you already work with Claude, Claude Cowork and Claude Code, or you are the sort of person who will be running your own workflows in them within weeks. Our commercial team is AI-native and this is a genuine requirement rather than a bonus line. • Technical credibility: comfortable discussing APIs, integrations and guest data architecture with a partner's product team • Languages: fluent English essential; a second European language is a strong advantage • Collaboration: effective across product, marketing and sales • Location: based in the EU with existing right to work. No sponsorship or relocation available for this role. Why us? • Remote and flexible working from anywhere in Europe. We are a fully hybrid-proof company. • An environment that values your ideas, with real room for creativity and impact • A commercial team building genuinely new ways of working with AI, not bolting it on • Professional growth in a fast-moving industry • Regular team events and socials • The chance to shape the future of hospitality technology

About Us Socket helps devs and security teams ship faster by cutting out security busywork. Thousands of orgs use Socket to safely find, audit, and manage open source code. Our customers - from Anthropic to xAI, and Figma to Vercel - love Socket (just check out their tweets https://socket.dev/love to see for yourself!) Founded by Feross Aboukhadijeh https://www.linkedin.com/in/feross/, a long-time open source maintainer with software downloaded over a billion times a month, Socket has raised $ https://socket.dev/blog/series-b125M in funding https://socket.dev/blog/series-c from top angels, operators, and security leaders. ABOUT THE ROLE Our customers are the most demanding buyers in software: security teams and engineers who can smell fluff from a mile away. Keeping them successful takes a technical post-sales team, and those teams need strong leaders driving them. You'll lead a team of EMEA-based Technical Account Managers who own everything after the deal closes: onboarding, adoption, customer health, and the deep technical partnership that keeps engineers happy. Your team owns making sure there's never a product reason to walk away. You have deep experience in post-sales, a track record of coaching team members to success, and have owned retention numbers that matter. You’ve been the person others go to for guidance, and you’re looking for the right opportunity to manage a small, dynamic team. The Socket blueprints exist: segmentation, a health score model, role charters, and playbooks are drafted. Now we’re hiring a leadership layer to strengthen our operating muscle: automation, targets, cadences, team accountability and growth. You'll inherit a strong team and a customer base that genuinely loves the product. Your job is to turn the blueprint into a retention engine that runs without heroics. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead, coach, and grow a team of TAMs. Hire ahead of need as we scale. • Own adoption, customer health, and gross retention outcomes across the customer base, partnering with AEs who own the enterprise renewal • Influence and mature the post-sales operating system: our segmentation, health scoring, and lifecycle playbooks exist. Make them run, then make them better. QBRs should tell a real story with real data instead of a slide of vanity metrics. • Be the senior escalation point when an account is at risk. Run the deep dive, build the save plan, and see it through. • Set the bar for performance and career growth on your team, then hold it • Make the team faster per head every quarter through automation, playbooks, and one-to-many programs • Feed technical field intelligence back to Product and Engineering so customer patterns actually reach the roadmap • Report retention, adoption, and team health to leadership with numbers you'd bet on WHAT YOU'LL BRING Required: • 4+ years directly managing post-sales teams (TAM, Solution Engineering, or related). You've hired, developed, and performance-managed ICs. • 6+ years total in pre or post-sales roles (TAM, Solutions, or Services) in B2B SaaS • You've owned GRR, NRR, or adoption targets and can walk us through the number, the misses, and what you changed • Background in security, developer tools, or an adjacent technical product. You know how the SDLC works and how devs and security teams actually operate. • You've been the escalation owner on at-risk enterprise accounts and have the save stories to prove it • You've built, operationalized, or improved on core post-sales systems: segmentation, playbooks, health scoring, QBR frameworks. • Ready to step in as an individual contributor to support team needs, cover gaps, or lead by example when the team is at capacity. • Executive presence with CISOs and VPs of Engineering, and with our own leadership • Willingness to travel for customer and company meetings as needed • Demonstrated success in supporting and scaling relationships with large-scale enterprise customers, managing complex stakeholder requirements and high-stakes technical environments. • You must be located in Europe Preferred: • Domain experience in software supply chain security, AppSec, DevSecOps, or open-source ecosystems • You scaled a post-sales function at a high-growth startup through rapid ARR and headcount growth • You've managed TAM charters and kept each motion distinct but coordinated. • Hands-on with Vitally or similar CS platforms and scaled/digital-touch programs TOOLS YOU'LL USE Slack, GitHub, Zendesk, Vitally, HubSpot, Grafana Hiring is a big decision on both sides. Read more about our Hiring Philosophy https://socket.dev/hiring-philosophyand how we approach the process at Socket. Benefits: Our benefits are crafted to support you and your family, so you can take care of what matters most and thrive in and outside of work. We offer: • Market competitive salary bands • Meaningful equity program • Comprehensive health benefits for you and your …
