Microsoft Alliance & Channel Lead

À distanceEN
A

As a Microsoft Alliance & Channel Lead you will own AppXite 's Microsoft relationship end-to-end: the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program mechanics, Partner Center commerce (New Commerce Experience, Azure plan), Microsoft Marketplace channel motions, incentive and margin economics, and the enablement of AppXite 's distributor, reseller and MSP customers selling Microsoft through the platform. Act as the internal Microsoft authority - the person product, engineering, finance, and customer-facing teams go to for anything Microsoft channel-related. Key responsibilities: Vendor alliance & program management: • Serve as primary contact for Microsoft partner development managers, channel and partner teams, and CSP distributor counterparts across Europe. • Own AppXite 's standing in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program: Solutions Partner designations and Partner Capability Score, certification counts, Partner Center security requirements, and annual renewal. • Track and interpret Microsoft channel program changes (CSP authorization requirements for distributors, direct bill partners and indirect resellers; FY27 CSP growth margins; new designations such as Frontier Distributor and Support Services; licensing prerequisites for new offers like Agent 365) and translate them into platform and commercial requirements. Commercial & incentive economics: • Model CSP margins and partner incentives (core CSP incentives, growth margins for AI workloads, promotions) and their flow-through to AppXite customers' margins - across seat-based (Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot) and consumption-based (Azure) offers. • Support pricing, markup, and billing configuration decisions for Microsoft offers on the platform: NCE monthly / annual / multi-year terms, Azure plan consumption, reservations and savings plans, and Marketplace offers. Channel enablement: • Enable AppXite 's distributor, reseller, and MSP customers to build and scale Microsoft practices: CSP onboarding and authorization, reseller relationships and GDAP, subscription transfers, EA-to-CSP transitions, and Partner Center operations. • Build repeatable enablement assets: playbooks, webinars, and partner-facing documentation on NCE rules, Copilot and AI offer launches, and licensing changes. Product & platform liaison: • Act as domain expert for product and engineering on Partner Center APIs (customers, orders, subscriptions, invoices and billed/unbilled reconciliation), NCE lifecycle rules, Azure consumption data, and Microsoft Marketplace integration (CSP private offers, resale enabled offers, multiparty private offers). • Prioritize Microsoft-related roadmap items with product management; validate designs against Microsoft program and API reality, including sandbox testing ahead of API changes. Go-to-market & growth: • Drive Microsoft-attributable pipeline across existing customers and new logos, with focus on Azure, Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI, and Security; support sales in Microsoft-anchored deals. • Represent AppXite at Microsoft partner events and in joint go-to-market and co-sell activities. Must have: • 5–7 years in partner management, alliance management, channel sales, or business development in cloud / SaaS, with significant focus on the Microsoft ecosystem. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft CSP: direct bill vs. two-tier (distributor / indirect reseller) model, New Commerce Experience, Azure plan, Partner Center, and the AI Cloud Partner Program (Solutions Partner designations, Partner Capability Score). • Understanding of both seat-based (Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot) and consumption-based (Azure) commercial models - this dual fluency is the differentiator versus a Modern Work-only or Azure-only background. • Demonstrated technical-commercial mix: able to discuss margins, incentives, and billing with finance, and provisioning/APIs with engineers - without owning either domain. • Experience working with or through distributors, resellers, or MSPs. • Fluent English; comfortable operating across European time zones. Strongly preferred: • Prior role at a Microsoft CSP distributor, direct bill partner, or cloud commerce / marketplace platform. • Hands-on exposure to Partner Center APIs, reconciliation data, or CSP billing automation. • Experience with Microsoft Marketplace channel motions (CSP private offers, multiparty private offers) and co-sell / Partner Center referrals. • Microsoft Fundamentals certifications, e.g. Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals (AB-900) - or commitment within 3 months; certified individuals count toward AppXite 's Solutions Partner requirements. Success measures (first 12 months): • Microsoft-attributable platform GMV/revenue growth (Azure, Microsoft 365 / Copilot, and Dynamics 365 tracked separately). • Customer activation: number of AppXite customers actively transacting Microsoft via the …

Applied LLM Engineer

À distance ✓EN
Y

ABOUT THE ROLE House of YO is a connectivity and distribution business with compute layered on top. YOlanda is our AI concierge. On V3 of the YO platform, YOlanda is the interface. Users talk to her instead of tapping through menus. She answers questions about plans, data, top-ups and YOYO$ balances, and she takes the action on the user’s account. When she is wrong, the user is stuck and the product has failed. Her knowledge is the YO ecosystem and nothing else. When a question falls outside it she hands off to YOnC, our compute cooperative, which routes it to a specialist model. Knowing where that line sits, and holding it, is central to the job. She works to one golden rule: within five responses she has put a product or service in front of the user. Not five responses to be helpful. Five to arrive somewhere real. This role makes her right, and keeps her fast, affordable and accountable in production. You write the prompts that govern how she thinks, build the evaluations that prove she works, run the caching, routing and controls that let her do it at scale at a cost per turn we can defend, and ship the code behind all of it. YOlanda runs on our own LangChain and LangGraph build. You will open pull requests against that graph alongside the two engineers who own it. You will not manage anyone. You will be in the model and in production every day. WHO THIS IS FOR You break things on purpose and explain exactly why they broke. You can read a bad answer and say in one sentence what is wrong with it, and read a trace and say in one sentence why it was slow. You would rather run fifty tests than win one argument about which prompt is better. You know what a turn costs, and you write well enough that people notice. Location: Remote, global Work format: Remote, full time WHAT YOU WILL DO Prompts and evaluation (45%) • Own YOlanda’s system prompt. Persona, tone, safety rules, what she refuses, when she hands off. • Write and maintain the prompts behind every user action on V3: plan changes, top-ups, balance queries, offers, troubleshooting, account support. • Hold the golden rule. Design the conversation so she reaches a product or service within five responses, without becoming pushy. Every clarifying question costs a turn she cannot get back. • Own the boundary. Decide what is inside YOlanda’s frame of reference and what goes to YOnC, and make the handoff seamless: same conversation, same voice, the answer simply arrives. • Manage context. Decide what YOlanda knows about the user, the account and the plan catalogue at each step, and what she must not carry over. Break long tasks into chains and tool calls. • Build the evaluation set for YOlanda. Every task she performs gets test cases, a pass condition and a score you can track over time, in both languages. • Measure the boundary, fact check plan prices, data allowances and YOYO$ maths, and red team the top-up and rewards flows. A confident wrong number costs a user money. Production, caching and optimisation (35%) • Trace every call. Prompt version, model, tokens, cache hits, latency and cost on every turn. Set the SLOs for latency and availability, and build the alerts. • Own the gateway behaviour YOlanda depends on: timeouts, retries, and fallbacks across providers and models when one degrades. • Write prompts for the cache. Stable parts first, in a fixed order: system prompt, tool schemas, plan catalogue, then the user’s turn. A prompt that cannot be cached costs money on every turn. • Build semantic, retrieval and tool-result caching, scoped and invalidated correctly. A cached price from last week is a hallucination with a timestamp. A cached answer about someone else’s balance is a breach. • Own cost and latency per turn. Token budgets, context trimming, output length, and batch APIs for offline work. • Route by task. Benchmark frontier and open models on accuracy, latency and cost per turn, choose the model per task, and bring the numbers. Work with the engineers running open models on YOnC compute on what they serve and how. Governance (20%) • Keep prompts, models and configuration in git with the rest of the code. Versioned, reviewed, tested, owned, and rolled back in one step when needed. • Build the release gate in CI: evaluation score, cost and latency budget. Then a canary, a staged rollout and a kill switch. • Audit every action that touches an account or money, from the user’s message to the tool call. Redact personal data before it reaches logs or a third-party provider. • Put the guardrails in the runtime: prompt injection defences, tool permissions, spend limits on top-up and rewards, and the point where a human approves. • Set cost budgets per feature and per model, with alerts. Know the rules that apply when an AI handles money and an operator account, and turn them into controls. WHAT YOU NEED • Two or more years building with large language models in production, at real traffic. Daily use of a chat …

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile. We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. The Role As a Senior Product Designer at RevenueCat, you’ll own complex product problems from discovery through production. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to understand customers, identify opportunities, shape what we build and why, and turn technically complex workflows into simple, polished experiences for developers. You’ll join a small design team with a high bar for interaction and visual craft. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, talks directly to customers, prototypes and iterates quickly, and stays involved until the work is shipped and working well in production. About you • You have a strong track record solving complex product problems in B2B, SaaS, developer tools, or similarly complex environments. • You can frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, make sound trade-offs, and help shape what gets built and why. • You design clear, intuitive workflows and think carefully about information architecture, states, edge cases, errors, and interactions. • You have a high visual craft bar and care deeply about hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition, and polish. • You stay close to customers, using direct conversations and qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform your decisions. • You work closely with Product and Engineering, involve partners early, reduce scope intelligently, and stay engaged through implementation and follow-up. • You communicate clearly in a remote, asynchronous environment and take ownership beyond the boundaries of a design handoff. • You understand technical constraints well enough to make realistic decisions and are comfortable using prototypes, code, or modern AI tools when they help you learn or move faster. • You are excited about our mission to help developers make more money. In the first month, you'll • Get to know our product, customers, and teams. • Familiarize yourself with our design system and visual language. • Talk to some customers to understand their needs. • Start engaging in discovery and design for your first meaningful project. Within the first 3 months, you'll • Have taken full ownership of all design aspects for your cross-functional product team. • Have seen the first project shipped that you worked on from ideation to launch. • Work with your team to discover opportunities and solutions to deliver value to our customers. Within the first 6 months, you'll • Be an integral product partner within your cross-functional team, helping shape priorities and product direction. • Raise the bar for interaction and visual craft within your area while contributing patterns and improvements that benefit the broader product. • Contribute to the development of the design practice at RevenueCat through critique, shared patterns, and collaboration with the rest of the design team. Within the first 12 months, you'll • Have shipped meaningful product improvements end to end, from identifying the opportunity through implementation and iteration. • Help improve reusable patterns, systems, and ways of working that make the design team more effective without adding unnecessary process. • Be a strong advocate for customer understanding, product quality, and thoughtful design across RevenueCat. What we offer: • Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator • 10-year window to exercise vested equity options • A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility • 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually • Paid desk at a co-working space • Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend Interviewing at RevenueCat Our interview process is rigorous on purpose. We want to be sure that everyone …
