ABOUT ELEVENLABS ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. HOW WE WORK • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. WHAT WE OFFER • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Research Engineer to join the research team at ElevenLabs, focused on the data infrastructure that powers our frontier AI models. The quality of our models is bounded by the quality and scale of the data behind them, and you will own the systems that make world-class data possible. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy: • Building large-scale data pipelines for collecting, processing, filtering, and transforming datasets used to train state-of-the-art models. • Training models used in our data processing pipelines, such as classifiers, quality filters, and labeling models. • Designing data curation strategies such as deduplication, quality scoring, labeling, and augmentation that measurably improve model performance. • Creating tooling and infrastructure that lets researchers explore and train on massive datasets quickly and reliably. REQUIREMENTS We do not require any formal certifications or degrees. Instead, we are seeking enthusiastic engineers who can showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts such as past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions. Ideally, you bring: • Experience building data-intensive systems, ideally in support of machine learning training pipelines. • Strong engineering skills in distributed data processing at scale (e.g., Kubernetes, or custom pipelines over large datasets). • The capacity to autonomously evaluate how data quality, composition, and curation affect model outcomes, and to build the tooling to measure it. Bonus: Experience building or operating web crawlers. LOCATION This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw. LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

About Dune Dune's mission is to make onchain finance observable. We're the industry standard for onchain data: a blockchain data and intelligence provider that institutions, protocols, and analysts trust to understand the onchain world and the frontiers of finance. We deliver structured datasets, spanning stablecoins, RWAs, tokens, lending, trading, and more, from 130+ chains and counting, to 1,000+ industry leaders including Visa, WisdomTree, FINRA, the IMF, Bloomberg, Standard Chartered, Coinbase, Forbes, and the Financial Times. We're a tight knit team of ~50 hard working people, spread across Europe and eastern US timezones , having an outsized impact on the industry. We take pride in being ambitious and doing world class work while staying humble and lighthearted. We believe in building open, verifiable data that lets individuals and institutions do deep research into ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana, Robinhood and many more. We're backed by some of the world's best investors. In February 2022, we announced our Series B funding round led by Coatue and Union Square Ventures, an important milestone that let us double down on our mission. If you like being challenged and want to work together with a brilliant team on an important mission, come join us. Learn more about us: About Dune https://dune.com/about Values and working at Dune https://dune.com/careers ABOUT THE ROLE Dune is building market data solutions for institutional customers who need timely, accurate and reliable financial data they can depend on. Our team turns onchain activity into realtime feeds and associated reference data along with historical data capture. You will work on our new market data platform, and help shape how it evolves to support the growing features and customer base. You’ll design systems that can grow across chains, protocols and product capabilities while making clear decisions about correctness, latency, reliability, and cost. This is a hands-on Staff Engineer role. You will be expected to turn ambiguous requirements into designs and deliverable work, implement difficult parts yourself, and help other engineers own meaningful parts of the platform. AI-assisted development is a core part of how we expect you to work, paired with strong engineering judgment and ownership of what you ship. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL • Design and build distributed systems for ingestion, normalization, processing, storage, and delivery of realtime market data from blockchain and other relevant sources. • Build and operate streaming solutions that handle event ordering, timestamps, duplicates, replay, gaps, and recovery, including blockchain reorganizations and finality where they affect customer data. • Build reliable client feeds and APIs with clear delivery contracts, schema evolution, access controls, and predictable behavior under load or when consumers fall behind. • Partner with teams across Dune on reference data models and historical data capture. • Define and improve service objectives and data quality measures. • Instrument latency, freshness, completeness, and correctness, and turn incidents into lasting improvements in recovery and operations. • You will debug independently and drive root cause analysis to a fix that holds. • Own services through deployment and production support, including participation in the team’s on-call rotation. • Use AI throughout development: explore designs, implement changes, build tests, investigate failures, and improve documentation. Develop repeatable workflows and share what works with the team. • Lead technical decisions across team boundaries, write clear designs, and mentor engineers through implementation and review. YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF • You have built and operated distributed backend or data services with demanding reliability and performance requirements. You understand their failure modes and can debug problems across service and data boundaries. • You have experience with realtime streaming systems, including concurrency, state management, backpressure, and recovery. You care about data correctness, from timestamps and numeric precision to schema changes and corrections. • You have strong computer science fundamentals and backend engineering skills. Experience in Rust, Go or comparable languages is also valuable. • You turn ambiguous requirements into pragmatic designs and production services, and help other engineers deliver parts of the solution. • You communicate clearly in writing and work effectively with a distributed team. • Financial or market data experience at a financial institution. NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS • Onchain data experience: blockchain indexing such as with EVM or Solana. • Reference data experience: instrument and entity masters, identifier mapping, effective-dated records, or tokenized asset and fund data. • Experience at a company where the data is the product. Chainguard is the trusted source for open source. By delivering hardened, secure, and production-ready builds of all the open source software engineers and AI agents rely on, Chainguard helps organizations build faster, stay compliant, and eliminate risk. Our customers include Fortune 500 enterprises and global industry leaders, including Anduril, Canva, Fortinet, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, OpenAI, Snap Inc., and Snowflake. Chainguard is venture-backed by leading investors, including Amplify, IVP, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Mantis VC, Redpoint Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Spark Capital. The role, in a nutshell: Chainguard is building a safer foundation for software. We work with security and engineering teams who care deeply about supply chain security, open source, and modern infrastructure. We’re looking for a BDR who already knows how to run outbound, and is ready to take it further into more technical conversations, more complex organizations, and more strategic account development. This role is about earning attention from engineers and security leaders , not just landing meetings. You’ll partner closely with enterprise AEs to break into high-value accounts and build pipeline that actually converts. What you’ll do: • Drive enterprise account strategy - Work alongside AEs to map target accounts and identify the right entry points across security, platform, and engineering teams. • Run thoughtful, technical outbound - Craft highly personalized outreach that resonates with developers, DevOps, and security leaders — no generic sequences. • Understand how modern infrastructure works - Research how companies build and ship software (containers, CI/CD, cloud environments) to make your outreach relevant and credible. • Lead meaningful early conversations - Qualify opportunities by understanding technical context, risk posture, and business priorities. • Build real pipeline, not just meetings - Focus on creating opportunities that move forward — quality over quantity. • Act as an extension of the AE - Collaborate on account plans, messaging, and deal progression. • Use tools intelligently - Leverage Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and data tools to execute efficiently — but never at the expense of quality. • Continuously improve the motion - Test messaging, share insights, and help refine how we engage the market. • Be a feedback loop to the business - Bring insights from conversations back to marketing and product — especially what resonates (or doesn’t) with technical buyers. What we're looking for: • At least 6 months of BDR/SDR experience (or equivalent transferrable experience) • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound (not just inbound qualification) • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders within technical or complex organizations • Strong writing skills — especially in crafting personalized, relevant outreach • Curious and motivated to learn how modern software and security actually work • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building your own approach • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, or similar tools • Track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets What makes this role compelling: • Sell something technical buyers respect — security + open source + developer-first • Go deeper technically — engage with real infrastructure and security problems • Operate as part of the deal team — not just top-of-funnel support • Have real impact on revenue — not just activity metrics Compensation: $100,000 OTE About Us We live and breathe our company values: • We are customer obsessed — We focus on delivering solutions to our customers that create value and make their lives better. • We have a bias for intentional action — We prioritize, plan, try things, and fail fast. • We don't take ourselves too seriously (but we do serious work) — We are solving an important problem which takes focus, but we also like to enjoy the journey. • We trust each other and assume good intentions — We're transparent with decisions to empower team members to make well informed decisions. A few of the benefits we offer: • Flexible & Remote-First Culture: Work remotely with team meetup opportunities, bi-annual destination summits, and a monthly stipend for coworking spaces, phone and internet costs. • Our Approach to Equity: Receive stock options upon hire and promotion. Plus, you can participate in secondary offerings and have 10 years to exercise your options (yes, you read that correctly: 10 years!). • 100% Covered Health Insurance: We cover 100% of your health, vision and dental insurance premiums for you and your dependents. Nothing comes out of your paycheck. • ∞ Flexible Time Off: Take the time you need – to do our best work, we need to recharge and reset. • 18 Weeks Paid Parental Leave: We offer 18 weeks for birthing parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing parents, with the option to use it all at once or throughout your child's first …

Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior, hands-on media buying role with end-to-end ownership. You will own the whole acquisition process on Paid Social acquisition channels: strategy, account structure, bidding, budget allocation, creative testing, measurement, scaling and account health. We need someone who has already run Paid Social Ads at scale, who knows how to grow profitably in a policy-sensitive niche, and who can operate independently on large budgets. You will manage performance against real revenue data (CPA, FTD, ROAS, payback, player LTV and cohorts), not surface-level platform metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own the process end-to-end: take full ownership of acquisition across all paid social ad networks (TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, Snapchat, and more): planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting and documentation. • Scale spend profitably in the US market while holding payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on real revenue and player-value data. • Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, value-based bidding and budget allocation across paid social networks. • Decide budget allocation across acquisition channels and find new scaling levers: audiences, formats, placements, campaign types and additional channels. • Run a structured, high-velocity creative testing process with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules. • Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, deposit / purchase optimization, attribution. • Operate in a policy-sensitive niche: run in the US within each platform's rules. Keep ads and handle disapprovals, appeals and restrictions, and build prevention-first processes so issues are caught before launch. • Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and recovery plans. • Work with reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations. • Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them. • Document tests, learnings and playbooks, and use Claude and automation to speed up builds, QA, reporting and optimization. QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of hands-on paid social / user acquisition experience. • Large-scale experience running acquisitions in the US market. • Proven experience working in policy-sensitive niches and keeping accounts healthy while scaling. • Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience scaling accounts profitably. • Hands-on AppLovin (AppLovin Ads / AXON) experience, scaling it as an acquisition channel. • Direct ownership of large budgets, ideally $1M+/month hands-on. • Strong understanding of unit economics: LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, high-value-user dynamics and value-based optimization. • Deep policy and account health experience: disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, ad account bans and how to recover and prevent them. • Strong creative testing discipline and measurement rigor. • Ownership mentality: you run channels end-to-end with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes. LOCATION Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours. BENEFITS • Remote Work Environment: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere, anytime, promoting a healthy work-life balance. • Unlimited PTO: Enjoy unlimited paid time off to recharge and prioritize your well-being, without counting days. • Paid National Holidays: Celebrate and relax on national holidays with paid time off to unwind and recharge. • Company-provided MacBook: Apple MacBooks provided to all employees who need them. • Flexible Independent Contractor Agreement: Unlock the benefits of flexibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurial opportunities. Sr. Engineer, Database Reliability

À distance ✓EN

AI AT ZAPIER At Zapier https://zapier.com/about, we build and use automation every day to make work more efficient, creative, and human. So if you’re using AI tools while applying here - that’s great! We just ask that you use them responsibly and transparently. Check out our guidance on How to Collaborate with AI During Zapier’s Hiring Process https://zapier.com/l/jobs/ai-at-zapier, including how to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or others during our hiring process - and when not to. SR. ENGINEER, DATABASE RELIABILITY Hi there! We're looking for a Database Reliability Engineer (DBRE) to join the State team at Zapier. We need someone who can set direction on our data infrastructure and isn’t afraid to get into the weeds to solve challenging operational problems. The State team owns the platform behind Zapier's stateful services: our relational database fleet (MySQL and PostgreSQL), a caching layer built on Redis and ElastiCache, and the tooling that lets product teams use it all easily, safely, and reliably. You'll shape our practices around automation, observability, performance, reliability, and disaster recovery, and help make the right way the easy way for the teams building on top of our data layer. This is a senior DBRE role on the State team. You'll be the technical center of gravity for database and cache work: the person other engineers come to for design review, the one setting the bar for how we operate the data layer, and the one responsible for growing the DBRE practice on the team over time. We know applying for and taking on a new job at any company requires a leap of faith. We want you to feel comfortable and excited to apply at Zapier. To help share a bit more about life at Zapier, here are a few resources in addition to the job description that can give you an inside look at what life is like at Zapier. Hopefully, you'll take the leap of faith and apply. Our Commitment to Applicants https://zapier.com/jobs/our-commitment-to-applicantsCulture and Values at Zapier https://zapier.com/jobs/culture-and-values-at-zapier/Zapier Guide to Remote Work https://zapier.com/learn/remote-work/Diversity and Inclusivity at Zapier https://zapier.com/jobs/diversity-and-inclusivity-at-zapier/ Zapier is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce. ABOUT YOU You're an experienced database technologist. You have at least 7 years in systems administration, systems engineering, or software development, with at least 4 years running production relational databases. You have deep expertise in MySQL or PostgreSQL and working knowledge of the other, including each engine's ecosystem of extensions and tools. You understand caching (such as Redis) as part of the data layer, how to design and operate it at scale, and the tradeoffs between caching and the database underneath. You know the cloud and treat infrastructure as code. You've designed and maintained highly available, cloud-based database systems in AWS or another cloud platform, and you manage that infrastructure with Terraform or similar IaC tooling rather than by hand. You're comfortable operating stateful services alongside Kubernetes or other distributed systems, and you understand the tradeoffs of running data workloads in and around orchestrated environments. You build and use observability. You've implemented metrics, logging, and alerting for data systems using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or CloudWatch, and you know the difference between a dashboard that looks good and one that catches problems before customers do. You treat query performance data, replication lag, and cache hit rates as first-class signals. You partner with product teams. Product teams are your customers. When a team comes to you with a design or a problem, you ask about their workload before prescribing a solution, give them options with tradeoffs rather than edicts, and leave them more capable than you found them. You handle support requests with the same care as incident response, you participate in an on-call rotation for production data systems, and you'd rather teach a team to fish than field the same question twice. You document things well so your knowledge can be consumed asynchronously. You raise the bar for the team around you. You're an experienced DBRE on this team, and you treat that as a responsibility. You review peers' designs and give feedback that makes the design better and the engineer sharper. You pair on hard problems when it helps someone else grow. You turn things you've learned the hard way into docs, patterns, and runbooks so the next person doesn't have to learn them the hard way too. You care about the team being more capable a year from now than it is today. You ship code to solve systems problems. You automate repetitive work and build tools that make the team more effective. You're comfortable digging into application code to fix a bug or launching a backend …

Instructional Designer, TRM Academy (Compliance)

À distanceEN
T

Build a Safer World. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. The Instructional Designer on TRM Academy designs and builds the courses, certifications and learning paths that help financial institutions, crypto businesses, regulators and law enforcement understand crypto risk, apply compliance principles and combat crypto-enabled financial crime. You turn the expertise of TRM's intelligence, policy and compliance teams into published, assessment-backed training across self-paced courses, live sessions and product documentation, in multiple languages. What makes this role different: you use AI to build faster, and you own the accuracy that government agencies and financial institutions rely on when they train and certify their people. The impact you will have: • Design learning pathways for a widening range of learners. Turn the Academy's catalog into clear paths through self-paced courses, live sessions and scenario-based assessments, with a particular focus on helping compliance teams understand crypto activity, assess risk and apply regulatory requirements in practice. • Keep TRM's certifications accurate and defensible. Run the review cycle for the Academy's certification programs. Route content and exam items to subject-matter experts for sign-off, check figures and citations against their sources, and update courses quickly as crypto risks, regulatory requirements and source material evolve. • Turn expert knowledge into strong training. Coach subject-matter experts with editorial feedback so their expertise becomes clear, well-built courses, hands-on exercises and trainer toolkits for live delivery. Help learners connect technical and regulatory concepts to everyday compliance decisions. • Co-own product documentation and training across TRM's platforms. Keep help content, onboarding and product training accurate and in step with releases, connecting platform capabilities to practical compliance and investigative workflows. • Deliver content in multiple languages without losing accuracy. Run the localization workflow: first-draft translation, native-speaker review and SME sign-off for technical and regulatory material. • Make the team faster, and prove the training works. Draft with AI and own the verification, so no unsupported figure, source or regulatory detail reaches a learner. Build reusable workflows the Academy adopts, and measure both the build time saved and learner outcomes beyond completions. What we’re looking for: • 3 to 5+ years of instructional design or curriculum development for adult learners, with a portfolio of published, assessment-backed courses. • Experience building on an LMS and writing valid assessments and item banks. • Ability to translate technical and regulatory subject-matter content into practical curriculum; familiarity with crypto compliance, anti-money laundering, sanctions or financial-crime risk is a strong plus. • Production AI fluency: you already use AI daily to draft content, generate assessment items and speed up build and research workflows. • Readiness to build reusable AI workflows others adopt, including item generation checked against source and comparisons of existing modules against new intelligence and regulatory developments, and to own the human verification step. • Excellent written communication and a track record owning courses end-to-end as the single accountable owner. About the Team: • You will join TRM Academy’s Training and Certification team, which builds engaging, mission-relevant content and teaches to every level of expertise. • The work is intellectually demanding: you keep curriculum accurate across crypto, compliance and investigations, with an emphasis on translating evolving risks and regulatory expectations into practical education and valid certification assessments. • Mission-first, execution-oriented culture that values speed, high build quality and measurable business impact through education. • AI-native team: designers use AI daily to build content and ship reusable assets the whole Academy adopts. Team Operating Rhythms: • Distributed, not distant: a team that collaborates across time zones with regular overlap for syncs and content reviews. • Slack-first, async communication; @mention for timely responses. • Weekly 1:1s and team syncs, plus regular content-build and review rhythms tied to launch windows. • Close working cadence with SMEs in Intelligence, Policy and Compliance and with Product for accuracy. Required online and collaboration hours: • Schedule: Business hours with overlap across US time zones for internal syncs and content reviews. Travel Requirements: • …
