UI Product Designer

À distance ✓EN
P

UI Product Designer About Us Proton is building the AI operating system for wholesale distribution, embedded in the workflows that move nearly every physical product on the planet. Distribution is a $9 trillion industry running on software that has been stuck for decades. We unify CRM, PIM, eCommerce AI, and Order & Quote Entry AI into one platform with one data layer and one AI brain, so reps spend their time on customer relationships instead of data entry. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. Everyone here is a builder who owns problems end to end and ships AI-native software faster than anyone else in the category. The median Proton customer reports 3x profit return per dollar spent and an extra day of sales per rep per month. Hundreds of distributors run on Proton, from family-owned shops to publicly-traded enterprises. We're backed by Felicis Ventures and Battery Ventures. The Role We're hiring a UI Product Designer to own how Proton looks and works. Reporting to the VP of Product, you'll ship in a squad with PMs and engineers, and you'll be in front of customers constantly, watching reps use what you built and bringing back what you can only learn in person. Our product people know their users by name, not through a research summary. Those users sit in one screen for eight hours a day and have spent their careers with software they merely tolerate. We want them to have something they'd choose: fast, modern, a pleasure to use. That's the hard version of the job, because most of the UI patterns you'd reach for by default were drawn for software that couldn't think. Ours can. Two things make this role different from a standard product design opening: • You're an AI-native designer, not just a Figma operator. Everyone here uses Claude Code and similar agentic tools as a first-class collaborator. We expect concepts prototyped in real code, put in front of people, and iterated with heavy AI leverage. Prototype before you polish, and make the calls AI can't. • You set the craft bar. This hire decides how Proton looks and feels. Distribution software is famously grim and we intend to be the exception. You'll own the visual language and the design system across all four products. Location : Cambridge, MA (hybrid, 3 days a week in Harvard Square) or remote in the EU. Level : Product Designer through Senior Product Designer. Scope and autonomy change across that range. Compensation : $80k – $100k base depending on experience, plus bonus, equity, and full benefits. EU offers are benchmarked to local market. What You'll Do • Prototype in code with Claude Code or Cursor to feel an interaction before we commit • Own the design system: components, interactions, documentation, and the harder part, getting every squad to use them. • Define what AI looks like here. Nobody has settled patterns yet, so you'll decide what it looks like when a rep trusts an agent and when they overrule one. • Work inside our agentic scrum model. We don't run two-week sprints; cadence follows what a team and its agents can ship, and you'll help work out what design looks like in that. • Get in front of customers constantly, including onsite. Distributors work in warehouses and on sales floors, and the best design calls come from standing next to a rep. Requirements • Craft that is demonstrably yours. Command of typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and iconography, with motion when it earns its place. You pull references from well outside software, and your work looks like someone made it rather than assembled it. We are explicitly not hiring people who let AI make their taste decisions. AI amplifies taste, it doesn't create it. • Real end-to-end delivery. Shipped products, real users, real ownership, alongside PM and engineering. Hands-on work, not an LLM-generated portfolio. • Daily, hands-on use of AI in your practice. Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent, used to ship real work rather than generate comps. You can say concretely how you structure context and check what comes back. • A portfolio. Products or features you took from concept to launch where you set the visual language yourself. We're most interested in a workflow you found trapped in a legacy system and reimagined: what you kept, what you threw out, and how you got people to move. • Systems thinking. You can author one beautiful screen and write the rules that let others make fifty consistent ones. You are curious enough to understand what's cheap to build and what isn't. • Real agile experience, and a pull toward customers. You've worked inside traditional scrum and know what those rituals were for. We've replaced it with an agentic scrum, and knowing the original is what lets you help rebuild it. You'd also rather be in the room with a user than briefed about them. Big Plus • Complex B2B, enterprise, or ERP-adjacent software, with high-frequency users and workflows people can't opt out of. • Agentic products, and the patterns for …

Marketing Lead (B2B)

We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, we may help to find the right ones. Currently, we are looking for a Marketing Lead for Forge Point. Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time The company Forge Point is an all-in-one SEO infrastructure management platform built for iGaming operators. They give teams the tooling to run large-scale SEO operations from a single control layer, with three core products: a keyword live tracker for real-time ranking visibility, infrastructure automation for domains, auto-redirects and ban detection, and instant website & satellite building that ships content, tech, and UI/UX in one flow. They're scaling our go-to-market, and we're looking for a person who can turn that product strength into a predictable B2B pipeline. The role This is a hands-on Operational Marketing Manager role for someone with a strong B2B marketing background who is equally comfortable building demand and running the operational engine behind it. You'll own the pipeline end to end — from generating demo calls and nurturing leads to keeping the CRM clean — while acting as the connective tissue between Product, Development, and Sales. You won't be handing work off to a big team. You'll be doing the work, setting up the systems, and making sure the right message reaches the right operators at the right time. What you'll own • Pipeline generation. Build and run the B2B pipeline end to end — identify target iGaming operators, drive inbound and outbound demand, and consistently generate qualified demo calls. • CRM & marketing ops. Own the CRM (setup, hygiene, segmentation, workflows and reporting) so every lead is tracked and no opportunity leaks. • LinkedIn strategy. Own organic and outbound LinkedIn — company presence, founder/team amplification, and targeted outreach that books meetings. • PR & positioning. Own the PR strategy: narrative, media and community relationships, and thought-leadership that builds Forge Point's authority in iGaming SEO. • Cross-functional glue. Act as the operational connecting chain between Product, Dev, and Sales — translating product capability into messaging, feeding market signals back into the roadmap, and keeping sales equipped. • Reporting. Track the funnel and channel performance, and report on what's working with clear, decision-ready numbers. What we're looking for • Proven, hands-on B2B marketing experience — you've personally built and run a pipeline, not just managed one. • A track record of generating qualified demo calls and moving leads through a funnel to sales. • Strong command of CRM tools and marketing operations (segmentation, automation, reporting). • Demonstrated ownership of LinkedIn as a demand and outreach channel. • Experience shaping and executing PR / thought-leadership strategy. • An operational, systems-minded approach — comfortable connecting Product, Dev, and Sales and keeping things moving. • Excellent written English and Ukrainian and the judgement to speak credibly to a technical, operator audience. A strong plus • Experience in iGaming B2B marketing and familiarity with the operator landscape. • Hands-on with SEO tools — Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console or similar. • Understanding of SEO infrastructure concepts (domains, redirects, satellites, ban/indexation dynamics). Why join Forge Point • Real ownership — you'll build the go-to-market engine, not inherit someone else's process. • A category-defining product in a fast-moving, high-margin vertical. • Direct access to founders, product, and engineering — short path from idea to shipped. • Remote-friendly setup and a team that values people who get things done. What’s next? If this role sounds like a fit — we’d love to hear from you! Just send over your CV and anything else you’d like us to consider. We’ll review everything within five working days, and if your background matches what we’re looking for, we’ll get in touch to set up a call and get to know each other better.

RUN HIGH-IMPACT ENABLEMENT EVENTS AND INTERNAL COMMS • Support the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions, partnering closely with sales and revenue leadership on strategy and messaging. • Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels. • Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes. MEASURE WHAT MATTERS AND MAKE ENABLEMENT A GROWTH DRIVER • Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size. • Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management. • Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES • Sales enablement experience in PLG SaaS: You have 4+ years of enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies, ideally building enablement from scratch in a PLG environment. • Deal complexity experience: You've enabled teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals (6 to low-7 figures). • ‍ Technical buyer fluency: You understand how to sell to technical personas (CTOs, engineering managers) and can translate that into training that resonates with a technical AE audience. • Learning program design: You’ve built high-quality, scalable training programs tailored to different GTM roles and seniority levels. • Strong communicator: You excel at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content for sales teams. • Organized and proactive: You’re structured, self-directed, and take ownership without needing hand-holding. • Customer-first mindset: You focus on enabling the team to better articulate our value and deliver better buyer experiences. NICE-TO-HAVES • Passion for automation and AI: You’re excited by the space we’re building in — and it shows. • Familiarity with n8n: You’ve used the product (or are eager to start). WHY JOIN US? This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to …
