Who we are Typeform is a refreshingly different form builder. We help over 150,000 businesses collect the data they need with forms, surveys, and quizzes that people enjoy. Designed to look striking and feel effortless to fill out, Typeform drives 500 million responses every year—and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot. Typeform is fully remote by design. For this role, we can hire candidates based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Spain or The Netherlands About the team The AI Engineering team builds the systems and capabilities behind Typeform’s AI products, including Research Flow, our platform for combining quantitative research with deeper qualitative insights. We use machine learning, large language models, RAG, and agentic systems to help customers collect, understand, and act on information in more conversational and personalised ways. Through Research Flow, this includes helping customers design studies, run AI-moderated conversations with adaptive follow-up questions, and turn responses into useful insights. The team owns the journey from experimentation through to production. This includes AI application development, evaluation, infrastructure, deployment, observability, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Analytics teams to turn promising AI ideas into secure, scalable, and dependable customer experiences. About the role As a Senior AI Engineer at Typeform, you will be instrumental in building and evolving the AI capabilities behind Research Flow, alongside our broader AI products. Your work will help customers understand the “why” behind responses and move from research questions to informed decisions faster. Your scope will span generative AI applications, enterprise RAG systems, agentic workflows, model evaluation, machine learning pipelines, and the infrastructure required to run them reliably at scale. This is a hands-on engineering role with strong ownership. You will turn ideas and prototypes into production systems used by our customers, with direct influence on their quality and performance. You will also help define the technical standards for developing, evaluating, deploying, and monitoring AI across Typeform. Things you will do Build and deliver AI products • Design, build, and deploy generative AI capabilities across Typeform’s products, with a key contribution to Research Flow. • Develop applications using large language models, RAG, vector search, and agentic systems. • Build services and APIs that allow product teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer experiences. • Turn prototypes into reliable production systems with clear measures of performance and quality. • Explore new ways for customers to collect, understand, and act on information using AI. Build scalable AI systems • Design and operate machine learning services and workflows using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. • Build reliable pipelines for batch and real time processing using technologies such as Kafka and Airflow. • Design solutions using vector databases to support retrieval, recommendations, personalisation, and semantic search. • Use MLflow to manage experiments, model versions, registries, and deployments. • Improve the reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of our AI systems. Evaluate and improve AI quality • Build automated evaluation pipelines for generative AI applications, including the conversational and analytical capabilities behind Research Flow. • Develop benchmarks that measure accuracy, relevance, reliability, fairness, latency, and cost. • Evaluate retrieval strategies, including chunking, embeddings, context selection, and reranking. • Monitor AI systems in production and identify opportunities to improve their quality and performance. • Create safeguards that reduce unexpected behaviour and protect customer data. Shape our AI engineering practice • Establish reusable patterns and technical standards for building, evaluating, and releasing AI systems. • Help teams make informed decisions about models, frameworks, infrastructure, performance, and cost. • Apply strong engineering practices across testing, security, observability, version control, and deployment. • Share technical knowledge and support the development of other engineers. • Keep up with relevant AI research, tools, and engineering practices, applying what is useful to Typeform. Collaborate across Typeform • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to connect AI investments with customer and business needs. • Work with Data Scientists to turn experiments and models into reliable production services. • Communicate technical concepts, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and nontechnical partners. • Contribute to technical planning and help shape the direction of AI across Typeform. …

About Dune Dune's mission is to make onchain finance observable. We're the industry standard for onchain data: a blockchain data and intelligence provider that institutions, protocols, and analysts trust to understand the onchain world and the frontiers of finance. We deliver structured datasets, spanning stablecoins, RWAs, tokens, lending, trading, and more, from 130+ chains and counting, to 1,000+ industry leaders including Visa, WisdomTree, FINRA, the IMF, Bloomberg, Standard Chartered, Coinbase, Forbes, and the Financial Times. We're a tight knit team of ~50 hard working people, spread across Europe and eastern US timezones , having an outsized impact on the industry. We take pride in being ambitious and doing world class work while staying humble and lighthearted. We believe in building open, verifiable data that lets individuals and institutions do deep research into ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana, Robinhood and many more. We're backed by some of the world's best investors. In February 2022, we announced our Series B funding round led by Coatue and Union Square Ventures, an important milestone that let us double down on our mission. If you like being challenged and want to work together with a brilliant team on an important mission, come join us. Learn more about us: About Dune https://dune.com/about Values and working at Dune https://dune.com/careers ABOUT THE ROLE Data Foundation owns how blockchain data enters Dune, how it is represented and how it’s delivered externally. This is a role that involves thinking about large distributed data systems, recognising traditional scaling patterns and software lifecycle pitfalls, and is ideal for anyone passionate about those topics. You will be the engineer we hand ambiguous product requirements to, and will be comfortable coming back with a design, a sequence, and a set of tasks the team can pick up as well as building the hardest parts yourself. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL • Turn product requirements into technical requirements: model the domain, define the interfaces and the workflows, and navigate trade-offs • Break large problems into work other engineers can own, and sequence it so we ship something useful early • Drive high-impact architectural decisions across the data platform, and own components end to end from design through production • Work across our stack, mainly Go, Kotlin, Rust and Python where they fit, choosing the right tool rather than the familiar one • Design for correctness and performance under real volume: large-scale ingestion, distributed processing, and data lake storage • Raise the bar on design reviews, testing, and how the team breaks work down • Mentor engineers by example, in a fully distributed team YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF • You are a strong generalist with real computer science fundamentals, and you use them to adapt quickly to new technologies and problem spaces • You reason from first principles: you make assumptions explicit, identify the constraints and invariants that matter, and derive the solution rather than reaching for a familiar pattern. • You use computer science fundamentals as practical tools. You have designed and shipped distributed data systems, making their contracts, state transitions, invariants, and failure modes explicit. You know their fault models and scaling weaknesses • You are comfortable with ambiguity : you will talk to product, to customers, and to the team, then commit to a scope and defend it • You use AI tools well enough that they have changed how you work, you understand their failure modes and dislike ai-slop. • You communicate clearly in writing and get the best out of a distributed team NOT REQUIRED, BUT A PLUS • Experience with data lakes and formats such as Parquet, Iceberg or Deltalog • Experience at a company where the data is the product PERKS & BENEFITS • A competitive salary and equity package . Both salary and equity is top 25% of companies https://notion.so/Careers-at-Dune-Doing-the-best-work-of-your-life-f25e0b5e1f624d2aaf3ef2c81558ea96#7f745f5112394686bd7c127c720f2024 in the space • Our employee equity scheme has world-class employee-friendly terms with a heavily discounted strike price (~90%) and a 10-year exercise window • 5 weeks PTO + local public holidays (that can be swapped to suit you) • A fully remote-first approach ‍ within a distributed team with flexible working hours; you structure your own day • Say goodbye to meeting overload! We believe in a healthy mix of async and sync work, so you can focus on what truly matters—no more wasted time on endless meetings! • Good health is important, so we offer private medical insurance, dental & vision as standard • We believe in paid parental leave to help you celebrate this important milestone, transition to your new life, and bond with your new baby. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a strategic Enterprise Account Director to own the post-sale relationship and outcomes for our largest accounts, from pilots through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, ensuring Opus delivers measurable outcomes at every stage. You'll own high-stakes pilots that convert into multi-location rollouts, partner with Product Specialists, sales and our product team to drive fast time-to-value, and build the executive relationships that drive confident renewals and expansion. This role is designed for someone who combines enterprise-grade relationship skills with the operational rigor to manage complex, multi-threaded accounts and the commercial instincts to grow accounts over time. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Enterprise Relationship & Outcomes • Own the overall post-sale relationship and outcomes for assigned Enterprise accounts and pilots. • Ensure successful onboarding and implementation in partnership with CS and Product Specialists. • Serve as the executive sponsor on the Opus side: build and maintain senior stakeholder alignment, run recurring executive touch points, and drive consensus through change. • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, operational leaders, administrators, managers, and other key stakeholders. • Multi-thread across accounts so relationships are resilient and momentum is not dependent on a single point of contact. Pilot Execution & Implementation • Own outcome-driven, time-bound pilots with clear goals, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and conversion criteria. • Partner with Enterprise Sales Directors and Product Specialists on structured onboarding and rollout motions for complex, multi-unit enterprise customers. • Guide customers through core workflows so Opus becomes part of how their teams operate, not just another tool they signed up for. • Own the follow-through across Product, Support, Engineering, and Sales so we deliver on the big customer promises. Success Planning, Health & Risk • Define and track Enterprise success criteria, translating customer goals into measurable outcomes. • Lead executive-ready, forward looking business reviews (e.g., SBRs) to discuss progress, share opportunities, align on health, outcomes, and roadmap, and set next-quarter priorities. • Proactively manage risk and complex stakeholder dynamics across large, multi-threaded accounts; surface issues early and lead escalations to resolution. • Monitor account health, usage data, stakeholder engagement, manager participation, and program outcomes to stay ahead of risk. • Turn customer signals into a clear point of view, action plan, and communication strategy. Renewal & Expansion • Own renewal strategy and execution for Enterprise accounts: manage the timeline, mutual close plan, stakeholder mapping, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time renewals. • Own expansion strategy and execution: identify, qualify, and drive growth opportunities (additional locations, products, seats/usage) from discovery through close. • Partner with Sales as needed on pricing, terms, and strategic deal strategy; represent the post-sale plan and account strategy in commercial conversations. • Own CRM (Attio) hygiene: maintain accurate renewal health, pipeline, close dates, and next steps; communicate changes early. Broader Business Impact • Share Enterprise learnings and best practices to improve CS process, playbooks, and customer experience. • Help build the playbooks, templates, workflows, and customer-facing materials that make our enterprise motion repeatable. • Surface customer insights and feedback that improve customer outcomes and inform Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales priorities. • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to align on pre-sales handoffs, account strategies, and customer context. • Collaborate with Marketing to showcase the value of our solutions and support new business opportunities. • Represent Opus onsite and/or at events to support broader company initiatives as needed. WHO YOU ARE • Strategic and customer-first — you build trust quickly, understand complex customer goals, and know how to turn ambiguity into clear guidance. • Executive-ready — you are comfortable leading conversations with senior stakeholders and communicating value in a way that is concise, credible, and outcome-oriented. • Operationally rigorous — you can manage complex implementations, competing priorities, timelines, data, and details without losing sight of the bigger picture. • Proactive and outcomes-driven — you anticipate risk, identify opportunities early, and take ownership through resolution. • Collaborative — you work effectively across CS, Sales, Product, Support, Engineering, and Marketing to solve problems and improve the customer experience. • AI-native — you're comfortable working in a fast-moving …

At DigitalGenius, we build AI that resolves e-commerce customer service end to end: order issues, carrier problems, returns, refunds and replacements, often before the customer notices anything is wrong. Our customers include some of the biggest names in retail including On, Rapha, Air Up, Holland & Barrett, AllSaints, Honeylove, and Clarins. Role & Responsibilities: As a Solutions Engineer you are the technical owner of your clients' automation, and the person they talk to about it. You sit with a client's operations and engineering teams, decide and advise how their solution should work, build it, and stay accountable for it once it is live. If you want to be left alone to write code, this is the wrong job. Reporting to our Lead Solutions Engineer and working alongside Customer Success, your responsibilities will include: • Running scoping sessions with a client's operations and engineering teams, and working out what they actually need • Presenting your design, making the case for it, and steering clients away from approaches that will not hold up • Designing and building automation flows in the DigitalGenius platform for complex, high-volume use cases • Integrating the platform with the client's ecosystem (Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Loop, OMS platforms, carriers) via APIs and webhooks • Building custom actions in Python where a use case needs one • Prompting, tuning and evaluating the LLM components that decide what the agent does • Troubleshooting behaviour across systems, data and AI, often live with the client • Reporting results back in a way a non-technical stakeholder can act on, and growing the account into new use cases • Taking what you see in real implementations back to Product, so the platform grows in the direction clients need Location: Remote, EU-based Working hours: Aligned to UK business hours (GMT/BST) Requirements Required: • 2+ years in a technical role working directly with external clients: solutions engineering, implementation, professional services, technical consulting, technical account management, or escalation-level technical support. • Proven client-facing judgement. You can run a scoping call and explain a technical decision to a non-technical audience, push back on a request that will not work, and stay clear when something has broken in production. • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, auth, pagination and rate limits, and the patience to find the gap between what documentation says and what an endpoint actually does. • Python. You can write/understand and debug a script, read someone else's code, and explain your design choices and how you tested them. • Hands-on experience building automations in a low-code or config-heavy tool: Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, UiPath, Salesforce Flow, Power Automate, Retool, or a vendor's own platform. • Daily use of AI tools in your own work, with a clear view of where they help and where they need correcting. • Proven experience running several client projects at once against deadlines. Preferred: • LLM work: prompting, classification, guardrails, evaluation, OpenAI or Anthropic SDKs • E-commerce and OMS, especially Shopify: orders, fulfilments, returns, refunds, webhooks • Customer service platforms: Zendesk, Gorgias, Dixa, Salesforce Service Cloud • SaaS post-sales delivery: implementations, professional services or solutions teams Benefits • Competitive Salary • Generous vacation time (25 days) + Birthday off • Environment to develop your skills without bureaucracy or red tape • Monthly wellness stipend of $210 (Lifestyle wallet) from day 1 • Ongoing subscription to Mental Health Support Platform • Paid Claude/Cursor subscription: because we want you using the best AI tools every day • Learning budget to invest in courses, books, conferences, and certifications Interview Process We keep our process transparent and respectful of your time. Here's what to expect: • Round 1 (30 mins): Intro call with our Lead Solutions Engineer. • Round 2 (1 hour): Review of a take-home technical exercise with a panel (usually two people). • Round 3 (30 mins): Conversation with our CTO and VP, Product Delivery & Support • Round 4 (20 mins): Final chat with our CEO.

Security Engineer III - Detection & Response

À distance ✓EN
P

An Introduction to Primer Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments. We give finance and payments teams the visibility and control to reduce complexity, improve performance, and capture more revenue - all from a single platform. Backed by Sofina, Peak XV Partners, ICONIQ, Tencent, Accel, and Balderton, we're building the payments layer the world's best companies rely on. Watch our showcase > https://primer.io/the-primer-showcase Read up on our $100m Series C https://www.primer.io/blog/series-c Learn more about our culture > https://primer.io/careers Primer processes payments for some of the world's best companies, which makes us an attractive target and means getting detection and response right really matters. We're looking for a Security Engineer to join our Detection & Response function and own a meaningful slice of how we detect, investigate and respond to threats across our cloud infrastructure and SaaS estate. You'll write and tune the detections in our SIEM, build the automation that speeds up how we react, and be a first responder when something looks wrong. You'll have real ownership of the areas you work on, and the freedom to shape how we detect and respond to threats across them. You'll also work closely with our Application Security/Product Security engineers: what we learn from detections and incidents shapes how we build, and what they know about our products shapes what we look for. What you'll be doing Detection • Build, tune and maintain detections in our SIEM (Elastic), and identify opportunities to onboard new log sources (e.g. AWS, Google Workspace, Kubernetes) and build new detections on top of them. • Find what our current detections miss, and keep the rule set lean by removing what no longer adds value. • Use Python and Terraform to build and maintain the infrastructure behind your detections and tooling. Response • Own investigation: triage, investigate, escalate and resolve security incidents, and write up findings clearly enough to stand on their own • Lead routine incidents end to end, and take a clear role in larger ones, whether that's driving the investigation or keeping stakeholders informed • Build runbooks and automations (Python, Tines or similar) to cut manual work out of triage and response • Join our on-call rotation for incident response and monitoring Across both • Make and document risk decisions in your area, and know when to pull in others. • Keep the controls you own audit-ready and contribute evidence for audits (e.g. SOC 2, PCI DSS). • Use AI tools to work faster across detection and response, from drafting rules and queries to summarising investigations, while maintaining a healthy level of scepticism. What we're looking for • Real experience responding to security incidents, from first alert through to write-up • Hands-on experience writing and tuning detections in a SIEM (Elastic, Splunk or similar), using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK to reason about coverage • Experience with cloud-native detection and response in AWS or Google Cloud • Comfortable with Python or Go for scripting and automation • Clear, structured written communication, including under pressure Nice to have • Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code • Experience with no-code security automation or SOAR-style tooling • Exposure to compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC 2 or ISO27001 • Background in fintech, payments or another regulated industry • Experience using AI tools or agents in security work, and a clear view of where they help and where they don't A TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS • An initial intro call with a Talent Partner • An interview with the Hiring Manager • Challenge Stage - Contextualised to the role • A final, values-alignment interview WHAT'S THE CULTURE LIKE AT PRIMER? We're building a culture where people can do their best work and be proud of the impact they have. You'll be working with people who are mission-driven, smart, and reflective, and who are genuinely invested in building exceptional products and delivering success for our merchants. We work remotely, and have done since day one. We believe that building a successful, profitable company goes beyond proximity. We invest in our relationships through great remote working practices and thoughtfully designed face-to-face time, including workations, our annual company retreat, and access to co-working spaces across most major cities. The work is challenging. Scaleups are a challenge, and building category-defining products is a challenge. But there's a meaningful difference between a challenge and a struggle. At Primer, the right challenge comes with the right support: strong onboarding, a collaborative environment, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. It's never something you face alone. OUR BENEFITS We are fully remote and globally distributed; and have been since day …
