Built on open source and open standards and designed for interoperability across any stack, Grafana Cloud brings AI to observability and observability to AI, giving teams (and their agents) unified visibility so they can see, understand, and act on all their disparate data, wherever it lives, and move at the speed of their ambitions. Customers, including Anthropic, Bloomberg, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Salesforce, rely on Grafana Labs. We are a 100% remote company with team members across 40+ countries, backed by leading investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital, GIC, Coatue, J.P. Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital. Learn more at grafana.com and follow us on LinkedIn and X . We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do. You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. The Opportunity: The Field Engineering team works closely with our Presales Solution Engineering team, as well as Product and Marketing, to ensure the SE's have the tools, collateral, enablement and experts they need to close business. If you've ever served in a Technical Presales role for a software company, you know just how much knowledge you are expected to have, demos you need to show, workshops you need to execute on, etc. The Field Engineering team maintains the backend systems, content creation and deep subject matter expertise that enables the Solution Engineering team to scale and focus on direct customer selling, community building, learning, and other adoption and revenue-focused activities. As a Staff Field Engineer, you are viewed by Sales and FE leadership as being in the top 20% of the field team, operating with little to no supervision on the company's most strategic engagements and serving as a mentor to Senior Field Engineers and Solution Engineers. What You'll Be Doing: • Advise on and support some of Grafana's most strategic deals and customer engagements, collaborating with Solution Engineers and Observability Architects on the company's most complex technical challenges with no supervision. • Serve as a company-recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one area of the Grafana Platform, and deep knowledge across multiple Grafana technologies, building new reference architectures from scratch and overcoming competitive objections in the field • Proven ability to craft and deliver compelling value based stories to help the sales team technically close deals. • Own end-to-end creation and curation of technical training content (workshops, how-to guides, demo scripts) for one or more product areas, and establish a repeatable content review cadence in partnership with Enablement and Product Management to keep materials aligned with the product roadmap • Architect, engineer, and maintain a live production environment that supports demo, workshop, and POV infrastructure at scale, ensuring reliability, security, and uptime. • Act as a key influencer in product direction, helping key customers adopt newer technologies, and represent Field Engineering in Product planning cycles to surface enablement gaps and shape investment priorities • Serve as a presenter for Strategic Marketing events (presentations, panels, webinars, conferences, blogs) as an ambassador for Grafana • Provide technical guidance for a specific product area to Solution Engineers, Observability Architects and customers, and present best practices to customers • Help update and improve product documentation, and contribute back to the organization through white papers, blogs, and product direction input • Mentor Senior and Staff Solution Engineers and Field Engineers What Makes You a Great Fit: • Minimum of 8+ years of related technical experience, including 2+ years in a Senior Field Engineer role (or equivalent), serving as a SRE, Developer, Architect and/or successful presales Solution Architect. OSS development experience is a plus. • Excellent understanding of Grafana and associated technologies, with recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) depth in at least one area of the Grafana Platform; deep working knowledge across multiple technologies in the Observability space (e.g. Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo, Elastic, Splunk, Datadog, etc.) • Expert-level knowledge in at least one adjacent domain (e.g. IoT, AI/ML) beyond the core observability stack, and demonstrated domain knowledge across the broader Grafana Ecosystem • Has created and maintained at least one product …

Chainguard is the trusted source for open source. By delivering hardened, secure, and production-ready builds of all the open source software engineers and AI agents rely on, Chainguard helps organizations build faster, stay compliant, and eliminate risk. Our customers include Fortune 500 enterprises and global industry leaders, including Anduril, Canva, Fortinet, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, OpenAI, Snap Inc., and Snowflake. Chainguard is venture-backed by leading investors, including Amplify, IVP, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Mantis VC, Redpoint Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Spark Capital. The role in a nutshell: Our customers include some of the most regulated organizations in the world, and we have a strong and growing UK and European customer base. Europe is one of our highest-growth priorities. It is also where the rules for our category are actively being written — the Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2, the EU AI Act, and the standards work running underneath all of them. We are hiring our first dedicated European government affairs and public policy leader to own that ground. You will set Chainguard’s European policy strategy, establish us as a trusted technical voice with the officials and bodies shaping cyber regulation on the continent and in the UK, and translate fast-moving policy into what it means for our positioning, our product, and our customers. What you'll do • Set and own Chainguard’s European policy strategy — priorities, positions, target institutions and officials, and the narrative we take into the policy process. • Engage governments, regulators, and standards bodies across Europe and the UK, including the European Commission (notably DG CNECT and DG GROW), the European Parliament, ENISA, and the standards bodies — CEN-CENELEC and ETSI — doing the technical work underneath the CRA and NIS2. • Decide where Chainguard shows up through industry coalitions (e.g., DigitalEurope, CCIA Europe, BSA, techUK) versus direct advocacy, and represent Chainguard in those bodies where it adds leverage. • Forecast what’s coming, not just what’s happened, bringing political acumen and the ability to read where a debate is heading before it becomes public on developments relevant to Chainguard. • Develop policy positions, consultation responses, and written submissions, and speak authoritatively on Chainguard’s behalf in public and industry fora. • Translate technical concepts into policy language — and emerging requirements back into clear implications for our messaging and roadmap. • Support product, marketing, and revenue teams with policy credibility and positioning where it helps them, while staying firmly on the policy side of the line. • Build the function by establishing the processes, relationships, and intelligence flow that make European government affairs repeatable rather than a series of one-offs. • As the business grows in the region, help build the path toward leading a team. Who you are: • 8+ years of directly relevant experience in government affairs or public policy — within a public sector organization, a regulatory or standard-setting body, or a private company with a comparable government affairs function • A track record of building independently: standing up or growing a government affairs program or line of effort, or developing and shepherding specific regulations, standards, or policy strategy through to an outcome • Senior official engagement experience, with the judgment and presence to represent a company credibly at that level • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical subject matter for policy audiences — and to explain how you do it • Comfort operating in ambiguity with minimal guidance, and a scrappy, resourceful approach to reach and impact • Excellent written and verbal communication; credible with executives, engineers, and government stakeholders alike • A degree and/or equivalent years of experience in the field • Based in Europe and able to travel frequently across the region Preferred Experience: • A multi-country portfolio: policy work or government affairs relationships built across several European jurisdictions • Fluency in one or more European languages in addition to English • Experience across both public and private sector government affairs • Familiarity with ENISA, CEN-CENELEC, ETSI, and the major cybersecurity drivers regulatory and standardization bodies on the continent • Familiarity with the CRA's conformity assessment framework (risk classes, notified bodies) and with EU/UK lobbying transparency registers • Experience representing a company through industry coalitions or trade associations • Fluency in software supply chain security, cybersecurity, or AI subject matter • Experience at a high-growth company About Us We live and breathe our company values: • We are customer obsessed — We focus on delivering solutions to our customers that create value and make their lives better. • We …

Responsibilities:

• Set and own Chainguard’s European policy strategy — priorities, positions, target institutions and officials, and the narrative we take into the policy process. • Engage governments, regulators, and standards bodies…

Product Manager, Agent Platform

Remote ✓DE
S

MEET SIENA Siena is the Agent of Record for CX, built for consumer brands like Spanx, FIGS, Brooklinen, and Grüns. It runs as a connected multi-agent stack on top of a shared intelligence layer: agents that sell, support, listen, handle social and voice across the entire customer journey, turning every conversation into signal you can act on. THE TEAM We are a small, fully distributed, global team. We have built leverage into how we work, which is what lets a team this size move at the speed we do. We hire athletes. Everyone here owns real outcomes, defaults to writing over meetings, communicates with directness, and acts the moment they see something worth acting on. Low ego, high standards, fast clock. If you want to set the bar rather than follow one, keep reading. THE ROLE Siena runs customer experience for consumer brands through a connected multi-agent stack. As Product Manager, Core Agent Platform, you'll own the platform those agents run on, from its current capabilities to where it goes next. You'll own how we measure, test and improve agent performance, and how customers see it. You'll work directly with engineering, deployment and customers, and you'll be expected to build as well as specify. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own the core agent platform end to end, including the roadmap and the day-to-day product decisions. • Build and ship the evaluation, testing and monitoring systems that make agent performance measurably better over time. • Design and run structured experiments and A/B tests across agent workflows. • Give customers clear visibility into how their agents are performing. • Prototype your own ideas with coding agents, and ship them where you can, rather than waiting on a hand-off. • Work with customers and our deployment team to understand what's working in the field and turn it into product. WHO YOU ARE The Bar: If you're missing any of these, this isn't the role for you. • 3+ years as a PM in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk or AI automation. • Technical fluency: you can explain how webhooks, OAuth and integrations work and have made product decisions around them. • AI-native builder: you use tools like Claude, Cursor or v0 daily and have prototyped your own product ideas with them. Strong Signal: Not dealbreakers, but what separates a good hire from a great one. • You've run structured experiments or A/B tests and can say what the data did and didn't tell you. • You've built dashboards or visibility features people actually relied on. • You're confident with customers: you've sat in on calls, run demos, and know what end users really complain about. • You act like the CEO of your product area: strong opinions, and a habit of building and talking to customers without being asked. Nice to Have: Bonus, not required. • Engineering background, or you've shipped production code yourself. NOT A FIT IF: • You wait to be told what to build. • You want a narrowly scoped PM seat with a fixed roadmap handed to you. • You're not comfortable being customer-facing or getting on a call to demo your own work. • You'd rather stay behind the product than own the messy, ambiguous parts. • You need a designer or engineer to turn your product vision into something people can click. WHY SIENA? Real ownership. You will own problems, not tasks, with the autonomy to solve them your way and the trust to do it without a manager in your inbox. Work that ships and matters. What you build reaches real consumer brands fast. A category we are creating. The Agent of Record is new ground, with unsolved problems and cutting-edge models, not a crowded field to compete in. A team that respects your judgment. Globally distributed, async-first, low bureaucracy. We hire adults and treat you like one. Great salary plus equity or stock grants. Own a piece of what you build. Learning budget. If you are growing, so are we. AI-fluency by default. Few places will push your work with production AI further or faster. OUR VALUES The people who thrive here are curious, customer-obsessed, and take ownership without being asked. They fix problems first and explain later. They're direct about feedback - both giving and receiving it - because they care more about getting things right than being polite. They maintain high standards while moving at startup speed, and they build real relationships with teammates because they know that's how great work gets done. When things get tough, they adapt and keep pushing forward. OUR APPROACH TO AI The people who thrive here treat AI like a natural extension of themselves. They've built their own ecosystem of agents - some for research, others for debugging, writing, analysis, or writing code. They know which AI works best for what problem. Everyone gets premium accounts (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity Pro, Cursor, Lovable) plus a quarterly budget for new tools. But the magic happens in how we share knowledge. Demo days where someone shows off a …

Set a new pulse for healthcare! We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product team at Doctolib. Your mission: scale Doctolib's acquisition engine into a measurable, lower-cost growth driver across France, Germany and Italy. You will own the end-to-end product-led and marketing-led growth funnel, from freemium offer design to subscription and in-product upsell, contributing directly to growing ARR while bringing the cost to acquire new practitioners down. Building at Doctolib means shipping products that change how care teams and patients experience healthcare every day. What you'll do Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Own Doctolib freemium offer: define what is free, metered, or demo-only, and design the conversion paths that move practitioners to a paid plan • Own and improve the subscription funnel for new business and upsell, across web and in-product surfaces, including checkout and sign-up unification • Design and improve every in-product flow that moves an existing customer to a higher-value plan • Define acquisition-side packaging: offer catalogue, eligibility rules, and contract signature flows across France, Germany and Italy • Lead marketing-led growth initiatives, including lead generation, B2B website conversion, and lifecycle marketing, connecting them to the core product funnel • Set the direction for cross-team delivery (along with the PMMs and other counterparts), deciding offer by offer and country by country when conversion is the right path, and when to route a user to sales as a warm, product-qualified lead Who you are Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply. You'll be a great fit if you: • You have owned a PLG conversion, ARR or CAC metric as your primary objective in B2B SaaS at scale, and can quantify what it moved, from what baseline, over what period • You have scaled product-led growth alongside a sales motion, and can explain how you chose between autonomous conversion and handing sales a warm lead, offer by offer • You read data yourself, define funnel measurement from scratch, and make decisions with experiments rather than opinion • You have solid product judgement on pricing, packaging, eligibility and freemium boundaries, and can work within a regulated environment with consent and country-specific constraints in mind • You set direction for teams you do not manage and move a metric across a cross-functional chain • You are fluent in English It would be fantastic if you: • Have owned both product-led and marketing-led growth, connecting lifecycle, attribution or lead scoring to the product funnel • Have worked across multiple countries with different pricing or packaging constraints • Have experience in a regulated or healthcare context What we offer • Free comprehensive health insurance (basic package) for you and your children • 25 days of paid vacation per year, plus up to 14 days of RTT • Free mental health and coaching services through our partner Moka.care • Work from abroad for up to 10 days per year thanks to our flexibility days policy • Lunch vouchers (Swile card) worth €8.50 per working day, with €4.50 covered by Doctolib • A subsidy from the work council to refund part of the membership to a sport club or a creative class • 50% reimbursement of your public transport subscription • ParentCare Program: full salary coverage (100%) during your first month of birth leave and 75% during the second, covered by Doctolib • Enrollment in Doctolib's long-term employee value sharing plan called DoctoGrowth • For caregivers and workers with disabilities, a package including an adaptation of the remote policy, extra days off for medical reasons, and psychological support • Relocation support in case of international mobility • Access to the best AI tools for coding, development and dedicated training Our interview process • Talent Acquisition Interview (Maxime) • Hiring Manager Interview (Louis Durteste) • Case Study with Product Panel • Behavioral Interview • At least one reference check We want your experience to be clear, respectful, and transparent. About DataCamp DataCamp's mission is to empower everyone with the data and AI skills essential for 21st-century success. By providing practical, engaging learning experiences, DataCamp equips learners and organizations of all sizes to harness the power of data and AI. As a trusted partner to over 17 million learners and 6,000+ companies, including 80% of the Fortune 1000 , DataCamp is leading the charge in addressing the critical data and AI skills shortage. About the role We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer who brings real passion, innovation, and entrepreneurial drive to the systems millions of people rely on to learn. You'll take large, ambiguous projects from idea to impact with real autonomy — prototyping, measuring, and iterating in fast feedback loops rather than grinding through tickets. You'll have a strong voice in what gets built and how, partnering closely with Product, Design, and fellow engineers to ship work you're proud of and to sweat the details that make it great. This is an AI-native team, not an AI-curious one. Agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Codex are core to how we work every day, alongside LLMs and AI APIs. We expect engineers to lean on them to prototype faster, raise code quality, and spend more time on the hard problems that matter most for the people we build for. If you’re excited about building great products, shaping the future of how DataCamp builds and ships, and working on systems that operate at scale, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities • Own product or platform projects end-to-end — idea, build, release, measurement, iteration — with the autonomy to make them count. • Shape the technical direction of the systems you work on, from architecture through implementation. • Own the services you ship and keep them scalable, reliable, and observable as they grow — and increasingly, those services are powered by LLMs. • Raise the bar for technical decisions and architecture across scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems, including LLM-powered services. Advocate for high standards in testing, observability, code quality, and long-term engineering excellence • Use data, metrics, and user feedback to decide what to build next. • Grow the engineers around you through mentorship, technical leadership, and thoughtful code review. What are we looking for? • You have 7+ years building software across the stack — experience with our stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React) is a strong plus. • You have start-up or early-stage / small-company experience — you thrive in fast-paced, high-velocity environments and ship quickly. • You have a strong product mindset paired with pragmatism — you understand your users, weigh data and feedback with good taste, and make sharp trade-offs to drive decisions rather than chase perfection • You're AI-native — agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex) are your primary way of working, with 6+ months of daily, hands-on use. You write your own skills, wire up MCP servers, and can show us what you've built with them. • You demonstrate expert knowledge of modern API design and microservices architecture. • You have a track record of taking large, ambiguous problems end to end and independently — both greenfield 01 builds and improving complex existing systems. What’s in it for you? In addition to joining a creative and international start-up, you’ll enjoy: • An exciting job that will offer you technical challenges every day • A competitive salary with fringe benefits • Flexible hours • International company retreats • Learning and development. We encourage continued education through a conference budget and external training. • Modern tooling to do your best work, including agentic AI tools like Claude Code and Codex as part of your everyday workflow. • Working with a great team (everyone says this, but we’re serious—we’re pretty great)

Responsibilities:

• Own product or platform projects end-to-end — idea, build, release, measurement, iteration — with the autonomy to make them count. • Shape the technical direction of the systems you work on, from architecture throug…

Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Robotics & Computer Vision)

Remote ✓
R

Location: Remote / PL Stage: Early-stage startup Product: Robotics automation solutions About the role We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Robotics & Computer Vision) to join the technical team of a startup building cutting-edge automation solutions. Working closely with the CTO & Co-founder, you will own the product's ML core and shape its technical direction as the company scales. To be clear: This is a highly hands-on role, not a corporate, LLM-wrapper, or prompt-engineering position. We are looking for an ML/Deep Learning/Vision practitioner with a strong mathematical background who writes custom training loops, designs architectures (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and optimizes models for edge inference. As a primary builder from day one, your mission is to train deep learning models from scratch, develop robust computer vision pipelines, and integrate these capabilities into a commercially viable, physical robotics product within a high-performing engineering culture. Your responsibilities • Owning the AI/ML/Vision core of the product, working closely with the CTO & Co-founder to align it with the overall technical strategy, • Writing custom training loops, designing and implementing neural network architectures (e.g., in PyTorch), and managing the end-to-end lifecycle from raw data processing to edge deployment, • Building the AI/ML/Vision components of the MVP (managing the end-to-end AI/ML model lifecycle, from architecture design to training and fine-tuning and - where relevant - hardware control interfaces), • Proposing and helping define the AI/ML stack and model architecture, • Monitoring AI, computer vision, and robotics trends to maintain a competitive technological edge, • Working closely with the CTO and, as the team grows, mentoring engineers joining the AI/ML function, • Translating customer feedback and market needs into robust AI/ML technical requirements, • Contributing to an internal culture focused on code quality, ownership, rapid iteration, and high execution standards. Who we are looking for (must-have) • 3+ years of end-to-end Deep Learning experience: From data processing and architecture design to training models from scratch and deep fine-tuning (no API prompting). • Proven track record of engineering advanced Computer Vision systems within the industrial automation sector. • Advanced framework proficiency: Deep understanding of modern DL tools (PyTorch preferred), including writing custom data loaders and loss functions. • Computer Vision expertise: Hands-on background with CNNs, ViTs, object detection, and segmentation. • Solid software engineering foundation: Proven track record of building and shipping ML components in real, production-ready products. • Startup mindset: Pragmatic, analytical, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments where rapid execution beats over-engineered code. • Language skills: Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written). Nice to have • Experience with hardware control/integration of AI models with physical systems (robotics, embedded systems, IoT), • Experience with robotics technologies (ROS/ROS2, simulation environments, control systems), • Experience in robotics automation platforms, cloud-edge architecture, or industrial automation, • Background in deep-tech, robotics, or engineering-driven startups, • Prior leadership experience (Lead Engineer, Tech Lead) is a plus, though not required. What we offer • Key technical role of a robotics startup, with real influence over the AI/ML direction of the product, • Opportunity to build the AI/ML core of a robotics startup from scratch, • Remuneration: at least PLN 18 000 net B2B + VAT, • Equity/incentive package as the company and role grow, • Support from an experienced startup studio and capital group, • Access to industry experts and startup-building know-how, • Fast decision-making and a high-impact environment. Red Sky is conducting this recruitment process. The cooperation concerns a newly established start-up. Recruitment process • Tech Interview (~ 60 min.) • Technical assignment • Discussion of the technical task • Interview with the Investor (~45 min) • Agreeing on the terms of cooperation (remuneration)
