We are Fides Fides, a LegalTech company founded in Munich and Berlin, is on a mission to enable good governance globally. Our AI-powered platform helps multinational companies manage their corporate governance across more than 100 jurisdictions, streamlining entity and board management with built-in legal logic tailored to local requirements. In 2025, Fides was acquired by LegalOn, a pioneer in Legal AI used by over 8,000 in-house legal teams worldwide. Together, we are building the next generation of governance and legal technology, helping global enterprises manage governance workflows with unprecedented speed, accuracy, and compliance. Backed by experienced founders and strong international traction, we are now scaling our team to the US to bring our technology to companies around the world. Your mission We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape and scale Fides across EMEA, Japan, and the US . Fides helps legal and corporate teams manage company information, ownership structures, and governance workflows—from board meetings and resolutions to documents and signatures. We make complex legal work easier to navigate, with AI creating new opportunities to simplify everyday tasks. Now part of LegalOn , a global legal technology company, Fides retains a dedicated product and engineering team. We combine the ownership and fast decision-making of a focused startup team with the reach and resources of an international organization. You will work closely with the Head of Product, engineering, and colleagues across the business to understand customer problems, set priorities, and turn ideas into useful, well-designed features. We welcome both experienced product managers and lawyers with relevant domain expertise who want to move into product management. What matters is your ability to understand complex problems, make sound decisions, and work with a team to deliver solutions. What You’ll Do • Own product initiatives from discovery to launch: speak with customers, explore problems, define solutions, and follow through on delivery and adoption. • Turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences: translate legal and business needs into clear requirements, working closely with engineering to make thoughtful trade-offs. • Help shape our roadmap: contribute to product strategy and prioritization alongside the Head of Product, balancing customer value, business impact, and development effort. • Explore practical applications of AI: identify where AI can improve legal work, test ideas, and help evaluate the usefulness and reliability of solutions. • Collaborate across the business: work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on customer insights, positioning, launches, and product adoption. • Learn from results: use customer feedback and product data to assess whether improvements solve the intended problem and decide what comes next. • Improve how we work: help develop product practices that support a growing international business while keeping the team pragmatic and adaptable. Your profile • One of two backgrounds: • Product management: typically 3+ years of experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or another domain with complex workflows. • Legal practice: experience as a lawyer, ideally in corporate law, governance, or an in-house legal team, with a clear motivation to move into product. You may have less formal PM experience, but can demonstrate how you have improved processes, introduced technology, or helped deliver digital solutions. • Practical exposure to AI: you have used AI tools meaningfully in your work, experimented with LLMs, or contributed to an AI-related initiative. You are curious about their potential and thoughtful about their limitations. • A hands-on approach: you take initiative, test assumptions, and turn ambiguous problems into concrete next steps. • Strong analytical judgment: you can break down complex requirements, weigh competing priorities, and explain your decisions. • Clear communication and collaboration: you can connect customer, business, and technical perspectives and work effectively with engineering. • Customer focus and commercial awareness: you care about solving real problems and understand how product decisions contribute to business outcomes. • Experience with prototyping, workflow automation, or developing AI-powered features is a plus. Languages • English + German: professional fluency required (C1+) Benefits Flexibility & Wellbeing • Remote-first setup with a cozy HQ in Munich (Luisenstraße 51) and an office in Berlin (Schönhauser Allee 180) • 30 vacation days • Flexible working hours • Urban Sports Club or Wellpass membership • Company offsites and regular team events, online and in person Growth & Impact • Personal training and development opportunities • Meaningful ownership and direct impact on an international legal tech product • A focused product and engineering team with close …

An Introduction to Primer Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments. We give finance and payments teams the visibility and control to reduce complexity, improve performance, and capture more revenue - all from a single platform. Backed by Sofina, Peak XV Partners, ICONIQ, Tencent, Accel, and Balderton, we're building the payments layer the world's best companies rely on. Watch our showcase > https://primer.io/the-primer-showcase Read up on our $100m Series C https://www.primer.io/blog/series-c Learn more about our culture > https://primer.io/careers Which team will you be joining? You're joining our Product Marketing team that owns product positioning, launch strategy, and market adoption for Primer's core product lines. We operate as strategic partners embedded in each major domain, working alongside Product and Sales leadership to define how our products win in market. Our PMMs own end-to-end strategy and execution for a significant product area, which means your work gets seen, shaped, and acted on by senior leadership from day one. You'll report to our Product Marketing Lead and work directly with product leads, marketing leads and senior stakeholders across the business. What will you be doing? Core Focus: This is an individual contributor (IC) role providing end-to-end product marketing support for our newly built Partners team. This role needs attention to detail, creativity, and boldness to build out the product's market presence. • Own the Partner marketing engine: Driving go-to-market launches from strategy to execution, collaborating closely with the broader marketing team. • Work with Partner PMs and Commercial Teams to define target audiences and craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Primer's Partner capabilities in the market. • Translate technical products into messaging that lands with both partners and the merchants who benefit from them. • Synthesise partner and merchant feedback, sales signals, and market research into a coherent strategic perspective that shapes both messaging and GTM approach. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data to optimise strategies and achieve business goals. What we're looking for: Must-haves: • 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing or product marketing experience, , with a track record of launching and growing successful B2B products. • Comfort turning technical product detail into messaging a non-technical buyer or partner wants to read. • Ability to conduct targeted competitive and buyer research and turn it into specific recommendations. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experiment-minded, taking full ownership of outcomes and driving work with minimal oversight. Nice-to-haves: • Background in payments, fintech, or infrastructure products (or willingness to build that domain knowledge quickly) • Creative judgment - you can brief teams and agencies authoritatively and push for sharper, more unexpected ideas • Experience marketing in a two-sided marketplace, balancing distinct value propositions for supply-side and demand-side audiences Why you may not like it here: • We move fast. A Tier 1 launch plan that takes months to build is too slow. You'll be making calls on strategy, sequencing, and messaging trade-offs on tighter timelines. • All roles at Primer involve hands-on execution to drive maximum impact. If you want to set direction and hand off delivery to someone else, this might not be the fit. • You'll work alongside sharp, opinionated stakeholders in sales and product who will pressure-test your ideas. The best PMMs here treat that pushback as a chance to sharpen their thinking with data, not as a hurdle to clear before moving on. A TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS • An initial intro call with a Talent Partner • An interview with the Hiring Manager • Challenge Stage - Contextualised to the role • A final, values-alignment interview WHAT'S THE CULTURE LIKE AT PRIMER? We're building a culture where people can do their best work and be proud of the impact they have. You'll be working with people who are mission-driven, smart, and reflective, and who are genuinely invested in building exceptional products and delivering success for our merchants. We work remotely, and have done since day one. We believe that building a successful, profitable company goes beyond proximity. We invest in our relationships through great remote working practices and thoughtfully designed face-to-face time, including workations, our annual company retreat, and access to co-working spaces across most major cities. The work is challenging. Scaleups are a challenge, and building category-defining products is a challenge. But there's a meaningful difference between a challenge and a struggle. At Primer, the right challenge …
