Technical Implementation Lead

Remote ✓EN
E

About Easyship: Easyship is one of the world’s leading multi-carrier shipping software, built to make global eCommerce borderless. Since 2014, we’ve been on a mission to democratise logistics by removing the “black box” of international shipping costs and complexities. Trusted by over 100,000 brands, our platform provides a single “mission control” for global trade, offering access to 550+ courier services across 200+ destinations. We are an award-winning, global team (Forbes 30 Under 30, TechInAsia’s Best Startup) with offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and beyond. We’re growing fast, we value transparency, and we genuinely enjoy building the infrastructure that powers modern commerce. If you’re ready to solve complex problems at scale, we’d love to have you join us. Who We’re Looking For: As we move upmarket, more of our enterprise customers are integrating with Easyship through our API, custom apps, and tailored builds. We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Lead to own those implementations end to end, from pre-sale discovery and a signed Statement of Work (SoW) through to go-live, volume migration, and handover. This is a technical role first. You’ll be the go-to expert on the Easyship API for customers, Sales, and internal teams, you’ll steer them to one clear solution, and you’ll partner with our Solutions Developers to deliver it. You’ll sit in our Implementation Services team, within Client Services. What would you be responsible for: • Leading technical discovery with Enterprise/Strategic Sales, mapping customer systems (eCommerce platforms, ERP, OMS, WMS), data flows, and constraints to validate product fit. • Owning the solution design for each implementation (architecture, endpoints, webhooks, authentication, data mapping) and bringing customers to agreement on one clear recommendation. • Scoping and signing off the SoW for every deal that needs API, custom app, or customisation work. Each SoW covers deliverables, go-live date, forecast shipment volume, and support terms. • Resolving technical questions from customers and internal teams before the sale and during implementation, including reproducing issues in Postman or Insomnia and finding the root cause in requests, responses, and logs. • Leading technical kick-offs and calls with customers’ technical teams and senior stakeholders. • Partnering with Solutions Developers to align on scope and design, unblock questions during the build, and confirm delivery matches the SoW. • Managing several implementations at once, from signature to go-live and volume migration, and tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests. • Owning implementation escalations, including recovery plans where shipment volume falls short of forecast. • Leading structured handovers to the CSM and Customer Support. • Maintaining clear governance on custom builds: what’s supported, at what cost, and a register of builds in production. • Turning recurring questions into documentation, and feeding product gaps to Product and Engineering with a clear business case. You Might Be a Good Fit If: • You have 5+ years in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or a similar technical customer-facing role, including implementations for an enterprise SaaS product. • You have expert, hands-on command of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns, including authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, SSO, API keys). • You’re fluent with JSON, data mapping, and SQL, and confident using Postman or Insomnia. • You’re a structured troubleshooter across HTTP status codes, rate limits, error handling, retries, and logs. • You understand how eCommerce platforms, ERPs, and warehouse systems integrate with shipping services. • You’re confident with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders, and you form a recommendation and bring people with you. • You have experience writing SoWs, running multiple implementations at once, and holding scope and pricing boundaries. • You use AI effectively: you review agent-generated work and translate it into plain language. • You have excellent technical documentation skills and strong written and verbal English. • Bonus: Python or JavaScript; logistics or eCommerce experience; Shopify, Squarespace, Celigo, or Zapier implementations; prior Easyship experience. What we bring to the table as an employer: • Generous remuneration and stock units • We reimburse gym and wellness expenses so you can invest in your health • The freedom to ‘Work from Anywhere’ for 4 weeks in a year • Generous vacation policy, plus duvet days and mental health days to truly recharge How we value inclusion in our recruitment practices: Easyship is an equal opportunity employer. We make all employment decisions—recruiting, hiring, pay, benefits, training, promotion, leave, and separation—based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. ABOUT ELEVENLABS ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. HOW WE WORK • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. WHAT WE OFFER • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. ABOUT THE ROLE The Music team owns music and sound effects end to end at ElevenLabs. We turn research breakthroughs into APIs and creative tools, from the backend systems that bring in new models to the interfaces creators use inside ElevenCreative. Five new research engineers have just joined the music research group, and models for stem separation and MIDI transcription are in progress. You’ll join as a Full-Stack Engineer with a backend lean. You’ll work with research and research engineering to bring model improvements into production, and build and run the APIs behind them. You’ll also sync with go-to-market to decide which features, including bespoke enterprise ones, get built next. Occasionally you’ll join customer calls when a customer wants someone technical. Engineers act as PMs. You’ll be handed ambiguous goals and expected to break them down. That means working through the legal questions, choosing the engineering approach, and planning the launch with growth. Models set the limits, so you’ll design systems that let a better model be swapped in later. Engineering is often only half the job. Requirements • A strong Full-Stack Engineer with a backend lean. You’ve built and shipped production APIs and backend systems. • A product decomposition mindset. You’ve taken a vague goal, weighed trade-offs and shipped without analysis paralysis. • Proactive ownership. You drive work end to end without a ticket board or someone assigning tasks. • Comfortable working across research, legal, safety, growth, design and enterprise customers. • Genuinely excited about music and AI. You’re the kind of person who prototypes ideas for fun and pushes the good ones into production. Bonus: music or audio experience (even as a hobby), or experience shipping ML models into production. Location This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe or on the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in Central European timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York and Warsaw. LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

ABOUT THE ROLE ElevenMusic is a consumer music app where music is the core product: a place to listen, create, remix and share. We’re looking for a Mobile Engineer to own ElevenMusic across iOS and Android, and to make mobile a driver of the product rather than a downstream port of web features. You’ll build for musicians and creatives, think in systems as well as screens, and work with high autonomy and a high bar for taste. Requirements • Shipped a well-designed, production mobile app that real users love, and can show us what you owned. • Strong systems thinking across mobile and backend. We’re framework-agnostic (Swift UI or Kotlin Jetpack Compose), but expect you to work across iOS and Android. • Exceptional product taste and a clear view on what makes a mobile experience great. • Highly self-directed: you turn loose directions into shipped work and own the outcome. Bonus: musical interest or intuition. Open-source or GitHub contributions. The team works in its own environment, separate from the main org, and is agent-first with fast CI, so ideas reach users within a day or two. You’ll own features end to end, from spotting the problem to shipping the product and the backend behind it. Most of what you build is new, in a space where few companies are working with AI and music, so there’s no playbook. You’ll define the problem yourself, test ideas with real users, and work alongside research engineering to turn model capabilities into things people love using. People Operations (m/f/d) - Master's Thesis 'AI-based Feedback Systems'

Remote ✓EN
G

The Basics Feedback is one of the most valuable things a team can give each other, and one of the hardest to get right. Too generic, too late, or never written down at all. We want to find out how AI can help people give better, more timely feedback, without taking the human out of it. That's where your master thesis comes in. Giant Swarm is a leading open-source infrastructure management platform used by modern enterprises worldwide. We've been fully remote for 10+ years, which means a lot of our collaboration and feedback happens in writing. That makes us a real-world lab for your research. Your Job • Research the current state of AI-supported feedback in organisations: what works, what doesn't, and where the ethical lines are. • Analyse how feedback currently flows at Giant Swarm and where people get stuck. • Design and build a working prototype of an AI-based feedback system. • Test and evaluate your prototype with real users in our remote team. • Treat data privacy, transparency, and trust as core parts of the design, not as an afterthought. What We Offer • A paid master thesis. • A real research question with real users and direct access to our People team. • Two company supervisors: Anna, our VP People, and one of our engineers, alongside your university supervisor. • Insights into how a fully remote, organised company works day to day. • Remote work, flexible start date, and flexible duration. • Thesis can be written in English or German. Requirements • Currently enrolled in a master's programme in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Organisational Psychology or a related field. • Strong interest in AI and how it changes the way people work together. • You enjoy working with no-code and AI tools. • Good analytical skills and experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently in a remote team. • Location: enrolled in Germany. Salary Information Compensation of €1,000 per month for the duration of your thesis.

Full Stack Software Engineer - SQL Console

Remote ✓EN
C

About the SQL Console Team The SQL Console team operates with a great degree of autonomy inside ClickHouse, building the rich web interfaces, interactive query environments, data visualization dashboards, and dynamic AI agents that developers use daily to interact with ClickHouse Cloud. We solve extreme UI performance and scalability challenges that only a handful of tech companies in the world ever reach. We are builder-first, heavily leverage modern AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude, and give engineers end-to-end product ownership. What You Will Do • Build highly interactive React web applications, developer tools, and IDE extensions handling real-time, high-throughput data streaming. • Optimize frontend rendering performance, state management, and DOM virtualization for large-scale datasets and complex visualizations. • Write high-performance Node.js / Express services when API, data streaming, or backend optimizations are required. • Act with a founder mindset: take ambiguous product problems, architect clean solutions, and ship maintainable code with high autonomy. • Leverage modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude, Codex) as force multipliers to ship features rapidly. What We Are Looking For • React Architecture Depth: Deep expertise in building complex, state-heavy web applications in React (Zustand, Redux, TanStack Query, or Context API). • Rendering & Data Viz Performance: Proven ability to handle high-volume data rendering using DOM virtualization (react-window), Canvas/D3.js, or memoization techniques. • Full Stack Comfort (Node.js): Strong hands-on experience writing asynchronous Node.js / Express microservices and streaming APIs. • Founder / Builder Mindset: Previous experience as a startup founder, side-project creator, or early engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments without rigid specifications. Nice to Haves • Experience building VS Code extensions, web-based IDEs, query editors (Monaco), or developer tools. • Hands-on experience with ClickHouse or columnar real-time databases. PERKS • Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries. • Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare. • Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options. • Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries. • A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee. • Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites. CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture. Are you interested in finding out more about our culture?
