What is Amplemarket all about? Amplemarket's premise is that a lot of the playbooks used by B2B sales teams that worked 5 years ago don't cut it anymore. In today's environment, sales teams need to have a tremendous amount of information about their prospects to decide when is the best moment and channel to reach out in the most relevant way. You can't do this with 5 different data/sales enablement point solutions that don't share the same data schema and barely communicate with each other. Amplemarket is the all-in-one compound solution that enables this. Our AI-powered sales platform helps B2B companies generate more opportunities thanks to our advanced lead generation engine, hyper-personalized sequencing, omnichannel outreach, and AI-powered smart actions. We are backed by Y Combinator, and we are powering the sales teams at some of the fastest-growing companies in the world like Deel, Moveworks, H1 and Vanta. Important Notice: Beware of Recruitment Scams It has come to our attention that there are fraudulent activities targeting job seekers, where individuals are impersonating Amplemarket by using fake profiles, domains, and emails. Please be informed that Amplemarket always uses our main domain (amplemarket.com) for all hiring and recruitment purposes. Any communication or offer not originating from an amplemarket.com email address should be regarded as suspicious. • We will never request personal financial information (such as bank account details) during the initial application or interview process. • Our hiring process does not involve transferring money or making payments of any kind to secure a position. Amplemarket is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of job scams or fraudulent activity by third parties misusing our company name. If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of a job opportunity with Amplemarket, please contact our HR department directly. We advise you to verify the authenticity of any job-related communications claiming to be from Amplemarket. If you have any concerns or doubts, please contact us directly through our official channels. Your security is our priority. Thank you for your vigilance and understanding. As our Head of Legal & Compliance, you will be the owner of how we handle data, how our dialer and AI calling work, and how we get through enterprise legal and security reviews. This is a build-from-scratch role, and you'll do it as part of the product conversation rather than after it. The Role As our Head of Legal & Compliance, you will be the owner of how we handle data, how our dialer and AI calling work, and how we get through enterprise legal and security reviews. This is a build-from-scratch role, and you'll do it as part of the product conversation rather than after it. What you’ll do • Dialer & AI Calling Compliance • Own our TCPA position and the state telemarketing statutes that stack on top of it — consent, DNC, call recording, and the disclosure rules around AI-generated voice • Partner with Product and Engineering on how consent and suppression are actually enforced in the platform, not just documented • Manage a specialist TCPA firm on retainer, deciding what we escalate and what we handle in-house • Privacy & Data Sourcing • Own the privacy program end to end — GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and the expanding US state patchwork, DSARs, opt-outs and data broker registration • Own where our data comes from and on what basis: supplier diligence, lawful basis, legitimate interest assessments, DPIAs and transfer impact assessments • Hold the DPO designation and set our approach to AI governance as we ship more agentic features • Commercial & Enterprise Legal • Draft and negotiate customer and vendor contracts, DPAs and everything around them • Own enterprise security and privacy reviews and take them off the critical path of a deal • Be the person our customers' counsel talks to, and make that a reason we win rather than a reason things stall • Product Partnership • Sit in roadmap planning and shape what we build, rather than reviewing it afterwards • Turn regulatory constraints into clear product requirements the team can act on • Flag what's coming early enough to design for it, and tell the difference between a real constraint and a cautious read that costs us speed Who you are • 8+ years combining law firm and in-house experience, qualified to practise in the US • Deep, hands-on privacy experience — GDPR and CCPA/CPRA as tools you've used, not topics you've read about • Proven experience advising product and engineering teams, and comfort being in the room when technical decisions get made • Track record of building a legal or compliance function from scratch, with the judgment to know what to formalize and what to leave alone • Strong, direct communication — much of this job is making regulatory constraints legible to people who don't read statutes • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments, …

The most important basics – so we both know if it could work. • 100% remote: This role is generally available 100% remote within the EU or UK. If you'd still love to work from one of our offices in Cologne, Berlin or London - you're more than welcome. • Experience: You bring 6-8 years of experience in software engineering and data engineering. • Languages: You speak English fluently - German is a big plus. • Startup spirit: You'd rather shape things than just tick boxes - even when that means figuring stuff out without a finished roadmap. What you'll do - your playing field This is how you move our mission forward every day. • Data Pipelines: You build and maintain data pipelines for automated data collection, structured so that new sources and markets can be added quickly. • Algorithms: You develop algorithms to extract relevant information from websites and images. • Data Quality: You ensure data quality through validation, confidence levels, monitoring, and clean handovers internally and to partners. • Data Infrastructure: You manage and further develop the data infrastructure of the Teamwear area. • Technical Point of Contact: You act as the second technical point of contact for the Teamwear area. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also: • Internal Tools: You develop internal tools that enable the team to collect and correct data themselves. • Analytics & Reports: You create analytics and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners. What you bring to the team We're not looking for a perfect CV. But you should recognise yourself in these points. • Broad Technical Skillset: You move between data pipelines, backend and some frontend, and are not afraid of AI or image analysis. • Data Automation: You have experience with automated data pipelines, web scraping and image processing. • Databases & Data Modelling: You have expertise in databases and data modelling. • Independent Working: You work independently, even when there is no second engineer in the room and the context comes from business teams. • Fast Learner: You quickly get familiar with unfamiliar domains and ask the right questions along the way. • 80/20 Mindset: You know when fast and good enough is the right approach and when the data needs to be 100% accurate because a decision is based on it. • Data Quality: You care about details when it comes to data quality and make uncertainties explicit. • Data-Driven Thinking: You don't stop at analysing the data. You identify what is in the data, what it means and what we should look at next - even if nobody asked. • Engineering Practice: You write clean, maintainable code and follow good engineering practices such as testing and code reviews. • Tools: Python, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Grafana, Metabase, Pulumi, Kubernetes, AWS, LLM APIs Good to know We want you to know what this role really looks like from day one. • If you are looking for clearly defined tickets, a large engineering team and a finished tech stack, this role is probably not for you. • You will work largely as a team of two within Engineering. Most of your day-to-day work will be with business people, not engineers. • You have two connections: technically to Engineering and on the content side to the Teamwear team. This gives you a lot of freedom and means you need to set your own priorities. • A large part of the role is data collection and data quality, rather than greenfield ML. The exciting part is turning messy, real-world sources into reliable data. • The area is new. There is no finished setup for you to work with - you will help build it. • AI-first: We work AI-first, and AI tools are an active part of our workflow. Bonus Not a must - but this'll definitely earn you extra points. • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes or IaC (Pulumi/Terraform). You can also learn this with us. • Experience presenting and preparing data for non-technical audiences. • A personal connection to amateur football. The Prematch Setup We want you to love joining us - and still love being part of the team a long time from now. • Be part of it from the start – Shape how Prematch grows and transforms amateur football. • Competitive salary – You’ll be paid fairly and transparently. • Employee participation (VSOP) - directly benefit from the company’s success. …

Account Executive

ABOUT ENODE The grid was built for predictable, centralised power. Today it's absorbing intermittent supply from grid scale solar and wind, alongside dynamic demand from EVs, heat pumps, and home batteries. The missing piece is software that can connect and orchestrate these devices at scale. Enode https://enode.com provides the infrastructure layer that makes this possible. Our Connect https://enode.com/connect API gives energy companies a single integration to 1000+ devices across 80+ brands. Our optimisation https://enode.com/optimize tooling gives energy companies the building blocks to manage those devices locally - think smart charging for EVs. Our Flex https://enode.com/flex product turns those connected devices into a flexible, controllable asset for energy companies. We work with device manufacturers across the energy hardware ecosystem - from EV brands to heat pump and solar inverter producers. Our customers are energy retailers, utilities, and traders building the next generation of energy services. We're backed by Y Combinator, Lowercarbon Capital, and Creandum. The decisions made now will shape how the energy system gets built. We're looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and care deeply about the role technology can play in the energy transition. AI IS FUNDAMENTAL TO HOW WE WORK AI is how a team our size keeps rewiring the way we work, fast enough to match what our mission demands. We look for people who reach for AI as a reflex and who can drop a habit that used to work. People who care about unblocking others, not just about what they ship themselves. If that's not quite how you work yet but it's the direction you're heading, we'd still like to hear from you. We assess this in our interview process, alongside everything else we look at. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We're hiring an Account Executive to close enterprise deals with energy retailers, and turn their customers EVs, heat pumps and batteries into flexible capacity the grid can actually use. Every retailer in Europe knows they need to do this. Very few have done it yet. The distance between a board approving a smart charging proposition and a customer plugging in at three in the morning because the price is low is where this role sits, and it gets closed by someone who can carry the commercial case and the technical one in the same conversation. Six months from now, this seat should mean every qualified opportunity in your markets has one person accountable for it, and the pattern of what actually wins is written down rather than held in someone's head. You'll report to Enode's VP of Revenue, who leads sales, customer success, customer engineering, marketing and partnerships. You'll join a team of account executives, working alongside customer success on the accounts you win and directly with our customer engineering managers through technical validation on every deal. You will carry a number and shape how we sell at the same time. There is more room to influence the motion here than at a company where it is already settled, and more expectation that you will use it. In this role, you will: • Own scoping, technical validation, negotiation and contracting for energy retailers and strategic accounts for your segment, and carry the number. • Become the person a Head of Product or Head of Innovation at a energy retailer calls before they have a formal project, because you understand their proposition and their market better than they expect from a vendor. • Map the full stakeholder landscape on every live deal, including the champions nobody introduces you to. Retailers buy this through a committee that spans product, IT, trading and procurement. • Build the case that makes a slow buyer move: what the alternative costs them, where a different approach falls short, why this budget cycle rather than the next one. • Scope a use case across Connect, our optimisation tooling and Flex without needing an engineer in the room, and know exactly when to pull a customer engineering manager in. • Run technical validation with your customer engineering counterpart, from the first sandbox conversation to an integration the customer trusts in production. • Turn your own wins into the materials, sequences and objection handling the rest of the team reuses, so the second deal of a given shape is faster than the first. THIS ROLE WILL BE RIGHT FOR YOU, IF: You have closed technical B2B deals with a real cycle, six months rather than six weeks, and you can name the specific things you did that moved them forward. You are more curious about how a customer's business works than about your own pitch, which is why you can hold a conversation about tariff design or device coverage without reaching for a demo. You are not put off by the fact that the playbook does not exist yet, because you would rather write it than inherit it. You do not need to have sold into energy before, but you should be able to say why you want …
