AI Product Operations Lead

Remote ✓EN
T

Who we are Typeform is a refreshingly different form builder. We help over 150,000 businesses collect the data they need with forms, surveys, and quizzes that people enjoy. Designed to look striking and feel effortless to fill out, Typeform drives 500 million responses every year—and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot. Typeform is fully remote by design. For this role, we can hire candidates based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Portugal or The Netherlands About the team Product Operations sits at the center of how our Product and wider R&D teams work. We help create the systems, practices, and connections that allow teams to focus on solving the right problems and delivering great products. AI is becoming an increasingly important part of that work. Across R&D, teams are already experimenting with tools like Glean and Claude, building automations, testing agents, and finding new ways to use AI throughout the product development lifecycle. The opportunity now is to turn that energy into something more systematic. That's where you come in. About the role We're looking for an AI Product Operations Lead to build and operate the internal AI Operations capability for R&D. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take an ambiguous opportunity and turn it into a reliable, adopted solution. You'll help us identify the highest-value problems AI can solve, understand how people work today, design the right solution, build or coordinate its delivery, and then stay accountable for how it performs after launch. One day, you might be working with a team to understand a frustrating workflow and deciding whether a simple prompt, automation, integration, agent, or internal app is the right answer. The next, you could be improving an existing AI workflow, testing its reliability, helping coordinate access to an enterprise AI tool, or working with IT and InfoSec to make sure a new solution can scale responsibly. You'll own the connective layer between AI strategy and day-to-day execution across R&D. This isn't a role for someone who only wants to prototype prompts, manage project plans, or write requirements. We're looking for someone who enjoys combining systems thinking, AI fluency, user discovery, technical execution, and operational ownership—and who wants to see things through. You'll report to our VP of Product Operations and work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, IT, InfoSec, and other AI practitioners across Typeform. What you'll do • Build and continuously improve our backlog of AI opportunities across R&D, helping teams identify, prioritize, and sequence the jobs where AI can have the greatest impact. • Take ambiguous problems from initial discovery through to delivery: understand the user and workflow, explore options and trade-offs, design the right system, build or coordinate implementation, test, document, launch, measure, and improve. • Design simple, AI-native solutions that fit naturally into how people work. You'll know when a prompt is enough—and when the problem calls for a workflow, integration, agent, database, or custom application. • Help R&D get more value from enterprise AI tools such as Glean and Claude, partnering with IT and InfoSec on areas including access, configuration, connectors, enablement, and support. • Own the lifecycle of the AI systems within your portfolio, including automations, skills, agents, and internal web applications. • Establish practical approaches to evaluation, testing, reliability, observability, security, and maintenance—using evidence and feedback to improve systems over time. • Partner with teams across R&D to uncover needs, unblock delivery, clarify ownership, and bring the right experts into the work. • Help run and evolve our R&D AI governance and enablement practices, giving leaders better visibility into active work, risks, adoption, and outcomes. • Participate in Typeform's broader AI governance efforts as an R&D contributor. • Work with Finance and other partners to improve visibility into AI tool usage, spend, and value, helping inform investment decisions. • Explore and support the development of autonomous agents that can improve how we plan, discover, design, build, evaluate, and manage work across the product development lifecycle. What you'll bring • Strong practical experience applying AI to real-world problems—not just experimenting with models, but building solutions that people actually use. • A track record of taking ambiguous problems from discovery through implementation, testing, adoption, and ongoing improvement. • Excellent systems thinking. You can understand how people, processes, tools, data flows, integrations, permissions, and technical constraints fit together—and make thoughtful trade-offs between different approaches. • Strong user and workflow discovery skills. You know how to get beyond the initial request, understand the real job to be done, and …

Reporting & Cross-Functional Alignment • Deliver weekly and monthly status updates to Business Applications leadership, Finance, and Sales covering channel activity, launch status, and fulfillment health. • Build and maintain operational dashboards (Looker / Snowflake / Google Sheets) tracking marketplace GMV, private offer turnaround times, fulfillment SLAs, and entitlement activation rates. • Partner with Finance as the primary operational point-of-contact for order reconciliation, entitlement provisioning, and period-close data requirements. • Collaborate with Sales to provide marketplace deal analytics and fulfillment visibility that support pipeline reviews and forecasting. • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring operations: listing updates, promo setups, refund processing, and license provisioning. Required: • 2+ years in a business analysis, systems analysis, or as a marketplace operations analyst in B2B sales sphere • Strong written communication skills: ability to author BRDs, SOPs, status reports, and stakeholder updates independently and on time. • Proficiency using Jira for agile sprint/task tracking and Confluence for technical documentation and SOPs. • Flexibles Arbeiten: 30 Urlaubstage und Vertrauensarbeitszeit („Come as you are“). • Zusatzleistungen: Firmenkreditkarte inkl. Spesentool sowie Edenred City Karte (50 € monatlich). • Weiterentwicklung: Fachzertifikate (z. B. CKA, Cloud- und IAM-Zertifizierungen), Leadership- und Soft-Skill-Trainings, Zugang zu LinkedIn Learning und Udemy. • Karrierepfade: Individuelle Entwicklung, z. Dann bewirb dich jetzt.

Senior Product Designer (TinyMCE)

With software used by millions of developers, and thousands of products worldwide, Tiny creates some of the world's most popular open source software. Most developers would be familiar with TinyMCE, the flexible open source rich text editor used by companies such as Atlassian, Accelo, Drift and more. We are part of Tiugo Technologies, a launchpad for new developer platforms, helping software companies accelerate growth, increase operating efficiency and scale their business. Tiugo contains a suite of brands which are API-first, market-leading developer platforms focused on content creation and digital collaboration. Tiugo’s current family of brands include CKEditor, TinyMCE, ButterCMS and Uploadcare. Together our products have powered millions of software applications and websites. Enabling content and communication in everything from Microsoft to NASA, you might not know our name, but you’ve probably used our software. Your role: As the Senior Product Designer for TinyMCE, your work will have a direct impact on millions of users all over the world, literally. As a member of the TinyMCE product team, you will be involved throughout the development journey, from identifying the problems or opportunities to defining and designing the solution. You will be responsible for core design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs, but also the broader experience for users, developers, and customers, for example how the editor should behave or if there are best practices that should be followed. TinyMCE is a widely used component that is integrated into customers' web apps. The design work is often highly functional, almost architectural, with a strong emphasis on research, usability, and user experience for all types of end-users. Empathy for both developers implementing TinyMCE and their end users is a must. You will partner closely with engineers from early exploration through release, using a strong understanding of modern web capabilities and constraints to assess feasibility, navigate technical tradeoffs, and ensure the shipped experience matches the design intent. You do not need to write production code, but you should be comfortable discussing complex implementation details, including HTML, CSS, accessibility, keyboard and focus behavior, and component architecture. You will also help maintain and evolve the TinyMCE design system across design and code. Tiny is a fully remote organization with team members in a dozen different countries across multiple continents. We emphasize communication skills. You must communicate design briefs, documentation, and ideas clearly in written or video form in English. Key responsibilities: • Own cross-functional design initiatives from discovery to delivery, partnering with product management to frame problems and shape design requirements • Validate design directions through prototyping, critique, and stakeholder feedback • Drive alignment and tradeoff decisions with product, engineering, and design peers • Continuously improve interaction patterns, accessibility, and consistency across the editor and its features • Partner directly with engineers on feasibility and constraints, and follow designs through implementation to ensure the shipped result matches design intent • Maintain and evolve the TinyMCE design system, from design source through its implementation in code • Proactively identify experience gaps through customer feedback and research into industry trends and competitors, and propose improvements
