GEOINT Analyst, Scams

BUILD A SAFER WORLD. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. ABOUT THE ROLE The Scam Disruption team is TRM's tip of the spear against pig butchering syndicates, romance fraud networks, and investment scam operations that steal billions from victims each year. As a GEOINT Analyst, you’ll be the team's location specialist: finding where scam compounds are, who is operating them, and how they move, then turning that picture into intelligence law enforcement partners can act on. THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE • Locate and map scam compounds, people, and devices • Fuse intelligence with on-chain attribution and OSINT to identify operators and controllers • Find the seams: pivot from a single address, IP, photo, or victim lead to the compound and the people running it • Partner with the Threat Intelligence Analyst (Scams Expert), the CTI Analyst, and the All-Source Lead to translate disruption strategy into targeting packages that influence law enforcement and government action WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 3 to 5 years of hands-on GEOINT experience: military, IC, law enforcement, or a GEOINT/OSINT firm • Works beyond the government toolkit: you can get answers from open-source and commercial tools when classified systems and data aren't available • Creative tactical thinking — demonstrated ability to pivot from a single point to a network view, identifying operators behind operations • Link and pattern analysis fluency — ability to correlate disparate data sources to generate defensible target packages • Clear written and verbal communication: you can explain your methods, your confidence, and your own role in plain terms, and write memos, attribution write-ups, and leads that are actionable • AI fluency (required) — you use AI tools in your workflow, synthesizing data, drafting outputs, and accelerating analysis, with examples of how AI has impacted your work • Crypto experience is a plus, not a requirement — we teach on-chain tradecraft; we cannot teach the targeter's instinct • Familiarity with Southeast Asia scam compounds or Chinese-run criminal networks is a plus • Location: remote in the UK, EMEA, or US (including Washington, DC). You must already have the right to work where you're based. ABOUT THE TEAM • The Scam Disruption team operates within TRM’s Blockchain Intelligence organization, alongside threat intelligence analysts, on-chain investigators, and federal partners • All-Source Investigators are the operational core, converting strategy and tooling into prosecutable, actionable intelligence • Distributed team with an async-first approach via Slack and Notion, plus structured syncs for alignment • High autonomy, high standards, low bureaucracy — work directly with analysts, engineers, and customers who depend on your output TEAM OPERATING RHYTHMS • Weekly team syncs to align targeting priorities and review disruption opportunities • Daily async standups via Slack on active work, returns, and target packages in flight • Primary time zone overlap: US Eastern / Central • All output documented in Notion and TRM’s investigative tools • Surge availability expected during time-sensitive disruption windows APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS If you’re interested in joining TRM, we encourage you to apply directly. Every application is reviewed by our Talent team. Before applying, review the job description carefully and highlight the experience and impact that best demonstrate the required qualifications. Please also provide thoughtful and accurate answers to the application questions, as these will be used to evaluate your skills and qualifications for the role. If you send your resume directly to someone at TRM, we can’t guarantee it will reach the appropriate hiring team. Applying directly is the best way to ensure your application will be considered. INTERVIEWING WITH TRM Our process is designed to understand how you think, solve problems, and deliver impact, while allowing you to evaluate TRM. Most interview processes include a case study, an AI skills assessment, and a Leadership Principles interview. • Recruiter Intro: Qualifications, motivations, and alignment with the role. • Hiring Manager: Deep dive into your relevant experience, skills, and impact. • First Round: 1–2 interviews focused on the skills most critical to the role. • Final Round: Hands-on case study. This is usually a panel-style session where we go deeper into your craft, problem-solving, and alignment with TRM. • References: Former colleagues who can provide insight into your work and impact. • Offer: Congrats! Your recruiter will present the offer and …

Every day, thousands of people rely on Canals to help process orders, manage purchasing, handle accounts payable, and streamline critical business workflows. We're a profitable, rapidly growing company with a team of roughly 140 people distributed across North and South America. We care deeply about building great products, hiring exceptional people, and creating an environment where talented individuals can do the best work of their careers. THE ROLE We’re hiring an Implementation Engineer for ERP integrations to help customers connect their ERP systems — including Eclipse, P21, and Infor — with Canals. You’ll play a central role in onboarding and implementation: configuring integrations, validating data flows, and becoming an expert in how Canals interacts with distributor ERPs. You’ll support customers both pre-sale and post-sale, joining technical discovery calls when ERP-specific guidance is needed and owning the hands-on integration work once a customer signs. This role reports to our Head of Implementation, Riker Morss https://www.linkedin.com/in/riker-morss-01373a130/. This is a technical, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how systems communicate and wants to build deep expertise in the ERP ecosystem. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Implement integrations between Canals and integration partners, including ERPs (Eclipse, P21, Infor, SAP, Acumatica), using standardized templates and API credentials • Become an ERP subject-matter expert, understanding how each system handles data, access, authentication, and configuration. • Join pre-sale discovery calls to evaluate feasibility and answer ERP-specific technical questions. • Lead post-sale integration work: collect access details, configure endpoints, run tests on APIs to establish new data integrations, and validate end-to-end data flow. • Troubleshoot integration issues, escalating to the Lead Support Engineer or Engineering when needed. • Participate in customer onboarding and go-live calls as the technical owner of the integration process. • Document integration steps, ERP nuances, and repeatable best practices for internal and customer use. • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure each integration goes live smoothly. • Occasionally cover on support (Zendesk) as needed. WHAT YOU’LL BRING • Typically, 2–4 years in a technical implementation, technical account management, integrations, or customer engineering role at a SaaS company • Excitement to work directly with customers, managing implementations and troubleshooting integration issues • Familiarity with APIs, REST endpoints, authentication methods, and JSON payloads • Experience with ERPs or a strong desire to learn systems like Eclipse, P21, and Infor in depth • Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users • Excellent organization and project management abilities • Comfort working in a fast-moving, fully remote environment with high ownership • English proficiency required; Spanish or Portuguese a plus WHY JOIN CANALS We're building software that solves real problems for an industry that keeps the world running. Our customers rely on our platform every day to operate their businesses. We've found strong product-market fit and continue to grow quickly, creating opportunities for people who want to have a meaningful impact on the trajectory of a company. We believe great people build great companies. That's why we invest heavily in hiring, development, and creating an environment where talented individuals can do the best work of their careers. You'll work alongside ambitious, thoughtful teammates who care deeply about what they do, challenge each other directly, and have a lot of fun along the way. We value ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement. Good ideas can come from anywhere, and people are trusted to make things happen. ABOUT THE ROLE Cyberhaven is building Flow, a unified data security platform spanning Human Data Security, Agentic Data Security, and Data Security Posture Management. The people who use it are security analysts, insider-risk investigators, and data protection leaders — experts doing demanding work under time pressure, who live in our product all day. And increasingly they are not working alone: AI agents are becoming actors inside the enterprise and inside our product, which means the experience we design now has to serve both the human doing the judging and the agent doing the work. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager focussing on endpoint capabilities in a fast growing startup with an innovative technology. You will work directly with the company’s top executives and the founders to drive the company vision, seeing it through the customer’s eyes, and rally engineers to enhance and expand the endpoint capabilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Develop and lead the product strategy and vision for Cyberhaven’s endpoint sensor capabilities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch endpoint capabilities that answer key data detection and response use cases. • Closely interact with Cyberhaven’s current and prospective customers to deeply understand their spoken and unspoken needs, as well as the actual and perceived value of the Cyberhaven product to them. • Keep track of industry trends in cybersecurity and adjacent markets to help Cyberhaven identify new market opportunities. Research the competition to deeply understand competitive products functionality, pricing, and positioning, as well as how these products are perceived by buyers and industry analysts. • Lead endpoint product development initiatives, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies to address insider threats effectively. • Prioritize product roadmap to follow the product vision while ensuring that product is easy to sell and empowers sales to achieve near- and long-term revenue objectives, as well as drives the highest level of customer satisfaction. • Communicate product requirements and vision to the Engineering team. Write, edit and prioritize user stories; constantly communicate with engineers to clarify and refine user stories; track user stories as they’re being developed; set, track and enforce the Definition of Done. • Write and maintain clear requirements documents, ensure everyone on the team always understands what and why something is being built by the company. • Be an external spokesperson for the company, maintain social media presence and speak at conferences. Partner with Marketing on product announcements and launches. WHO YOU ARE • 5+ years of experience of managing successful enterprise security products to drive fast-growing businesses • Experience with cross platform endpoint software and endpoint telemetry collection and other areas of endpoint security e.g. EDR, EPP, DLP is required. • Experience with large scale endpoint software deployments and the ability to consider the implications to users and the business. • A history of managing successful enterprise products in early-stage startups, skillfully balancing limited engineering resources with high pressure for features and quality from customers and sales teams • Must be comfortable, effective, and clear at communicating with company executives, customers, and engineers, and collaborate with a variety of internal groups including customer success/services, engineering, marketing, and sales • Ability to build rapport with customers, prospects, analysts, and competitors, as well as the ability to leverage your existing network to gather market and product intelligence • Deeply understand technology, have a strong intuition to estimate the complexity of product features, and ability to speak a common language with the engineers • Experience managing scalable enterprise software platforms, building a product that meets the needs of large enterprises (RBAC, Directory Integration, Enterprise software deployment, performance management etc.) • Proven history of developing products that can meet the needs of a wide variety of large enterprise customers, yet can be built efficiently by engineering • Experience working closely with UX designers, customers, and engineers to create modern user interfaces that simplify the lives our customers • Experience with data-driven approach to product decisions • Availability to frequently communicate with a distributed engineering team in Central European time zone and other teams in the US time zones • Located in Europe Joining Cyberhaven means joining the team building Data Security for the Agentic Enterprise.
