Creative Operations Associate

Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity. We're looking for a detail-oriented Creative Operations Associate to provide structured operational support within the Creative department. You'll be the essential partner to designers, brand leads, and content creators — keeping projects moving, production logistics coordinated, and assets organized so the creative team can focus on producing high-quality work efficiently and consistently. Reporting directly to the Global Creative Director, this role is embedded within the creative team and is accountable for process efficiency, not creative oversight. How You'll Contribute: ● Project & Workflow Coordination: ○ Coordinate day-to-day project management across campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand initiatives — timelines, input tracking, and deliverable oversight ○ Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders (brand, marketing, product) on timelines, status, and deliverable logistics, routing creative or strategic discussions to the Creative Director ○ Triage and route incoming creative requests in collaboration with the Creative Director, keeping workload realistic and sustainable ● Systems & Asset Management: ○ Administer and maintain the creative team's internal systems, including project boards, file naming conventions, production templates, and internal DAMs ○ Manage Xometry's digital asset library, keeping files current, accurately tagged, and accessible ● Production Support: ○ Support photo and video shoot logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics ○ Assist with booking and managing freelancers — scheduling, onboarding, and tracking deliverables against scope ○ Trace vendor invoices against approved estimates and record expenditures in departmental budget trackers as needed ○ Assist with light content production tasks — formatting decks, resizing assets, basic copy edits — as needed ● Process Improvement: ○ Work with the Creative Director to identify recurring operational inefficiencies and develop systematic, repeatable solutions in partnership with the broader creative team What You'll Bring to Xometry: ● Experience: 1–3 years in creative operations, studio coordination, or production support within a creative or marketing environment ● Creative Workflow Fluency: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a creative team, with a working understanding of design workflows and common operational pain points ● Process Building: Experience developing internal creative workflows ● Tools: Proficiency with Jira and other project management systems, and working familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva ● AI & Technical Fluency: Proficiency with AI tools, particularly Claude, to research and build time-saving systems, including custom AI skills and other AI learning protocols ● Brand Sensibility: Strong ability to identify quality or consistency issues and communicate findings clearly ● Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the capacity to adapt when priorities shift ● DAM Experience: Experience operating digital asset management systems is advantageous Preferred: ● Prior experience supporting an in-house creative or brand team, as distinct from agency or broader marketing operations contexts ● Familiarity with templating tools or self-serve asset platforms ● Exposure to content scheduling or campaign coordination processes LI-Remote Promoted Xometry is an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status. Commercial Counsel

V

ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee. The team is small. The scope is not. THE SHORT VERSION You are Viktor's first dedicated legal hire. You own the legal work that helps Viktor do business: hands-on commercial contracts under US law, AI-specific contracting, practical data protection, and the external counsel who cover everything else. You review, draft and negotiate yourself and stay on a matter until it is signed or resolved. You report to our CFO. Warsaw is preferred; remote within Europe works. THE HARD PART AI contracting raises questions most templates do not answer: what happens to a customer's data, who owns the output, and where responsibility sits when the product acts for a customer. You take positions on these in live customer, supplier and partner negotiations, then turn them into templates and negotiation positions the team can reuse. The role combines that judgment with routine drafting, obligation tracking and administrative follow-through across a cross-border business with US, Polish and German entities. Vendor-contract volume is growing and legal reviews are getting harder to handle ad hoc. You make them handleable before they become urgent. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Review, draft and negotiate customer, supplier and partner agreements under US law: SaaS terms, order forms, NDAs and DPAs. Give clear recommendations and remain involved until signature or resolution. • Own AI-specific contracting issues: data use and training, output ownership, liability and warranties. • Lead legal readiness for enterprise deals and diligence. Maintain usable templates, negotiation positions and an organised contract archive. • Own practical data-protection work. Translate regulatory or specialist advice into actions with owners and deadlines. • Manage external counsel: briefs, budgets and advice, coordinating other jurisdictions and specialist matters through the right people. • Support fundraising and corporate transactions. Help Finance keep records, approvals, filing deadlines and authorities current across the US, Polish and German entities. Corporate affairs are a secondary support responsibility, not the core of the role. • Improve legal intake, drafting and tracking with approved AI tools and human review. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING • Active commercial matters are owned through signature or resolution, with status, material risks, decision-makers and next steps visible to the relevant teams. • A usable core set of contract templates and negotiation positions is in place, covering recurring commercial and AI/data issues. • A prioritised legal-readiness action list exists for enterprise reviews, data protection and relevant AI regulation, with clear owners and escalation needs. • A practical external-counsel workflow for briefs, budgets and advice is running, and outstanding corporate support items are identified with Finance. WHO YOU ARE • Strong hands-on experience drafting and negotiating US-law commercial contracts. You can name the agreements you personally handled. US admission is preferred, not required: without it, a strong relevant background still gets you considered. • Commercial judgment. You distinguish material business risk from a drafting preference and propose workable alternatives. • You own matters end to end: negotiation, resolution, obligation tracking, administrative follow-through and early escalation. You know what happened after signature. • You run the US-law core and coordinate other jurisdictions, especially the EU, knowing the limits of your own expertise and when to bring in local or specialist counsel. • Precise written and spoken English with customers, founders and advisers. Organised, discreet and proactive: you raise an issue together with a proposed next step. PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF This is a hands-on commercial counsel role. If you want a primarily corporate or governance remit, expect to delegate the drafting and negotiation, or treat every drafting preference as a blocker, this is not the right fit. EVEN BETTER IF • GDPR familiarity, B2B software or AI experience, AI/data contracting. • Venture-backed companies and financing rounds. • Multi-entity or cross-border corporate management. • Enterprise procurement and security reviews. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT • You build our first dedicated legal function and have a real part in the deals we sign. • You improve the templates, negotiation positions and workflows around them rather than inherit them. • Scope to shape how the legal function develops as enterprise and cross-border demands grow. We promise meaningful ownership and room to improve the function, not a specific future title or team size. HOW WE WORK Small team, high trust, …

Who we are Process Street is an AI software and compliance operations platform startup from San Francisco. We help our customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Our platform automates the work, enforces the standards, and proves compliance so our global customers can run their businesses. We service over 3k customers around the world, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian. Our Mission To make work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere. Our Culture Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative, remote culture. We value flexibility because many of us are parents, travelers, or just creatives who aren't inspired by the construct of a mundane 9-to-5. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections make strong teams, so we regularly catch up over virtual coffee chats, play games, share stories, and more to build strong relationships. If you’re entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility we look forward to meeting you! The Opportunity We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our sales team. This is a full-cycle closing role for an early-career seller - someone with 2+ years SaaS sales experience who’s ready to own deals end-to-end, sharpen their craft, and sell a product that’s differentiating how AI is reshaping work. You'll own every inbound lead that lands in your pipeline - from first discovery through close - and you'll help build the playbook for how we convert them. Process Street is selling a new way of working, and this role is for someone who wants to help build a new way of selling it. You won't be handed a finished motion. You'll shape it. You'll carry two products: Process Street, our compliance operations platform, and Dash, our browser and Slack-native AI coworker. Dash is brand new — you'll be among the first people selling it, which means you won't inherit a pitch so much as build one. This seat is for someone who's entrepreneurial by default. You manage your own week, figure things out without waiting to be told, and are energized by ambiguity. This role is an opportunity for real ownership and a chance to compound your craft fast. This position will be based in Eastern, Central, or Pacific time. What You'll Do • Own your full sales cycle - from first discovery call to close • Run discovery calls to understand prospects' workflow pain points • Present and demo Process Street to prospective clients • Sell across our product line — the Process Street platform and Dash, our browser and Slack-native AI coworker — and confidently articulate how AI agents change the way teams operate • Leverage AI tools to optimize your own sales workflows, boosting personal productivity and shortening the feedback loop • Build and refine the inbound conversion playbook as you go - what works, what doesn't, what we should do more of • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene • Collaborate with Customer Success on handoffs and early expansion opportunities • Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics and quarterly pipeline targets About You • You have 2+ years experience selling AI tools, SaaS, or professional services with full-cycle closing exposure • You're comfortable selling something new — you can hold a confident conversation about an emerging product in a category that's still being defined • You are entrepreneurial and self-directed by nature • You are comfortable in ambiguity and would rather figure it out and ship than wait for a playbook to arrive • You are a 'Challenger' or Gap seller • You have a proven track record of sales target attainment and exceeding goals • You have a passion for start-ups and technology • You adapt well, and you're a fast learner • You are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn sales craft • You communicate clearly and confidently • You're enthusiastic about improving processes and systems Our Benefits • Unlimited PTO policy – Most take 3-4 weeks, plus their major holidays, AND a company-wide week off in December. • Social time – Regular coffee chats, games, story-telling, house tours (only if you're comfortable), and more to build connections. • Generous health insurance for US employees and their families. • Equity for all full-time roles. • A chance to shape how companies around the world run through the future of no-code automation. Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. At Process Street, we believe in growth. So, however you identify and whatever background you bring, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come to work every day. We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, …

WHAT YOU'LL OWN • Provide direct technical support to customers running Qdrant, mostly asynchronous rather than face to face. • Troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and the database layer. • Lead incident investigations and turn recurring problems into documented diagnostics and repeatable fixes, using AI-assisted tooling to speed up triage where it helps. • Partner with engineering and platform teams to resolve customer issues and feed learnings back into the product. • Build and maintain internal tools that make support workflows faster and more observable. • Write and maintain clear documentation for both customers and the internal team. • Lead by example through strong technical work, initiative, and collaboration with stakeholders across the company. Who You Are • 5 or more years in a customer-facing support or infrastructure role, ideally supporting production Kubernetes environments. • Strong, hands-on Kubernetes skills. A Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) credential is a plus. • Proficient in Python or a similar language for scripting and automation. • Experience with Kafka or similar distributed systems. • Comfortable working in AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Solid understanding of database internals and how they behave under production load. • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You dig into ambiguous problems without waiting to be asked. • Clear communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences. Nice to Have • Familiarity with vector search or vector database technologies. • Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience. Security background is a plus. • Experience with observability tools (for example, Prometheus or Grafana) and automating support workflows. WHY JOIN US • A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure. • A competitive salary with additional perks. • Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture. • High ownership and real impact. • Open-source, engineering-driven culture. • Choose your own laptop equipment. For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy. Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist. Come build with us!
