The Role We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented assistant to support the day-to-day execution of our email marketing campaigns across multiple brands. This is primarily an execution and operations role, not a copywriting or strategy role. Your responsibility will be to ensure campaigns are loaded, checked, scheduled, and sent accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities • Load and schedule 7 Future Finance campaigns per week on ActiveCampaign / Iterable (free newsletter). • Load and schedule 5 paid newsletter campaigns per week on Beehiiv. • Assist with scheduling 1–2 daily email broadcasts for Decentralized Masters. • Upload provided copy, subject lines, preview text, images, and links. • Ensure campaigns are sent to the correct audience segments at the correct times. • Thoroughly QA emails before scheduling, including formatting, links, tracking, segmentation, and send settings. • Maintain campaign calendars and trackers. • Flag missing information, inconsistencies, or potential mistakes before campaigns go live. • Assist with last-minute scheduling changes when needed. • Schedule/segment SMS broadcasts as we roll out SMS campaigns Requirements Who You Are Attention to detail is the #1 priority for this role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and can be trusted to execute accurately without constant supervision. Key qualities: • Excellent attention to detail: Catches mistakes in links, formatting, targeting, scheduling, Messaging (user experience), etc. • Ownership and good judgment: Doesn't blindly follow instructions. Proactively flags anything that looks incorrect or unusual and asks questions when needed. • Reliability: Consistently meets deadlines and ensures campaigns are ready on time. • Organization: Can manage multiple brands, campaigns, and schedules without letting things slip. • Ability to follow processes: Comfortable working with SOPs, checklists, and established workflows. • Proactive communication: Flags blockers early rather than waiting until the last minute. • Independent execution: Can take responsibility for recurring tasks after training. • Tech-savvy and trainable: Comfortable learning new software and picking up tools quickly. Experience Requirements Prior experience with email marketing platforms is NOT required. We're happy to train the right person. Experience with ActiveCampaign, Iterable, Beehiiv, or similar email marketing platforms is a plus, but what matters most is being detail-oriented, reliable, tech-savvy, and a fast learner. What You Won't Be Responsible For • Writing email copy or subject lines • Developing email marketing strategies • Creating offers or promotional campaigns All copy, creative assets, and campaign instructions will be provided by the marketing team. Your role is to ensure everything is executed correctly. About Dune Dune's mission is to make onchain finance observable. We're the industry standard for onchain data: a blockchain data and intelligence provider that institutions, protocols, and analysts trust to understand the onchain world and the frontiers of finance. We deliver structured datasets, spanning stablecoins, RWAs, tokens, lending, trading, and more, from 130+ chains and counting, to 1,000+ industry leaders including Visa, WisdomTree, FINRA, the IMF, Bloomberg, Standard Chartered, Coinbase, Forbes, and the Financial Times. We're a tight knit team of ~50 hard working people, spread across Europe and eastern US timezones , having an outsized impact on the industry. We take pride in being ambitious and doing world class work while staying humble and lighthearted. We believe in building open, verifiable data that lets individuals and institutions do deep research into ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana, Robinhood and many more. We're backed by some of the world's best investors. In February 2022, we announced our Series B funding round led by Coatue and Union Square Ventures, an important milestone that let us double down on our mission. If you like being challenged and want to work together with a brilliant team on an important mission, come join us. Learn more about us: About Dune https://dune.com/about Values and working at Dune https://dune.com/careers ABOUT THE ROLE Dune is building market data solutions for institutional customers who need timely, accurate and reliable financial data they can depend on. Our team turns onchain activity into realtime feeds and associated reference data along with historical data capture. You will work on our new market data platform, and help shape how it evolves to support the growing features and customer base. You’ll design systems that can grow across chains, protocols and product capabilities while making clear decisions about correctness, latency, reliability, and cost. This is a hands-on Staff Engineer role. You will be expected to turn ambiguous requirements into designs and deliverable work, implement difficult parts yourself, and help other engineers own meaningful parts of the platform. AI-assisted development is a core part of how we expect you to work, paired with strong engineering judgment and ownership of what you ship. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL • Design and build distributed systems for ingestion, normalization, processing, storage, and delivery of realtime market data from blockchain and other relevant sources. • Build and operate streaming solutions that handle event ordering, timestamps, duplicates, replay, gaps, and recovery, including blockchain reorganizations and finality where they affect customer data. • Build reliable client feeds and APIs with clear delivery contracts, schema evolution, access controls, and predictable behavior under load or when consumers fall behind. • Partner with teams across Dune on reference data models and historical data capture. • Define and improve service objectives and data quality measures. • Instrument latency, freshness, completeness, and correctness, and turn incidents into lasting improvements in recovery and operations. • You will debug independently and drive root cause analysis to a fix that holds. • Own services through deployment and production support, including participation in the team’s on-call rotation. • Use AI throughout development: explore designs, implement changes, build tests, investigate failures, and improve documentation. Develop repeatable workflows and share what works with the team. • Lead technical decisions across team boundaries, write clear designs, and mentor engineers through implementation and review. YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF • You have built and operated distributed backend or data services with demanding reliability and performance requirements. You understand their failure modes and can debug problems across service and data boundaries. • You have experience with realtime streaming systems, including concurrency, state management, backpressure, and recovery. You care about data correctness, from timestamps and numeric precision to schema changes and corrections. • You have strong computer science fundamentals and backend engineering skills. Experience in Rust, Go or comparable languages is also valuable. • You turn ambiguous requirements into pragmatic designs and production services, and help other engineers deliver parts of the solution. • You communicate clearly in writing and work effectively with a distributed team. • Financial or market data experience at a financial institution. NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS • Onchain data experience: blockchain indexing such as with EVM or Solana. • Reference data experience: instrument and entity masters, identifier mapping, effective-dated records, or tokenized asset and fund data. • Experience at a company where the data is the product. Chainguard is the trusted source for open source. By delivering hardened, secure, and production-ready builds of all the open source software engineers and AI agents rely on, Chainguard helps organizations build faster, stay compliant, and eliminate risk. Our customers include Fortune 500 enterprises and global industry leaders, including Anduril, Canva, Fortinet, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, OpenAI, Snap Inc., and Snowflake. Chainguard is venture-backed by leading investors, including Amplify, IVP, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Mantis VC, Redpoint Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Spark Capital. The role, in a nutshell: Chainguard is building a safer foundation for software. We work with security and engineering teams who care deeply about supply chain security, open source, and modern infrastructure. We’re looking for a BDR who already knows how to run outbound, and is ready to take it further into more technical conversations, more complex organizations, and more strategic account development. This role is about earning attention from engineers and security leaders , not just landing meetings. You’ll partner closely with enterprise AEs to break into high-value accounts and build pipeline that actually converts. What you’ll do: • Drive enterprise account strategy - Work alongside AEs to map target accounts and identify the right entry points across security, platform, and engineering teams. • Run thoughtful, technical outbound - Craft highly personalized outreach that resonates with developers, DevOps, and security leaders — no generic sequences. • Understand how modern infrastructure works - Research how companies build and ship software (containers, CI/CD, cloud environments) to make your outreach relevant and credible. • Lead meaningful early conversations - Qualify opportunities by understanding technical context, risk posture, and business priorities. • Build real pipeline, not just meetings - Focus on creating opportunities that move forward — quality over quantity. • Act as an extension of the AE - Collaborate on account plans, messaging, and deal progression. • Use tools intelligently - Leverage Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and data tools to execute efficiently — but never at the expense of quality. • Continuously improve the motion - Test messaging, share insights, and help refine how we engage the market. • Be a feedback loop to the business - Bring insights from conversations back to marketing and product — especially what resonates (or doesn’t) with technical buyers. What we're looking for: • At least 6 months of BDR/SDR experience (or equivalent transferrable experience) • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound (not just inbound qualification) • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders within technical or complex organizations • Strong writing skills — especially in crafting personalized, relevant outreach • Curious and motivated to learn how modern software and security actually work • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building your own approach • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, or similar tools • Track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets What makes this role compelling: • Sell something technical buyers respect — security + open source + developer-first • Go deeper technically — engage with real infrastructure and security problems • Operate as part of the deal team — not just top-of-funnel support • Have real impact on revenue — not just activity metrics Compensation: $100,000 OTE About Us We live and breathe our company values: • We are customer obsessed — We focus on delivering solutions to our customers that create value and make their lives better. • We have a bias for intentional action — We prioritize, plan, try things, and fail fast. • We don't take ourselves too seriously (but we do serious work) — We are solving an important problem which takes focus, but we also like to enjoy the journey. • We trust each other and assume good intentions — We're transparent with decisions to empower team members to make well informed decisions. A few of the benefits we offer: • Flexible & Remote-First Culture: Work remotely with team meetup opportunities, bi-annual destination summits, and a monthly stipend for coworking spaces, phone and internet costs. • Our Approach to Equity: Receive stock options upon hire and promotion. Plus, you can participate in secondary offerings and have 10 years to exercise your options (yes, you read that correctly: 10 years!). • 100% Covered Health Insurance: We cover 100% of your health, vision and dental insurance premiums for you and your dependents. Nothing comes out of your paycheck. • ∞ Flexible Time Off: Take the time you need – to do our best work, we need to recharge and reset. • 18 Weeks Paid Parental Leave: We offer 18 weeks for birthing parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing parents, with the option to use it all at once or throughout your child's first …

We need someone who has already run Paid Social Ads at scale, who knows how to grow profitably in a policy-sensitive niche, and who can operate independently on large budgets. You will manage performance against real revenue data (CPA, FTD, ROAS, payback, player LTV and cohorts), not surface-level platform metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own the process end-to-end: take full ownership of acquisition across all paid social ad networks (TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, Snapchat, and more): planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting and documentation. • Scale spend profitably in the US market while holding payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on real revenue and player-value data. • Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, value-based bidding and budget allocation across paid social networks. • Decide budget allocation across acquisition channels and find new scaling levers: audiences, formats, placements, campaign types and additional channels. • Run a structured, high-velocity creative testing process with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules. • Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, deposit / purchase optimization, attribution. • Operate in a policy-sensitive niche: run in the US within each platform's rules. Keep ads and handle disapprovals, appeals and restrictions, and build prevention-first processes so issues are caught before launch. • Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and recovery plans. • Work with reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations. • Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them. • Document tests, learnings and playbooks, and use Claude and automation to speed up builds, QA, reporting and optimization. QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of hands-on paid social / user acquisition experience. • Large-scale experience running acquisitions in the US market. • Proven experience working in policy-sensitive niches and keeping accounts healthy while scaling. • Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience scaling accounts profitably. • Hands-on AppLovin (AppLovin Ads / AXON) experience, scaling it as an acquisition channel. • Direct ownership of large budgets, ideally $1M+/month hands-on. • Strong understanding of unit economics: LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, high-value-user dynamics and value-based optimization. • Deep policy and account health experience: disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, ad account bans and how to recover and prevent them. • Strong creative testing discipline and measurement rigor. • Ownership mentality: you run channels end-to-end with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes. LOCATION Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours. BENEFITS • Remote Work Environment: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere, anytime, promoting a healthy work-life balance. • Unlimited PTO: Enjoy unlimited paid time off to recharge and prioritize your well-being, without counting days. • Paid National Holidays: Celebrate and relax on national holidays with paid time off to unwind and recharge. • Company-provided MacBook: Apple MacBooks provided to all employees who need them. • Flexible Independent Contractor Agreement: Unlock the benefits of flexibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurial opportunities. We support a highly autonomous, remote-first, cloud-native organization. We are a technical team that can build any tool we need, while knowing when to buy to improve velocity. To support our growth and ambitious vision, we embrace agile principles and values, share openly, apply context-driven security mechanisms, default to action, and have an OSS-first mindset. We are a 100% remote company. We believe in high-velocity but sustainable expectations and timeframes, giving people the room to do great work. The Opportunity: You will work to build out our security observability, compliance, and control management systems and tools. You will develop services and tools to proactively defend our systems, provide visibility to our security state, and give engineers and stakeholders guardrails and paved roads to behave securely. You will collaborate across your team, the security department, and wider Grafana to write and deploy security policies across all of our SDLC, applications, and infrastructure. This is a very technical, hands-on keyboard software engineering, so development experience is critical. You will ideally have some experience building, implementing and improving the maturity of security programs in Cloud-based SaaS organizations. Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc) is useful, but the disposition to quickly learn new things is more important than rote knowledge. You will work alongside other security engineers, full-stack developers, and customer-facing teams. Experience guiding and negotiating with peers, stakeholders, customers, and auditors is a plus. What You’ll Be Doing: • Be a technical contributor on our GRC team covering a range of areas, including certifications, application, build, cloud, and supply chain security, and internal security tooling development • Develop, implement, and maintain highly automated security assurance programs to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS, TISAX, whatever else our customers eventually throw at us) • Develop systems, automations, and methods of security observability to push the GRC engineering organization beyond just meeting certification requirements • Deploy security and compliance checks in an employee-enabling way (guardrails and paved roads) in their daily workflows and build pipelines • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle and operational processes. • Respond to customer security issues, security alerts, and potential incidents What Makes You a Great Fit: • Experience developing in a production environment with at least one programming language. We primarily use Go, TypeScript, and Python but most languages translate well. You will take a code screen and be expected to discuss programming principles such as algorithms, data structures, and optimization • Knowledge of using and securing containerized, cloud-native applications, ideally with Kubernetes. Experience with multiple cloud providers is a strong plus • Experience in automating security and compliance processes using tools, scripts, and …
