Full-Stack Engineer - ElevenCreative Enterprise

RemoteEN
E

ABOUT ELEVENLABS ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. HOW WE WORK • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. WHAT WE OFFER • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role We build AI-powered engines that make, localize, launch and learn from creative, using ElevenLabs’ full audio and video stack. Enterprise customers are already working with us. While our product teams focus on self-serve, these roles seed a dedicated enterprise engineering team: the people who make ElevenCreative work for our biggest customers and unblock enterprise deals. You sit between the customer and the product. You’ll talk to enterprise customers, understand their requirements, and decide whether to build a bespoke integration for them or a product improvement for everyone. Making that call well is the job. Requirements • Has worked directly with customers as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer or founding engineer at a B2B startup, including presenting to enterprise clients. • Strong full-stack product engineer, comfortable with integrations, APIs, auth and enterprise plumbing such as SSO, access control and security reviews. • Turns a customer’s ask into the real requirement: builds bespoke when it unblocks a deal, and generalizes when several customers want the same thing. • Ships end-to-end with little direction. There’s no PM to define everything first. Bonus: experience with localization or TMS integrations, brand or marketing tooling, or adtech. Location This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to operate in European timezones required and flexibility for customer timezones when deals need it. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York and Warsaw LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together. About the Role: With flexible, distributed-first ways of working, you'll have the support to do your best work, wherever you are. As the Lead Identity & Access Management Specialist you will be the primary architect and team leader driving our cloud application security posture. Your mission is to balance business agility with absolute data protection across our sprawling SaaS ecosystem (including M365, Slack, Salesforce, etc). In this role, you will bridge the gap between user enablement and risk management by owning Identity and Access Management (IAM), deploying SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools to prevent configuration drift, and governing the entire lifecycle of our business applications. Crucially, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT engineers with a strong security mindset, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in automation and proactive risk reduction. Your Impact: • By building and automating robust Identity pipelines: You will design, configure, and maintain our Identity Providers (IdP) using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. You will establish and enforce security baselines (such as CIS benchmarks) across our key tools, catching unauthorized administrative changes in real time. • By governing the security of third-party integrations: You will audit, restrict, and manage OAuth permissions granted to third-party add-ons and AI extensions, ensuring our enterprise data remains inside approved boundaries. • By mitigating Shadow IT and assessing third-party risk (TPRM): You will analyze CASB, proxy, and endpoint logs to discover unauthorized SaaS usage. You will partner with Procurement to assess the security profiles of new software vendors by auditing SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, and CAIQ sheets. • By championing technical leadership and team growth : You will build, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of IT professionals. By establishing engineering best practices, leading agile workflows, and promoting continuous learning, you will multiply your impact across the entire organization and cultivate the next generation of cloud security talent. Your Qualifications: • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Cloud Security, IAM Administration, or IT Security Operations, including 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical coordinator for other engineers. • Technical Skills: • Deep expertise in identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM. • Hands-on administration experience with modern IdPs (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD). • Scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate security workflows and interact with SaaS APIs. • Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to explain complex security practices to non-technical stakeholders, combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and proven leadership capabilities to unblock and motivate team members. You will be fully responsible for production LLM features and the browser automation built around them end to end — prompt systems, structured outputs, evaluation, observability, and model selection — from first experiment to live release, with quality, reliability, and cost as your accountability. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who decides with data, not intuition. Unmeasured prompt changes, untraced failures, and model swaps without benchmarks are not acceptable. You work in a modern TypeScript stack — Next.js, Cloudflare Workers and Containers with Hono, Hatchet task queues, Drizzle on Supabase Postgres, Vercel Blob. Browser automation on Browserbase and Playwright is roughly half of the job. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PROMPT SYSTEMS & STRUCTURED OUTPUTS • Design dynamic prompt templates with conditional logic and context injection that maximise generation quality • Enforce predictable outputs with JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas, validators, and repair loops • Own complex LLM workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom) that integrate cleanly into application logic BROWSER AUTOMATION • Build and maintain browser automation on Browserbase Functions and Playwright that traverses web flows reliably • Classify screens with a model inside each traversal, and decide what the model handles versus deterministic code • Ship automations as frozen, published workers — versioned, reproducible, and safe to roll back • Orchestrate runs through Hatchet with retries, timeouts, and failure traces that explain every broken run EVALUATION & EXPERIMENTATION • Build evaluation pipelines — test datasets, LLM-as-a-judge, RAGAS-style metrics — and score responses and screen classifications in Langfuse • Trace complex LLM chains to find bottlenecks in cost, latency, and context-window usage • Run A/B experiments across models and prompts through an AI gateway (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway); release only on quantitative benchmarks • Re-evaluate models as new architectures emerge; fine-tune when domain requirements demand it PRODUCTION OWNERSHIP • Take AI features from experiment to live production on Cloudflare Workers and Containers, and stay accountable after release • Manage rate limits, fallbacks, and model cost so features stay reliable at scale • Resolve production incidents in owned AI and automation systems with documented root-cause analysis QUALIFICATIONS MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE • 【5+】 years of software engineering with Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres, including edge or serverless runtimes such as Cloudflare Workers • Production browser automation with Playwright (Browserbase or similar): resilient selectors, retries, failure handling at scale • Production experience with dynamic prompting — content that depends on input variables and injected context • Structured outputs in production: JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas • Experience with unified LLM APIs or AI gateways (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway): rate limits, fallbacks, cost-effective model selection • LLM observability with Langfuse or similar: tracing, test datasets, scoring integration • Evaluation methodology: RAGAS or custom LLM-as-a-judge systems LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES • Decides on benchmarks and trace data, not intuition • Analytical — converts generation logs into metrics a business can act on • Iterative — builds feedback loops and improves continuously • Owns the outcome from experiment to production, and after • Verifies before trusting — treats LLM output as unproven until validated LOCATION Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
