About Kaleidos and Penpot Kaleidos is the company behind Penpot, the first open-source design platform built for design and code teams to work together at the same scale. We're a horizontal organisation, with no traditional hierarchy, and our values are rooted in open-source principles, alongside honesty, feminism, work-life balance, transparency, generosity and joy in what we do. At Kaleidos, we have a genuine commitment to diversity in all its forms. Our team is made up of more than 50% women, and we'd love to welcome new colleagues who share our values, from whom we can keep learning and with whom we can keep building Penpot. What will your work be like? At Penpot, you'll take part in a range of projects and features across the product, with a strong focus on solving real problems identified by our users: improving their experience through new features, tackling pain points and bugs, and delivering quick wins with a direct impact on their day-to-day work. You'll be able to move across different parts of the product, so you'll quickly get up to speed with the context behind each problem and propose solutions that work for Penpot users worldwide. We're looking for someone with solid, well-established experience. You'll work within a horizontal team, where autonomy and shared decision-making are part of the role. What do we need We believe expertise can be gained in many ways, not just through a formal qualification. That's why we don't require a specific degree, but we do expect experience in the following: • Interest in or experience with reactive programming (at Penpot we use RxJS). • A background as a frontend developer (backend-for-frontend), with solid command of JavaScript, browser APIs, HTML and CSS, and experience with JS frameworks (we mainly use React). • Motivation to build robust, carefully crafted user interfaces. • Knowledge of, and hands-on experience with, functional programming. Day-to-day work is in ClojureScript, but you don't need to master it from day one: you can learn it as you go, drawing on LLM tools for support. • Regular use of LLMs (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, OpenCode...) as part of how you work. We've recently introduced agents into our day-to-day, and we keep an open, ongoing conversation about the use of AI. • Comfortable working in Linux environments. • Languages: a high level of spoken and written English. You'll need to read and write technical documentation, and speak with fluency and precision, as English is the first language for some kaleiders. You'll also need a functional level of Spanish (spoken and written), as many team meetings take place in this language. Earn extra points • Familiarity with Clojure or other functional languages (Scheme, Lisp...). • Knowledge of JavaScript testing (Jest, Cypress...) and end-to-end tests with Playwright. • Interest in solving user problems with new languages and frameworks. • Interest / knowledge in accessibility and responsible development. • Interest / knowledge in design systems and their integration with product development. • Previous experience or genuine interest in open-source projects. • Use of agile methodologies in a professional environment. • Background of collaboration in diverse teams (design, marketing, backend...). • Ability to ask the right questions to help product development. Who will you be working with? Meet the product team and your future colleagues at Kaleidos! What do we offer? • Salary : €60 - 67k (gross annual salary) • Permanent contract . We’re looking for someone to stay with us for the long run! • Flexible hours . Even better! We all work from 10am-2pm CET . You can work the rest of your hours whenever you want. Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, you’ll be in good company! • 37,5h/week as part of our plan for creating a better work-life balance. • 100% remote position . We maintain an office in Madrid (Spain), however, attendance at this location is discretionary. You are welcome to work remotely from any location with a reliable internet connection, provided that we share a time zone CET +/- 1 or you may choose to come to the office as often as you need. • 23 days of paid leave , plus December 24th and 31st, and the possibility to ask for 10 extra non-paid leave days. We’re super flexible with your dates, you just need to make sure it’s fine with your team. • Choose the holiday calendar of where you live or from the headquarters (Madrid). • Continuous learning with internal and external training, conferences, and events (as a general rule we usually cover 100% of the cost). You’re encouraged to experiment with new best practices! • Language classes on the house (eng & span) : classes paid for by the company as part of your work schedule. • 2 PIWEEKs per year! A PIWEEK is a freeform week-long hackathon where you pause your day-to-day work and focus, either alone or in a team, on a cool project! Penpot was one of the projects born in past …

Account Manager Junior

RemoteEN
Z

WHO WE ARE Zefir is building an AI autopilot for home sales in Europe, starting in France: an AI agent runs the entire sale and purchase journey end-to-end, orchestrating local brokers, portals, buyers, and documents. Backed by €60 million from top-tier investors Sequoia Capital and Kima Ventures, we're committed to accelerating life changes for millions of current and future European homeowners. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAM The Account Management team is the link between Zefir and the network of partner real estate agents who sell our clients' homes. The team finds them, trains them, and makes them perform. As an Account Manager Junior, you own the first half of that journey: you map your market, you find and qualify the agents, and you get them ready. Once an agent is trained and running, you hand them over to an Account Manager, who takes the long-term relationship from there. This is the entry point into the Account Management team, and the role is built as a training ground. The natural next step is Account Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES • Map your local market and identify the agents worth approaching. • Source and qualify agents against Zefir's standards. • Assign signed mandates to the most relevant qualified agents. • Onboard and train new agents until they are autonomous on their first seller appointment. • Hand trained agents over to the Account Management team, and follow through on the handover. • Trigger and manage agent replacements when performance is not there. • Track your KPIs on sourcing, assignment, onboarding and listing lead times. • Improve the sourcing and onboarding playbooks with the Ops and Account Management teams. ABOUT YOU You could be a strong fit if you like operational, high-volume work, you are comfortable on the phone, and you want to learn account management properly rather than be thrown into it. • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a client-facing or operational role. Sales, recruitment, onboarding, account management, operations or real estate all work. This is a junior role and we recruit on potential. • Organisation: you handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups without dropping anyone. • Communication: you build trust quickly with people who are not employees and owe you nothing. • Ownership: you would rather act and adjust than wait for instructions. • Data: you are comfortable reading your own KPIs and doing something about them. • Languages: French and English. HIRING PROCESS • Phone interview (30 min) with Talent. • Interview with Alexe, Account Management Lead. • Technical interview. • Behavioural interview. • Reference calls, final feedback and offer. BENEFITS THE FOLLOWING IS FOR PERMANENT EMPLOYEES ONLY. FOR OTHER CONTRACTS (INTERNS, APPRENTICES, FIXED-TERM..), PLEASE, CHECK WITH YOUR RECRUITER. • Competitive salary: You can run your own simulation with our salary calculator https://www.zefir.fr/zefir-salary-calculator. • BSPCE (Stock Options): Available for everyone, with monthly vesting after year one, over a 4-year period. • Healthcare plan: Full coverage with Alan for team members, their partners, and children. • Office in Le Peletier, Paris (9th arrondissement): With flexible remote work options. • Swile meal card: €11 per worked day. • Swile mobility card: €45/month to support sustainable transportation (metro, carpooling, biking…). • Team events: Monthly Mixers to connect and share good times, and quarterly All Hands to celebrate wins across the company. OUR OPERATING PRINCIPLES Steep Mountains Are Steep: Setting ambitious goals and working hard to achieve them. Ride Reality: Actively seeking challenges and thriving by adapting flexibly to changes. Play for the Front of the Jersey: Prioritizing team success over individual recognition. APPLICATION & PROCESS We welcome applications from anyone, regardless of background, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or experience. Our team values authenticity and diverse perspectives. For all roles, our interview process emphasizes hands-on exercises, case studies, or discussions about specific examples of your previous work. We ensure objectives and expectations are clearly communicated at every step.

Verantwortungsbereich:

• Map your local market and identify the agents worth approaching. • Source and qualify agents against Zefir's standards.

Why Mozilla? Mozilla Corporation is the non-profit-backed technology company that has shaped the internet for the better over the last 25 years. We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser, and Pocket, a service for keeping up with the best content online. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we’re shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we’re doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people. The Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the non-profit 501(c) Mozilla Foundation. This means we aren’t beholden to any shareholders - only to our mission. Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms. About this team and role: We’re looking for a hands-on Mobile Product Manager with a primary focus on Firefox for iOS, while also contributing across mobile (including Android). This role is about building a better browser, turning downloads into loyal users, and creating experiences that truly stand out. If you’ve shipped mobile apps, obsess over details that improve everyday use, and love turning user insights into real improvements, this is a great opportunity to drive impact at Firefox. What you’ll do: • Build a fundamentally better browser experience: fix bugs, refine UI and navigation, improve downloads, menus, performance, and all the small details that make Firefox noticeably better for users who care about privacy, quality and reliability. • Drive strong activation and retention: focus on the new-user journey, quickly hooking people after they install the app, understanding where they drop off, and relentlessly optimizing the funnel through data, testing and iteration. • Deliver differentiating features and experiences that make Firefox stickier for key user groups, the kinds of things others can’t or won’t build. • Work closely with engineers, designers, data science and TPMs to ship high-impact improvements while balancing user needs, technical constraints, privacy and performance goals. • Stay deeply connected to real users: track App Store trends and discussions, test apps hands-on, analyze reviews and analytics, and turn those insights into concrete enhancements for Firefox on iOS and Android. • Monitor app health in App Store Connect and Google Play Console (crashes, ANRs, ratings) and support acquisition/retention efforts through ASO, store listings and growth experiments. • Adapt and optimize Firefox for global markets (Europe, Japan, Asia etc.), keeping cultural differences and local realities like data constraints in mind. What you'll bring: • Proven Shipping Experience: Hands-on experience launching or managing apps on the iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store, with clear impact on user experience and metrics. • Execution Focus: A strong track record of delivering features and improvements under deadlines through effective collaboration with engineering, design and cross-functional partners. • Mobile & Browser Fluency: Deep understanding of iOS (and ideally Android) ecosystems, app store policies and web browser technologies, with genuine passion for what makes a great browsing experience. • Data-Driven Iteration: Comfort using analytics, funnels, A/B testing and user feedback to improve activation, retention and overall product quality. • User Obsession: Natural habit of studying apps, following trends on platforms like X/Twitter and Reddit, and testing experiences yourself to uncover opportunities. • Global & Growth Mindset: Interest or experience growing products in international markets with sensitivity to local user needs. • Bonus: • Experience with mobile browsers or privacy-focused products. • History of meaningfully scaling an app’s user base. • Currently maintaining your own side project or app on the App Store or Google Play. Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 200 countries. 10,000+ companies ranging from mom-and-pops to Google, MIT, and United Way have sent over $1 billion, saving 15 hours a month on average. In both our product and our workplace, we’re intentional about making work more efficient, flexible, and fulfilling. Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. Our customers, who include marketers, researchers, HR teams, and nonprofits, rave about how quick and easy it is to use Tremendous — check the ratings on G2 https://www.g2.com/products/tremendous/reviews. Yet there’s a lot of complexity under the hood, including over 2,000 redemption options and plenty of banking infrastructure. This duality makes working here a fun challenge. Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Join us before our next international offsite. About you We're looking for a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to drive our expansion into Europe. As one of our first international sales hires, you'll own large complex deals across Western Europe and the DACH region, plus the quick wins that build early momentum. You'll partner with sales, marketing, and product to align our product with the demands of new markets. As part of the founding team, you'll shape our international sales strategy from the ground up. What you'll do • Hunt creatively. Build the European pipeline from scratch. Target verticals, build a referral network, and leverage relationships in markets where we have no brand recognition yet. • Sell solutions. Tremendous solves big problems for the world's largest companies across research, marketing, and HR. Find thorny problems and build solutions that surprise and delight. • Drive revenue. Uncapped commission and strong support. Go communicate how Tremendous helps prospects hit their business objectives. • Build the playbook. Feed what you learn in-market back to product, marketing, and leadership. What works in Europe is yours to define. • Be ambitious. Ambition isn't a dirty word at Tremendous. We're a team of achievers on a fast-growing product, which means growth in role and responsibility plus real personal upside. You have • 4-8 years in SaaS sales, currently in a Mid-Market or Enterprise AE position, with a focus on Western European markets. Experience expanding into new geographies strongly preferred. • A consistent track record of hitting quota. • Fluency in German and English is required. • Based in a Western Europe time zone (WET or CET). • Ability to travel domestically and internationally. • Business acumen to identify and create new sales opportunities. • An understanding of how to outbound, and willingness to source ~20% of your own deals. • Strong written communication. We're a documentation-first culture. • Desire and ability to work autonomously. Tremendous is not a great fit for people who default to waiting for instructions. • High empathy. You care about your teammates and our users. What’s cool about the role • Be a key player in our global expansion with the chance to shape the future of the company. • We’re profitable with plenty more opportunity ahead, which is good news for your career growth. • Competitive pay, equity and benefits. The base salary for this role is €85,000 - €110,000. OTE is €170,000 - €220,000. • We're a fully remote company. • We’ve got smart people and a great culture. See our company handbook https://handbook.tremendous.com/.
