Performance Creative Designer

Remote ✓EN
R

Recraft is a graphic design research lab building state-of-the-art image generation models and tools for designers, illustrators, marketers, and developers. Founded in 2022 and based in London, we build for commercial design standards: full creative control, style consistency, and native vector outputs, an API for teams who want to integrate that capability directly into their workflows, plus mobile app for those who prefer not to be distracted from the process without a computer. Over 3 million creators across 190+ countries use Recraft. Our mission is to help everyone who works with visuals get the job done, without lowering the bar on design. If you want to help set that standard, we'd like to hear from you. PERFORMANCE CREATIVE DESIGNER, STATIC + MOTION (MID-LEVEL+ TO SENIOR) Growth at Recraft runs on creative that's tested, not guessed at. We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer who works across static and motion and moves between them depending on what the week needs: reading what's working, turning that into the next round of ads, and shipping creative that holds up on Meta, Google, and TikTok. For the right person, this is a chance to build the performance creative function at Recraft from the ground up, with Recraft Studio itself as your day-to-day production tool. TEST WEEKS AND SCALE WEEKS The role alternates between two modes, and you need to be good at both. • Test weeks. Speed and volume. Many statics and rough video cuts, each built around a clear hypothesis and shipped fast, to find the idea that sells. • Scale weeks. Craft. Once an idea wins, you turn it into high-quality video ads that can carry real budget: tighter edits, stronger motion, cutdowns, every format and placement, and localised versions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Produce paid ad creative for Meta, Google, and TikTok in both modes: fast statics and rough video cuts for testing, finished video ads for scaling. • Make video ads that show a concrete result: product demos built from screen recordings and motion graphics, before-and-after transformations, short cinematic spots made with AI video models, and edits of creator and UGC footage. • Own the creative testing pipeline end to end: form a hypothesis, ship it, read the results, and iterate on winners. • Take a winning idea across formats: a static into motion, a 20-second spot into 6- and 15-second cutdowns, 9x16 into 4x5, 1x1 and 16x9, and English into other markets. • Translate performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, cost per payer) into the next round of creative yourself, rather than waiting for a brief. • Use Recraft Studio as your primary production tool for image and video generation, and feed what you learn back to the product team building it. • Keep the ad creative brandbook consistent while adapting tone by placement and audience. WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You'll join the Marketing team and work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, UA Manager, and Creative and product teams. This is a role built around bringing your own ideas to the table, not just executing against a detailed brief. REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years creating performance and paid-acquisition creative, with video ads as a regular part of that work. • A portfolio of static and video ads that actually ran, with context on what won and why. • Strong motion design and editing: After Effects (or similar) for type, UI, and product animation; Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut for editing; Figma or Photoshop for static. • Strong understanding of video ad anatomy: hooks, the first three seconds, pacing, sound-off captions, safe zones, platform specs, and policy limits. • Hands-on experience using AI image and video tools (such as Runway, Kling, Veo, or Seedance) in a real production workflow, including knowing where they fall short. • Able to work at two speeds: rough and fast when testing, polished and precise when scaling. • Based in the EU, Georgia, Armenia, or Serbia, with the right to work as a contractor there. NICE TO HAVE • Experience with design tools, creative SaaS, or dev tools (Canva, Picsart, Photoroom, Figma-adjacent products). • Vector animation or 3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D), a real differentiator given Recraft's vector and brand-style capabilities. • Ad copywriting and scripting: able to write your own hooks, on-screen text, and voiceover scripts. • Experience briefing creators and editing UGC or creator partnership ads. • Sound design and music selection for short-form video. • In-house experience at a product company, ideally with a subscription product, rather than purely agency-side work. • Experience growing your own audience as a creator or influencer on Instagram or TikTok. • You're already a Recraft user. WHAT WE OFFER • A full-time contractor engagement, fully remote, with compensation that matches the seniority and ownership this role carries. • Real ownership of the testing pipeline, …

Senior Product Manager - Data Product (API & MCP)

Remote ✓EN
S

SE Ranking, an all-in-one SEO and digital marketing platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale our Data Product - our API and MCP offering - from early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue line. We've already gone from 0 to 1: we have paying API customers, a fast-growing MCP that recently overtook our classic API in daily unique users, and partners building agentic workflows on top of our data. Now we need someone to own the entire revenue funnel and turn that momentum into further growth of MCP usage and Data MRR. If you get excited about turning a data & developer product into a growth engine - and about making SE Ranking the marketing intelligence infrastructure for AI agents - then this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: You will report directly to Mike Korenugin , VP of Product, and own the entire funnel for the Data Product (API + MCP) : from acquisition and activation, to sales enablement, to onboarding, retention, and expansion. You'll drive two connected revenue engines - net-new MRR from API and Data customers, and net dollar retention (NDR) by embedding MCP and agentic workflows into the core SEO jobs our customers do every day. You'll lead a focused squad with Aleksander Germatsky as your Engineering Manager and Senior Engineers Dominik Stypula and Mikhail Liubushkin shipping the endpoints, infrastructure, and developer experience that make the product sell and stick. On go-to-market, you'll partner daily with Valentyna Havryliuk , our PMM driving API & MCP adoption, and with Alexey Trusevich , the dedicated Account Executive for the Data Product. Beyond your squad, you'll work closely with Demand Gen, SEO, Growth, and PR on getting the product discovered and promoted; with Sales & Success and Support on closing and retaining customers; and with the Data team on coverage, accuracy, and the endpoints customers ask for. Your job is to connect all of these into one growth motion. Initial Focus Areas: • Craft a strategy for Data Product with two goals in mind • Grow Data revenue : understand our current packaging and pricing gaps across plans & products, the PAYG funnel, and credit packs; define a clear, repeatable motion for upmarket deals. Define the inputs (acquisition, activation, expansion) that move the number and hold the product to them. • Drive MCP usage and capabilities: own the MCP adoption track as a strong NDR lever. Scale the adoption flows and lifecycle upsells, close capability gaps customers hit, and make the Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n connector experiences feel amazing. • Ramp up solution engineering for Sales & Success: we’ve got a new person starting as solution engineer and strong L3 technical support, but they would often need your help and insight to unblock AEs and CSMs on credit provisioning, key generation, quota changes, connector troubleshooting; and translating prospect requirements into solutions that win deals. • Learn how Demand Gen & Outbound is connected to Product: partner with PMM and Demand Gen to scale what's working - workshops and MCP bootcamps, ABM, spokespeople and influencer content, PR, and SEO - and to sharpen the website. Help us find exciting API/MCP use cases from top clients and influencers and turn them into content and sales enablement assets. Long-Term Responsibilities: • Make the Data Product a repeatable, scalable revenue line: evolve packaging, pricing, and the self-serve funnel so growth doesn't depend on heroics. Use signals from won and lost deals, usage, and feedback to generate strong hypotheses and continuously improve win rates, activation, and expansion. • Grow MCP into the default "agentic SEO" workflow: keep MCP workflows healthy and lead the move from data to action, so customers believe SE Ranking is the way to automate SEO with AI agents - defending NDR and opening natural paths to expansion and win-back. • Build a real solution-engineering function: grow from firefighting into a system - documentation, tooling, and onboarding that let customers discover and integrate our API and MCP, and let Sales & Success move fast without engineering in the loop. • Expand endpoint & data coverage from the voice of the customer: translate prospect and customer feedback into a prioritized roadmap for new endpoints and data (e.g. URL-level GSC, prompt generation, Local Marketing and AIRT coverage), and partner with the Data team on accuracy and the questions buyers ask about how the data is sourced and validated. • Be a strategic GTM partner across teams: surface trade-offs, unblock cross-team dependencies, and keep Product, Demand Gen, Sales, Success, and Data aligned as priorities and timelines shift. We are destined to be if you have: • Launched new B2B products and taken them from 0 to 1 , leading Sales Enablement and deeply engaging with Demand Gen to achieve GTM success. • Owned a revenue funnel end to end - acquisition, activation, sales enablement, onboarding, retention, and expansion - …

About the Role Abnormal AI stops the cyberattacks that traditional security tools miss, and our partner ecosystem is one of the fastest-growing engines behind that mission. We're looking for a Senior Channel Account Manager to lead and grow our Nordics region (Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark) as part of our Channel Management team. This is a chance to take real ownership of an entire region. You'll build and energize relationships with leading Nordic security partners, run account mapping sessions, shape go-to-market and Partner Account Plans, and team up with our marketing organization to bring channel events to life. You'll also partner closely with our Nordics distributor to recruit and onboard the partners who will power our next phase of growth. If you love building something big, working at pace, and being the driving force behind a region's success, this role is for you. About You You're a channel sales professional with serious sales DNA and multiple years of experience turning partner relationships into real growth. You know that pipeline is the lifeblood of the business, and you bring a sharp, proven methodology for consistently generating partner-sourced pipeline and bookings. You bring high energy and a high level of activity to everything you do: from account mapping sessions to Partner Account Plans to the channel-marketing events that get partners excited to sell with us. You build genuine, lasting relationships with key information security partners across the region, national players and local specialists alike, and you're just as comfortable in the boardroom with a CEO as you are training a partner's sales floor. You're highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a natural communicator and presenter who can make Abnormal's value click for any audience. You're organized, proactive, and quick to flag progress or risk in the moment rather than letting things go quiet, and you thrive on the grit and creativity it takes to build a region from the ground up. Knowledge / Experience • Ability to apply a channel methodology you have successfully implemented in the past to this role. • Know who to work with and which partners can move the needle in the Nordics territory. • Be an excellent communicator who can help partners clearly understand our partner value proposition (the why they work with us) and the Abnormal AI customer value proposition (why customers choose Abnormal). • Knowledgeable of the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark) security partners and distribution ecosystem, • Have worked in a startup/scale up technology company and understand the grit and velocity required to be successful • Experience of delivering cross-functional engagement into partners, leveraging sales, marketing, BDR, Product and SE teams to drive excellence and business development • Have managed multiple types of partner, from Solution Provider (VAR) to reseller to MSSP to cloud marketplace partners. • Have experience managing conflict, including deal-registration disputes between partners on shared accounts. What You Will Do • Design, implement and own a territory-wide channel strategy, identifying key “Focus” partners for the region, and future coverage required based on our country-specific needs. • Own and grow partner-sourced pipeline and bookings across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark • Team up with Abnormal's channel and sales leadership, and with our Nordics distributor,to identify and recruit the partners best placed to accelerate our growth • Build winning go-to-market strategies and Partner Account Plans with your focus partners, aligning on shared sales, marketing, and certification goals. • Design and deliver channel enablement campaigns that get partner sales and technical teams confident and excited to sell Abnormal. • Partner with our channel marketing team to create demand-generation programs and a country-by-country events calendar that keeps the Nordics buzzing with partner activity. • Connect your region's sales teams with the right partners and build a rhythm of regular partner interlocks, desk days, and joint call-outs alongside your AE colleagues to help build pipeline faster and close more business together. • Build strong, lasting relationships with partner principals, executives, and sales leadership, becoming a trusted, familiar face of Abnormal across the region. • Champion your focus partners, making sure the opportunities Abnormal create go to the partners who are investing in you. • Drive alignment between Abnormal field leadership (RD, SE Manager, etc.) and key partner regional leaders. • Stay sharp on Abnormal's competitive positioning so you can tell our story with confidence. • Become a go-to expert on channel topics (Deal Reg, Account Plans, PG plans, new initiatives, etc.) and share what you know with the wider CAM team.
