About the Role Abnormal AI is looking for a Senior Customer Trust Analyst to build and lead our customer-trust program across EMEA. As the first Customer Trust hire in the region, this person will partner closely with our EMEA-based Engineering and Sales teams to foster a culture of trust between Abnormal and our customers. This role sits within the Customer Trust team, which acts as the translation layer between customers and Abnormal: translating customer security requirements into internal controls, evidence, and product or operational requirements, then translating those controls back into clear assurances customers can trust and act on. This role will be responsible for presenting Abnormal's control environment directly to senior buyers, designing response strategy for the highest-stakes security reviews rather than reacting question by question, and driving toward clarity when customer expectations conflict with reality. This includes advising Sales leadership on how to position the control environment to prospects and defining how the trust response process scales as deal volume grows. As the first person in this function regionally, this individual will serve as the primary point of contact for Abnormal's EMEA customer-trust program and will be accountable for outcomes that unblock revenue at scale, not just individual deals. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure customer conversations, translates security and privacy concepts for a business audience with precision, stays composed when a discussion turns contentious, and brings the business judgment to tie trust program depth to revenue outcomes. Familiarity with the EU AI Act and GDPR as they apply to a leading cybersecurity SaaS provider's customers is also expected. Who you are • Proven experience navigating customer-facing security conversations at the highest stakes level • Analytical thinker who connects trust program depth to revenue outcomes • Proficient in designing a response strategy rather than reacting question by question, even amid high ambiguity in the highest-stakes reviews • Confidence and willingness to raise concerns and drive toward clarity when customer expectations conflict with reality • Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with internal stakeholders and senior external buyers; demonstrated experience translating complex security and privacy concepts for diverse audiences • High attention to detail and process, with the organizational rigor to be accountable for program-level outcomes, not just individual deals • Ability to adapt to evolving business and technical environments and manage multiple priorities across deals in a fast-paced environment • Team player, collaborative work style • Self-motivated and able to operate with minimal oversight, owning outcomes end to end • Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter and de facto leader, building a customer-trust function from the ground up as the first hire in a region, and comfortable navigating cross-functionally to manage customer requests without an established local team or playbook to lean on What you will do • Own and build the customer-trust program for EMEA as the first Customer Trust hire in the region, including how conversations are prioritized, escalated, and resolved • Contribute to defining how the trust response process scales as deal volume grows, without diluting response quality or turnaround time • Translate customer security requirements into internal controls, evidence, and product or operational requirements that internal teams can act on • Track and drive resolution of gaps between customer expectations and Abnormal's actual control environment, ensuring resolution is documented and communicated back to the customer • Partner with EMEA-based Engineering and Sales teams, as well as Security and Legal, to foster a culture of trust between Abnormal and its customers across the region • Monitor changes in customer expectations and the regulatory landscape, including the EU AI Act and GDPR, and adjust how Abnormal's control environment is presented as needed • Maintain up-to-date content in Responsive and accurate documentation in Safebase Trust Center for EMEA • Support the tooling that underpins the trust response process, including Responsive and Safebase Trust Center • Engage in ad-hoc projects as required • Maintain regular, clear communication with internal stakeholders and Sales leadership regarding conversation status, deal risk, and progress on unresolved issues • Communicate program status, health, and key risks to senior management and Sales leadership, connecting trust program performance to revenue outcomes Must Haves • 7 to 10 years of experience in customer-facing security, trust, or compliance roles • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, RFPs, and security questionnaires • Experience translating customer security requirements into internal …

Build with us Since 2004, we've had one clear goal: to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe. Today, more than 250,000 companies use Mollie to get paid, manage money and grow – with products designed to be simple, scalable, and dependable. With 950+ Mollies across 14+ locations, we care deeply about autonomy and craft. So we work in small teams, with real ownership, and we trust you to make the right decisions. We're building for the long term, so we provide the tools you need, processes you can rely on, and a balanced work environment to help you do work you're proud of. Sound like your kind of place? Let's build together. Your impact This is your chance to build Mollie's presence in Denmark from the ground up, as the first person hired with this market as your sole focus. You won't be starting from zero: you'll have the Nordic foundation already built in Sweden to work from, but the Danish playbook is yours to write. You'll open the market, land our first Danish customers, and turn early learnings into a repeatable approach we can scale. It's a broader, more entrepreneurial scope than a standard sales role. You'll work deals from $100K a month while building toward bigger opportunities of up to $1 million a month, all while shaping how Mollie understands and enters this market for the long run. What makes this role stand out is the mix: outbound selling, customer discovery, partnerships, and competitive analysis, all rolled into one seat with real ownership. If you want to build something rather than maintain something, this is that opportunity. What you'll ship • Run outbound sales and manage the full sales process, including around 20 cold calls a week • Build a Danish pipeline and land Mollie's first customers in the market • Gather market feedback and grow larger opportunities, including deals of up to $1 million a month • Build relationships with Danish agencies and work on partnerships alongside the partner manager based in Stockholm • Share what you learn about the Danish marketing landscape with the marketing team to help shape events and go-to-market plans • Run competitive analysis to sharpen how Mollie positions itself in Denmark What you'll bring • Around 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with a strong outbound track record and demonstrated success in structured cold outreach • Value selling capability, with a data-driven approach to activity and pipeline management • Strong negotiation and contract handling skills, including experience communicating and negotiating with C-level stakeholders • Creativity in building a pipeline through partnerships or marketing outreach (you don't need to have done this before, just show the potential) • Experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS sales, built across multiple companies • Comfortable working hands-on in a role with broad scope and real uncertainty • Fluency in Danish Grow your way At Mollie, growth is personal. We believe everyone should have the chance to develop their skills, explore new challenges and shape their career on their own terms. You'll get regular feedback and performance reviews to support your development, with fair and transparent salary reviews along the way. Many Mollies move into new roles or take on new projects to stretch themselves, and we actively hire from within to help you take the next step. No matter if you're aiming for promotion, exploring a different career path or building new skills, you'll be supported with the tools, trust and opportunities to grow your way. Unlock your full potential and join us to eliminate financial bureaucracy If you're excited by the idea of building what's next, for yourself and for thousands of businesses across Europe, we'd love to hear from you. Apply with your CV (in English) using the form below. Want a peek behind the scenes? Check out what life at Mollie https://jobs.mollie.com/ is really like. AI at Mollie We believe in Always Be Shipping, and AI brings https://jobs.mollie.com/ai-manifesto that philosophy to life across every team, every role, every day. AI is core to how we build. It helps us move faster, simplify work and make smarter decisions, creating real impact for the businesses we serve. At Sanity.io http://Sanity.io, we’re building the future of AI-powered Content Operations. Our AI Content Operating System gives teams the freedom to model, create, and automate content the way their business works, accelerating digital development and supercharging content operations efficiency. Companies like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, Anthropic, COMPLEX, Nordstrom, and Morningbrew are using Sanity to power and automate their content operations. We’re looking for an empathic senior support engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and helping customers succeed with Sanity at scale. As a senior member of the team, you will independently own high-impact issues, guide enterprise customers through complex implementations, and improve the systems, workflows, and documentation that power our support organization. This is not a reactive ticket-queue role. It requires strong technical judgment, calm communication under pressure, and the ability to turn recurring customer friction into lasting improvements. WHAT YOU WOULD DO: • Independently own and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise customers. • Lead investigations into ambiguous or high-severity issues and liaise during incidents, maintaining clear communication throughout. • Produce high-quality minimal reproductions, reusable code snippets, and structured issue reports. • Provide informal mentorship and technical guidance to other Support Engineers, helping the team navigate complex issues and continuously improve how we investigate, communicate, and resolve problems. • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to surface patterns and influence product improvements. • Author and improve documentation, guides, and self-serve resources to reduce recurring issues. • Contribute to infrastructure, tooling, and workflow improvements within the Support organization. • Participate in community support rotation and model high standards of clarity and empathy. • You'll own issues end-to-end, including a paid on-call rotation for high-severity production incidents. Not sure you’re exactly what we’re looking for in this role? Apply anyway! WHAT WE CAN OFFER: • A highly-skilled, inspiring, and supportive team • Positive, flexible, and trust-based work environment that encourages long-term professional and personal growth • A global, multi-culturally diverse group of colleagues and customers • Comprehensive health plans and perks • A healthy work-life balance that accommodates individual and family needs • Competitive salary and stock options program WHO WE ARE: Sanity.io http://Sanity.io is a modern, flexible content operating system that replaces rigid legacy content management systems.
