Brand & Web Designer

À distance ✓EN

ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee. The team is small. The scope is not. THE SHORT VERSION You own how Viktor looks, feels and works on the web. A new visual identity is about to land from our agency work. You turn it into a living web system, then make viktor.com and every landing page unmistakably Viktor and easy to use. You report to our CMO. THE HARD PART Taste at speed. Several landing pages a week, a brand still forming, and agency work to absorb. You'll inherit pages built in a rush and a template system that doesn't exist yet. Holding the bar at this pace is the job. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Own viktor.com end to end: home, pricing, comparison, integration, vertical and SEO pages. • Turn the new identity into web-native type, colour, imagery, motion and components. • Ship campaign, paid and launch pages and partner micro-sites, several a week, every one on brand. • Build templates so a new landing page takes a day, not a week. • Own UX on signup, pricing, paywall and trial walls. The product team owns the app. • Design and ship the variants for Marketing's experiments. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING • Within your first month, a redesigned page is live in the new identity. • By month three, the identity is live across home, pricing and the top paid landing pages. • The team ships an on-brand landing page in a day. • Home and pricing are clearly better, in user feedback and in the numbers. WHO YOU ARE • Your portfolio shows live sites with real traffic and a distinctive point of view. Not mockups. • You've carried a brand identity across a full site and can explain how each page expresses it. • You think in hierarchy, flows and clarity, and you've made a page easier to use, not just prettier. • You use AI every day, from ideation and copy to imagery and code. • You ship it yourself in Next.js, React and Tailwind with Cursor or Claude Code, from design to live with no handoff for 90% of the work. PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF • Your web work is safe SaaS grey: no imagery, no point of view. • Your portfolio is test results rather than design. • You've designed brands but never shipped a live page. EVEN BETTER IF • You've run or partnered on A/B tests and read PostHog or GA without flinching. • You do motion (Lottie, Rive), illustration or 3D. • You've built a design system for a marketing site, or worked on B2B SaaS or AI-native websites. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT • Every paid click lands on your pages. Few designers get that much real audience this early. • The role can grow into leading web and brand design, or into product design. HOW WE WORK Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day. We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate. WHY VIKTOR We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling. This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on. That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true. COMPENSATION Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage. The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.

Martech Lead (AI Builder)

À distance ✓EN
V

ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee. The team is small. The scope is not. THE SHORT VERSION You run Viktor's marketing machine. You pick, connect and pay for the tools we buy, and build the ones we can't buy on Viktor itself. Think product manager for the marketing org, who builds the product. Marketing can't keep pace with our growth by adding people. Every team needs tools that let one person do the work of three, and today nobody owns that. You're hands-on, with no team at the start, and report to our CMO. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Sit with the program leads (partnerships, paid, organic, brand, lifecycle, PMM and more), find the manual work, and automate it. • Own the marketing stack (Viktor, PostHog, Clay, Hex, the ad platforms) and decide what we keep, cut, replace or build. • Build apps, agents and scheduled workflows on Viktor, documented and simple enough for someone else to pick up. • Keep data joined up from marketing activity to signups, with Data Science owning attribution. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING By day 90: • A partner OS for all our partner programs is in daily use and documented for someone else to run. • Every marketing tool and automation is mapped with owner, cost, usage and overlap. • At least one tool or set of automations is cut, with the saving shown. • Two more tools, built for two other teams, are used weekly. • Next quarter's builds are ranked by impact and agreed. WHO YOU ARE • You've shipped tools or agents with AI (Claude Code, Cursor, Viktor, Lovable or similar) that people used for months, and you fix them when they break. No engineering degree needed. • You've owned a modern marketing stack for 3+ years at a fast-moving company. You know how pipeline gets made and can defend your buy-vs-build calls. • You've built something nobody asked for, as a founder, on a side project or at an early startup. • You ship good enough today, and know when a script beats an agent and when a $50 tool beats a build. • You can turn a messy ask from a marketing leader into something the team uses every week. PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF • You configure tools but don't build, or you manage builders and no longer build yourself. • You're an engineer who doesn't know how marketing makes pipeline, or your stack experience is outbound and enrichment only. • You add tools and model calls without checking usage, cost or value. EVEN BETTER IF • You've built on Viktor, or with agents, scheduled workflows and MCP. • You're hands-on with PostHog, Clay, Hex, a data warehouse, SQL and APIs. • You've worked at a B2B SaaS or AI company, or built systems for partnerships or creator marketing. THE HARD PART Lots of half-built micro-systems to tidy up, leaders who all want something first, and a stack growing faster than anyone can track. You'll have to say no, and cut things people like. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT Your tools run Viktor's own marketing and show what the product can do. No tickets, no sprint planning. As the team grows, you own marketing systems, with the chance to build and lead a martech function. Not a task. Executive Assistant to the CMO

ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee. The team is small. The scope is not. THE SHORT VERSION You run how our CMO spends his time, and you help build how the marketing org works together. You plan his week, triage what reaches him, make sure the team follows through on what it owes him, and run the rituals that make the marketing team a great place to work. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Plan the CMO's time across internal and external meetings, and protect focused time for his own work. • Triage his inbox, Slack and other channels. Flag blockers, risks and anything that needs his answer that day. • Keep a live list of what the team owes the CMO, and chase it. • Suggest and run team activities and online sessions that help the marketing org bond. • Manage all of the CMO's logistics. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING • Next week is planned by Friday, with focus time protected every week. • The CMO gets a daily note on what needs his answer that day, across email and Slack. • The list of what the team owes him is current and chased every week. • The first team sessions have run, and there's a plan for the next quarter. WHO YOU ARE • You've been an executive assistant to a C-suite executive. • Your scope went well beyond the calendar: you owned inbox and comms triage, logistics and follow-through for your executive. • You can show how your work helped a team build a great culture. • You chase people on your executive's behalf before anyone asks you to. PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF • You keep a diary and wait to be told what comes next. • You've only supported one executive at a large corporate and haven't worked at startup pace. EVEN BETTER IF • You already use AI to run parts of the job. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT You build how the marketing org runs, from the CMO's time to its team rituals, and the role can grow towards chief of staff or operations. Commercial Counsel

THE SHORT VERSION You are Viktor's first dedicated legal hire. You own the legal work that helps Viktor do business: hands-on commercial contracts under US law, AI-specific contracting, practical data protection, and the external counsel who cover everything else. You review, draft and negotiate yourself and stay on a matter until it is signed or resolved. You report to our CFO. Warsaw is preferred; remote within Europe works. THE HARD PART AI contracting raises questions most templates do not answer: what happens to a customer's data, who owns the output, and where responsibility sits when the product acts for a customer. You take positions on these in live customer, supplier and partner negotiations, then turn them into templates and negotiation positions the team can reuse. The role combines that judgment with routine drafting, obligation tracking and administrative follow-through across a cross-border business with US, Polish and German entities. Vendor-contract volume is growing and legal reviews are getting harder to handle ad hoc. You make them handleable before they become urgent. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Review, draft and negotiate customer, supplier and partner agreements under US law: SaaS terms, order forms, NDAs and DPAs. Give clear recommendations and remain involved until signature or resolution. • Own AI-specific contracting issues: data use and training, output ownership, liability and warranties. • Lead legal readiness for enterprise deals and diligence. Maintain usable templates, negotiation positions and an organised contract archive. • Own practical data-protection work. Translate regulatory or specialist advice into actions with owners and deadlines. • Manage external counsel: briefs, budgets and advice, coordinating other jurisdictions and specialist matters through the right people. • Support fundraising and corporate transactions. Help Finance keep records, approvals, filing deadlines and authorities current across the US, Polish and German entities. Corporate affairs are a secondary support responsibility, not the core of the role. • Improve legal intake, drafting and tracking with approved AI tools and human review. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING • Active commercial matters are owned through signature or resolution, with status, material risks, decision-makers and next steps visible to the relevant teams. • A usable core set of contract templates and negotiation positions is in place, covering recurring commercial and AI/data issues. • A prioritised legal-readiness action list exists for enterprise reviews, data protection and relevant AI regulation, with clear owners and escalation needs. • A practical external-counsel workflow for briefs, budgets and advice is running, and outstanding corporate support items are identified with Finance. WHO YOU ARE • Strong hands-on experience drafting and negotiating US-law commercial contracts. You can name the agreements you personally handled. US admission is preferred, not required: without it, a strong relevant background still gets you considered. • Commercial judgment. You distinguish material business risk from a drafting preference and propose workable alternatives. • You own matters end to end: negotiation, resolution, obligation tracking, administrative follow-through and early escalation. You know what happened after signature. • You run the US-law core and coordinate other jurisdictions, especially the EU, knowing the limits of your own expertise and when to bring in local or specialist counsel. • Precise written and spoken English with customers, founders and advisers. Organised, discreet and proactive: you raise an issue together with a proposed next step. PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF This is a hands-on commercial counsel role. If you want a primarily corporate or governance remit, expect to delegate the drafting and negotiation, or treat every drafting preference as a blocker, this is not the right fit. EVEN BETTER IF • GDPR familiarity, B2B software or AI experience, AI/data contracting. • Venture-backed companies and financing rounds. • Multi-entity or cross-border corporate management. • Enterprise procurement and security reviews. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT • You build our first dedicated legal function and have a real part in the deals we sign. • You improve the templates, negotiation positions and workflows around them rather than inherit them. • Scope to shape how the legal function develops as enterprise and cross-border demands grow. We promise meaningful ownership and room to improve the function, not a specific future title or team size. HOW WE WORK Small team, high trust, …

Lifecycle Manager

À distance ✓EN
V

ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee. The team is small. The scope is not. THE SHORT VERSION You own the lifecycle machine: every email and nudge that turns a signup into a daily user, a single user into a team, and a lapsed workspace into a returning one. You take over our existing lifecycle system and build both the self-serve and the sales-led journeys, and everything about where it goes next is your call. First dedicated lifecycle owner, hands-on in Customer.io http://Customer.io daily, judged on activation, net revenue retention, and reactivated revenue. You ship every week. WHAT'S ACTUALLY GOING ON HERE Tens of thousands of people sign up, and what happens after signup is decided largely by lifecycle: the emails and messages that turn a curious signup into a daily user, a single user into a team, and a lapsed workspace into a returning one. In May 2026 we closed a $75M Series A led by Accel, with Slack's founders co-investing. The product works and the market is pulling. Lifecycle is the least-owned lever we have. Today it is run by the Head of Growth as a side quest, with an agency that has been rebuilding the system: ten tracks, 20 flows, structured A/B testing with holdouts, and personalisation off survey attributes, all on Customer.io http://Customer.io with a dedicated sending domain. That system needs an owner who treats it as their number, not a vendor relationship. That is this hire. First dedicated lifecycle owner, reporting to our CMO. You take over the existing system and the interesting work starts on day one. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Activation. Our biggest leak is between a user's first message to Viktor and their first scheduled task. You own the email and in-channel nudge side of closing it. (In-product activation belongs to Product; you two will be joined at the hip.) • Expansion. Half of paying workspaces still have only one active human. Seat expansion and usage expansion are open headroom, and the motion is dormant. You build it. • Sales-led journeys. Journeys that warm up bigger accounts and hand the right ones to sales at the right moment. You grow the revenue they touch, together with sales. • Retention and reactivation. Churn here is mostly voluntary and win-back is brand new. You own it and iterate on real revenue numbers. • The advocacy engine. Lifecycle comms for referrals, creators, and implementation specialists: one pitch per person per cycle, credits-led, never spammy. The programs have owners; the email layer is yours. • Segmentation and data. You define the segmentation roadmap (buyer vs end-user, team size, usage stage) and drive the data dependencies with engineering. Reach and person-attribute coverage in our ESP is a live engineering conversation, not a solved problem: you are the internal customer who keeps it moving. • The channel itself. Deliverability, sending domains, send hygiene, frequency capping, and the quality bar on every email that leaves the building. High touch and human, never mass and lazy. THE BAR Judged on activation rate, net revenue retention, and reactivated revenue, not on sends shipped or campaign count. "The calendar was full" is not the bar. "More signups become teams, and more teams stay and grow" is. "I'd brief an agency to build that" is an instant no-hire. You are the builder. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING • 30 days. Full command of the inherited system: every track, flow, segment, suppression rule, and dashboard. The test program runs under your hand, not the agency's. • 60 days. Handoff complete and invisible. First test reads actioned: losers killed or rewritten, winners scaled. First segmentation win shipped with engineering. • 90 days. Activation, expansion, and reactivation each have a north-star number, a live campaign system behind it, and a trend you can defend in a growth review. WHO YOU ARE • You have run lifecycle for a usage-based or PLG B2B SaaS, where revenue comes from seats and usage, not cart recovery. You know why that difference changes everything. • You've driven monetisation through both a self-serve and a sales-led funnel in a product-led business. • Hands-on Customer.io http://Customer.io (or an equivalent you can prove), including segments, campaigns, webhooks, and event-triggered flows you built yourself. • Data fluency: you write SQL, you live in product analytics, and you pull your own segments instead of filing a ticket. • You can put numbers on your best work: what the activation or retention metric was, what you did, what it became. • You run experiments with a method you can explain: how you design them, how you scale the winners, and the results that mattered. • AI-native, for real. We use Viktor to build Viktor, and you will work with him to run …

Performance Marketing Lead (Google Ads)

À distance ✓EN
V

THE SHORT VERSION You own Google as a paid acquisition channel for Viktor. Search, Performance Max, YouTube, the full Google ad stack - strategy, keyword and audience structure, budget, performance. You've built this machine before, at scale. Now you build it again - with better tools, more budget discipline, and no legacy to work around. WHAT'S ACTUALLY GOING ON HERE Viktor is an AI-native product growing fast. We're standing up paid acquisition as a serious discipline as part of the paid acquisition team, and Google is one of the channels we believe in. You'll be the founding owner of it - end-to-end, no agency layer. You'll build the playbook, set the bar and scale the program. You report to our CMO. Day-1 operator. Day-180 architect of how Viktor runs Google, using AI tooling to compound your output. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Own Google Ads end-to-end. Search campaign structure, keyword strategy, match-type discipline, negative keyword hygiene, PMax asset groups, YouTube where it earns its budget. • Run conversion experiments with the owners of our landing pages and sign-up path. Quality Score and post-click conversion are part of how you judge the account. • Set the experimentation cadence. Weekly tests with clear hypotheses, documented results, compounding learnings. • Own measurement and attribution. Enhanced conversions, offline conversion import, conversion modeling. • Build the keyword, audience, and asset library. The playbook compounds. • Report weekly on spend, CAC, pipeline contribution. Numbers, not narrative. • Work to build out a culture of excellence across all paid acquisition done by the team THE BAR You'll be measured on paying teams and cost per customer from Google, not on impression share, CTR, or campaign count. You own Google Ads and measurement, and work with the owners of our landing pages and sign-up path on the experiments that move them. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING 30 days: account audited, bad match types killed, conversion tracking clean, first experiments shipped. 90 days: Google is a predictable, scaling channel with a documented playbook and a multi-geo account structure that stays profitable as it grows across our markets. WHO YOU ARE • 4-8 years running paid search, with deep Google Ads experience for B2B SaaS or AI. Pipeline-accountable. • Direct media buyer. You've personally run a meaningful Google Ads budget in the platform, not through an agency, and owned the spend and the outcome. Budget size is case by case: a smaller budget is fine if you're exceptional on the rest and can scale to ours. • Attribution fluency. GA4 and pixel implementation, enhanced and offline conversions, server-side event optimization. • You think about the whole conversion path. Ad to landing page to signup to paying. • Documented experimentation practice. You can show the cadence and the wins from a prior role. • AI-native daily workflow. Claude and similar tools are core to how you work. • You raise the bar. Your playbook becomes the house playbook. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT • No agency layer. You own the account. • The CMO and the co-founders care about how Viktor grows. You'll have data; they'll have opinions. The good ideas win. • The product makes the work easier. The right buyer converts when they land. Your job is making sure the right buyer lands. EVEN BETTER IF • You've scaled paid search from zero at a Series A or B B2B SaaS. • You've worked on AI or PLG products. • You've owned landing page experimentation alongside the ad account. • You've leveled people up before. You can take a sharp 1-2 year operator and make them dangerous.

Product Engineer

À distance ✓EN
V

THE SHORT VERSION Half product manager, half engineer. You imagine how people work with an AI employee, and how they'll manage a whole team of them, then decide what to build and build it yourself. You've shipped real products end to end, you have taste, and you sweat the details. THE HARD PART Viktor lives where work already happens, in Slack and Teams, with web, desktop, and mobile apps on the way. People talk to him like a colleague, and the whole product is a conversation with an AI employee who writes code, runs it, and ships real work back. We want people to hand Viktor the work they'd give a great hire, and earning that is as hard as making the thing work at all. Viktor acts on his own and sometimes gets it wrong, and your job is to make people trust him with their real work anyway. Nobody has settled what the UX of working with AI employees looks like. You'll have to imagine it: how a person delegates, steers, corrects, and trusts an AI employee, and how they run a whole team of them. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Imagine and define the UX of managing AI employees: delegation, steering, trust, cost, oversight. These patterns don't exist yet; you set them, then build them. • Ship user-facing product end to end. Frontend to backend, idea to production, in Slack, Teams, and the web, desktop, and mobile apps as they land. The bar is something real users touch on day one, not a prototype. • Own onboarding and time-to-value. From install to first real win in minutes, because the alternative is churn. • Own what happens after you ship. Find where users stall, fix it yourself, and move activation and retention. • Own land-and-expand: how Viktor spreads from the first user to their team and across the company. • Do the PM half yourself. Talk to users, shape the problem, decide what to build, write the spec when it helps and skip it when it doesn't. • Polish like it matters. The details that separate a tool people tolerate from one they recommend. • Whatever needs building. Small team, large surface. WHO YOU ARE • You've shipped a real product that real people use, and you owned it end to end. A product with real users is the point, not a side project that never left localhost. • Range. React component to API to deployment script in an afternoon. The frontend/backend divide was never useful to you. • Half PM. Product discovery, UX judgment, and prioritization are core skills, not side interests. You use the product, talk to the people who rely on it, and work backwards from the user. • Detail oriented. Empty states, microcopy, spacing, edge cases: you notice, and you won't ship until it's right. • Design sensibility. You can make it look and feel right without a designer holding your hand. • You talk to users and own outcomes, not tickets. You shape the problem, cut scope when you should, and ship the thing that moves the metric. • You run experiments: A/B tests with a clear hypothesis and a result you act on. • Speed, with the bar up. You ship today, not Thursday, and it's still good. • Agentic coding is your daily workflow. You build with AI by default and you're faster because of it. • Genuine drive. You build things because you can't not. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT • No layers. You work directly with both founders, design, and growth, and decisions get made in the room, not in a Linear ticket. • You own the surface customers actually see. Every polish win shows up in retention the next week. • New surfaces to explore. The web app is the start of a bigger chapter, with desktop and mobile apps after it, and you'll help define what Viktor feels like on each. • We use Viktor to build Viktor. You ship the product using the product, every day. • Real ownership. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on. When it wins, everyone knows whose work it was. EVEN BETTER IF • You've founded something or been an early-stage builder. • You've shipped something with real traction: users, revenue, downloads, a product people know. • You've moved a real metric, activation, retention, or conversion, and have the before-and-after to show it. • You've built with the AI tooling we live in and have opinions about it. TECH The product lives in Slack and Teams today, with web, desktop, and mobile apps on the way. TypeScript/React for the web, Python on the backend and agents, Modal for infrastructure. This role leans product, and you move across the whole stack. You don't need all of it coming in, but you need to learn fast. This is a rare …

ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee. The team is small. The scope is not. WHAT'S ACTUALLY GOING ON HERE We have a product that generates a non-stop stream of “wait, it can do that?” moments, and founders who post. What we don't have is one person who owns all of it end to end. Right now social is split across people who have other day jobs. That's the seat. First dedicated social hire, no social team above you, no playbook to inherit. You report to our CMO, and you decide what this function becomes. Paid ads and the Creator Program are run separately and sit outside this role. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Own all of Viktor's organic social. LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube. Calendar, posting, copy, hooks, replies, comments. You're the voice and the hands on every channel, every day. • Make the content yourself. Text and visual, from the idea to the finished post. • Live in the conversation. Be terminally online where AI and tech Twitter actually happen. Know the lore, the memes, the running jokes, the people. Reply, quote, jump into threads, and make Viktor part of the discourse in real time, not a brand account that posts and ghosts. • Amplify the team. The founders and the team post. You make those posts land (angles, timing, repurposing one good post into five) and you build the engine that compounds reach over time. • Find what works, fast. Test platforms, formats and topics, track what's actually moving (reach, follows, signups) and steer the calendar toward it. Kill what doesn't. Report it cleanly. THE BAR This role is judged on reach and pipeline that compound, not posts shipped. “I stayed on schedule” isn't the bar. “More of the right people discover Viktor every month, and our feeds are something people actually follow” is. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING • 30 days. You own the calendar across every channel, you're posting daily, and you're active in the right conversations. • 60 days. Follower and engagement curves are bending up, and you're a recognized voice in the AI corner of X. • 90 days. You've tested your way to a v1 of Viktor's social strategy: the platforms, content, formats and topics. The numbers are growing, and you can point to a set of posts that got 10x Viktor's normal reach and engagement. WHO YOU ARE • You've run a top account in its category, for a brand, an executive or yourself. You can show what it looked like before you and after, and explain how you moved it: a step change, not small incremental growth. • Terminally online, in the best way. You don't just use X and TikTok, you live there. You know what's happening in AI and tech Twitter before most people do, you get the lore, and you have the taste to know what lands and what flops. You've grown your own audience across platforms, and you can point to it. • A master of social content. You've created viral posts for yourself, a brand or executives, and you're strong at both text and visual. You bring your ideas to life yourself. • A sharp writer. Fast, funny when it counts, clear. Copy that stops the scroll. • Social that pays off. You grew the right audience, not just a big one, and you can show what it did for the business. • Technically curious. You can hold your own with technical users, read a workflow, and understand what Viktor actually does. AI-native: you use tools like Claude or Viktor in your daily work, and you'll use Viktor to run your own job. • Comfortable in chaos. Small team, full ownership, no playbook. You decide and move. PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF • Your growth has been small and steady on corporate accounts, and you've never grown an audience for a person, yourself or an executive. • You rely on others to make your content. • You can't say what your work did for the business. EVEN BETTER IF • You already know the AI and tech crowd online. • You can shoot and edit short video yourself. • You've worked with technical buyers and builders (devs, ops, marketers). WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT • You own all of Viktor's organic social, not a content calendar inside someone else's strategy. • The raw material is genuinely good. You're not manufacturing hype for a boring product; you're putting one of the most interesting things being built in AI in front of the right people. • The work is public. It goes out under Viktor's name, and your wins are visible to the whole company the day they happen. • Room to grow. As we scale, the role can grow into building our social team. HOW WE WORK Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day. We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate. …

Community Manager

À distance ✓EN
V

THE SHORT VERSION Thousands of people use Viktor every day, and a lot of them are in our community Slack right now, asking questions, sharing workflows, hitting walls. You own that room, and every other place Viktor's community lives: Reddit, Trustpilot, G2, wherever the conversation goes next. You turn quiet lurkers into power users, and power users into the voices who sell Viktor for us. You also sit at the center of the company, pulling support, engineering, and product together so the community's needs actually get met. When the community is alive, people stay. When it goes quiet, they churn. You're the person who keeps it alive. WHAT'S ACTUALLY GOING ON HERE Viktor is growing fast. The product creates a flood of “how do I...”, “can it...”, “look what I built” energy, and right now nobody owns the channel where that energy lives. It's reactive, ad hoc, and the best customer stories never make it back to the team. That's the seat. First community hire. You report to our CMO, and there is no playbook to inherit. You decide what this function becomes. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Run the community Slack. Own the room day to day. Answer fast, route the hard stuff, seed conversation, make sure no question dies unanswered. Set the norms, the channels, the culture. • Coordinate across the company. You sit between customer support, engineering, and product, and you manage those stakeholders. Route issues to the right owner, chase fixes to done, push the community's needs into the roadmap, and make sure the loop actually closes instead of dying in a thread. • Organize events and fuel grassroots movements. Founder AMAs, build-alongs, office hours, power-user roundtables, launches, run end to end. And the bottom-up stuff: local meetups, community-run challenges, and champions who want to host their own thing. You give grassroots momentum a backbone and the tools to grow. • Own the wider community footprint. Viktor's community isn't just Slack. You'll moderate our Reddit presence (a subreddit we'll launch), and own our review surfaces, Trustpilot, G2, and the rest. Run the campaigns that turn happy users into public proof at scale, and keep the rating climbing. • Activate people. Get signups into the community, lurkers into participants, participants into champions. In-community onboarding (channel norms, welcome threads), prompts, challenges, recognition, whatever moves people up the ladder. • Relay feedback to the team. You're the early-warning system. The bug everyone hits, the feature everyone asks for, the wall everyone slams into. You spot the pattern, write it up, and put it in front of the right people so it gets acted on. • Build the champion layer. Find the people already evangelizing Viktor and make them more visible: spotlights, member-hosted sessions, recognition. You work alongside the teammates who run our ambassador and early access programs. • Turn the community into content and proof. The best workflows, stories, and quotes become case studies, social posts, and launch fuel, with growth and marketing. THE BAR This role is judged on a living, growing, engaged community, not post count. “I replied to everyone” isn't the bar. “More people are getting more value from Viktor this month than last, the team knows exactly what customers need because of me, and our public reputation is climbing” is. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING • 30 days. You know the room cold. Response times are tight, the dead channels are gone, and you've shipped the first version of onboarding for new members. The team is already seeing feedback summaries from you weekly. • 60 days. Active members are climbing, you've run your first event with real turnout, a champion layer is forming, and review volume on G2 and Trustpilot is up. Support, engineering, and product are moving against patterns you surfaced. • 90 days. The community is a growth and retention engine. Events run on a cadence, grassroots momentum is building, our public ratings are climbing, customer stories flow into marketing, and “the community” is something prospects hear about as a reason to choose Viktor. WHO YOU ARE • You've run a community before, a Slack/Discord/forum/subreddit for a product, ideally B2B SaaS, dev tools, or AI, and you can show what it looked like before you and after, and which number you personally moved. • Genuinely social online. You start conversations, you make people feel seen, you're funny in a thread. This can't be faked. • A coordinator who gets things done across teams. You can manage stakeholders in support, engineering, and product, hold them to commitments, and close loops without a manager pushing you. You're the connective tissue, not a bottleneck. • Operator, not just a vibes person. You run events, build onboarding flows, track engagement, and close the loop. You ship. • Technically curious. You can hold your own with technical users, read a workflow, and understand what …
