bunch https://www.bunch.capital/ is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you. YOUR ROLE As a Senior or Staff-level Product Manager for Growth at bunch, you will lead a small Growth squad focused on discovering, validating, and shipping products that open the upmarket segment — larger VC funds and private equity managers whose scale and complexity put them beyond today’s product, but who become our most valuable customers the moment we can serve them. This is greenfield work. You’ll start from real conversations with target accounts, not an inherited roadmap. You will: • Own the Growth squad end to end: discovery, roadmap, build, and commercial outcomes • Work closely with Commercial to identify target accounts worth winning, then get in front of them through discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping • Identify recurring problems across upmarket accounts and decide what to build to deliver the highest ROI • Prototype fast — with the team and with AI tooling — so an idea becomes something a prospect can touch in weeks or months, not quarters • Run experiments knowing most will fail: kill the losers quickly and cheaply, and double down on what converts • Convert working prototypes into paid POCs, and paid POCs into signed contracts and product lines • Lead a small team of engineers as an active, hands-on product manager About you • 7+ years in product, with a track record of taking ambiguous, zero-to-one problems to shipped, revenue-generating products • Experience operating at senior or staff level, with the ability to run a squad without someone setting direction for you • Strong fintech experience and comfort with financial services complexity, regulation, and sophisticated buyers • Commercial mindset: you think in business cases and ROI, can hold your own in front of a fund CFO or COO, and understand how discovery turns into POCs and signed contracts • Fluent with AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, or similar, especially for research, analysis, and prototyping • Experimental by temperament: energised by high-risk, high-reward work and able to design experiments so failures are fast and cheap • Comfortable with ambiguity and small teams; you would rather own one hard problem with two people than manage twenty on a roadmap someone else set • Exposure to private markets — VC, PE, fund administration, or working inside a GP or fund — is a plus • Experience in a growth, new-ventures, or incubation function is a plus Success Indicators • A visible pipeline of experiments run, killed, or scaled, with clear reasoning for each • Paid MVPs landed with accounts previously out of reach • MVPs with a clear path to signed contracts in the upmarket segment Workplace & Benefits • Customizable benefits package (wellbeing, sport, mobility, food, and more) • 28 days of vacation, plus 2 company days and local public holidays • Remote work with quarterly trips to Berlin or elsewhere in Europe. • A great tech and work setup • Work with a diverse team of 120+ bunchies from 40+ countries, with leaders who are best-in-class in their domains Hiring process 1. People Team Interview (30 min) – Meet us & check initial fit 2. Hiring Manager Interview (60 min) – Collaboration, ownership, and product/commercial fit 3. Product Case Interview (60 min) – Problem discovery, experimentation, and prioritisation 4. Cross-functional Interview (60 min) – Commercial collaboration, stakeholder management, and impact 5. bunch https://www.bunch.capital/ is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you. YOUR ROLE As a Staff Frontend Engineer at bunch, you will shape the architecture, quality, and developer experience of the product surfaces our customers and internal teams rely on every day. You will work across product teams to make our frontend systems scalable, reliable, accessible, and fast — while helping engineers ship with clarity and confidence. This is not only a delivery role. Your decisions will influence how frontend engineering at bunch evolves: the standards we adopt, the patterns we reuse, the quality bar we hold, and the way product, design, and engineering collaborate to build excellent user experiences. HOW THE ROLE CONTRIBUTES TO OUR VISION bunch is building the backbone of private markets, combining exceptional expertise, operational excellence, and frictionless technology. Our platform enables funds and private investors to seamlessly and securely set up and manage their investment entities. As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in turning complex workflows into intuitive, robust, and scalable product experiences. You will help ensure our frontend foundation enables rapid delivery across teams while maintaining high standards for usability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability. TOP PRIORITIES 1. Lead our migration from Svelte to React. Hold the architectural picture across both stacks, sequence the work against product delivery, and land it without stalling teams. 2. Maintain and evolve our design system, together with the frontend guild, so product teams ship consistent, accessible UI faster. 3. Support and guide frontend initiatives across teams, with the frontend guild — application architecture, performance, testing strategy, developer experience, and technical debt reduction — from diagnosis through measurable delivery. 4. Be the bar raiser for UX and UI quality, raising the standard through design reviews, reusable patterns, mentoring, and thoughtful technical writing. 5. Advance how we build with AI — find where agentic tooling genuinely improves engineering practice, and shape the codebase (module boundaries, API contracts, documentation) so it works well for people and agents alike. YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS • 30 days: map the frontend architecture, product domains, design system, team workflows, and the main bottlenecks affecting delivery and quality. • 60 days: publish a structured problem analysis and proposal for one cross-team frontend initiative with clear trade-offs, stakeholders, and success measures. • 90 days: lead a systemic improvement from kickoff to measurable progress across teams, while helping Senior Engineers grow through collaboration, reviews, and shared ownership. ABOUT YOU • Track record — You have already operated at Staff scope, with or without the title, and have shipped systemic frontend or product-engineering improvements across multiple teams. People listen to you because of what you have delivered, how clearly you think, and how effectively you collaborate. • Frontend craft — Deep expertise in modern frontend engineering, with strong command of TypeScript, component architecture, state management, design systems, accessibility, performance, testing, and maintainable application architecture. • AI-native practice — You use AI coding tools daily and have gone past autocomplete into agentic workflows. You have a considered view on where they genuinely help, where they don't, and what a codebase needs to be a good place to work in with agents. • Product judgment — You care about the user experience as much as the technical solution. You can translate ambiguous workflows and business constraints into pragmatic, elegant product experiences. • Systems thinking — You are comfortable reasoning across frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, observability, security, and compliance when the problem requires it. • Operating style — You think in quarters and years, not only sprints. You drive cross-team change through credibility, clear writing, architectural reasoning, and strong stakeholder alignment — not through authority. • Collaborative Leadership: A proactive relationship-builder who can set technical direction and influence without formal authority, manage diverse stakeholders and build alignment on difficult technical decisions, while mentoring engineers. • Language — Fluent English, written and spoken. You can make complex technical decisions legible to engineers, product partners, design partners, and leadership alike. OUR TECH STACK • Frontend: TypeScript, React, Svelte — we are …

Senior Applied AI Engineer, AI Platform

À distance ✓EN

bunch https://www.bunch.capital/ is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you. YOUR ROLE As a Senior Applied AI Engineer on our AI Platform team, you take AI at bunch from working to relied upon. We already run AI in production — a document extraction pipeline live in fund operations, agent workflows on Mastra, evaluations, and multi-provider fallback inside EU data residency. Fund operations run on documents, deadlines and numbers that have to be right — subscription documents to parse, capital calls to chase, portfolio data to reconcile. You build on that foundation: more agents taking that work off people's hands, the evaluations that prove they can be trusted with it, and the platform that lets every other team at bunch ship the same way. This is end-to-end product engineering, not research: you own architecture, evaluation, integration, and deployment. TOP PRIORITIES • Build and ship agents. Design agents that automate real fund-operations workflows, and own them from prototype through production and after. They integrate with our services, data model, and authorization system — they don't sit beside the product as standalone prototypes. • Evaluate and improve agent performance. Build the evaluation layer: test cases built from real documents with the output we expect, regression suites in CI, human review where correctness is non-negotiable, and clear success criteria for an agent completing a complex task end to end. Then move the numbers that matter — accuracy, latency, cost. • Own the AI application architecture. Orchestration and multi-agent design, tool contracts, memory, and context engineering (RAG, MCP) with clear domain boundaries — plus the guardrails, approvals, and human-in-the-loop controls that anything touching investor money requires. • Run it in production. Versioned, feature-flagged rollout of agent versions; rate limits, provider fallback, and regional failover within EU data residency; and the observability to trace a failure across services and turn it into a fix rather than a theory. • Make it a platform, not a project. Document parsing and extraction consolidates into this team, and shared evaluation and observability become something other teams consume rather than rebuild. You set the patterns other engineers inherit, partner closely with DevX, and mentor engineers across teams on agent and LLM practice. YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS • Review our MCP offering end to end and ship it to the first customers, with the access boundaries, evaluation and observability a customer-facing surface needs. • Stand up shared observability for our AI workloads — token usage, estimated cost, latency, failures and retries per provider — on a dashboard people actually open during an incident. • Publish v1 of our agent patterns (domain boundaries, tool contracts, prompt and eval conventions), reviewed with DevX and adopted by at least one team outside AI Platform. ABOUT YOU • Experience: 5+ years building production software, including at least one agent or LLM-powered capability you took end to end and still owned once it was live • Agents: real depth in orchestration and context engineering — tool contracts, memory, RAG, multi-agent design — with Mastra, ai-sdk, LangGraph or similar. You've integrated agents into a real product and its authorization model, not built prototypes for someone else to productionise • Evaluation: you know how to make a non-deterministic system measurable, from test cases built on real data to regression suites and human review, and you can tell the difference between a model that improved and a benchmark that got easier • Production: you own what you ship. Reading traces, diagnosing failure modes, tuning cost and latency, handling provider rate limits and fallback without drama • Backend: You have experience with TypeScript and/or Python. • Platform mindset: you build for other engineers as much as for end users, and the standards you set get adopted because people trust you, not because they are written down • Pragmatic: you start from the business outcome, choose the deterministic solution when it's the right one, and know when good enough is good enough • Experience in fintech, private markets, or another regulated, document-heavy domain is a plus, as is working under EU data-residency constraints OUR TECH STACK • Frontend: TypeScript, Svelte and React • Backend: Node.js, Nest.js • Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL • AI: Mastra, Vercel ai-sdk, Google Vertex (Gemini) with AWS Bedrock fallback in EU regions • Infrastructure: Kubernetes on AWS • Observability: Datadog • Auth & Internal tools: FusionAuth, Retool …

Founded in 2017, refurbed is Europe’s fastest-growing marketplace for refurbished products, active in 23 European countries and having surpassed €2Bn in GMV — all while being profitable. With beautiful headquarters in Vienna, we operate as a remote-first company and have been recognised as a Top DACH Employer by Kununu for four consecutive years. Our mission is to make sustainable consumption the easy choice by enabling customers to buy products up to 40% cheaper while significantly reducing CO₂ emissions. If you thrive in an environment that values momentum, ownership, and impact, you’ll feel at home here. We’re a fast-paced, high-performance team that works hard and challenges itself everyday. To enable this high-performance every team member enjoys full autonomy over their location (we’re remote-first). Paid search is one of refurbed’s largest growth levers, with a high eight-figure annual budget across 23+ European markets. For our SEA team we are looking for an SEA Manager (f/m/x) to own Google Ads and Shopping for a portfolio of country accounts, and to help us grow in new categories beyond consumer electronics, such as home appliances and e-bikes. You will report to the SEA Team Lead and work closely with our Markets team, Category Marketing and Supply. WHO YOU ARE • You have 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping, Search and DemandGen), ideally in-house at an e-commerce or retail business. Other search engines are a plus. • You have relevant certifications in Google’s Skillshop. • You worked with feeds before such as GMC custom labels, feed rules, disapprovals and tools such as Channable, Productsup or similar. • You have confident, hands-on proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Editor and Business Intelligence tools such as Looker studio/Tableau. SQL knowledge is a plus. • You’re curious, enjoy testing new approaches (e.g. automations, scripts, new ad formats) and stay on top of Google’s product updates. • You are strong with data. Spreadsheets are part of your daily work, and you want to understand what the data tells you as well as its limits. • You solve problems from first principles. When a campaign underperforms, you find out why before you change settings. • You use AI tools and automation to work faster but you check the output, implement feedback loops, and work to automate repetitive tasks. • You are confident with stakeholders and a strong communicator. You can explain results clearly to market, category and supply colleagues. • Your English is fluent. Another European language is highly desirable. Location & eligibility: This role is open to candidates based in Europe (including UK) only with a valid right to work. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own SEA and Shopping for a portfolio of country accounts: campaign structure, feeds, bidding and budgets, in line with market goals and our incrementality measurements. • Be the go-to partner for your markets’ teams on paid search priorities, local search trends and competitors. • Support the SEA Team Lead on multi-category: build growth cases and test plans with Category Marketing, and turn learnings into set-ups, playbooks and reporting the whole team can use. • Roll out category changes in your own accounts and help colleagues roll them out in theirs. • Build performance reporting for our Supply team and brand partners. • Cover colleagues’ accounts during absences, using shared runbooks, alerting and quality checks. • Automate repetitive set-up and reporting so new categories and markets do not mean more manual work. • Share your learnings with the team and contribute to our test roadmap. • Work with Google and Microsoft partner teams on new formats and betas. WHY YOU WILL ENJOY WORKING WITH US: Our Culture and Values: • Decisions should be made based on facts and not by hierarchy levels? We sure think so! • We embrace giving and receiving feedback, testing and welcoming new ideas, as well as sharing our knowledge across the company. • You fail sometimes? Well, so do we! We’re all just human, let’s learn from our mistakes to improve in the future! • No matter who you love, where you’re from, who you pray to, whether you pee sitting down or standing up – we are a bunch of talented people who enjoy spending our time making a difference! Personal & Professional Development: • You'll have access to a dedicated learning budget within your department to support your growth, whether it's courses, conferences, or other learning opportunities that matter to you. • We partner with Likeminded, offering you private sessions with experts for your personal growth and mental health. • We frequently host internal workshops, allowing our teams to further develop their skills in different areas and enhancing collaboration across departments. WHY IS THIS ROLE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU This role is a good fit for you if: • You are an operational thinker who naturally designs sustainable systems, governance, and frameworks rather than executing quick-fix tasks. • You love working cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales Ops, and Data teams …

Analytics Engineer

ABOUT PLEO Messy spend management is tricky business. And tedious processes are a lose-lose situation for all involved, not just finance. At Pleo, we're changing that. We build spend solutions that make managing money seamless, empowering, and surprisingly effective for finance teams and employees alike - with a vision to help all businesses ‘go beyond’. The word ‘Pleo’ actually means ‘more than you’d expect’, and living by that mantra has been the secret to our success over the last 10 years. Now, we’re at a pivotal moment in our journey; every move we make has a direct impact on our 40,000+ customers, our business, and our collective success. We need people who take pride in uncovering customer needs, who turn complex problems into simple solutions, challenge the way things are done (respectfully), and always aim high. With great ambitions driving us forward, we can’t say we’ve got this whole thing figured out. And frankly, that’s half the fun! What we can say is that we’re a driven, progressive, and, importantly, a kind bunch of 850+ people from over 100 nationalities, all committed to delivering the future of business spending, together. About the role Pleo's Intelligence function covers the full analytical picture - product behaviour, GTM performance, commercial data science, financial reporting, and operational intelligence. The Analytics Engineers who serve these teams own the data modelling layer that all of it runs on: dbt models, metric definitions, and semantic layer contributions that analysts, product teams, and AI tools depend on to get consistent, trustworthy answers. You'll be embedded in the Product Intelligence team, building the tracking, experimentation, and data modelling foundations that make product data trustworthy and self-serve. You'll join a close-knit team actively migrating our analytics stack onto a new Analytics Warehouse and Omni, moving off legacy tools like Looker and Hippocampus. If you want to build the infrastructure that other people's product decisions run on rather than just report on what exists, this is the opportunity for you. Who you'll work with and reporting to You will report to an Analytics Manager leading Product Intelligence and Growth Intelligence. You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Product Analysts, and Engineering to get tracking, experimentation, and metric definitions right from the ground up. You'll also engage with the broader Analytics Engineering community across Pleo to drive shared standards, especially around the semantic layer that keeps metrics consistent across the organization. What you'll be doing • Build and maintain dbt models in our new Analytics Warehouse, using a clean, layered architecture and migrating logic off legacy tools as you go. • Own tracking plan implementation and QA directly in Segment and Amplitude in close partnership with Product and Engineering. • Support experimentation by modelling assignment and outcome data into structured formats that analysts and PMs can query directly. • Define and document metrics in our semantic layer, ensuring a single authoritative definition so downstream BI tools and AI applications yield consistent answers. • Apply AI-augmented data modelling practices as a standard part of how you write, review, and migrate code. • Partner with Product Managers and Analysts to turn one-off questions into durable, reusable data models. • Maintain data quality in your domain through dbt tests, freshness SLAs, and proactive monitoring. What you bring • Solid SQL and dbt experience, with a clear comfort owning models end to end. • Working knowledge of event-based tracking tools like Segment or Amplitude. • Experience with Git-based development workflows, including opening and reviewing pull requests. • Clear communication skills to explain data definitions and structures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Genuine day-to-day use of AI tooling as part of your standard coding and workflow routine. • Comfort navigating ambiguity and untangling legacy logic to build modern foundations. This role is NOT a good fit if • You only want to write dashboards without touching or owning the underlying data models. • You require rigid processes and heavy upfront structure before taking initiative. • You prefer to avoid data migration, cleanup work, and legacy system refactoring. Your first 6 months • Ramp up: Master our dbt project structure, tracking plans, and migration roadmap while shipping small, reviewed code changes early on. • Take ownership: Own a dedicated slice of the migration, such as an event domain or our core experimentation data models. • Drive consistency: Establish semantic layer definitions for your domain so analysts and PMs can self-serve accurate metrics without custom workarounds. Our tech stack context • Data warehouse: GCP / BigQuery (new Analytics Warehouse) • Transformation: dbt • Orchestration: …

What we can say is that we’re a driven, progressive, and, importantly, a kind bunch of 850+ people from over 100 nationalities, all committed to delivering the future of business spending, together. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Fraud Analyst to join Pleo’s Decision Intelligence team and help strengthen how we detect, prevent, monitor, and respond to fraud risk across our financial crime decisioning setup. This is not a traditional Fraud Operations case-handling role. You will work closer to the decisioning layer: helping translate fraud patterns into rules, monitoring rule performance, supporting rule testing, reviewing alert behaviour, and making sure fraud controls remain effective, explainable, and proportionate. You will join at an important stage as Pleo continues to mature its fraud and AML decisioning capability. The right person will help improve speed, resilience, and quality in how we create, test, deploy, monitor, and tune fraud rules. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You will help operate and improve Pleo’s fraud decisioning capability, with a focus on card fraud and related financial crime risk scenarios. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting the end-to-end fraud rule lifecycle: from rule proposal and analysis through testing, deployment, monitoring, tuning, and rollback. • Working directly in, or closely with, decisioning tools and rule engines to support fraud detection logic. • Analysing fraud patterns, alert trends, false positives, false negatives, and rule performance. • Translating FraudOps insights and stakeholder requests into clear, structured rule proposals. • Helping assess whether new rules or threshold changes are justified by data. • Monitoring post-deployment rule performance and identifying when rules need adjustment. • Supporting daily operational requests related to fraud controls, while ensuring changes are traceable and well documented. • Partnering with FraudOps, AML, Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Legal to make sure decisioning changes are aligned and risk-aware. • Maintaining clear documentation for fraud rules, rationale, expected impact, testing outcomes, and monitoring results. • Helping reduce single points of failure by building repeatable processes and stronger business continuity around fraud decisioning. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who combines fraud domain knowledge with practical experience working in a decisioning environment. You should have: • Experience as a Fraud Analyst, Risk Analyst, Fraud Strategy Analyst, Fraud Rules Analyst, Decisioning Analyst, or similar. • Hands-on experience with a decisioning tool, fraud rules engine, risk platform, or internal decisioning system. • Experience creating, testing, monitoring, or tuning fraud rules, thresholds, scenarios, or risk logic. • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to assess rule performance and fraud patterns. • Good understanding of fraud typologies, especially card fraud, transaction fraud, account misuse, or payment fraud. • Ability to balance fraud prevention with customer impact and operational workload. • Experience working with false positives and understanding that good fraud controls require continuous monitoring and tuning. • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain rule logic, rationale, risks, and expected outcomes clearly. • Comfort working cross-functionally with FraudOps, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Data teams. • A structured mindset and appreciation for documentation, traceability, governance, and change control. • Fintech, banking, payments, spend management, or regulated financial services. • SQL or basic data analysis. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In your first 3 months, success would look like: • You understand Pleo’s fraud decisioning setup and can confidently support day-to-day rule operations. • Fraud rule requests are better structured, documented, and traceable. • Rule changes …

For our Listing department, we are looking for a Taxonomy/Catalogue Expert who will own the structure, quality, and scalability of refurbed's product catalogue — the category tree, attributes, and data models that search, filters, listings, pricing (SRP), and compliance are all built on. WHO YOU ARE: • Experienced with product taxonomy/classification in e-commerce or marketplace environments • A strong data modeler and structured thinker, comfortable defining schemas rather than just filling them in • Proficient in SQL and spreadsheet/BI tools (Looker or equivalent) for auditing Catalogue quality at scale • Familiar with SEO and search/filter mechanics as they relate to attributes and category structure • Experienced with (or has an aptitude for) automation/scripting to run taxonomy audits and bulk changes • A strong cross-functional communicator who can drive alignment without direct authority over sellers or other teams; Location & eligibility: This role is open to candidates based in Europe (including UK) only with a valid right to work. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Own the global category tree structure: product/instance relationships, subcategories, and category dependencies across markets — and run periodic taxonomy audits • Design the attribute schema for each category: (allowed values, mandatory vs. optional, units) and own attribute governance and naming conventions • Lead deduplication and normalization initiatives across: the catalog, and define/monitor data-quality KPIs for the taxonomy • Lead taxonomy design for new category and market expansion: benchmarking against industry standards, and strong vertical players • Detail-oriented but able to zoom out to system-level: ("does this scale") thinking • Own and maintain: the Category Tree SOP, Filter SOP, and Attribute Governance documentation • Act as the taxonomy point of contact for: Category Management, Selection Squad, Catalyst Squad, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Service WHY YOU WILL ENJOY WORKING WITH US: Our Culture and Values: • Decisions should be made based on facts and not by hierarchy levels? Flexibility: • We care about a healthy work/life balance. We not only function and support a fully remote setting but also offer the possibility to work from our beautiful office in the vibrant heart of Vienna – we love dogs, so feel free to bring your furry little buddy too • We trust you to do the best job, so we don't care so much when you do it – you are able to self-organize. • You will also be invited to take part in our office weeks, happening three times a year, where you will have the chance to work side by side with your colleagues and enjoy the team-building events and on-site workshops …and much more! See https://careers.refurbed.com/ for further insights!
