Account Executive / Sales Consultant (Dutch speaking)

Remote
O

Job Description About the Role: This role is for someone who enjoys understanding customer challenges, identifying opportunities and turning them into meaningful business relationships. As an Account Executive, you help organizations recognize where their current ways of working create friction, and where better workflows, clearer structures and AI can make a real difference. You guide prospects through that journey, from first conversation to closing, by combining commercial drive with a strong understanding of customer needs. A growing part of the conversation is AI. Asana AI Studio, AI agents and AI teammates are changing what customers can automate and how work gets picked up. You will be at the front of that shift: helping organizations see where AI genuinely removes work rather than adding another layer to it, and shaping deals that combine platform, workflow design and AI in one direction. You also work closely with Asana itself. As a Platinum partner we co-sell with Asana's own sales teams, share pipeline and build joint plans per account and per market. Keeping that partnership productive is part of the job, not a side activity. The role sits at the intersection of business development, consultative sales and organizational improvement. Internally you work with consultants and solution colleagues to shape opportunities, build trust with stakeholders and help customers move confidently toward the right decision. It is a commercial role, but one built on substance, credibility and long-term value. You focus on the Dutch market, working within a team spread across Europe. Your mission What the role involves: • Leading sales conversations with prospective customers and understanding how their current processes, tools and ways of working are set up • Identifying challenges around collaboration, ownership, structure and operational efficiency • Showing how Asana, workflow design and AI can help organizations work in a more structured, aligned and scalable way • Positioning Asana AI Studio, AI agents and AI-supported workflows in a way that is concrete and credible, not hype • Managing opportunities independently throughout the full sales cycle, from qualification to negotiation and closing • Building relationships with internal champions, decision-makers and senior stakeholders across customer organizations • Working with Asana's partner and sales teams on co-selling, joint pipeline and account plans for the NL/BE market • Working closely with consultants and solution colleagues to shape strong and realistic solution directions • Guiding customers through decision-making processes with clarity, confidence and commercial ownership • Keeping pipeline, CRM data and sales information well structured and up to date • Creating repeatable and consistent ways of working that support predictable commercial results • Contributing to the further development of messaging, sales approaches and commercial best practices • A target based system where results get rewarded Your profile What makes a strong fit: • Several years of experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar commercial role • Ideally experience in SaaS, consulting, digital collaboration or solution-based selling • Experience selling with or through a vendor or channel partnership is an advantage • Genuine interest in AI and how it changes the way teams work, with the ability to translate that into practical customer value • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Confidence in speaking with different stakeholders, including senior decision-makers • A structured and disciplined way of working, with strong ownership and follow-through • The ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into commercially relevant opportunities • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment • A high level of customer focus, credibility and professional presence • Fluent Dutch and good English, both spoken and written (Dutch is needed for customer conversations in this market, English for working with the wider European team and with Asana) • Hands-on familiarity with Asana or a comparable work management platform is a strong advantage Why One Productivity Group? What One Productivity Group offers • A role with real ownership and direct influence on customer growth and commercial success • The opportunity to work with well-known clients on meaningful collaboration and transformation challenges • An attractive compensation package with fixed salary and performance-based variable • A flexible setup, remote, hybrid or from one of our office locations • A professional onboarding and strong on-the-job learning environment • Regular coaching, feedback and development opportunities • A team that combines high standards with a collaborative and down-to-earth way of working • Room to bring in ideas, improve how things are done and contribute beyond …

Job Description About Kapaya Most organizations do not struggle with ambition. They struggle with execution. Processes are often spread across disconnected tools, systems grow without a clear structure, and important workflows become harder to manage as complexity increases. That is where Kapaya comes in. We help organizations improve how work gets done by designing better operational structures, building connected systems and implementing workflows that are clear, practical and scalable. Using tools such as Airtable, Make and AI-enabled workflows, we help customers move from complexity to clarity. Kapaya is part of One Productivity Group, a pan-European group focused on improving how organizations operate. Across our brands, consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable operations. About the role This role is for someone who enjoys turning technical complexity into clear and scalable systems. As a Solution Architect, you are the technical heartbeat of Kapaya. You help ensure that the systems we design are logically sound, scalable and built to a high standard. You support the team in making strong technical decisions, guide architecture on the most complex customer projects and help raise the overall quality of delivery across the business. The role combines technical leadership, solution design, quality assurance and hands-on involvement in strategic customer projects. It moves between guiding Solution Engineers, designing enterprise-grade architectures, supporting pre-sales conversations and acting as a technical sounding board when complexity increases. It is a senior, hands-on role with direct influence on delivery quality, technical standards and long-term scalability. Your mission What the role involves • Leading technical onboarding for new Solution Engineers and supporting their development in logic, systems thinking and architecture design • Providing architecture reviews, technical sparring and second opinions on complex builds to ensure solutions remain scalable and free from unnecessary technical debt • Identifying new features, patterns and opportunities within Airtable, Make and related tools, and turning them into shared best practices across the team • Acting as a technical bridge to partners such as Airtable when product gaps, technical risks or platform limitations affect delivery • Leading the architectural design of Kapaya’s most complex or high-stakes customer engagements • Facilitating scoping workshops and translating customer needs into strong technical foundations and system designs • Mapping complex business processes into structured data models, workflows and automations • Taking a hands-on lead in advanced implementations involving deeper logic, complex workflows and multi-system integrations • Supporting pre-sales conversations where technical validation, feasibility and stakeholder confidence are important • Estimating technical effort and helping ensure that what is sold is realistic, buildable and aligned with delivery capabilities • Protecting delivery quality by helping shape the right expectations early in the sales process • Contributing to internal standards, technical quality and the overall maturity of Kapaya’s delivery approach Your profile What makes this role interesting Many technical roles focus mainly on execution. Many senior roles move too far away from the work itself. This role sits in between. It involves shaping how Kapaya builds, helping the team grow technically and leading the most important customer solutions from an architectural perspective. The impact is visible in the quality of delivery, the strength of the systems we build and the confidence both customers and colleagues have in the solutions being delivered. Why One Productivity Group? What One Productivity Group offers • A senior role with real ownership and direct influence on technical quality and customer impact • The opportunity to work on meaningful workflow, automation and systems design challenges • A flexible setup, remote, hybrid or from one of our office locations • A professional onboarding and strong on-the-job learning environment • Regular coaching, feedback and development opportunities • A team that combines high standards with a collaborative and down-to-earth way of working • Room to bring in ideas, shape technical standards and contribute beyond the core role • A digital-first work culture with flexibility and trust • High-quality equipment for both office and remote work About One Productivity Group One Productivity Group is a fast-growing pan-European group focused on helping organizations improve the way they work. Job Description About Kapaya Most organizations do not struggle with ambition. They struggle with execution. Processes are often spread across disconnected tools, manual work slows teams down, and important operational workflows are not always designed to scale. About the role This role is for someone who enjoys translating complexity into practical systems. As a Solution Engineer, you work with customers who want to improve the way their operations are structured and delivered. The starting point is often a workflow that has grown over time, depends on manual work, or is spread across too many disconnected tools. Your role is to understand that setup, identify what can be improved and build solutions that make operations more effective and scalable. The role combines analysis, solution design, implementation and customer guidance. It moves between understanding the current state, building structured solutions in Airtable, creating automations in Make and helping customers make these new ways of working successful in practice. It is hands-on, client-facing and focused on creating real operational improvement. Your mission What the role involves • Analyzing existing customer processes, workflows and system setups • Designing and implementing structured solutions in Airtable • Building automations and integrations using Make • Supporting the development of AI-enabled workflows and practical AI use cases where relevant • Translating business needs into scalable systems and operational setups • Advising customers on how to improve existing workflows, tools and ways of working • Identifying optimization opportunities in current customer environments and turning them into concrete improvements • Supporting customers during implementation and helping new structures and systems land successfully in practice • Working confidently with customers to explain solutions, guide decisions and build trust • Contributing to internal standards, scalable delivery approaches and better ways of building customer solutions Your profile What makes a strong fit • Experience with Airtable, Make and/or AI-related workflows • Experience in solution engineering, implementation, process improvement or a related field is a strong advantage • Strong communication and presentation skills • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written • A structured and practical way of working • Customer orientation, initiative and a collaborative mindset • Confidence in working directly with customers and guiding them through change • The ability to identify inefficiencies and translate them into workable solutions • Comfort with flexible team structures and fast-moving environments • Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site with customers when needed is a plus What makes this role interesting Many technical roles focus only on the build. Many consulting roles focus only on the advice. This role sits in between. It involves understanding how organizations work in practice, identifying where systems and workflows can be improved, and building solutions that make day-to-day operations more structured and effective. WELCOME TO OLX We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe , smart , and environmentally responsible . We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust. Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX , Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors. Join OLX and see how far you can go. About the role Advertising is one of OLX 's most important revenue lines - and one of its biggest opportunities. Today, our advertising business spans multiple markets, formats, and platforms, but it needs a product leader who can take it to the next level: from foundational ad-tech infrastructure to new revenue surfaces powered by AI. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the global advertising product end-to-end. This means everything from the ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) to growing revenue beyond listings through self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats. You'll also shape how advertising integrates into AI-native surfaces — balancing monetisation yield against buyer experience. This is a role for someone who has built advertising products at scale, understands the programmatic ecosystem, and is excited about using AI to create new advertising experiences. You'll work closely with business and commercial stakeholders to grow revenue, while ensuring our advertising never compromises the trust our users place in the platform. This role reports to the Head of Product. What you'll do • Own the global advertising product end-to-end: ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) across all marketplaces and platforms • Drive growth of advertising revenue beyond listings, including self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats such as sponsored listings, native, and video • Own integration of ads into AI-native surfaces such as AutoIQ and agentic search, balancing yield against buyer experience • Define and track advertising success metrics: revenue, fill rate, eCPM, advertiser ROI, buyer experience impact • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales teams to build the product capabilities that unlock revenue growth • Represent the advertising product at the leadership level, presenting strategy and results to executive audiences What we're looking for • Significant product management experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, monetisation, or revenue product at scale • Proven track record of building and scaling advertising products — programmatic ads, third-party ads, billing systems, or ad-serving platforms • Experience taking advertising or monetisation products from early-stage to meaningful revenue • Ability to balance monetisation yield with user experience — making evidence-based trade-offs between revenue and buyer trust • AI-native: you build with AI, not just use it for productivity. You experiment with AI tools outside of work and bring that curiosity into your product craft • Zero-to-one: you see opportunities, not just optimisations. You spot problems, build prototypes, and ship • Comfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for perfect clarity — you create it • Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, and executive audiences Preferred : • Experience with retail media, sponsored listings, native advertising, or video ad formats in a marketplace or e-commerce context • Familiarity with AI-native product surfaces and how advertising integrates with AI experiences • Multi-market experience across different regulatory and commercial environments Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements - you may be just the right fit for this or other opportunities with us! OLX will process your personal data to assess your fit for the applied position. You may optionally consent to store your data for up to 12 months after the application process for consideration in future OLX roles. ABOUT US Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to own and scale the AI layer of one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for production LLM features and the browser automation built around them end to end — prompt systems, structured outputs, evaluation, observability, and model selection — from first experiment to live release, with quality, reliability, and cost as your accountability. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who decides with data, not intuition. Unmeasured prompt changes, untraced failures, and model swaps without benchmarks are not acceptable. You work in a modern TypeScript stack — Next.js, Cloudflare Workers and Containers with Hono, Hatchet task queues, Drizzle on Supabase Postgres, Vercel Blob. Browser automation on Browserbase and Playwright is roughly half of the job. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PROMPT SYSTEMS & STRUCTURED OUTPUTS • Design dynamic prompt templates with conditional logic and context injection that maximise generation quality • Enforce predictable outputs with JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas, validators, and repair loops • Own complex LLM workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom) that integrate cleanly into application logic BROWSER AUTOMATION • Build and maintain browser automation on Browserbase Functions and Playwright that traverses web flows reliably • Classify screens with a model inside each traversal, and decide what the model handles versus deterministic code • Ship automations as frozen, published workers — versioned, reproducible, and safe to roll back • Orchestrate runs through Hatchet with retries, timeouts, and failure traces that explain every broken run EVALUATION & EXPERIMENTATION • Build evaluation pipelines — test datasets, LLM-as-a-judge, RAGAS-style metrics — and score responses and screen classifications in Langfuse • Trace complex LLM chains to find bottlenecks in cost, latency, and context-window usage • Run A/B experiments across models and prompts through an AI gateway (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway); release only on quantitative benchmarks • Re-evaluate models as new architectures emerge; fine-tune when domain requirements demand it PRODUCTION OWNERSHIP • Take AI features from experiment to live production on Cloudflare Workers and Containers, and stay accountable after release • Manage rate limits, fallbacks, and model cost so features stay reliable at scale • Resolve production incidents in owned AI and automation systems with documented root-cause analysis QUALIFICATIONS MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE • 【5+】 years of software engineering with Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres, including edge or serverless runtimes such as Cloudflare Workers • Production browser automation with Playwright (Browserbase or similar): resilient selectors, retries, failure handling at scale • Production experience with dynamic prompting — content that depends on input variables and injected context • Structured outputs in production: JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas • Experience with unified LLM APIs or AI gateways (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway): rate limits, fallbacks, cost-effective model selection • LLM observability with Langfuse or similar: tracing, test datasets, scoring integration • Evaluation methodology: RAGAS or custom LLM-as-a-judge systems LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES • Decides on benchmarks and trace data, not intuition • Analytical — converts generation logs into metrics a business can act on • Iterative — builds feedback loops and improves continuously • Owns the outcome from experiment to production, and after • Verifies before trusting — treats LLM output as unproven until validated LOCATION Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours. BENEFITS Discover the perks of being part of our vibrant team! We offer: • Remote Work Environment: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere, anytime, promoting a healthy work-life balance. • Unlimited PTO: Enjoy unlimited paid time off to recharge and prioritize your well-being, without counting days. • Paid National Holidays: Celebrate and relax on national holidays with paid time off to unwind and recharge. • Company-provided MacBook: Experience seamless productivity with top-notch Apple MacBooks provided to all employees …

Account Executive - Public Sector Germany - Police (Polizei)

Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. At our core is the Celonis Context Model — which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence into a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can actually understand, turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. World's leading companies trust Celonis and its global ecosystem of partners to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes. We believe there's a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by giving AI the context to understand how every business process really works. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. The Team: Celonis grew up with the private sector: Deutsche Telekom, Mercedes-Benz, Uniper and three quarters of the DAX companies rely on Celonis Process Intelligence. Now we are taking the next big step in Germany: scaling our business with the public sector. To make this happen, Celonis is investing heavily through 2029 in its German public sector business. Over the past year, we have built our Public Sector team from the ground up. Today, a strong go-to-market core team of Account Executives and Value Engineers is in place, working with federal and state-level institutions. The police are one of our primary target organizations in the public sector. Police officers spend a large proportion of their time on data work and comparatively little on the actual investigation. We want to turn that around. With our new police solution, Metropolis, we help police authorities connect and make sense of their data, so that officers can focus on what matters most: solving cases and keeping people safe . To address this, we are now complementing our existing Public Sector team with a highly specialized Account Executive who brings first-hand experience from inside the organization we serve: the Police . The Role: This is not a typical Account Executive role. You bring the perspective of someone who knows police work from the inside: how investigations really run, where time is lost in data work, and how decisions are made and budgets are approved. You will use this credibility to build trusted relationships with police authorities at federal and state level and position Celonis as a long-term partner for their digital transformation. Working closely with our Public Sector AEs, Value Engineers and product experts, you will translate the operational reality of police work into compelling use cases, contribute to the creation of solution blueprints, drive opportunities from first conversation to signed contract, and help shape how Celonis enters and grows in this market. The Work you'll do: • Build and own relationships with police authorities at federal and state level, e.g. Bundespolizei, Bundeskriminalamt (BKA), Landeskriminalämter (LKA), Landespolizeien and the responsible Interior Ministries . • Engage with decision-makers from police leadership, investigation units, IT and digitalization departments, and procurement • Translate investigators' daily challenges into concrete, AI-enabled use cases for Celonis and Metropolis, with measurable impact (e.g. time saved per case, faster case processing). • Bring the voice of the police into Celonis: share insights with our product, marketing and value engineering teams to sharpen our offering. • Own an individual revenue target and drive complex, long sales cycles to a successful close. • Navigate public procurement and tender processes (e.g. VgV, VSVgV, UVgO, framework agreements) together with our partners and internal experts. • Work closely with partners such as consulting firms, system integrators and public IT service providers. • Represent Celonis at public sector events, conferences and police-specific forums. The qualifications you need: • Several years of professional experience within the German police (federal or state level), ideally in a leadership role and/or in an area close to investigations, criminal analysis, IT, digitalization or organizational development. • A solid network within the police landscape and a deep understanding of how police authorities and Interior Ministries are organized, how decisions are made and how budgets are planned. • First-hand understanding of the data challenges in police work, e.g. case management, evidence and data analysis, and cross-agency information sharing. • A strong interest in moving into a commercial, customer-facing role. Prior experience in sales, business development or consulting is a plus, but not a must. We will support your onboarding into the sales role. • Strong affinity for technology, data and AI, and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and convincing way. • Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program • Grit, a …
