ABOUT QUINCE Quince is a destination for builders, creators, innovators, and operators who want to come together and challenge the status quo. Our mission is simple: make really high quality essentials for really low prices, fairly and sustainably. We deliver on that mission through a unique manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) model eliminating the layers of traditional retail that add cost and result in consumers paying more than they need to. We find, build relationships with, and work directly with the manufacturing partners behind some of the world’s finest products. From there, our teams design smart, efficient operational processes and build and deploy proprietary technology, AI, and analytics to help us scale fast. What began with a small assortment of elevated basics has quickly grown into a cross-category brand spanning apparel, accessories, home goods, and more. Today, tens of millions of people across a growing number of countries come – and return – to Quince because they trust us to deliver. OUR CULTURE Quince is a culture built for builders by builders. Our way of working starts with a blank sheet of paper. We question conventional thinking, use technology and data to uncover new opportunities, and move quickly to turn ideas into reality. We aren’t interested in replicating how others do retail. We’re building a better way – at a speed and scale unlike anything that’s been done before. • We dream big and chase the hard problems others shy away from. Rejecting long-held assumptions is part of our company's DNA. Where conventional wisdom says you have to choose – soft or durable, speed or rigor, quality or price – we ask why that trade-off has to exist in the first place. • Our pace is fast and the bar is high because our customers expect a lot from us and we refuse to let them down. We believe the best results come from challenging ourselves, learning from one another, and building on each other's strengths. • Here, responsibility is not determined by role, tenure, or seniority. Every team member - no matter their level - has the opportunity to drive our business and shape our trajectory. If you’re someone who likes to imagine new possibilities and build better systems rather than plug-in to outdated ones, Quince is the place for you. THE ROLE Cashmere Engineer Specialist Dehaired Fiber Quality Control • Oversee the quality of dehaired cashmere fiber entering the supply chain, ensuring it meets Grade A specifications for micron, length, purity, and vegetable matter content. • Establish and enforce clear acceptance criteria for dehaired fiber, including maximum coarse hair content and minimum yield thresholds. • Inspect and approve incoming dehaired fiber lots before release to spinning mills, flagging any non-conforming material for return or rework. • Partner with dehairing facilities to optimize processes that maximize Grade A output while minimizing fiber damage or waste. Grade A Standards Enforcement • Define what constitutes Grade A cashmere for the organization. • Conduct regular audits of dehairing suppliers to ensure consistent adherence to Grade A specifications. • Work upstream with sourcing and herder cooperatives to improve raw fiber quality before dehairing, reducing Grade A rejection rates. Finished Yarn Quality Assurance • Evaluate finished cashmere yarns against required quality standards, including evenness, tensile strength, twist consistency, and surface cleanliness. • Test yarns for critical attributes such as pilling potential, colorfastness, and handfeel before approval for knitting production. • Identify and reject yarn lots that fail to meet quality thresholds, documenting defects and communicating findings to spinning mills. Cashmere Material Library • Build and maintain a physical and digital cashmere material library, cataloging dehaired fiber lots and finished yarns by key attributes (micron, origin, color, lot number, test results). • Organize the library to support cross-functional teams (R&D, Product Development, Sourcing, Production) in referencing past and current materials for development and troubleshooting. • Include reference standards for Grade A fiber and approved yarn constructions to serve as benchmarks for quality comparisons. • Update the library regularly with new fiber lots, yarn developments, and supplier samples, ensuring traceability from raw material to finished yarn. Root Cause & Corrective Actions • Investigate quality failures in finished yarns—such as neps, slubs, weak spots, or inconsistent dye uptake—to determine if the root cause lies in dehaired fiber, spinning, or finishing. • Collaborate with dehairing and spinning partners to implement corrective actions and prevent repeat issues. • Track quality trends across fiber lots and yarn batches to identify recurring supplier or process weaknesses. Remote-first, fast-paced, people-driven and globally connected, we empower businesses to build teams beyond borders. And we're looking for people who want to win while doing it. More Than a Role The Swiss market is full of ambitious companies trapped by hiring borders. A Zurich scale-up has found the perfect engineer in Lisbon but doesn't know how to employ her compliantly. As our Account Executive Switzerland, your mission is powerful: Open up the world's talent pool to Swiss companies. This role is built for an AE who already knows how to close and is ready to take full ownership of their deals. You win by advising with substance, not by pushing a product. What It Takes to Make an Impact Here… • Your Background: At least 1 year of closing experience as an AE in B2B SaaS, with a track record of hitting or beating your quota. You're self-driven and ready to walk us through your numbers. • Discovery & Qualification: You run sharp discovery and qualify with a methodology such as MEDDICC, so you know early which deals are real. • Outbound DNA: A cold call is a chance, not a threat. You know how to get a busy founder's attention, from a well-timed call after a funding round to a voice note they actually listen to. • AI-Savvy & Organized: AI is a natural part of how you work, making you faster and sharper every day. And your HubSpot (or similar CRM) is always up to date. • Coachable: You ask for feedback and put it into action the same day. • Swiss German Native: Native Swiss German and business-fluent English. You understand what makes Swiss buyers tick. / Or you Fluent in Both German and French Bonus Points If You Bring: • existing network among HR leaders or founders in Switzerland • Experience with HR tech, payroll, EOR or other compliance-heavy solutions • French language skills, to open doors in Romandy too • Creativity in getting your foot in the door: find a smart way to reach the hiring managers directly, and show them why you're the right person for this role Not Your Typical Team: We're a team of 26 sales minds, from BDRs, AEs and Team Leads to our CRM, Sales Enablement and Campaign Manager, based across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, a motivated, fully distributed crew that proves "remote" doesn't mean "disconnected." We don't just work together, we push, challenge and grow together. We share what works, celebrate each other's successes, learn from every win and loss, and jump in when a colleague needs a second voice to get a deal over the line. Nonsensical - Affiliate Executive (TikTok Shop)

Remote ✓
J

Affiliate Executive (TikTok Shop): support creator outreach, product sampling and affiliate campaigns that turn great content into sales. £2.6k-£2.9k/month | Full-time | UK hours We're Nonsensical , a TikTok-first agency built on passion, curiosity, creativity and honesty. We help brands show up, stand out and blow up on TikTok, from viral hospitality brands to global B2B, finance, beauty and retail clients. As part of our growing TikTok Shop offering, you'll help build affiliate communities that produce brilliant content and drive commercial results. You'll work alongside the Affiliate Manager and our Shop, influencer, content, strategy and client teams. We're looking for an Affiliate Executive to support the delivery and growth of TikTok Shop affiliate programmes for our clients. You'll be hands-on across creator recruitment, outreach, product sampling, relationships, campaign activation and performance tracking. This goes beyond traditional influencer marketing: you'll think commercially and use performance data to help the team turn successful creators and content into repeatable growth. Here's what you'll be doing: Support the Affiliate Manager in delivering TikTok Shop affiliate programmes across client accounts, from new launches to established programmes. Find and reach out to potential affiliates through direct outreach and TikTok’s creator tools, looking at creator fit and Shop performance rather than follower count alone. Handle day-to-day creator communication, onboarding and approvals, and keep affiliate pipelines organised across clients and campaigns. Coordinate product samples: confirm creator details, track deliveries, and follow up on posting. Keep affiliate trackers and reports up to date (active affiliates, content posted, sales), and flag what’s working to the team. Help keep creators engaged so they keep posting, not just once. You'll work closely with the Affiliate Manager and our Shop, influencer, content, strategy and client teams, learning as you help build affiliate communities that create brilliant content and drive commercial results. Requirements To be successful in this role, you need: An understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate, TikTok culture and social commerce, with an interest in what motivates creators to promote products. Experience communicating with creators or influencers, strong written communication for outreach, and the ability to build relationships and motivate creators. Strong organisation and attention to detail when juggling creator conversations, campaigns, deadlines, pipelines, samples and campaign information. Confidence working with data and using performance insights to inform decisions. Brownie points for: Experience with TikTok Shop creators or affiliates, Seller Center or affiliate tools, and creator gifting or product sampling campaigns. Knowledge of TikTok LIVE commerce and paid amplification, including how strong affiliate content can support wider TikTok campaigns. You're proactive: you spot opportunities, ask questions and take action. You're comfortable in a fast-moving environment where platform features and best practices change quickly, and you're keen to learn more about TikTok Shop affiliate and social commerce. This is a hands-on role where curiosity, organisation and a willingness to develop matter. Benefits What’s in it for you? £2,600-£2,900 per month* Full-time Fully remote PTO included in your contract (varies depending on location) Flexibility on sick days and appointments without deducting PTO *Salary is based on UK equivalent rates and will be discussed during the interview process. *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor. This is our typical hiring process - occasionally, it may include extra steps. Turn raw content into compelling ads for a mission-driven oral care brand. Remote, creative, customer focused. $3,500-$4,000/month | Full-time | US overlap Click here to watch the video from Peter of Dr. Jen Oral Care. Dr. Jen Oral Care is a family founded oral care brand created by dentist Dr. Jen after her daughter needed gentler products during recovery from a serious illness. We develop distinct toothpaste formulations and sell online and through dental practices. Our story matters to our customers because they understand what it means to need a product that works differently. We've built an established customer base and several formulations, but we know our advertising could do a much better job of showing why the products matter to people. That's where you come in. We have ideas, product knowledge, raw footage and influencer content. We need someone who can turn those ingredients into a steady flow of compelling ads that make the benefit feel real. We're looking for an Ads Designer who can turn our team's ideas, product knowledge and raw content into a consistent flow of effective ads for Meta, TikTok and other channels. You'll be creative but practical, curious about customers, and comfortable testing different approaches to find what resonates. You'll work closely with our Media Buyer to learn what works and refine the creative over time. Edit video and create static ads for paid social campaigns Package raw footage, including influencer content, into finished assets Develop and test creative angles that communicate the emotional benefits of the products Potentially support landing pages and other campaign assets Learn directly about customers and the dental market during onboarding so the creative reflects real customer needs This is a full-time, remote role. After that, some independent work can be done before the US workday, with meaningful daily overlap. Requirements To be successful in this role, you need: Strong video editing skills Strong static ad creation skills Ability to turn ideas and raw footage into finished paid social assets Understanding of how creative supports campaign performance Willingness to produce and test content consistently Brownie points for: Animation skills Landing page design experience Experience with Meta and TikTok creatives Consumer health or ecommerce experience The ideal candidate is creative but hands on. Curiosity about customers drives your work, and you're comfortable testing different approaches to find what resonates. Rather than simply listing product features, you think about what having less tooth sensitivity could mean to someone enjoying hot coffee or ice cream with their child. You take initiative, you're genuinely interested in learning the product, and you're keen to get involved with the wider business while staying careful about product claims. Benefits What’s in it for you? $3,500-$4,000 USD per month* Full-time Fully remote ⏰ Meaningful daily overlap with US team hours required; initial 2-4 weeks on US regular hours for training *Salary is negotiable depending on experience and fit *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
