Global Investigator (Triage)

BUILD A SAFER WORLD. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. As a Global Investigator on the triage team, you will be the first line of operational defense in a fast-moving crypto disruption pipeline. You will process inbound complaint data, validate outputs from our artificial-intelligence (AI) investigation platform, and route cases into the investigative pipelines that result in frozen scam proceeds and seized assets. You will hold the disposition pen: your call is what turns a complaint into a freeze, a takedown, a recovery handoff, a legal-process draft, a victim notification, or a close. The impact you will have: • Validate and route hundreds of complaint dispositions per week, feeding a live asset-recovery pipeline. • Catch the AI errors that matter, such as false positives, merged syndicates, and misclassified scam patterns, before they propagate downstream. • Enrich complaint selectors using a stack of more than forty commercial data-source integrations. • Own clean shift handoffs so the around-the-clock operation never drops a lead, providing EMEA-hours coverage that keeps the queue moving while colleagues in other regions are offline. What we’re looking for: • Investigative or analytical experience in the private or public sector. One to three years is fine: we want hungry people who want to grow into deep crypto expertise. • Strong AI fluency, meaning comfort using AI tools as a daily co-pilot, plus the judgment to know when they are wrong. • Excitement to deepen blockchain analysis skills. • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, fluid environment where the project's scope and emphasis may shift quarter to quarter. • Strong written and verbal communication. About the Team: • The team is built around a mix of seasoned investigators and rising talent. Triage investigators sit alongside experienced crypto tracers and intelligence-trained individual contributors, and the seat is designed to accelerate your development. Team Operating Rhythms: • Daily schedule: standard business hours in your local time zone. • Collaboration: coordinate with global teammates for handoffs on time-sensitive items, giving the wider operation near follow-the-sun coverage. On-Call Responsibilities: • Formal on-call rotation for high-priority events, such as hacks, law-enforcement support, and other time-sensitive matters. • Weekly rotation, with occasional weekend coverage as needed. Learn about TRM Speed in this position: • React quickly to incoming complaint surges and live takedown events. • Continuously learn new patterns in crypto-enabled crime. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS If you’re interested in joining TRM, we encourage you to apply directly. Every application is reviewed by our Talent team. Before applying, review the job description carefully and highlight the experience and impact that best demonstrate the required qualifications. Please also provide thoughtful and accurate answers to the application questions, as these will be used to evaluate your skills and qualifications for the role. If you send your resume directly to someone at TRM, we can’t guarantee it will reach the appropriate hiring team. Applying directly is the best way to ensure your application will be considered. INTERVIEWING WITH TRM Our process is designed to understand how you think, solve problems, and deliver impact, while allowing you to evaluate TRM. Most interview processes include a case study, an AI skills assessment, and a Leadership Principles interview. • Recruiter Intro: Qualifications, motivations, and alignment with the role. • Hiring Manager: Deep dive into your relevant experience, skills, and impact. • First Round: 1–2 interviews focused on the skills most critical to the role. • Final Round: Hands-on case study. This is usually a panel-style session where we go deeper into your craft, problem-solving, and alignment with TRM. • References: Former colleagues who can provide insight into your work and impact. • Offer: Congrats! Your recruiter will present the offer and compensation details. • Welcome to TRM: We're excited to build a safer world with you! Your recruiter will share your specific interview plan and preparation guidance along the way. AI FLUENCY AT TRM AI fluency is a baseline expectation at TRM. We believe AI meaningfully changes how top performers operate. We expect every team member to use AI to accelerate and reimagine their craft, not just automate surface tasks. At TRM, AI fluency means you are among the top 10 percent of operators in your function in how you apply AI to: • Accelerate repeatable workflows • Structure and solve …

YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO BUILD AND OPERATE N8N’S SHARED CONTEXT INFRASTRUCTURE — OUR “COMPANY BRAIN” — SO BOTH PEOPLE AND AI AGENTS CAN RELIABLY ACCESS ACCURATE, WELL-STRUCTURED, AND APPROPRIATELY GOVERNED KNOWLEDGE ACROSS THE COMPANY. To make that happen, you’ll shape how our knowledge is structured, contributed, accessed, and maintained as we build the context layer powering n8n’s agentic future: DESIGN OUR INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE • Define the taxonomy, structure, contributor guidelines, and templates that turn fragmented company knowledge into reliable, reusable context. • Establish standards that make knowledge easy to navigate, maintain, and use without creating duplication or another layer of content sprawl. • Evolve these standards as our functions, knowledge sources, and agentic use cases grow. ONBOARD & ENABLE TEAMS • Onboard functions to the company brain and train designated champions to structure and maintain their own knowledge over time. • Give non-technical contributors the guidance, templates, and support they need to contribute high-quality context independently. • Partner with the Internal AI Enablement Lead to develop a shared network of champions who help scale strong knowledge practices across n8n. YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO TURN N8N’S INTERNAL AI AND AUTOMATION CAPABILITIES INTO SOMETHING EVERY FUNCTION CAN CONFIDENTLY USE, BUILD WITH, AND LEARN FROM. To make that happen, you’ll create the programs, experiences, and foundations that help teams across n8n build their AI and automation fluency: DRIVE HANDS-ON ENABLEMENT • Run weekly, role-specific workshops, prioritizing less-technical functions such as Legal and Customer Support. • Lead hands-on sessions where you build live alongside teams, helping them turn real workflows and challenges into working automations. • Run Build Along Office Hours and Bounty Hunts that give teams regular opportunities to learn, experiment, and solve problems together. • Help teams identify useful automation opportunities, understand the process they are changing, and decide when to reuse an existing solution, build themselves, or involve the Automation team. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES • Practitioner-level n8n fluency: You’ve built real, meaningful automations in n8n and are comfortable building live alongside others. • Technical enablement experience: You’ve run structured, recurring enablement programs such as workshops, office hours, or build-alongs. • Non-technical audience expertise: You have a strong track record of helping non-technical teams understand, adopt, and confidently use technical tools. • Cross-functional ownership: You’re comfortable partnering with IT, Security, and Data teams to define and own requirements around access, credentials, and environments without needing to implement the infrastructure yourself. • CET overlap: You’re based in a time zone that gives you strong overlap with Central European working hours, within a couple of hours of Berlin. • English fluency: You have fluent or near-native English and can communicate clearly and confidently with audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior stakeholders. Staff Engineer - Pricing

Who We Are: We are rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair. Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers and to take on one of the most critical problems of our century, access to low cost electricity. tem exists to fix a broken global energy market that’s long favoured legacy operators, intermediaries, and opaque pricing. Today’s electricity system was not designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency or fair access for the actual users - businesses and generators. We’ve built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. Our technology is designed to cut out the inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and bring transparency and fairness to energy transactions at scale. In late 2025, after extraordinary growth, we closed a $75 million Series B - led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Albion, Atomico, Allianz, Hitachi Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, Schroders Capital and others - positioning us for global expansion, deeper product innovation and category leadership. We’re scaling internationally and building toward a future where AI-driven infrastructure is foundational to electricity markets worldwide. Since launch, our modern utility product, known as RED, has already facilitated thousands of business customers and billions in energy transaction value, proving that modern software and AI can transform an industry built on legacy systems. At tem, we’re not just building another energy company, we’re rearchitecting market infrastructure so that transparency, efficiency and sustainability become the default, not the exception. THE ROLE We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Pricing. You'll build and manage the Pricing API behind RED, tem's modern utility product - its performance, and its reliability. The systems you build price real energy contracts for businesses buying electricity and renewable generators selling it, so correctness shows up as money and speed shows up as trust. This is a senior role in our Pricing squad. The focus is backend and data-heavy, with a quant-y flavour, and correctness is critical. You'll shape how our new Pricing API is built, untangle pricing from the systems around it, and make sure that when we can't price something, we can always explain why. In your first 12 months, you might: • See our new Pricing API built from first design through to being ready for third-party access. • Lead the move of pricing logic into one service with a clean boundary, deciding when it is proven stable enough to cut over. • Design the detection, alerting and explainability that catch bad or slow prices before they ever reach a customer. • Help make pricing measurably faster for every customer quote. • Raise the engineering bar across the squad through design reviews, standards and agent-driven workflows. RESPONSIBILITIES • Build & iteration of the Pricing API, so it is fast, correct and ready to be opened up to third parties. • Support with untangling: run the extraction of pricing logic into its own service as a programme, agreeing clean boundaries with neighbouring teams. • Own reliability: design the systems that detect pricing errors, stop bad quotes going out and explain every price we can't give. • Raise the bar: lift the standard of everyone working on pricing through design reviews, engineering standards, pairing and multi-agent workflows. • Close the loop: be the go-to engineer when live pricing incidents escalate, and turn what you learn into structural fixes on the roadmap. REQUIREMENTS Must-Haves • Deep production backend Python: you have designed and owned APIs at scale, and been the person others escalate to when they broke. • You have led a significant decoupling or migration of a live system without breaking what depended on it. • Strong FastAPI and SQL, and experience in data and analytics-heavy systems where the correctness of numbers costs money. • You set technical direction across teams you don't manage, and can negotiate service boundaries with neighbouring teams. • You are agent-native: you don't just use Claude or similar daily, you design multi-agent workflows that raise a whole team's throughput. • Product engineering judgement: you know who reads a price and why, and you trade off speed, accuracy and explainability deliberately. Desirable • Domain knowledge from energy pricing, fintech or neo-utilities. • Experience building APIs consumed by external third parties. • AWS and serverless patterns (Lambda, event-driven services, Postgres on RDS). • Polars, or a track record of making numerical code fast. BENEFITS & PERKS • Stock options so everyone has ownership in our mission. • 25 days holiday plus public holidays. Swap public holidays for the ones that matter most to you, and enjoy your birthday off. • Remote first and flexible working, …

Performance Video Editor (Meta DTC Ads) — Remote (CET ±2h), Full-time Contract

Remote ✓
O

Performance Video Editor (Meta DTC Ads) — Remote (CET ±2h), Full-time Contract Our client is a US-based DTC wellness brand selling natural supplements directly to customers and growing through paid social. Meta is its main growth channel right now. The company is bringing creative production in-house, so this is a long-term, full-time role, not another short freelance gig. Why this role is worth a look • Your ads run in a real ad account and get tested. You see which ones win, and winning ads earn a bonus. • You work directly with the VP of Growth. Feedback is fast, and there are no agency layers between you and the person making decisions. • The full toolkit is provided, including Adobe and AI tools like Higgsfield. • Volume is realistic, about 6 videos per month, so there’s time to do each ad properly. • The creative team is growing: you’ll be the second full-time editor. What you’ll do • Edit short-form ads (up to 1–2 minutes) for Meta: UGC-style ads, AI voiceover ads and AI-generated animated ads • Turn scripts and raw assets into ads that hold attention: strong hooks, pacing, music and sound design • Generate AI voiceovers and, where needed, AI scenes • Make sure captions match the script exactly • Take feedback, apply it, and carry it into the next video Volume is about 6 videos per month, depending on format. We care more about quality and learning from feedback than about speed. How we work • You report directly to the VP of Growth • Tasks come through ClickUp with all assets provided. After onboarding, you work independently • We provide all tools, including Adobe and Higgsfield • Remote, with at least 4 hours of overlap with 9:00–16:00 CET • Full-time (40h/week), independent contractor agreement • Performance bonus for winning ads What we’re looking for • A portfolio of real DTC paid social ads, ideally for Meta. This matters more than years of experience or a title • Experience with UGC ads. AI voiceovers or AI animation is a strong plus • Storytelling instinct: you know when to cut, when to change the rhythm and when sound does the work • Attention to detail • English good enough to work comfortably on Slack and proofread captions Nice to have • Supplement or health/wellness ads • Experience with US-market brands • Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway or similar) Not a fit if your background is mainly YouTube or long-form editing without paid ads. Process: a short intro call, then a paid trial on real projects. To apply, send a link to your portfolio with ad examples and briefly note your role in each: edited, concept, AI work, etc.
