Enterprise Systems Administrator

Location Our GTM Systems Engineer will be an integral part of our Enterprise Systems team. This role is based remotely as a full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, or Sweden. We are also open to contractors in Eastern Europe and Portugal. The Opportunity We're looking for an engineering-minded owner of the systems our Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams run on: CRM, marketing automation, CPQ and the tools around them. This is not a ticket-queue role. Business teams will bring you solutions ("add a field", "build me a report"). Your job is to find the problem behind the request and see how a change affects every connected system. Then fix it once, ideally so the next person can do it themselves without filing a request. You'll have an internal engineering team to lean on, and you'll use AI tools daily to build faster. Responsibilities • Own the GTM systems as one connected whole: know how CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and sales-engagement tools share data, and design every change with that in view. • Turn requests into problems: ask what the business is trying to solve, propose options, explain trade-offs, and say "no" or "not like that" when it's the right call. • Remove recurring manual work: measure the effort, then replace it with automation or self-service tools that business users run themselves. • Build automations, small tools and integrations, choosing the simplest approach that will hold up. • Keep the data model lean and trustworthy: retire unused fields and legacy workarounds, and enforce data quality where data enters rather than cleaning it up later. • Keep integrations reliable: use native connectors where they do the job; where something custom is needed, respect API limits, add error handling and monitoring, and keep sandbox and production consistent. Collaborate with our internal engineering team as necessary. • Use AI tools to build, investigate issues, and speed up routine work. • Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack, and use what you see there to pick the next fix. • Document changes and follow change management from sandbox to production. • Current Sales/Marketing Tech Stack: Salesforce, Dealhub CPQ, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Gong Professional, Gong Engage, Gong Forecasting, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, Ringlead Qualifications • 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model), plus HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ. • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL and REST APIs, and able to write scripts in Python or JavaScript. • A track record of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service, with before-and-after examples. • Systems thinking: good judgment about where logic and data should live across connected systems. • Understanding of lead-to-quote-to-close and the marketing funnel (lead lifecycle, attribution). • Comfortable using AI coding and automation tools every day. • Clear communicator who can push back on requests with reasons, and works well with business users and engineers. • Fluent English, additional languages are a plus. • Ability to work in the country of residence (we do not provide visa sponsorship). Nice to have: • Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification; • Git/SFDX; depth in Gong, ZoomInfo or HubSpot; cloud platform experience; • experience with an integration platform or event-driven systems. Are you a Do’er? Be your truest self. Work on your terms. Make a difference. We are home to a global team of incredible talent who work remotely and have the flexibility to have a schedule that balances your work and home life. We embrace and support leveling up your skills professionally and personally. What does being a Do’er mean? We’re all about being entrepreneurial, pursuing knowledge, and having fun! Click here to learn more about our core values . Sounds too good to be true? Check out our Glassdoor Page . We thought so too, but we’re here and happy we hit that ‘apply’ button. Full-time employee benefits include: • Unlimited Vacation • Flexible Working Options • Health Insurance • Parental Leave • Employee Stock Option Plan • Home Office Allowance • Professional Development Stipend • Peer Recognition Program Many Do’ers, One Team DoiT unites as Many Do’ers, One Team, where diversity is more than a goal—it's our strength. We actively cultivate an inclusive, equitable workplace, recognizing that each unique perspective enhances our innovation. By celebrating differences, we create an environment where every individual feels valued, contributing to our collective success. LI-Remote

Supply Chain Specialist

RemoteDE
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role Grüns is scaling fast, and our supply chain has to move faster than the demand. As our Supply Chain Specialist, you'll be the execution engine behind it: owning purchase orders from creation to receipt, keeping inventory and inbound data airtight, and catching risk before it ever reaches a customer. You'll work side by side with our Director of Supply Chain and directly with our suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role, and the work you do will protect product availability as we grow. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. In this role, you will: • Own day-to-day purchase order execution, moving every PO through production, shipment, receipt, and exception resolution without dropped follow-up • Run the operating cadence with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs, so every confirmation, delay, decision, and committed date has one clear owner: you • Maintain the source of truth for available, inbound, and at-risk inventory, so the team always knows what we have, what's coming, and what's in trouble • Spot shortages, production delays, material constraints, freight risk, and inventory imbalances early, and escalate with a recommended action, not just a flag • Build Claude-powered workflows that turn raw PO, inventory, production, and freight data into exception lists, supplier communications, meeting recaps, and decision-ready summaries • Standardize reporting, documentation, and recurring workflows (and write the SOPs) so the team can handle higher volume with fewer manual errors We're looking for someone who: • Has 1-3 years in supply chain, operations, procurement, production planning, logistics, or inventory management, working close to the physical flow of product rather than only reporting on it • Has worked in or around a fast-paced CPG, food/beverage, supplements, wellness, beauty, or other physical-product business (strongly preferred) • Has coordinated directly with external suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners, whether in a full-time role or internship, and held them to deadlines across multiple workstreams at once • Has hands-on experience with an ERP, inventory, or order management system (NetSuite-style) and can pull and organize clean source data without help • Uses Claude or other AI tools daily for real operational work: writes strong prompts, builds reusable workflows, and validates outputs against source data before acting on them • Can point to real examples of catching a problem early and driving it to resolution Approach to the role: • Highly organized and detail-oriented, without losing sight of what matters most to the business • Proactive: follows up before the deadline, not after something is already late • Comfortable in ambiguity, and builds structure where processes are still taking shape • Takes extreme ownership: closes loops and communicates risk early • Collaborative and low-ego, while still holding internal teams and external partners accountable • Treats AI as a force multiplier on the work, never a substitute for judgment Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package—grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is between $80,000 – $90,000 plus bonus depending on experience. A bit about us... At Grüns, we believe that foundational nutrition should be simple and convenient for everyone. We're dedicated to bringing comprehensive and real nutrition to you through our gummies, formulated from 60 nutrient-dense and whole-food ingredients. Simply enjoy a grab-and-go snack pack of gummies daily whenever fits best in your schedule and wherever life takes you. Like you, we were disappointed. There’s an infinite number of “nutrition” companies, all focused on what’s best for them — not what’s best for you. Hundreds of products to sell you on, low-quality ingredients, and small nutrient doses. We’ve seen it all. So we decided it was time to fix it. No more choking on and popping pills like a pharmacy. No more clean-up and disgust from gross powders. And no more cobbling together handfuls to dozens of supplements. Grüns is comprehensive nutrition, made convenient and delicious. What we care about... Be the Best: We hold ourselves, our teams, and our partners to an incredibly high standard - and we raise the bar constantly. "We've never done this before" isn't an excuse here. It's an invitation. Own It: We act like our name is on the door. That means taking complete ownership of outcomes, collaborating deeply, working through roadblocks - not around them - and never waiting for someone else to …

ABOUT ELEVENLABS ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. HOW WE WORK • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. WHAT WE OFFER • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. THE ROLE We're hiring the first dedicated owner of central FP&A at ElevenLabs. You'll own the plan of record: the consolidated company model, the budgeting cycle and the monthly reporting cadence that the CFO, CEO and board use to run the company as we prepare for IPO. Pigment is in place and our data sits in a warehouse with dashboards on top, but the company isn't fully modeled yet. You'll build the core model first, then use it to evaluate every major investment. • Build and own the driver-based company model and opex model in Pigment, bringing inputs from commercial, product and compute finance into one model of record. • Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts end to end, including headcount envelopes and G&A forecasting with budget owners. • Set up the monthly cadence of results, budget vs. actuals, functional reviews and quarterly business reviews, and prepare the financial section of the board pack. • Bring capital allocation discipline to large decisions on hiring, compute and strategic spend. You're a builder who still builds the model yourself. You've likely done this at a high-growth tech company where the planning process had to be created while the business scaled, and you care about recommendations that get implemented, not only presented. REQUIREMENTS • You've built a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and used it to drive real decisions. • You've run an annual budget and reforecast cycle end to end at a high-growth tech company, and turned the numbers into a clear narrative for executives or the board. • Strong commercial judgment: you think in unit economics and gross profit, not only revenue, and your recommendations get implemented. • Hands-on with a planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive or similar), comfortable with SQL and working off a data warehouse, and you use AI tools every day. • Bonus: experience with usage-based or consumption revenue, IPO readiness or public-company FP&A, hands-on Pigment, or building a team. GROWTH POTENTIAL We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role: • Lead a central FP&A team as …

Martech Lead (AI Builder)

ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee. The team is small. The scope is not. THE SHORT VERSION You run Viktor's marketing machine. You pick, connect and pay for the tools we buy, and build the ones we can't buy on Viktor itself. Think product manager for the marketing org, who builds the product. Marketing can't keep pace with our growth by adding people. Every team needs tools that let one person do the work of three, and today nobody owns that. You're hands-on, with no team at the start, and report to our CMO. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Sit with the program leads (partnerships, paid, organic, brand, lifecycle, PMM and more), find the manual work, and automate it. • Own the marketing stack (Viktor, PostHog, Clay, Hex, the ad platforms) and decide what we keep, cut, replace or build. • Build apps, agents and scheduled workflows on Viktor, documented and simple enough for someone else to pick up. • Keep data joined up from marketing activity to signups, with Data Science owning attribution. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING By day 90: • A partner OS for all our partner programs is in daily use and documented for someone else to run. • Every marketing tool and automation is mapped with owner, cost, usage and overlap. • At least one tool or set of automations is cut, with the saving shown. • Two more tools, built for two other teams, are used weekly. • Next quarter's builds are ranked by impact and agreed. WHO YOU ARE • You've shipped tools or agents with AI (Claude Code, Cursor, Viktor, Lovable or similar) that people used for months, and you fix them when they break. No engineering degree needed. • You've owned a modern marketing stack for 3+ years at a fast-moving company. You know how pipeline gets made and can defend your buy-vs-build calls. • You've built something nobody asked for, as a founder, on a side project or at an early startup. • You ship good enough today, and know when a script beats an agent and when a $50 tool beats a build. • You can turn a messy ask from a marketing leader into something the team uses every week. PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF • You configure tools but don't build, or you manage builders and no longer build yourself. • You're an engineer who doesn't know how marketing makes pipeline, or your stack experience is outbound and enrichment only. • You add tools and model calls without checking usage, cost or value. EVEN BETTER IF • You've built on Viktor, or with agents, scheduled workflows and MCP. • You're hands-on with PostHog, Clay, Hex, a data warehouse, SQL and APIs. • You've worked at a B2B SaaS or AI company, or built systems for partnerships or creator marketing. THE HARD PART Lots of half-built micro-systems to tidy up, leaders who all want something first, and a stack growing faster than anyone can track. You'll have to say no, and cut things people like. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT Your tools run Viktor's own marketing and show what the product can do. No tickets, no sprint planning. As the team grows, you own marketing systems, with the chance to build and lead a martech function. HOW WE WORK Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day. We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate. WHY VIKTOR We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling. This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on. That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true. COMPENSATION Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage. The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.

ABOUT THE ROLE Equity is a big part of how we reward the people building ElevenLabs, and the programme is growing fast across many countries. You'll own the day-to-day running of it: keeping our cap table accurate and audit-ready, and making sure every grant, exercise and leaver is handled correctly and on time. You'll work with Finance, Legal and People to turn board-approved decisions into clean records and clear communication. That includes issuing grants, supporting 409A and local valuations, and answering employee questions about their equity. We're looking for someone who is meticulous about the numbers and who treats employees as customers. You'll find ways to automate the repetitive work, using AI wherever it makes things faster and more reliable. REQUIREMENTS • Hands-on experience administering equity in a cap table or stock plan platform such as Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, settlements and reconciliations. • Experience administering equity across multiple jurisdictions, including tracking globally mobile participants and coordinating with Tax and Payroll. • Strong understanding of stock options, RSUs, vesting schedules and employee lifecycle changes, with working knowledge of relevant tax-advantaged schemes such as US ISOs and UK EMI or CSOP plans. • Experience reconciling equity data with People, Talent, Payroll and Accounting records. • Understanding of stock-based compensation accounting sufficient to provide reliable data and support Finance with US GAAP and local reporting requirements. • Experience building and documenting equity processes and controls, managing deadlines independently and resolving discrepancies. • Clear communication skills, sound judgement when handling confidential information and a strong focus on employee support. Bonus: • Experience at a fast-growing startup, familiarity with 409A processes, or a record of automating equity workflows. • Certification (e.g. CEP or similar) • Experience with IPO process or having supported transition from private to public LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Central Europe or Eastern US. ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee. The team is small. The scope is not. THE SHORT VERSION You run how our CMO spends his time, and you help build how the marketing org works together. You plan his week, triage what reaches him, make sure the team follows through on what it owes him, and run the rituals that make the marketing team a great place to work. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Plan the CMO's time across internal and external meetings, and protect focused time for his own work. • Triage his inbox, Slack and other channels. Flag blockers, risks and anything that needs his answer that day. • Keep a live list of what the team owes the CMO, and chase it. • Suggest and run team activities and online sessions that help the marketing org bond. • Manage all of the CMO's logistics. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING • Next week is planned by Friday, with focus time protected every week. • The CMO gets a daily note on what needs his answer that day, across email and Slack. • The list of what the team owes him is current and chased every week. • The first team sessions have run, and there's a plan for the next quarter. WHO YOU ARE • You've been an executive assistant to a C-suite executive. • Your scope went well beyond the calendar: you owned inbox and comms triage, logistics and follow-through for your executive. • You can show how your work helped a team build a great culture. • You chase people on your executive's behalf before anyone asks you to. PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF • You keep a diary and wait to be told what comes next. • You've only supported one executive at a large corporate and haven't worked at startup pace. EVEN BETTER IF • You already use AI to run parts of the job. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT You build how the marketing org runs, from the CMO's time to its team rituals, and the role can grow towards chief of staff or operations. Help scale the infrastructure behind a real-time iGaming platform serving 150M+ players worldwide while leading our SRE and Platform Engineering teams. ABOUT PATRIANNA At Patrianna, we build a high-performance B2B platform for the global iGaming industry, enabling partners to launch and scale digital gaming products across multiple international markets. Our platform serves as the foundation for multiple gaming brands, providing the core systems that power gameplay, integrations, and platform capabilities across different markets. We operate in a fast-moving scale-up environment where impact matters more than process for its own sake. Teams are trusted to take ownership of the systems they build and the outcomes they deliver. Our engineering culture is built around a few core principles: • Pragmatic execution: We focus on solving meaningful engineering problems and delivering reliable systems without unnecessary bureaucracy; • Clear ownership and accountability: Teams operate within defined responsibilities and leadership structures that ensure decisions are made and outcomes are delivered; • Technical depth matters: We value engineers and managers who understand their systems deeply and make thoughtful technical decisions; • Direct communication: We address problems openly, challenge assumptions, and resolve issues quickly. We believe strong engineering leadership starts with technical credibility and ownership of outcomes. AI-DRIVEN ENGINEERING CULTURE We are actively building an AI-driven engineering organization with a clear and deliberate stance: artificial intelligence is a core part of how we build and deliver software — not an experiment, not a trend, and not an optional add-on. AI is embedded into our engineering workflows, from system design and prototyping to refactoring, testing, and code review. We expect engineers to be fully comfortable working in AI-driven environments and to treat AI as a primary productivity multiplier. Strong engineering judgment, architectural ownership, and accountability remain essential—AI amplifies our engineers, it doesn’t replace responsibility for technical decisions. THE ROLE We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our DevOps function across two specialized engineering teams: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Platform Engineering. The SRE team is focused on production reliability, availability, observability, incident management, operational excellence, and continuously improving the resilience of our systems. The Platform Engineering team works on larger strategic initiatives that evolve our infrastructure and engineering platform — improving scalability, automation, developer experience, deployment capabilities, infrastructure architecture, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring both teams have clear roadmaps, well-defined priorities, realistic commitments, and strong execution. You will create the structure and engineering practices necessary for teams to deliver complex infrastructure initiatives predictably while maintaining the reliability of a rapidly growing production platform. This is not a coordination-only management role. We expect our DevOps Engineering Manager to have deep technical expertise and remain close to the technology. You should be capable of understanding infrastructure architecture in depth, challenging technical decisions, reviewing proposed solutions, troubleshooting complex production problems, and working hands-on with the platform when necessary. You will combine the technical depth of a senior DevOps/Platform engineer with strong engineering and operational management, delivery, and people leadership skills. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Management & Delivery: • Own the DevOps roadmap and delivery outcomes – establish clear roadmaps across SRE and Platform Engineering, translate priorities into concrete initiatives and commitments, and ensure teams deliver against realistic timelines; • Drive predictable execution – establish effective planning and execution practices, track progress against commitments, identify delivery risks early, manage dependencies, and ensure clear ownership of initiatives; • Lead SRE and Platform Engineering – provide leadership across both operational reliability and longer-term platform development, balancing immediate production needs with strategic infrastructure improvements; • Own people management – manage and develop DevOps engineers, including performance reviews, career development, compensation and promotion input, hiring, team structure, and handling performance concerns when needed; • Partner with engineering teams – work closely with Engineering Managers, Team Leads, and engineers across the organization to understand infrastructure needs, resolve systemic problems, and ensure the platform enables rather than blocks product delivery. Technical Leadership: • Provide hands-on technical leadership – stay …
