ABOUT PATRIANNA Patrianna is a fast-scaling product development company headquartered in Gibraltar, with a dynamic, global team powering our growth. We operate at the intersection of technology and entertainment, building innovative solutions that shape the future of social gaming and deliver outstanding experiences to millions of players worldwide. We're driven by speed, ambition, and bold ideas. At our core, we're product creators and problem-solvers who thrive in a high-performance environment. We're looking for exceptional talent - smart, adaptable, and motivated individuals eager to make an impact, scale business functions at pace, and continuously improve. Whether you're a domain expert or an agile thinker who thrives in change, at Patrianna you'll have the freedom to innovate, take ownership, and help us lead the next wave of gaming innovation. Join us - and be part of something extraordinary. AI-DRIVEN ENGINEERING CULTURE We are actively building an AI-driven engineering organization with a clear and deliberate stance: artificial intelligence is a core part of how we build and deliver software — not an experiment, not a trend, and not an optional add-on. AI is embedded into our engineering workflows, from system design and prototyping to refactoring, testing, and code review. We expect engineers to be fully comfortable working in AI-driven environments and to treat AI as a primary productivity multiplier. Strong engineering judgment, architectural ownership, and accountability remain essential—AI amplifies our engineers, it doesn’t replace responsibility for technical decisions. THE ROLE We're looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the cloud infrastructure that keeps millions of players gaming without interruption. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING • You'll operate and continuously improve production-grade GKE clusters on Google Cloud Platform - keeping things highly available, secure, and scaled for growth; • You'll manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm, and take an active role in migrating our infrastructure to Terragrunt; • You'll own our GitOps-based release process with Argo CD, making deployments smooth, predictable, and stress-free; • You'll maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps, and drive postmortems that lead to real change; • You'll build and maintain observability and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK - catching issues before players ever notice them; • You'll automate routine operational tasks and contribute to better infrastructure standards and documentation; • You'll take part in the on-call rotation together with the team. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Solid hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role; • Proven, production-grade experience with Google Cloud Platform - GKE, Compute Engine, networking, IAM, DNS, and cost management included; • Deep hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production: networking, ingress, autoscaling, upgrades, and troubleshooting under pressure; • Strong Terraform skills in production environments; Terragrunt experience is a big plus - if you're keen to learn it, we still want to hear from you; • Working knowledge of Helm and Docker/containerized workloads; • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (Argo CD is a plus); • Hands-on experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK); • Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python; • Strong Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS) with excellent troubleshooting skills; • Experience participating in on-call rotations and handling production incidents using tools such as PagerDuty; • Upper-Intermediate English or higher. Nice to Have • Experience with Terragrunt. If you haven't worked with it yet but are eager to learn, we'd still love to hear from you; • Hands-on experience with Argo CD; • Background in iGaming or other high-load B2B/B2C products. WHY YOU WILL LOVE IT We're a no-nonsense, high-performance team that moves fast, builds boldly, and holds a strict no-arsehole policy. Everyone here takes real ownership — you won't be maintaining someone else's runbook; you'll be writing your own. This is a fully remote role with genuine flexibility, generous paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and bank holidays), and a culture where progress always beats perfectionism. We're scaling quickly, which means your growth here is only limited by your ambition. If you want to work on hard problems, alongside people who care about their craft, at a company that's shaping the future of social gaming — this is the place. We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas — nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us. Senior Backend Engineer, Platform

Join Apaleo and shape the future of hospitality tech Apaleo is the world’s most open, API-first property management platform, powering the next generation of hospitality operations. Our modular, AI-powered infrastructure lets hoteliers customise their tech stack, automate routine work and deliver seamless, personalised guest experiences, powered by best-in-class apps and autonomous AI agents that adapt to every stay. If you’re driven by the idea of making hospitality smarter, more human and powered by cutting-edge technology, we’d love to hear from you. About the role You’ll join our Platform team as an individual contributor, working directly with our Platform Lead, who sets Platform’s technical direction. Platform owns infrastructure, developer experience and security foundations for the whole engineering organisation. It’s a small team, so you’ll cover a wide surface area, with no dedicated DevOps or QA function to hand work to. This is a high-ownership seat. You’ll take on substantial, ambiguous, cross-cutting initiatives, agree the direction with the Platform Lead, then drive them from first analysis through to completion with real autonomy over how you get there. We don’t run a groomed backlog or sprint planning. We assign a significant topic to someone who owns it end to end. If you thrive with structure handed to you, this isn’t the role. If you love spotting the problem worth solving and driving it yourself, you’ll fit right in. What you’ll be up to • Designing and building scalable, reliable and maintainable backend systems. • Spotting and scoping problems and initiatives yourself, not just picking up assigned tickets: weighing impact, priority and timing. • Contributing to architectural decisions and design discussions, and bringing other teams along. • Driving substantial, cross-cutting initiatives end to end, coordinating with stakeholders across engineering. • Building and maintaining internal tools and infrastructure (AWS, Terraform) that help teams deliver faster and more reliably. • Owning observability, logging and operational excellence to keep the platform highly available. • Sharing knowledge through code reviews, design reviews and pairing, and helping raise technical standards. • Spotting where AI and automation can improve how we build and run software. Some of the challenges waiting for you You’ll take ownership of one of these as your first initiative, with no other distractions. • Solving horizontal write-scaling for our database. • Modernising our CI/CD pipeline for faster, more reliable delivery. • Migrating our infrastructure-as-code fully from CloudFormation to Terraform. • Extracting and reworking common services to get us ready for our next scale level. What you’ll bring to the team • 5+ years of backend development experience, with a track record of owning significant technical work from ambiguity through to completion. • Substantial hands-on ownership of infrastructure, reliability or performance, ideally on a platform or infrastructure team rather than a pure product team. • Strong engineering fundamentals that transfer across languages and cloud platforms. We care more about how you think than which stack you’ve used. • Experience designing and scaling distributed systems in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred; strong Azure fundamentals and genuine enthusiasm for the switch work just as well). • Comfort with containerised services and infrastructure-as-code (Docker, Terraform; CloudFormation exposure is relevant given our current stack). • Confidence writing your own unit and integration tests, as we don’t have a dedicated QA function. • A project you can talk about in depth: the problem, what you did and the impact it had. • Fluent English. Nice to have • Direct experience with C# (.NET), PostgreSQL, AWS and ECS or Kubernetes: a great fit, though not a hard requirement if your fundamentals are strong. • Experience setting up infrastructure-as-code from scratch and working with it day to day, ideally with Terraform, including migrating or consolidating from other approaches (like CloudFormation). • Experience with Kafka or other event-driven and streaming systems (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ or SQS are good transferable equivalents). • Experience owning observability and logging for highly available systems. • Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Amazon CodeWhisperer) and a genuine interest in AI-driven engineering improvement. • Experience mentoring other engineers, and introducing new technology, like AI tooling, to other teams. Culture & Growth What We Offer • An International Team: Work alongside colleagues from over 20 nationalities. • Growth and Development: 360° feedback reviews, an evolving career framework and an annual learning budget of €1,000+. • Autonomy and Ownership: Great ideas can come from anywhere. We trust you to make decisions and contribute directly. • …

You’ll own our demo environments and keep them fresh and impressive. Bonus points • Sales ops or revenue ops background • HubSpot experience • Ownership of a demo environment or infrastructure • French language skills • Experience with workflow automation (n8n preferred) and building internal LLM agents What success looks like • Months 1 to 3: you’re onboarded to our product and customers, have co-presented in 3 to 4 meetings and responded to 2 to 3 RFPs • Months 4 to 6: RFP turnaround is down to 2 to 3 days, the demo environment is optimised and you’ve helped close 1 to 2 complex deals • Months 7 to 12: you’re the go-to expert for technical buyer questions, have built 5 to 7 playbooks and support 50 to 60% of strategic deals Culture & Growth • A Diverse & International Team: Work alongside passionate professionals from over 20 nationalities, bringing unique perspectives and experiences to shape the future of hospitality tech. • Growth & Development: As we scale, so do your opportunities. You’ll benefit from 360° feedback reviews, a dedicated learning budget and plenty of chances to take on more responsibility. Our evolving career framework ensures you can grow your skills, advance your career and make a real impact. • Autonomy & Ownership: Great ideas can come from anywhere. GTM Systems Analyst

The Role Ashby 's GTM engine runs on a set of interconnected systems. Keeping them accurate, efficient, and trusted is the foundation everything else is built on. As our GTM Systems Analyst, you'll own the daily maintenance and configuration of technical layer that powers our Go-to-Market organization: the CRM configurations, integration architecture, and data quality practices that let our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams move fast with confidence. This role sits within Revenue Operations, the horizontal function that makes the entire GTM system work. You'll be embedded in daily operations (triaging issues, implementing new tooling, and translating business requirements into scalable configurations) while also contributing to longer-term systems strategy as we move up-market and expand our product suite. Why this role matters now We're in an active expansion phase: new products, new segments, new GTM motions. Our systems need to keep pace. The person in this role will shape how we build the technical foundation for the next chapter of Ashby's growth. What You'll Do • System Administration: Own the day-to-day health of our core GTM platforms. You'll manage configuration, user permissions, custom objects, and workflow automation across our CRM stack — making sure the systems actually reflect how our teams work, not just how they were set up two years ago. • Integration Support: Maintain clean data flows across our GTM toolset ( including intent data, conversation intelligence, and sales engagement platforms). You'll be the person who knows how signals travel between systems and why, and who makes sure they're flowing reliably. • Data Governance: Enforce standards for data quality, deduplication, and field taxonomy. Revenue reporting and forecasting are only as good as the data underneath them, along with our GTM Engineers and our System Architect, you'll build the infrastructure of trust that makes those outputs credible. • Stakeholder Support: Be the go-to technical partner for frontline GTM teams. You'll triage issues, gather business requirements, and deliver solutions that scale. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners and know when to say "that requires a bigger conversation" rather than patching around a root cause. • Tooling Evaluation: Help evaluate new GTM tech and AI tools as our needs evolve. You'll assess how new tools will integrate with our existing systems, support contract renewals, and support implementation of emerging solutions, with a practical bias toward what will actually get adopted and maintained. What We're Looking For • Advanced proficiency in CRM administration: Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot Administrator certification strongly preferred • Experience connecting marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools (e.g., 6sense, Gong, Outreach, Gainsight) • Ability to translate abstract business goals into documented, scalable technical configurations • Strong analytical skills: you can diagnose data discrepancies, form a hypothesis, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Instinctive troubleshooter: you don't wait for a problem to be fully described before you start hypothesizing • Clear written communicator; we're a remote-first company and documentation is how work gets shared • 2–4 years in a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops systems role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company Nice to Have • Familiarity with SQL or data warehouse querying (Snowflake, BigQuery) for ad hoc analysis • Experience with AI-assisted workflow automation or prompt-based tooling in a GTM context • Exposure to multi-product or multi-segment GTM motions This role may not be a fit if: • You have used CRM systems extensively, but have not owned CRM administration work directly. Hubspot is our current CRM. • You prefer strategy and architecture work over hands-on systems ownership. • You do your best work when requirements are fully specified, rather than when you need to diagnose ambiguous issues and triage incoming requests. • You are looking for a role focused on one GTM function, rather than broad partnership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Interview process • Recruiter Screen • Hiring Manager Interview • Challenge Interview • Final Round with multiple key stakeholders About Ashby At Ashby, we’re building the future of enterprise software—starting with a suite of products that empower talent leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers to drive better hiring outcomes with data-informed strategies. We're backed by Y Combinator and top-tier investors like Elad Gil and Lachy Groom. Our customers include global leaders like Snowflake, OpenAI, Shopify, Ramp, and Notion. We’re growing fast—over 100% year-over-year in revenue and we’ve only just scratched the surface of a massive market opportunity. This is your chance to get in early and help shape a …

Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Own the day-to-day health of our core GTM platforms.

You will: • Lead the Passwordless Revolution: Create and execute a territory strategy specifically designed to evangelize PingOne Recognize, targeting organizations burdened by legacy MFA and high-friction authentication. • Master the Value Prop: Articulate the unique technical and business value of PingOne Recognize—privacy-preserving biometrics, zero-knowledge architecture, and the elimination of credential-based attacks. • Engineer Complex Deals: Navigate and close high-stakes contracts by demonstrating how PingOne Recognize integrates into existing CIAM and IAM ecosystems to reduce fraud and improve user experience. • Act as a Market Liaison: Provide direct field intelligence to Product and Engineering teams to ensure the PingOne Recognize roadmap remains the industry leader in biometric innovation. • Orchestrate Specialist Resources: Work collaboratively with Sales Engineers and Privacy experts to address deep technical inquiries regarding biometric data and compliance. • Forecast with Precision: Maintain a high level of transparency in sales activity and pipeline health, specifically tracking the adoption lifecycle of biometric solutions.
