What you’ll do: • As the team’s leader, you will facilitate the delivery of initiatives to a high standard from initial concept and planning through to rollout, collaborating with engineers and non-technical colleagues. • Manage, and coach the engineers in your team so that they develop both personally and professionally, and are able to perform together with impact. • Partner with the team’s Product Manager to create a roadmap for success, make sure the team is working in the right way for maximum (and sustainable) impact. • Drive improvements to the processes and practices of the team with the autonomy to do what you think is right and change what isn’t working. • Have oversight of the technical decisions being made in your team, and responsibility for the technical strategy within the product area that the team owns. At Zyte, we're pioneering the next revolution in web data extraction, empowering businesses to focus on innovation. Companies often struggle with challenges like navigating dynamic web structures, countering anti-scraping measures, and ensuring data accuracy. We tackle these obstacles by providing best-in-class tools for seamless, reliable web data extraction. With over a decade of expertise, we've become the trusted solution for over 3,000 companies and a million developers, helping them achieve a competitive edge and drive sustainable growth. We are a diverse and enthusiastic team of data nerds, tech aficionados, and hackers. At Zyte, you'll join an inclusive community where everyone belongs. We thrive on collaborating with our smart, passionate teammates and customers to solve complex problems in data science and engineering. Join us and be part of the data revolution! About the Job Reverse engineering is at the heart of how Zyte stays ahead in the banning war. We've cracked some of the hardest antibots on the web — but the ground shifts weekly: antibots ship new sensor formats overnight, obfuscation schemes mutate, and new fingerprinting surfaces appear faster than any team could chase by hand. This role is not about solving tickets one at a time. It's about building the tools, pipelines, and automation that let both engineers and AI agents solve them at scale. You will be the person who turns a reverse-engineering breakthrough into reusable tooling, who automates the investigation that used to take days into a readout that takes minutes, and who feeds the intelligence our AI systems learn from. You'll work at the intersection of deep JS/VM reverse engineering and modern AI-assisted engineering — using LLMs and agentic tooling aggressively to compress the loop between "new detection surface discovered" and "solution shipped." If you're energized by wielding AI to multiply your own output, by automating away manual toil, and by working on problems where the adversary is smart and the target moves — this is the seat. Requirements Roles & Responsibilities • Reverse-engineer the hardest antibot and fingerprinting systems on the web, across JS VMs, WASM, and polymorphic/obfuscated code. • Build the JS function tracing, deobfuscation pipelines, and fingerprint-inspection tooling that turn manual reverse-engineering investigations into fast, repeatable, largely automated workflows. • Use AI aggressively — LLMs, agents, and custom automation — to deobfuscate, classify, and diagnose detection surfaces, and to rapidly prototype and ship tooling that previously would have taken weeks. • Build and maintain website intel pipelines with checkpointed history, so that when an antibot ships an update we diff against a known-good baseline instead of rediscovering the problem from scratch. • Feed our AI reverse-engineering and ban-resolution systems the context, signals, and structured intelligence they need to autonomously resolve the majority of cases. • Codify one-off reverse-engineering wins into durable capability — tools, rules, and pipelines usable by other engineers and by AI agents alike. • Collaborate across engineering to fold your tooling into the custom browser and automation stack, and mentor others in AI-augmented reverse-engineering technique. Requirements • A hacker mindset — able to rapidly develop proof-of-concepts and working tools to get to a result, and comfortable with the inherent uncertainty and open-endedness of the work. • Demonstrated use of AI tooling (LLMs, coding agents, automation) to accelerate your own engineering, with a strong instinct for what to automate and when. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and Python, with a broad programming background and exceptional problem-solving ability. • Strong research, debugging, fuzzing, and reverse-engineering skills, including static, dynamic, and concolic analysis. • Hands-on experience reversing JavaScript VMs, WASM, and heavily obfuscated or polymorphic code. • A deep understanding of operating systems and computer networking concepts. • Adept with tools such as Wireshark, Burp Suite, and similar for intercepting and debugging network traffic. • Understanding of browser engines, browser fingerprinting, and antibot/anti-scraping mechanisms. • Approach prioritization logically and with a measurement-backed strategy, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Bonus points for • Experience with reverse-engineering tools like IDA, Ghidra, Frida, or Babel. • Experience building tooling or pipelines that feed machine-learning or AI systems. • Experience with C/C++ and Rust. • Core contributions to Mozilla or Chromium projects. Benefits By joining the Zyte team, you will: • Become part of a self-motivated, progressive, multi-cultural team • Have the freedom and flexibility to work from where you do your best work • Attend conferences and meet with team members from across the globe • Work with cutting-edge …

What it's all about The Team: JobLeads helps millions of professionals across 40+ countries find their next role, matching them against millions of live jobs. We are building what we believe will be the best job search on the internet - one that understands what a candidate is actually looking for, even when they can't put it into a keyword. Search, matching, and recommendations sit at the core of our product, and applied AI is how we are already winning there. Your Role: As an Applied AI Engineer, you will build the intelligence behind how candidates and jobs find each other: semantic search, resume-based matching, LLM-driven query understanding, and recommendations. The role evolves with the mission: whatever it takes to make our search the best job search on the internet is what you'll work on next. That makes out-of-the-box thinking a feature of the job, not a nice-to-have - we expect you to bring new approaches, methods, and frameworks to the table, whether they come from commercial model providers or straight from current research. If a paper published last month suggests a better way to retrieve, rank, or evaluate, we want you to be the person who spots it, tests it, and tells us whether it holds up on our data. What stays constant is the way of working: form a hypothesis, benchmark it rigorously against the status quo, make it tangible in a prototype people can play with, ship the winner to production, and prove it in an A/B test. You'll work closely with the people who make the decisions and present your results to them directly - your benchmark can become a production experiment within days. What You'll Be Doing: • Design and improve retrieval systems over a large, messy real-world corpus at scale: embeddings, hybrid search, ranking, and re-ranking • Shape the design of our vector search backbone: how jobs and resumes are represented, which embedding models to use, the right vector dimensionality for each purpose, etc. • Build LLM pipelines for understanding queries, resumes, and jobs — extraction, enrichment, rewriting, matching - choosing the right model and technique for each step • Own evaluation as a scientific discipline , not a checkbox: • Curate benchmark datasets that capture both the failure modes you're fixing and the healthy cases you must not regress • Design LLM-as-judge setups you can defend - ground and calibrate the judge against human sanity checks, detect its biases (a conservative judge will punish a correct query expansion for not being literal), and iterate on the judge itself when it measures the wrong thing • Apply and adapt search-relevance methodology - precision@k, NDCG, pairwise preference testing - choosing metrics that resist gaming, and recognizing when a metric rewards degenerate behavior • Read results like a scientist: cumulative vs. independent effects, why two valid metrics can disagree, what a distribution's tail says that its mean hides • Quantify the full picture - quality, latency percentiles, and cost per query • Build interactive prototypes so product managers and stakeholders can test your approaches hands-on before anything ships • Partner with engineers to bring winners to production faithfully - no gap between what was benchmarked and what ships - and follow through into A/B test readouts • Track the fast-moving model and research landscape and re-evaluate as new models, techniques, and papers appear, keeping us on the best quality-per-euro frontier • See your work impact the way millions of job seekers find their next job in 42 countries • Be surrounded by colleagues who understand you and help you grow in your role What You'll Need: • Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field from a top-tier program (e.g., TUM, University of Tübingen, Saarland University, RWTH Aachen, LMU Munich, TU Berlin, KIT, University of Freiburg, University of Bonn, FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, TU Darmstadt, University of Stuttgart, Heidelberg University, HPI (Hasso Plattner Institute, Potsdam), TU Dresden, Uni Paderborn, or equivalent) • Have hands-on experience building applied ML or LLM systems - retrieval, RAG, agentic pipelines, or traditional search - that real users touched • Have genuine data-science depth : you design experiments, build baselines, and reason about metrics and their failure modes before trusting a number • Are fluent in Python and comfortable owning a pipeline end to end: data, prompts, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and the glue in between • Don't trust a demo: you build a baseline, a dataset, and a metric before declaring victory - and you notice when your metric is measuring the wrong thing • Communicate clearly with non-ML colleagues and enjoy making your findings understandable, not just correct • Are pragmatic and 80/20-minded: you'd rather ship a simple approach that captures most of the gain than a complex one that looks better on paper Nice If You Have: • A track record of taking methods from research …

At 1KOMMA5° , we pursue a clear vision: Living on wind and sunlight forever for free . To make this a reality, we are building the energy system of the future with Heartbeat AI. Want to be part of it? We bring together regional craftsmanship and scalable software: We don't think of solar, batteries, heat pumps, and e-mobility as isolated components, but control them as an intelligent, integrated overall system in our virtual power plant. Directly connected to the electricity market – in real time, fully automated. This way, energy is used when it is available from renewables and particularly cost-effective. By 2030, our goal is to transition 1.5 million households to renewable energies. Over 3,000 people are working towards this every day, at more than 80 locations worldwide, from Finland to Australia. Want to take responsibility and build solutions that truly matter? Apply now and help us shape the energy world of tomorrow. Learn more about our Product & Tech team! Deine Position As part of our Mobile App Platform team, you will own the quality strategy of our Flutter apps, and change how we approach testing. AI-driven QA is the differentiator in this role. Our QA team already uses AI for test generation, but we want to go much further. You will help reinvent it: autonomous exploration, smarter test orchestration, self-directed QA workflows, and QA systems that detect product risks before they reach users. This is not a "write test cases and file tickets" role. You co-create systems and practices that enable our product teams to own product quality end-to-end and work with them to close the gaps so we can ship with confidence. Speed boost instead of speed bump. You think about quality as something you design into the product and process, not a checklist you run before release, effectively shifting quality assurance left. Our Stack • Flutter & Dart • Appium, BrowserStack • Testmo for test case management • GCP, GitHub Actions, Datadog, LaunchDarkly • AI-assisted development with Cursor and agentic coding workflows • Linear, Notion, Figma, Miro Key Responsibilities • App Platform Quality Ownership: Own the quality strategy of our Flutter apps and testing architecture across our mobile product teams from a platform standpoint, including test strategy, execution, and production monitoring • Platform Collaboration & Support: Partner closely with cross-functional mobile product teams to shape quality practices, close testing gaps, and enable teams to ship with confidence • Automated Test Suite Management: Grow and maintain our automated test suite (Appium / BrowserStack), keeping it fast, stable, trusted, and focused on critical user journeys • Test Infrastructure Health: Keep test infrastructure healthy with minimized flakiness, faster runs, and actionable results for the entire engineering organization • Autonomous & AI-Driven Exploration: Create and scale autonomous exploration, intelligent test orchestration, and self-directed testing workflows from scratch to detect product risks before they reach users Dein Profil • User-Centric Quality Focus: Strong focus on real-world user journeys, edge cases, and product risk rather than relying solely on code coverage metrics • Comfortable with Ambiguity: High initiative and problem-solving drive to invent solutions from scratch when no standard playbook exists • QA Architecture & Mobile Automation: Extensive experience designing scalable testing strategies and hands-on expertise with mobile automation frameworks (Appium, Flutter integration testing) and cloud device farms (BrowserStack) • Practical AI & Agentic Workflows: Active experience leveraging AI tools, LLM workflows, and testing agents for autonomous exploration, automated test generation, and defect analysis • CI/CD & Platform Enablement: Proven track record of integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to deliver fast quality signals and co-creating practices that enable product teams to own quality without sacrificing velocity • User-Centric Quality & Communication: Focus on real-world user journeys and risk mitigation over simple coverage metrics, backed by strong English communication skills to guide engineering practices Bonus points for: • German language skills • Experience with energy systems, IoT, or climate tech • Native iOS/Android or deep Flutter/Dart architecture knowledge • Track record of navigating ambiguity • Experience in building testing tools from scratch Benefits • You are part of an international, dynamic, and highly motivated team of people who have proven to make things happen • With your work, you accelerate the "energy transition" and hence have a direct impact on our climate • Work with and learn from other super-smart colleagues • You will enjoy direct contact with core decision-makers • You will enjoy the best chances of entering full-time in one of Europe’s most thriving scaleups • You work remotely …
