Senior Product Designer

Your mission About the Job Neptune Software is the AI execution layer for SAP. Enterprises are moving from software that records, to software that acts — AI agents running routine work while people govern the exceptions. What stands in the way isn't the models; it's that the logic agents need to act on is locked inside SAP. Neptune runs inside the customer's own landscape and makes that logic executable by AI: agent-ready context, governed tools, and applications where agents act under the customer's own authorizations, with guardrails enforced by the platform — not by the prompt. With Naia, our AI layer, teams build from natural language and deploy agents on ECC today that carry to S/4HANA unchanged, always at Clean Core. SAP-certified, 500+ enterprises, fifteen years in production: we are where core business systems learn to act. As a Senior Product Designer at Neptune Software, you will play a central role in shaping the user experience of the Neptune DX Platform - the tool trusted by enterprises worldwide to build powerful business applications. You'll bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and intuitive, elegant interfaces, working hand-in-hand with product managers and engineers to craft experiences that genuinely delight our customers. This is a hands-on role: you will be in the design files and in the code, building working prototypes yourself rather than handing off static specs. Location Remote - Portugal Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end design process - from discovery and user research through wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery • Build interactive, code-based prototypes yourself - using React, TypeScript, javascript, and AI-assisted tooling - to validate ideas fast and hand engineers something real • Translate complex enterprise workflows and user needs into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling product experiences • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and aligned with business goals • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and competitor analyses to inform design decisions • Maintain and evolve Neptune's design system, ensuring consistency across the platform • Present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively • Advocate for the end user throughout the product development lifecycle Why us? What We Offer • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. • Comprehensive benefits package, including home office equipment support. • Career development opportunities in a fast-growing international software company. • A collaborative, trust-based culture rooted in Norwegian values. • Work with a global team of 170+ talents from 36+ countries. • Autonomy, flexibility, and the freedom to make a real impact on product innovation. Your profile Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, ideally in a B2B or enterprise software environment • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work across web or desktop applications • Extensive hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows - you have set up your own tooling (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Figma AI, MCP servers) and have clear ways of working that let you generate, prototype, and iterate at speed • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design patterns, and accessibility standards • Hands-on frontend development capabilities - working knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React, enough to build and ship your own interactive prototypes • Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams alongside engineers and PMs • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions clearly Preferred Qualifications • Experience designing for enterprise platforms, low-code/no-code tools, or developer-facing products • Familiarity with design systems: building, maintaining, or contributing to one • Deeper front-end proficiency - React component architecture, TypeScript, and modern design-system tooling - to contribute directly to the codebase alongside engineers • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design improvements • Exposure to the SAP ecosystem or similar enterprise software landscapes is a plus • A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring peers and contributing to a design culture

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design process - from discovery and user research through wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery • Build interactive, code-based prototypes yourself - using React, TypeScript, javascript,…

As the first Customer Trust hire in the region, this person will partner closely with our EMEA-based Engineering and Sales teams to foster a culture of trust between Abnormal and our customers. This role sits within the Customer Trust team, which acts as the translation layer between customers and Abnormal: translating customer security requirements into internal controls, evidence, and product or operational requirements, then translating those controls back into clear assurances customers can trust and act on. This role will be responsible for presenting Abnormal's control environment directly to senior buyers, designing response strategy for the highest-stakes security reviews rather than reacting question by question, and driving toward clarity when customer expectations conflict with reality. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure customer conversations, translates security and privacy concepts for a business audience with precision, stays composed when a discussion turns contentious, and brings the business judgment to tie trust program depth to revenue outcomes. Familiarity with the EU AI Act and GDPR as they apply to a leading cybersecurity SaaS provider's customers is also expected. Who you are • Proven experience navigating customer-facing security conversations at the highest stakes level • Analytical thinker who connects trust program depth to revenue outcomes • Proficient in designing a response strategy rather than reacting question by question, even amid high ambiguity in the highest-stakes reviews • Confidence and willingness to raise concerns and drive toward clarity when customer expectations conflict with reality • Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with internal stakeholders and senior external buyers; demonstrated experience translating complex security and privacy concepts for diverse audiences • High attention to detail and process, with the organizational rigor to be accountable for program-level outcomes, not just individual deals • Ability to adapt to evolving business and technical environments and manage multiple priorities across deals in a fast-paced environment • Team player, collaborative work style • Self-motivated and able to operate with minimal oversight, owning outcomes end to end • Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter and de facto leader, building a customer-trust function from the ground up as the first hire in a region, and comfortable navigating cross-functionally to manage customer requests without an established local team or playbook to lean on What you will do • Own and build the customer-trust program for EMEA as the first Customer Trust hire in the region, including how conversations are prioritized, escalated, and resolved • Contribute to defining how the trust response process scales as deal volume grows, without diluting response quality or turnaround time • Translate customer security requirements into internal controls, evidence, and product or operational requirements that internal teams can act on • Track and drive resolution of gaps between customer expectations and Abnormal's actual control environment, ensuring resolution is documented and communicated back to the customer • Partner with EMEA-based Engineering and Sales teams, as well as Security and Legal, to foster a culture of trust between Abnormal and its customers across the region • Monitor changes in customer expectations and the regulatory landscape, including the EU AI Act and GDPR, and adjust how Abnormal's control environment is presented as needed • Maintain up-to-date content in Responsive and accurate documentation in Safebase Trust Center for EMEA • Support the tooling that underpins the trust response process, including Responsive and Safebase Trust Center • Engage in ad-hoc projects as required • Maintain regular, clear communication with internal stakeholders and Sales leadership regarding conversation status, deal risk, and progress on unresolved issues • Communicate program status, health, and key risks to senior management and Sales leadership, connecting trust program performance to revenue outcomes Must Haves • 7 to 10 years of experience in customer-facing security, trust, or compliance roles • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, RFPs, and security questionnaires • Experience translating customer security requirements into internal …

Let's build together. Your impact This is your chance to build Mollie's presence in Denmark from the ground up, as the first person hired with this market as your sole focus. You won't be starting from zero: you'll have the Nordic foundation already built in Sweden to work from, but the Danish playbook is yours to write. You'll open the market, land our first Danish customers, and turn early learnings into a repeatable approach we can scale. It's a broader, more entrepreneurial scope than a standard sales role. You'll work deals from $100K a month while building toward bigger opportunities of up to $1 million a month, all while shaping how Mollie understands and enters this market for the long run. What makes this role stand out is the mix: outbound selling, customer discovery, partnerships, and competitive analysis, all rolled into one seat with real ownership. If you want to build something rather than maintain something, this is that opportunity. What you'll ship • Run outbound sales and manage the full sales process, including around 20 cold calls a week • Build a Danish pipeline and land Mollie's first customers in the market • Gather market feedback and grow larger opportunities, including deals of up to $1 million a month • Build relationships with Danish agencies and work on partnerships alongside the partner manager based in Stockholm • Share what you learn about the Danish marketing landscape with the marketing team to help shape events and go-to-market plans • Run competitive analysis to sharpen how Mollie positions itself in Denmark What you'll bring • Around 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with a strong outbound track record and demonstrated success in structured cold outreach • Value selling capability, with a data-driven approach to activity and pipeline management • Strong negotiation and contract handling skills, including experience communicating and negotiating with C-level stakeholders • Creativity in building a pipeline through partnerships or marketing outreach (you don't need to have done this before, just show the potential) • Experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS sales, built across multiple companies • Comfortable working hands-on in a role with broad scope and real uncertainty • Fluency in Danish Grow your way At Mollie, growth is personal. We believe everyone should have the chance to develop their skills, explore new challenges and shape their career on their own terms. You'll get regular feedback and performance reviews to support your development, with fair and transparent salary reviews along the way. Many Mollies move into new roles or take on new projects to stretch themselves, and we actively hire from within to help you take the next step. No matter if you're aiming for promotion, exploring a different career path or building new skills, you'll be supported with the tools, trust and opportunities to grow your way. Unlock your full potential and join us to eliminate financial bureaucracy If you're excited by the idea of building what's next, for yourself and for thousands of businesses across Europe, we'd love to hear from you. Apply with your CV (in English) using the form below. Want a peek behind the scenes? Check out what life at Mollie https://jobs.mollie.com/ is really like.
