Account Executive - EU Public Sector & NATO

We’re making security suck less for developers. Security tools haven’t kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest. We’re taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we’re winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you’re in the right place. Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank and a long runway ahead. We’re building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter. Aikido is scaling fast, and we are expanding our presence in the public sector. We are looking for our first Account Executive (EU Public Sector & NATO) to drive our revenue growth across national governments, public institutions, defense organizations, and NATO agencies. In this role, you will navigate complex public procurement environments, build strategic relationships with senior technical and security leaders, and leverage partner ecosystems to deliver our developer-first security platform to the public sector. Responsibilities • Drive revenue from first touch to close across a targeted pipeline of EU National Governments, Ministries, Public Agencies, and NATO entities (e.g., NCI Agency). • Lead responses to public tenders, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring alignment with governmental regulatory and compliance standards. • Partner closely with Global System Integrators (GSIs), regional IT partners, and distributors who hold active government framework agreements. • Build and deepen relationships with CISOs, heads of software engineering, platform leads, and procurement directors in the public sector. • Maintain an accurate forecast and disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot. • Represent Aikido at key defense, cyber, and public sector industry events across Europe.

V roce 2023 jsme se spojili s Tether , abychom naši misi rozšířili do celého světa – zpřístupnit praktické a kariérně posilující vzdělávání všem, kdo chtějí růst. ABOUT DASH0 Join Dash0 and help us define the future of observability. We are OpenTelemetry-native, building a delightful, simple, and AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil. Shape a product developers love, with transparent pricing and built-in cost control. Dash0 is an OpenTelemetry-native observability platform growing fast, and the infrastructure that keeps our team operational needs to be as reliable as the product we build. As our Junior IT Administrator, you'll own the full device and access lifecycle — from a new hire's first laptop to an employee's final offboarding — and build the systems that make it repeatable at scale. This role exists because we've outgrown ad-hoc IT. We need someone who takes genuine ownership: provisioning accounts, enforcing endpoint security, maintaining audit-ready records, and keeping our SaaS stack under control. You'll work closely with our Head of Security and People Ops team, but the systems work is yours to run. It's a foundational role with real scope. The processes you put in place today will scale with the company for years. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Provision and de-provision accounts across our SaaS stack for every new hire and departure, keeping onboarding repeatable and offboarding complete. • Manage the full device lifecycle: hardware ordering, MDM enrollment, international logistics, maintenance, and responsible recycling at end-of-life. • Enforce endpoint security policies, including disk encryption, activation lock, and device compliance checks, coordinating with our Head of Security to keep standards current. • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of who has access to what — catching and resolving discrepancies in serial numbers, license counts, and access logs before they become compliance issues. • Execute end-to-end offboarding by revoking access across all systems, coordinating hardware retrieval, and ensuring nothing slips through. • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and hardware insurance, including invoice auditing and service forecasting. • Support employees across time zones with clear, prompt communication on IT issues, hardware needs, and access requests. WHAT YOU BRING • 2+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or a technical helpdesk role — ideally at a startup or scaleup where you owned processes end-to-end rather than following a playbook. • Hands-on comfort with device management tools, Google Workspace admin console, and user management. • Good understanding of endpoint security concepts (disk encryption, activation lock, device compliance policies); you don't need to be a security engineer, but you should know why these matter. • Strong attention to detail and comfort maintaining accurate records. You notice when a serial number, license count, or access log doesn't add up. • Clear written communication in English; comfortable coordinating across time zones with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Comfortable managing many concurrent tickets/threads without dropping any of them. NICE TO HAVE • Hands-on experience with a specific MDM platform such as Jamf, Kandji, Fleet, or Intune. • Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001-style access review and audit processes. • Basic scripting skills for automating repetitive provisioning or reporting tasks. • Experience in a high-growth startup environment. Why Dash0 This is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company. Dash0 is backed by top-tier investors including Balderton Capital, Accel, and Cherry Ventures, and led by a founding team with decades of experience in observability. We're in the middle of a massive growth phase after our Series B, and we're just getting started. If you're looking for a place where a great product meets great people, where momentum is real, and your impact is visible from day one — this is it. What we offer: • Competitive salary & meaningful equity participation; you'll own part of what you're building • Flexible, remote-first work environment with offices in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich • €60/month Lifestyle allowance • Location-specific benefits • Collaborative, fast-moving team culture with a builder mindset • Clear path for career growth and development • Direct access to founders and leadership
