Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI Cost Visibility

Remote ✓
D

Location The senior Full-Stack Engineer will be an integral part of our Engineering teams in EMEA.This role is based remotely as a full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden and Israel. We are also open to contractors in Eastern Europe and Portugal. Who We Are DoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers operate in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production. Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency. With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide. The Opportunity AI is the fastest-growing line on our customers' cloud bills - and the hardest one to see. Model APIs, managed inference, GPUs, and a growing fleet of agentic coding tools each report spend differently, and most teams still can't answer the basic questions: what are we spending, on which workloads, for which teams, and is it worth it. Our AI cost visibility product, part of DoiT Cloud Intelligence, exists to answer them. We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer into our R&D team to own this product end-to-end - from the Go services that ingest and model AI spend, through the APIs that expose it, to the React interfaces where FinOps practitioners and platform engineers make decisions. This is a young product in a category being defined right now. You'll shape how it works, not just implement someone else's spec, and there is a short line from your work to what customers see. You'll work AI-augmented from day one. We expect you to use AI across your whole workflow - not as an occasional autocomplete - and to have real opinions about where it earns its place and where it doesn't. Responsibilities • Owning features end-to-end. This is the core of the role. Take a problem from understanding the customer's pain, through design and implementation, to release, monitoring and iteration. You define what done looks like and you own the outcome - reliability, user experience and measurable impact included. Propose the work you think should happen; you're not here to wait for a spec. • Knowing the product and the domain. Understand how AI spend actually works - token and model pricing, inference and GPU economics, how usage rolls up to teams and initiatives - and how FinOps practitioners reason about it. You should be able to explain why a feature matters to a customer as clearly as how it's built, and bring that judgement into every design decision. • Working AI-augmented. Use AI daily across the full span of your work - exploring the codebase and unfamiliar vendor APIs, prototyping approaches, generating and reviewing code, debugging, writing tests and producing documentation. Push on what agentic tooling can do for this codebase, and bring judgement about where AI raises velocity and where a human still has to hold the quality bar. • Full-stack delivery. Design, build and scale backend services in Go and product experiences in TypeScript and React. Turn large volumes of cost and usage data into interfaces that make the answer obvious - clear, fast and trustworthy enough to base financial decisions on. • API-first. Build capabilities so they're fully available through APIs, not just the UI. Both humans and agents should be able to drive the platform. Raising the bar. As a senior engineer, set the standard for the team: thoughtful design reviews, guard-rails that let customers succeed, and engineering practices that let us move fast without breaking trust. Mentor peers and share what you learn. Qualifications • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including multi-tenant SaaS products, with a track record of owning features or products end-to-end in production • Strong Go for backend services - APIs, data processing, and the operational realities of running them • Strong TypeScript and modern React, with a good eye for how data should be presented • Comfortable across the stack. You may lean backend or lean frontend, but you can own a feature from the data model through to the interface • Experience building on public cloud (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure), and working proficiency in SQL against an analytical store such as BigQuery • Product-oriented thinking - you care as much about why you're building something and whether it works for users as you do about how it's built • AI-augmented working style - you already use AI tools across your engineering workflow and can talk concretely about what you've got out of them, and where they fell short • Strong knowledge of …

Responsibilities:

• Owning features end-to-end. This is the core of the role.

Action1 is an autonomous patch management platform trusted by many Fortune 500 companies. Cloud-native, infinitely scalable, highly secure, and configurable in 5 minutes, it just works and is always free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party application patching, Action1 helps organizations eliminate routine work, reduce ransomware and security risks, and protect the digital employee experience. It provides real-time vulnerability assessment and remediation across remote and on-site endpoints without requiring a VPN, while peer-to-peer patch distribution reduces bandwidth use on local networks. In 2026, Action1 was recognized as the fastest-growing founder-led cybersecurity company in America on the Inc. 5000. Action1 is led by industry veterans Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who founded Netwrix, which has grown into an industry-leading, multibillion-dollar cybersecurity company. We are looking for a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for integrations between our product and external systems, including the Integrations Store. You will combine engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to deliver secure, reliable integrations that fit our customers' workflows. What you'll do: • Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and regular feedback. • Own delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and make capacity and priority tradeoffs visible. • Delegate ownership to engineers and, as the team grows, team leads; distinguish near-term delivery from long-term capability development. Keep the role to no more than three clearly defined focus areas, with team leads taking ownership as capacity grows. • Work with Product Management to define priorities, plan delivery, and translate customer needs into integration capabilities. • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, including: • Connectors to third-party applications and services. • An Integrations Store for discovering and managing available integrations. • Data mapping, validation, and synchronization between systems. • Authentication, authorization, and secure credential handling. • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery from integration failures. • Guide technical decisions within the assigned domain from solution design through development and production rollout, coordinating cross-cutting architecture and security decisions with their designated owners. • Establish reusable integration patterns that handle retries, rate limits, duplicate events, and API version changes reliably. • Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying integrations. • Improve integration reliability, performance, and observability, and guide the team in resolving production issues. • Coordinate with other engineering teams and external partners to manage dependencies and compatibility. • Apply AI technologies where they improve integration development, testing, or support, with appropriate validation of outputs. Requirements What we're looking for: • Experience leading software engineers and owning the delivery and operation of production systems. • Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to contribute to technical problem-solving. • Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Experience building and operating AWS services in production. • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining APIs and integrations with external systems. • Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, data consistency, and failure recovery. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, aggregation, and query performance. • Experience with secure authentication and authorization for integrations. • Strong communication skills and the ability to align engineering work with product priorities. • Professional working proficiency in English for leading an English-speaking team and collaborating across functions. Nice to have: • Experience writing automated integration and contract tests. • Proficiency in SQL. • Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution. • Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance. • Experience building high-load products with numerous endpoints. • Experience maintaining integrations across multiple third-party API versions. Benefits • Fully remote work with flexibility to support your work-life balance. • A collaborative environment that empowers you to own your domain and implement best practices. • Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career advancement. • Friendly, professional colleagues who are eager to support you and help you grow. • Engaging challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI-First (Go / React)

Remote ✓
M

We build cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure - the routing, messaging and real-time layer that contact centres run on. High traffic, event-driven services, and a UI that has to stay correct while thousands of live conversations move through it. We're hiring a senior engineer for a team where AI agents are part of the normal development loop, not a pilot. You'll own features end-to-end across a Go backend and a React/TypeScript frontend, and you'll be accountable for everything you ship — including the parts an agent wrote. This is not a prompt-engineering role. It's a senior engineering role where AI-assisted delivery is the default working method. Requirements What will you do at MMDSmart? • Own features end-to-end across Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend; • Design and develop solutions for high-load and distributed production systems; • Use AI coding agents as an integral part of your everyday development workflow; • Guide AI agents, review and verify their output, and take ownership of the final result; • Build and evolve backend services, APIs, frontend functionality, and external integrations; • Investigate complex production issues and drive them to resolution; • Contribute to architecture decisions, technical discussions, and system improvements; • Help improve our codebase and development practices to make AI-assisted engineering more effective. You are a perfect match if you have: • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong Senior-level engineering fundamentals; • Strong hands-on production experience with Go - 4 years of experience; • Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript; you don’t need to be a frontend expert, but you should be comfortable working with frontend code; • Hands-on experience with high-load and distributed production systems; • Experience designing, building, and debugging production services and APIs; • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar - beyond simple autocomplete; • Ability to use AI to work effectively across different parts of the stack while critically reviewing and verifying its output; • Strong engineering judgement, ownership, and ability to make technical decisions independently. Our Tech Stack: • Backend: Go, microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL • Frontend: React, TypeScript, Zustand / Redux Toolkit, WebSocket / SSE • Event-driven: Kafka, NATS / JetStream, RabbitMQ, event-driven architecture • Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB • Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code • Observability & Performance: structured logging, metrics, tracing, profiling, high-load and concurrency tooling • AI Development: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot and other agentic development tools • Domain: CPaaS / CCaaS, messaging, voice, real-time communication, external provider integrations Will be a plus: • CCaaS / CPaaS / telecom background: contact-centre routing, ACD, omnichannel messaging. • Voice stack: WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or CPaaS APIs • API gateway and microservices integration; GraphQL federation. • Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD ownership, infrastructure-as-code. • Polyglot persistence: Redis for caching and ephemeral state, PostgreSQL where a document model is the wrong fit; plus the judgement to tell the difference. MongoDB Atlas or self-managed cluster operations. • Internal tooling, evals or automation built on LLM APIs. • Open-source contributions, especially in Go. What you get: • An AI-first engineering environment where AI is part of real production development; • The opportunity to use AI to work across the full stack and expand beyond your primary expertise; • Work on high-load communication products with real business impact; • A team where Senior Engineers influence technical decisions and architecture; • Remote work. Benefits Why do talents choose and stay at MMDSmart? Embrace the opportunity to work in a company that cares about: Your Wellness: Access to mental health programs, comprehensive medical insurance, and a sports card*. Your Happiness: Enjoy the company of cool teammates, a friendly atmosphere, a strong mentorship, and a variety of bonuses & corporate gifts. Your Development: Benefit from free educational events & courses, and English classes with native speakers. Your Career: Focus on your professional development in a supportive environment. Work-Life Balance: Choose your working format - remote, office-based, or hybrid and engage in team-building activities. Think this role's got your name on it? Go ahead and apply, we'd love to see what you've got! Equal-Opportunity Employment We are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, …
