Your mission Ready to help us shape the future of hospitality? At Bookboost, we believe in pushing boundaries. We are not a hotel communication tool. We build the infrastructure that lets hotel groups own the guest relationship that OTAs currently monetise, by unifying guest data and orchestrating every interaction across the guest journey. We operate in more than 20 countries and we are redefining what is possible in hospitality technology. If you are ambitious, commercially sharp and comfortable working in an AI-native team, keep reading. Your profile As Partnerships Manager, you will build, strengthen and monetise our ecosystem of partners: hotel technology and PMS providers, distribution networks, hospitality consultants and resellers. Your job is to turn that ecosystem into revenue. That means forging alliances where the combined offering solves something neither party solves alone, equipping partners so they can position Bookboost credibly without us in the room, and running the co-marketing and enablement motion that keeps the network active. Done well, the partner network becomes one of our strongest sources of qualified pipeline. What you'll own and deliver • Partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue against a clear annual target • A cadence of new signed partnerships, balanced across consultants and integrations • Partner enablement: onboarding, certification and continuous capability building • Joint go-to-market with our Marketing team: content, campaigns, events • Negotiating and structuring agreements that deliver genuine mutual value • Performance analysis across the portfolio, doubling down on what works and retiring what does not What makes you a great fit? • Partnership experience: 5+ years in partnerships, business development or channel management, ideally in SaaS or hospitality technology • Revenue track record: you can point to pipeline and closed revenue your partnerships produced • Negotiation: confident structuring commercial terms and holding a position • Partnership design: you build frameworks and agreements, not one-off handshakes • AI fluency: you already work with Claude, Claude Cowork and Claude Code, or you are the sort of person who will be running your own workflows in them within weeks. Our commercial team is AI-native and this is a genuine requirement rather than a bonus line. • Technical credibility: comfortable discussing APIs, integrations and guest data architecture with a partner's product team • Languages: fluent English essential; a second European language is a strong advantage • Collaboration: effective across product, marketing and sales • Location: based in the EU with existing right to work. No sponsorship or relocation available for this role. Why us? • Remote and flexible working from anywhere in Europe. We are a fully hybrid-proof company. • An environment that values your ideas, with real room for creativity and impact • A commercial team building genuinely new ways of working with AI, not bolting it on • Professional growth in a fast-moving industry • Regular team events and socials • The chance to shape the future of hospitality technology

Run the deep dive, build the save plan, and see it through. • Set the bar for performance and career growth on your team, then hold it • Make the team faster per head every quarter through automation, playbooks, and one-to-many programs • Feed technical field intelligence back to Product and Engineering so customer patterns actually reach the roadmap • Report retention, adoption, and team health to leadership with numbers you'd bet on WHAT YOU'LL BRING Required: • 4+ years directly managing post-sales teams (TAM, Solution Engineering, or related). You know how the SDLC works and how devs and security teams actually operate. • You've been the escalation owner on at-risk enterprise accounts and have the save stories to prove it • You've built, operationalized, or improved on core post-sales systems: segmentation, playbooks, health scoring, QBR frameworks. • Ready to step in as an individual contributor to support team needs, cover gaps, or lead by example when the team is at capacity. • Executive presence with CISOs and VPs of Engineering, and with our own leadership • Willingness to travel for customer and company meetings as needed • Demonstrated success in supporting and scaling relationships with large-scale enterprise customers, managing complex stakeholder requirements and high-stakes technical environments. • You must be located in Europe Preferred: • Domain experience in software supply chain security, AppSec, DevSecOps, or open-source ecosystems • You scaled a post-sales function at a high-growth startup through rapid ARR and headcount growth • You've managed TAM charters and kept each motion distinct but coordinated. • Hands-on with Vitally or similar CS platforms and scaled/digital-touch programs TOOLS YOU'LL USE Slack, GitHub, Zendesk, Vitally, HubSpot, Grafana Hiring is a big decision on both sides. Continuous Enablement: • Own the EMEA enablement content library end-to-end — including build, maintenance, and evolution — operating independently and reviewed only at critical milestones. • Represent EMEA's needs directly to the US-based Product Enablement team, localizing and adapting US-led training for EMEA and ensuring consistency across regions. • Maintain and evolve a central library of enablement materials for EMEA. • Independently gather input from Sales and Customer-facing teams to identify knowledge gaps or recurring questions, and determine what future training is needed. Cross-functional Collaboration: • Act as the primary point of contact between EMEA Sales, Product, and Customer Success leads on enablement priorities, aligning enablement delivery with business needs. • Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects for the wider Revenue Enablement function as needed. Note: Product enablement ownership for EMEA may expand further into this role over time, depending on how the first two areas (onboarding and continuous enablement) are delivered. This will be reviewed with the person's manager after an initial period. Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or enablement/training, with demonstrated mastery of onboarding or instructional design in a SaaS environment. • Strong grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design; formal training experience preferred. • Comfortable delivering training virtually and in person. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding cohorts and timelines at once, independently. • Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in different time zones, representing EMEA's interests directly. • Proactive, with a track record of taking full ownership of programs and being reviewed only at key milestones LI-remote Pacvue is committed to employing a diverse workforce. Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, or disability.

bunch https://www.bunch.capital/ is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you. YOUR ROLE As a Staff Frontend Engineer at bunch, you will shape the architecture, quality, and developer experience of the product surfaces our customers and internal teams rely on every day. You will work across product teams to make our frontend systems scalable, reliable, accessible, and fast — while helping engineers ship with clarity and confidence. This is not only a delivery role. Your decisions will influence how frontend engineering at bunch evolves: the standards we adopt, the patterns we reuse, the quality bar we hold, and the way product, design, and engineering collaborate to build excellent user experiences. HOW THE ROLE CONTRIBUTES TO OUR VISION bunch is building the backbone of private markets, combining exceptional expertise, operational excellence, and frictionless technology. Our platform enables funds and private investors to seamlessly and securely set up and manage their investment entities. As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in turning complex workflows into intuitive, robust, and scalable product experiences. You will help ensure our frontend foundation enables rapid delivery across teams while maintaining high standards for usability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability. TOP PRIORITIES 1. Lead our migration from Svelte to React. Hold the architectural picture across both stacks, sequence the work against product delivery, and land it without stalling teams. 2. Maintain and evolve our design system, together with the frontend guild, so product teams ship consistent, accessible UI faster. 3. Support and guide frontend initiatives across teams, with the frontend guild — application architecture, performance, testing strategy, developer experience, and technical debt reduction — from diagnosis through measurable delivery. 4. Be the bar raiser for UX and UI quality, raising the standard through design reviews, reusable patterns, mentoring, and thoughtful technical writing. 5. Advance how we build with AI — find where agentic tooling genuinely improves engineering practice, and shape the codebase (module boundaries, API contracts, documentation) so it works well for people and agents alike. YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS • 30 days: map the frontend architecture, product domains, design system, team workflows, and the main bottlenecks affecting delivery and quality. • 60 days: publish a structured problem analysis and proposal for one cross-team frontend initiative with clear trade-offs, stakeholders, and success measures. • 90 days: lead a systemic improvement from kickoff to measurable progress across teams, while helping Senior Engineers grow through collaboration, reviews, and shared ownership. ABOUT YOU • Track record — You have already operated at Staff scope, with or without the title, and have shipped systemic frontend or product-engineering improvements across multiple teams. People listen to you because of what you have delivered, how clearly you think, and how effectively you collaborate. • Frontend craft — Deep expertise in modern frontend engineering, with strong command of TypeScript, component architecture, state management, design systems, accessibility, performance, testing, and maintainable application architecture. • AI-native practice — You use AI coding tools daily and have gone past autocomplete into agentic workflows. You have a considered view on where they genuinely help, where they don't, and what a codebase needs to be a good place to work in with agents. • Product judgment — You care about the user experience as much as the technical solution. You can translate ambiguous workflows and business constraints into pragmatic, elegant product experiences. • Systems thinking — You are comfortable reasoning across frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, observability, security, and compliance when the problem requires it. • Operating style — You think in quarters and years, not only sprints. You drive cross-team change through credibility, clear writing, architectural reasoning, and strong stakeholder alignment — not through authority. • Collaborative Leadership: A proactive relationship-builder who can set technical direction and influence without formal authority, manage diverse stakeholders and build alignment on difficult technical decisions, while mentoring engineers. • Language — Fluent English, written and spoken. You can make complex technical decisions legible to engineers, product partners, design partners, and leadership alike. OUR TECH STACK • Frontend: TypeScript, React, Svelte — we are …
