Head of Marketing Technology & Automation (Independent Contractor)

About AI Acquisition AI Acquisition is the global category leader in AI service provider enablement. Operating globally with the US as its primary market, our unique hybrid of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and AI marketplace has achieved explosive growth by connecting AI agencies with qualified enterprise opportunities at scale. We combine proprietary AI orchestration tools with proven enterprise SaaS infrastructure to deliver immediate value to small and medium businesses worldwide. We’re revolutionizing the way entrepreneurs build businesses by brokering AI tools to business owners eager to succeed. Whether through our AI Agency Incubator, AI Accelerator, or AI Agency Launchpad, we provide the systems, training, and support to help our members achieve rapid success. The Role We are looking for a Head of Marketing Technology & Automation to take absolute ownership of our end-to-end marketing infrastructure. This is not a traditional virtual assistant or ticket-taking role. We are hiring a true Technical Operator—someone who will look at our marketing landscape, independently design the strategy, and execute the architecture completely free of day-to-day oversight. You aren't just completing tasks; you own the systems layer of all marketing funnels—tracking, attribution, reporting, funnel pages, multi-step automations, and global email infrastructure. Today, this execution layer requires too much internal oversight. We are hiring a sharp, high-agency leader who can be handed a one-line business objective and trusted to return a fully mapped, tested, and operating technical solution. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for a data-driven technical manager who wants to build robust, AI-accelerated marketing systems at scale. Responsibilities • Infrastructure Ownership & Strategy: Act as the technical architect for all marketing funnels. Autonomously design, implement, and audit data pathways without needing micro-management from leadership. • Tracking, Attribution & Financial Reconciliation: Implement and structurally maintain comprehensive attribution tracking (Meta pixel + Conversions API, GTM server-side tagging, GA4); define and enforce strict UTM frameworks; ruthlessly debug data or numbers discrepancies between ad platforms, our CRM (Close), and payment gateways (Whop/Stripe) end-to-end. • Reporting & Anomaly Detection: Build, own, and maintain marketing campaign dashboards. Guarantee 100% data fidelity, proactively deep-diving into analytics anomalies and fixing root-cause tracking bugs before leadership ever has to ask. • Funnel Operations: Oversee and optimize high-converting landing pages, VSL pages, opt-in forms, and complex multi-path booking flows across our page builders. Set up clean split-testing parameters ensuring zero leakage in data recording. • Advanced Automation & System Architecture: Architect and manage robust n8n webhooks and multi-branch workflows connecting external forms, Close CRM, Slack, Google Sheets, and our email platform—ensuring strict error handling and automated fallback paths are built natively into every execution loop. • Email Ops & Deliverability Architecture: Direct the execution of multi-step behavioral email sequences and system triggers within our ESP. Own long-term list hygiene, technical exit conditions, domain isolation, and overall deliverability metrics. • AI Orchestration: Aggressively leverage AI agents and advanced prompt engineering to accelerate team output; identify key areas in our pipeline where AI steps can scale throughput or operational intelligence. • Future Scope: Take full technical ownership of the marketing operations department, with the runway to hire, structure, and directly manage junior technical VAs/contractors as we scale. Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile • Ownership & Operator Mindset (Non-Negotiable): You have a proven track record of owning marketing technology stacks entirely without oversight. You have personally managed a technical team or solo function for a fast-growing agency/SaaS, setting up complex tech ecosystems from scratch. You think like a business owner, not a component builder. • High Horsepower & Agency: Given a highly ambiguous brief, you fill the gaps with sensible architectural choices, explicitly document your core assumptions, flag uncertainties, and ship completely functional results first time round. • Automation Mastery: Extensive hands-on depth in advanced workflow automation tools ( n8n strongly preferred ; Make/Zapier acceptable only with a portfolio proving complex, multi-branch builds, heavy webhook parsing, custom API requests, and built-in error trapping). • Deep Tracking Fluency: You can tell a specific technical war story about a severe numbers mismatch between an ad platform and a CRM that you independently tracked down, debugged, and resolved via server-side tagging or webhooks. • Code Literacy: Highly comfortable working with custom REST APIs, raw JSON data …

Verantwortungsbereich:

• Infrastructure Ownership & Strategy: Act as the technical architect for all marketing funnels. Autonomously design, implement, and audit data pathways without needing micro-management from leadership.

ABOUT ENODE The grid was built for predictable, centralised power. Today it's absorbing intermittent supply from grid scale solar and wind, alongside dynamic demand from EVs, heat pumps, and home batteries. The missing piece is software that can connect and orchestrate these devices at scale. Enode https://enode.com provides the infrastructure layer that makes this possible. Our Connect https://enode.com/connect API gives energy companies a single integration to 1000+ devices across 80+ brands. Our optimisation https://enode.com/optimize tooling gives energy companies the building blocks to manage those devices locally - think smart charging for EVs. Our Flex https://enode.com/flex product turns those connected devices into a flexible, controllable asset for energy companies. We work with device manufacturers across the energy hardware ecosystem - from EV brands to heat pump and solar inverter producers. Our customers are energy retailers, utilities, and traders building the next generation of energy services. We're backed by Y Combinator, Lowercarbon Capital, and Creandum. The decisions made now will shape how the energy system gets built. We're looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and care deeply about the role technology can play in the energy transition. AI IS FUNDAMENTAL TO HOW WE WORK AI is how a team our size keeps rewiring the way we work, fast enough to match what our mission demands. We look for people who reach for AI as a reflex and who can drop a habit that used to work. People who care about unblocking others, not just about what they ship themselves. If that's not quite how you work yet but it's the direction you're heading, we'd still like to hear from you. We assess this in our interview process, alongside everything else we look at. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Our Customer Success team works with some of the most ambitious energy companies in Europe, helping them bring Enode's infrastructure to life inside their consumer energy products. Those products, and the work of our Customer Success Team, sit at the heart of the energy transition. We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to work closely with our customers’ teams, helping them launch and scale products and propositions that save end users money, balance the grid, and facilitate an energy transition. We have a small Customer Success Team, which is currently growing due to commercial traction. As an early member of the team, you will have real influence on how our CS function gets built. The playbook for how customer success operate at Enode is still being defined and you'll be expected to help do so. In this role, you will: • Manage a portfolio of prioritised customers, working closely with their product and engineering teams, as well as senior stakeholder. You’ll own retention and expansion for your accounts supported by Customer Engineers, Account Executives and our Enode Product teams • Run your accounts with AI in the loop, from customer research and meeting debriefs to investigations into customer data and clear explainers you can put in front of a customer. Turn what works into something the team can reuse. • Own the full post-sales cycle from product development through to launch and scale, including testing new CS strategies and approaches along the way to drive customer impact • Build the Customer Success function at Enode - shaping our approach, processes, systems and tooling that will define how we operate as we scale; • Collaborating closely with our product teams to ensure what we build reflects what customers actually need • Partnering with Sales and Marketing to improve the customer journey from first touch point through to long term success THIS ROLE WILL BE RIGHT FOR YOU, IF: To succeed at Enode you should be passionate about our mission to accelerate the energy transition, and excited to roll up your sleeves and take part in early stage company-building. • You have 2+ years of relevant experience in early-stage CS at a fast-growing start-up, or applicable experience from management consulting (i.e. with start-up, technology or energy focus). • You’re comfortable in a customer-facing role and have strong client hands, communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with at all levels of an organization • Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks. You own what AI produces in front of a customer, and a fast answer that is wrong about customer impact does not pass. • You have a start-up mindset, with high levels of agency, drive and ambition • Are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity. • You’re entrepreneurial and energized by building from the ground up. • You're motivated by ownership and the chance for accelerated career growth • You're analytically strong and a first principles thinker, when something isn't working, you diagnose before you escalate • You have the …

• Strukturierte, methodische Arbeitsweise. • Was du nach deinem Studienabschluss konkret machen möchtest.

• Belastbarkeit in intensiven Phasen — keine Schönwetter-Mentalität. Product Manager - AML

O

Shape the future of trust in the age of AI At Oscilar, we're building the most advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform. Banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations rely on us to manage their fraud, credit, and compliance risk with the power of AI. If you're passionate about solving complex problems and making the internet safer for everyone, this is your place https://oscilar.com/careers. WHY JOIN US: • Mission-driven teams: Work alongside industry veterans from Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent, all united by a shared goal to make the digital world safer. • Ownership and impact: We believe in extreme ownership. You'll be empowered to take responsibility, move fast, and make decisions that drive our mission forward. • Innovate at the cutting edge: Your work will shape how modern finance detects fraud and manages risk. THE ROLE: AML operations teams are making high-stakes decisions on bad tooling. False positive rates hitting 90–95%. SAR narratives written by hand. Alert queues backlogged for days. Investigation workflows duct-taped across a transaction monitoring system, a case management tool, and a spreadsheet no one owns. AI has gotten good enough to fix most of this - but compliance teams don't trust it yet, and most AI vendors don't understand AML well enough to earn that trust. You will own the product that earns it. At Oscilar, you'll have full product ownership of our AML and financial crimes suite: transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, screening, case management, SAR filing, and the AI agents that are beginning to augment and automate the investigation workflow itself. This is not a handed-down playbook. You are writing it. WHAT YOU'LL OWN: • Transaction Monitoring. The rules engine and ML model layer that generates alerts - scenario design, threshold calibration, typology coverage, backtesting against historical transaction data. You'll define what the system flags, why, and how those decisions evolve as customer behavior and fraud typologies shift. You understand the difference between a rules-based velocity check and a graph-based network detection model, and you have opinions on when each is right. • KYC / KYB. Onboarding risk workflows: identity verification, document checks, beneficial ownership, ongoing monitoring triggers, and risk re-scoring. You know the data sources that power these decisions - bureau data, device signals, open banking, registry data - and how to orchestrate them dynamically based on risk tier rather than applying a one-size waterfall. • Screening. Sanctions (OFAC, UN, EU), PEPs, adverse media, and negative news. You understand the matching problem - why fuzzy matching on names produces the false positive rates it does, and what it takes to make screening defensible to an examiner without generating alert volumes that bury the ops team. • SAR Filing & Regulatory Reporting. FinCEN SAR workflow end-to-end: narrative generation, supporting documentation, filing status, audit trail. You've seen what regulators look for in an MRA and you build product that holds up under that scrutiny. • AML Data Strategy. The data model that powers all of the above: transaction graphs, entity resolution, behavioral baselines, consortium signals, model feature pipelines. You can speak fluently to a data engineer about what data the models need and why, and to a compliance officer about what the model's output means and how it was derived. HOW YOU'LL WORK: • You are an AI-native PM. You use AI tools throughout your entire workflow — not as a novelty, but as a force multiplier that lets you do in a day what used to take a week. • For discovery: You use AI to synthesize call transcripts, cluster themes across interviews, scan regulatory guidance and examiner findings, and surface competitive product gaps faster than any manual process. You come into customer conversations already knowing what the literature says - so you can spend the time extracting what the literature doesn't. • For building: You use AI to generate first-draft PRDs, stress-test your own specs, write and iterate on user stories, prototype UI flows, and pressure-test edge cases before engineering touches them. Your specs are tighter and your stakeholder review cycles are shorter as a result. • For design: You use AI to explore multiple UX directions quickly and give the design team a sharper brief. You're not a designer - but you use AI tools well enough that you show up with something specific rather than a blank page. • For analysis: You use AI to query product and operational data, interpret model outputs, and build the evidence base for roadmap decisions. You don't wait for a data analyst to unblock you. This is how we build. If you've already made AI tools a core part of your workflow, you'll find us a natural fit. REQUIREMENTS: • Full-stack AML product depth. You've shipped product across at least two of the five areas above - in production, with real users, under …

The Elastic Search AI Platform, used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500, brings together the precision of search and the intelligence of AI to enable everyone to accelerate the results that matter. By taking advantage of all structured and unstructured data — securing and protecting private information more effectively — Elastic’s complete, cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability help organizations deliver on the promise of AI. What Is The Role: We are on the lookout for a Principal Software Engineer to join our Elasticsearch - Distributed Systems team and focus on how Elasticsearch provides scale, performance, and resilience, especially in the context of our Serverless offering. You will be tackling deep distributed systems challenges in how nodes in an Elasticsearch cluster communicate, and how data are indexed, allocated, and managed across nodes. What You Will Be Doing: • Leveraging your deep distributed systems expertise to design, build, and operate core pieces of our next-generation Serverless Elasticsearch offering, directly impacting the experience of customers worldwide. • Improving Elasticsearch’s components that support concurrent and consistent indexing across multiple machines. • Maintaining our cluster coordination system to keep performance high even though nodes come and go from the cluster and data moves around, while maintaining the safety and liveness properties of the system as a whole. • Pushing the limits on the number of shards, nodes, and petabytes that Elasticsearch can handle today. • Looking into all kinds of issues, including performance or concurrency issues, and proposing solutions. • Supporting our support engineers with the harder problems. • Owning operational investigations end-to-end, until performance or stability issues are successfully resolved. What You Bring: • You have a deep background in distributed systems and consensus algorithms. • You have strong skills in core Java and are conversant in the standard library of data structures and concurrency constructs, as well as newer language features. • You have a deep technical proficiency in algorithms. • You have experience building large-scale distributed systems, rather than making use of off-the-shelf services. • You have experience building and debugging complex features with a broad impact, running on multiple machines. • You are able to own projects from beginning to end. This covers both technical design and working with others to develop needed components. • You have experience managing projects involving multiple engineers. • You have a proven track record of using AI to accelerate development, debug complex systems, and optimize code, while still owning the final outcomes. • You possess the ability to collaborate across functions and teams and seamlessly transition between different projects, codebases, or teams based on business priorities • You can work autonomously, drive decisions and results in a distributed team by leveraging asynchronous, direct, and transparent communication. Bonus Points: • Data stores • Search, analytics, Lucene • Strong knowledge of the JDK • Asynchronous event-driven network frameworks such as Netty Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. At Elastic, our compensation philosophy aims to provide fair, competitive and transparent remuneration. This approach helps ensure consistency across comparable roles while remaining competitive within the relevant labour markets. The final compensation offered within the applicable range will be determined based on several objective factors, including relevant professional experience, level of skills and expertise, alignment with the role requirements, and the overall scope and complexity of the position. The typical starting salary range for this role is: €67.000 — €106.000 EUR Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity. Senior Java Engineer - Distributed Systems, Serverless - Elasticsearch

Remote ✓EN
E

Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables everyone to find the answers they need in real time, using all their data, at scale — unleashing the potential of businesses and people. What Is The Role: We are on the lookout for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Elasticsearch - Distributed Systems team and focus on how Elasticsearch provides scale, performance, and resilience, especially in the context of our Serverless offering. You will be tackling deep distributed systems challenges in how nodes in an Elasticsearch cluster communicate, and how data are indexed, allocated, and managed across nodes. What You Will Be Doing: • Leveraging your distributed systems expertise to build, and operate core pieces of our next-generation Serverless Elasticsearch offering, directly impacting the experience of customers worldwide. • You have shown your ability to understand and work on complex, highly distributed systems, rather than making use of off-the-shelf services. • You demonstrate the ability to build and debug features with a broad impact, running on multiple machines. • You are able to own projects from beginning to end. This covers both technical design and working with others to develop needed components. • You have a proven track record of using AI to accelerate development, debug complex systems, and optimize code, while still owning the final outcomes. • You possess the ability to collaborate across functions and teams and seamlessly transition between different projects, codebases, or teams based on business priorities. • You can work autonomously, drive decisions and results in a distributed team by leveraging asynchronous, direct, and transparent communication. Bonus Points: • Data stores • Search, analytics, Lucene • Strong knowledge of the JDK • Asynchronous event-driven network frameworks such as Netty. Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. At Elastic, our compensation philosophy aims to provide fair, competitive and transparent remuneration. Salary ranges are established based on a combination of external market benchmarks, internal pay equity considerations, and the responsibilities and complexity associated with each role. The typical starting salary range for this role is: €61.100 — €96.600 EUR Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity. Whether you’re looking to launch a new career or grow an existing one, Elastic is the type of company where you can balance great work with great life. Your age is only a number. It doesn’t matter if you’re just out of college or your children are; we need you for what you can do. We strive to have parity of benefits across regions and while regulations differ from place to place, we believe taking care of our people is the right thing to do. • Competitive pay based on the work you do here and not your previous salary • Health coverage for you and your family in many locations • Ability to craft your calendar with flexible …
