JOIN THE TEAM BUILDING AN AI-FIRST COMPANY. Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next. AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas. If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you. Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles https://www.hostinger.com/principles YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER • Scale. The system serves millions of customers and keeps growing, and it has to stay correct and fast while it does. • Extensibility. Other teams sell their products through what we build and keep finding new ways to do it. Our design has to support that without a rewrite each time. • Correct pricing. The final price depends on a lot of moving variables: taxes, customer location, and whatever sales logic is in play at the time. Real people are being charged, so all of it has to line up. • Reliability in an asynchronous system. Events arrive late or twice, jobs retry, and one small mistake can spread across millions of records overnight. Curious to learn more? Connect with your team: Nikas Klimčiauskas, Tech Lead https://www.linkedin.com/in/nikasklimciauskas/ YOUR DAY-TO-DAY • Own a part of billing end to end, from a vague business need to design, release and monitoring. How to build it is largely your call. • Integrate with third-party and internal services through APIs, webhooks and events, and keep them working when the other side changes. • Work with other teams regularly. Answering their questions and helping them with billing is a big part of the job. • Review code and use your experience to influence how other people build things. • Keep the system up to date. • We revisit old code and processes often and prefer not to have unmaintained things around. WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED • You can explain a complex problem or a trade-off clearly, in writing and in conversation, and expect to defend your decisions when they are challenged. • You think in terms of architecture, how domains fit together and where the boundaries should be. • Strong PHP with a solid command of OOP and design patterns. • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL, queues and event-driven systems. • You write unit and integration tests as a normal part of your work. • You have worked on a large system in production, ideally one you were on call for. BENEFITS YOU'LL LOVE 360° Growth: You'll never stop learning here. Get access to Reforge https://www.reforge.com/ and CoachHub, go to global conferences, and borrow from our physical and digital libraries. You get time off to recharge, a Headspace https://www.headspace.com/ subscription, and events focused on wellbeing. About the role Gauss Fusion is aiming to build the first commercial scale fusion power plant based on the stellarator concept and is seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to lead on development of the robotic maintenance approach. The fusion environment within the reactor is very aggressive, and in-vessel components such as the breeder blanket and divertor will need to be replaced on a regular basis as the materials become damaged by the radiation. Due to the environment inside the device, and in order to maintain a high overall availability, the maintenance must be done robotically using automated systems to extract and replace the components and bring the removed ones to a hot cell for separation, waste treatment, and recycling. Gauss Fusion is looking for an innovative mechanical design engineer with experience in robotics to lead the work defining and developing the maintenance approach for the Gauss stellarator power plant and its key stellarator systems. While the magnetic configuration will be designed to maximise access to the reactor, the complex geometry poses a challenge to fixations and kinematics, and inventive approaches to the problem are required. Main responsibilities Manage the Gauss Fusion maintenance approach to meet the requirements of a commercial scale fusion power plant design: • Develop workable approaches to achieving high power plant availability, taking account of engineering and physics requirements across the reactor. • Integrate these remote maintenance requirements into plant layout specifications. • Define approaches to minimising hot cell inventory through efficient handling of removed components. • Lead development of the breeder blanket and divertor segmentation and fixations resulting from these approaches. • Lead development of remote maintenance testing and demonstration systems for the reactor. Qualification and educational requirements • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field, master’s or Ph.D. preferred. • Technical experience: • Minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in large-scale engineering projects. • Experience in designing complex mechanical systems, preferably in the energy or nuclear industry. • Familiarity with CAD software and engineering analysis tools. Competences and preferred skills • Experience developing remote maintenance systems operating in hazardous environments • Strong background in mechatronics, motion control and mechanical integration. • Experience with digital mock-up will be an asset • Familiarity with maintenance, inspection and intervention systems • Familiarity with system engineering processes, requirements management and verification activities. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering mechanics. • Proficiency in structural analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), and kinematic analysis. • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with other engineering disciplines. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Staff Product Designer, Enterprise Products (m/f/d)

We're building a new global Berlitz, and this is your opportunity to help shape it. Nearly 150 years of expertise, meeting the ambition and technology to power a new era of learning. If you are the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn’t afraid of a blank page, and is excited to help shape the future of a global company undergoing a significant transformation, you might belong at Berlitz! A lot of our customers today are enterprise HR and L&D teams, but we haven't given those teams a great way to run what they've bought from us, report on it, and track the value. That gap costs us deals and renewals. We're building our Enterprise customer platform to close that gap. The control center that HR and L&D teams use to manage learners, connect their existing LMS and HR systems, track engagement and CEFR progress, and prove Berlitz's ROI to their own leadership. It serves two very different buyers under one roof: a Global HR Director who checks in occasionally for a strategic view, and an L&D Manager who lives in the tool day to day running the program. Getting both right, with no live product to build on, is the job. As Staff Product Designer, you'll own design for our Enterprise customer platform from the ground up, reporting directly to the VP of Design. You'll work as an equal partner alongside Product Management and Engineering, and you'll be the first dedicated design hire on this product, so the standards, patterns, and process you set will shape how the team designs enterprise software at Berlitz for years to come. Your responsibilities • Design our Enterprise customer platform end to end, from a mostly blank slate: user management, LMS and HRIS integrations, SSO and provisioning, reporting and ROI dashboards, and the invoicing and admin workflows enterprise buyers expect. • Conduct a lot of customer research. Understand deeply our buyer personas, their jobs to be done, their pain points, and their buying triggers. Talk directly and often with HR directors, L&D managers, and procurement teams to build real empathy for people who touch the product a few times a month, not every day. • Design for two distinct users in one product: the L&D Manager who needs fast, frequent, operational tools, and the Global HR Director who needs a clear, summarized view of impact across regions. • Build within Berlitz's shared design system while extending it with the patterns a data-heavy, enterprise admin product needs. • Help set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Products, balancing what buyers ask for against what actually drives retention and expansion. • Partner with Engineering and Product Management to ship an MVP fast, then iterate toward a product that can compete with established competitors. • Own part of the Enterprise KPIs (dashboard adoption, admin engagement, renewal and expansion metrics) and know how design moves them. • Treat compliance and security requirements, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, GDPR, and accessibility standards, as real design constraints from the start, not afterthoughts. • Mentor other product designers at Berlitz as the design team grows around you. Who you are • Have a proven track record designing and shipping B2B enterprise software, ideally admin consoles, reporting tools, or control panels built for HR, L&D, IT, or similarly technical buyers. • Experience taking a product from 0 to 1, with little existing structure to lean on and real comfort in ambiguity. • AI native experience. You're already deep in context engineering, MCP, generative design tools, and thinking in systems that support that. • Experience designing for more than one stakeholder in a single product, and knowing when a workflow needs speed versus when it needs clarity and summary. • A strong systems mindset. You've built or extended a design system before, beyond simply working within one someone else built. • Confidence handling the unglamorous but critical parts of enterprise product design: integrations, permissions, data-heavy interfaces, and compliance requirements. • The ability to work closely with Sales, Customer Success, or Procurement-facing teams to translate what enterprise buyers actually need into a usable product. • A results-driven approach. You set an ambitious bar for your own work and hold yourself to it. • Fluent English. Why you should join • Shape what's next. Our Enterprise customer platform doesn't exist yet. You'll define the product our biggest customers rely on, not maintain someone else's decisions. • Impact from day one. You'll be the first dedicated designer on Enterprise Products, working directly with the VP of Design and the leaders sponsoring this build. • One global Berlitz. Join a company actively rebuilding itself, with new products, new systems, and new ways of working across every team. • True remote-first flexibility. • Room to grow while we transform. Berlitz is changing fast, …

Senior Product Designer, Learner App (m/f/d)

Remote ✓EN
B

We're building a new global Berlitz, and this is your opportunity to help shape it. Nearly 150 years of expertise, meeting the ambition and technology to power a new era of learning. If you are the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn’t afraid of a blank page, and is excited to help shape the future of a global company undergoing a significant transformation, you might belong at Berlitz! Berlitz has taught languages for almost 150 years, mostly in classrooms and with live teachers. Now we're putting that method in people's pockets. The Berlitz app connects structured lessons, AI speaking and writing practice, 1:1 sessions with human tutors, and visible progress into one learning loop on iOS and Android. We're launching it market by market, and growing it fast. Our learners are professionals who need a language for their career. Some pay for themselves. Others get Berlitz through their employer, who wants proof the investment is working. Both need an app they open every day because it helps them, and keep paying for because they can see themselves getting better. As Senior Product Designer, you'll own major parts of the learner app, from the first minute after download to the moment someone books their tenth tutor session. You'll report to the Staff Product Designer for this area of the business, and partner as an equal with Product Management, Engineering, and our AI and learning experience teams. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Design core learner journeys end to end across iOS and Android: onboarding and placement, daily learning, AI practice, tutor booking, progress, and the path from free to paid. • Design for habit and momentum. Find out why learners come back, why they drop off, and what makes them feel progress, then build that into the product. • Shape how learners speak and write with AI: conversational interfaces, real-time feedback on pronunciation and writing, and the moments where an AI tutor should hand over to a human one. • Work AI-native every day. Use AI design tools and agentic workflows to explore, prototype, and produce at speed, while staying the human in the loop who decides what's good enough to ship. • Pressure-test every PRD before it becomes a design. Question the assumptions, find the missing edge cases, and sharpen the problem with your PM, instead of passing a brief straight to a tool and accepting what comes back. • Hold AI output to a high bar. Run rigorous evals on what AI produces for craft, accessibility, localisation, and brand fit. When you see the same problem twice, fix it at the source by updating the design system. • Run research yourself. Talk to learners often, run usability tests, read the analytics, and set up experiments that tell us whether a change worked. • Own the conversion and retention moments (trials, paywalls, upgrade prompts, reminders) so they earn revenue without costing the learner's trust. • Design for corporate learners too: employer-paid access, entitlements, and the progress their company expects to see, without making the app feel corporate. • Build with Berlitz's shared design system and help it evolve, especially the mobile patterns, motion, and micro-interactions a daily-use app needs. Keep it structured so that both people and AI tools use it correctly. • Design for many markets and languages from the start, including text expansion, right-to-left scripts, and accessibility. • Work closely with engineers to ship fast, then sweat the details once it's live. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Several years designing and shipping consumer mobile apps that people use every day, with a portfolio that shows native iOS and Android craft. • Evidence that your design work moved retention, engagement, or conversion, and a clear view of how you measured it. • Strong interaction and visual design. You care how a screen feels in the hand: motion, feedback, and pacing, as well as how it looks. • Hands-on research and experimentation. You've run your own interviews and usability tests, and used A/B tests and analytics to make calls. • An understanding of B2B: how a product changes when the person paying isn't the person using it, and how to serve both. • Real experience with AI design tools (currently we mostly use Claude Design) and agentic workflows. You use tools like Claude Design, Figma Make, or Paper, and AI coding tools like Claude Code daily, and you can show examples where you rejected or reworked an AI output and explain why. • Experience working within a design system and extending it. • Clear communication, and the confidence to push back on PMs, engineers, and senior stakeholders with reasoning they can act on. • Fluent English. Another language is a plus. We are a language company, after all. • Based in Germany, Switzerland, or Hungary. NICE TO HAVE • A background in a learning, language, or content app, or another product built on a daily habit (reading, audio, fitness). • …
