Your role. You lead the team that brings myReha into therapy practices across Germany. Therapists use myReha as part of their daily work, bringing their patients onto the app so they can keep training at home between sessions, with the therapy funded by our insurance partners. Success here is not a signed contract but a change in habit: practices that make myReha a natural part of how they treat, and patients who stay active. You own the full loop, from bringing new practices on board to getting their first patients started and keeping them engaged over time. Think supply-side growth at a marketplace, not a classic sales role. You expand and lead a team, set the direction, and stay close to the work by joining calls yourself. Location: anywhere in Austria or Germany. What you'll work on • Own the activation funnel: from practice sign-up to first onboarded patient to habitual use. You define the metrics, find where practices drop off, and fix it. • Acquire the right practices: build the motion that brings new practices and therapists on board across DACH, prioritised by who will actually activate, not just who will sign up. • Run experiments that teach us something: clear hypotheses, success criteria set up front, honest reviews. At our volumes much of the learning is qualitative, and you make it rigorous. • Lead as a player-coach: set the team's weekly programme on Monday, review on Friday, coach on calls, and take calls yourself. • Work with data and across teams: build your own segmentations and funnel analyses, and work closely with Marketing, Product, Insurance and Account Management.

You own your pipeline and your number, alongside colleagues already driving the clinics channel, as part of a small, fast-moving and driven commercial team. Your role. Concretely, you run the clinic sales cycle from first touch to signed contract: prospecting, demos, pilots and the close. 100+ clinics already use myReha; you turn that traction into a repeatable clinic sales motion. Every clinic you sign puts evidence-based therapy in front of more patients who need it. You will report to our Clinical Sales Lead. For this role we are open to having new colleagues in Vienna or remotely anywhere in Austria and Germany. What you'll work on • Build pipeline: find and qualify the clinics worth pursuing and keep a clean, honest pipeline you steer by. • Run demos that sell: deliver remote demos that speak to what a clinic actually cares about, clinically and operationally, and make the value obvious. • Own pilots: set up and drive pilot phases with therapy teams so a trial turns into a decision, not a stall. • Close: own proposals, negotiation and contract to signature. You drive deals forward instead of waiting for them. • Hand over clean: pass signed clinics to Account Management so they start strong.

Every practice you win puts myReha in the hands of more patients relearning to move, speak and live after a stroke or brain injury. What you'll work on • Win new practices: go out and win new therapeutic practices and doctors, from first cold contact to signed and actively using myReha. • Own your region: run your territory like your own business, mapping who is worth pursuing, prioritising hard, and steering by your own pipeline and KPIs. • Build rapport that holds: become the person practice owners trust and buy from, and keep those relationships warm long after the first yes. • Turn sign-ups into adoption: get practices actually using myReha through hands-on activation and quick field experiments to see what works. • Work across teams: partner with Partnerships, Insurance and Marketing so the practice channel compounds with the rest of go-to-market.

About the role As a Software Engineer on the ML Platform, you will build the systems behind every nyra labs experiment and model release. You will work across data processing, distributed training, experiment management, evaluation, inference, and release infrastructure. Your goal is to give a small research team the leverage to run ambitious experiments quickly, reproducibly, and reliably. This is not a conventional backend role. You will work directly with researchers, understand how models are developed, and turn recurring research bottlenecks into dependable platform capabilities. About the role As an Applied Researcher in Audio, you will turn promising research into models that work outside the lab. You will contribute across model architecture, data, training, evaluation, and inference. Depending on the problem, your work could involve speech understanding, generation, representation learning, alignment, multilingual modeling, or multimodal systems. This role is deliberately broad. We are looking for someone who can move between scientific exploration and practical implementation, then carry a successful experiment through to an open release or production system. You will develop methods that make speech models more accurate, controllable, robust, and aligned with what people actually need. This includes post-training recipes, feedback-driven learning, data curation, model evaluation, and the systems required to run reliable experiments at scale. This is a research role with strong engineering ownership. You will take ideas from an initial hypothesis through experimentation, evaluation, and release.
