We’re looking for a performance-driven and analytical Paid Social & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) to manage our META ad accounts and support our international growth. As a Paid Social & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) your main tasks will be: • Manage our META Accounts: Handle the setup, structuring, targeting and optimization of our META ad accounts across multiple countries. • Plan & execute Growth Campaigns: Implement and monitor campaigns that deliver growth and are aimed at acquiring new customers in DACH, France, Italy, and more. • Analyze & Test: Conduct funnel analyses, A/B tests and creative learnings using tools like Tableau, META Business Manager, Motion and Spreadsheets. • Strategy: Define bundles and collaborate on testing strategies and platform setups for product launches, ensuring they align with our broader business goals. • Report & Optimize: Coordinate performance across markets, contribute to our OKRs, prepare reports and provide data-based recommendations to the Management.

We are looking for a Conversion Strategy & Offer Psychology Manager (m/f/d) who owns the strategic and operational optimization of the entire conversion funnel and systematically improves our landing pages to drive measurable growth. As a Conversion Strategy & Offer Psychology Manager (m/f/d) your main tasks will be: • Lead Landing Page & Funnel Optimization: Develop, optimize, and continuously refine high-converting landing and sales/offer pages aligned with funnel stages and campaign goals. You are fully responsible for conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the entire on-site funnel. • Scientific A/B Testing & Analysis: Use a structured, scientific approach to execute experiments. You design tests with clear frameworks and ensure that your A/B testing and behavioral analytics achieve true statistical significance to systematically improve performance. • Data-Driven Iteration & Growth: Analyze creative and funnel KPIs (e.g., CTR, SSR, CPM, CVR, CAC, and NC ROAS). Translate performance data into structured hypotheses and testing roadmaps, continuously refining messaging and landing pages based on hard insights. • Offer Creation & Creative Angles: Be highly clever and resourceful in finding the right offers and psychological triggers that support our storytelling. You bring creative ideas on what to test next and know how to pitch the perfect offer to the right audience segment. • Support Performance Messaging Architecture: Support the development of performance-driven messaging frameworks tailored to audience segments, funnel stages, and campaign objectives. Help translate insights into conversion-oriented storytelling based on sales psychology and assist in ensuring consistent messaging across ads, landing pages, and the full customer journey. • Collaborate Across Teams to Scale Impact: Work closely with performance marketing, design, creative, and growth teams. Align on campaign goals, testing priorities, and asset roadmaps, effectively bridging strategy and execution to maximize end-to-end conversion efficiency.

THE JOB Location: Germany (Remote possible) The French market is currently one of our biggest and most exciting international growth drivers. To take our brand to the next level in France, we are looking for a high-performing (Junior) Influencer Marketing Manager who hits the ground running. You bring solid experience in the French influencer landscape and already possess an established network of relevant creators and agencies. If you know how to turn data into creative campaigns and want to shape our growth story in France, this is your cue! Your tasks: • Portfolio Management & Scaling: You independently manage and scale your own mix of 80+ monthly collaborations in the French market. You skillfully juggle nano-, micro-, and mega-influencers to find the perfect balance for our brand. • Network & Relationship Building: You are the face of our brand towards French creators. Leveraging your existing relationships, you will further build and nurture a strong network of partners who don't just promote our products, but truly love them. • Creative Testing: You love experimenting. You constantly test new angles (e.g., different products, video hooks, or story formats) to find out what truly excites and converts new French customers. • Performance Analysis & Optimization: You leave nothing to chance. You analyze relevant KPIs across the entire funnel (from CTR and CPM to Conversion Rate and NC ROAS). You always know exactly why a collaboration performed (or didn't), derive data-driven actions, and continuously optimize campaign performance. • Conception, Bundles & Sales Psychology: You translate data into creativity. You write razor-sharp, highly creative briefings for your creators and design irresistible product bundles. Additionally, you actively contribute to landing page optimization, using psychological triggers to maximize campaign conversion rates. • Interface to Performance Marketing: You act as the extended arm of our Paid Media team. You continuously evaluate which creator content has the potential to perform as Paid Ads on channels like Meta or TikTok, providing the team with fresh creative fuel to elevate our paid campaigns. • Budget & ROI Responsibility: You independently manage a five-figure monthly collaboration budget for France. You negotiate contracts and CPO models with agencies and creators, always keeping cost-efficiency in mind to ensure we get the absolute maximum ROI out of every Euro.
